Steph was diagnosed with MS in 2008. When she had a baby she said it felt like "10 relapses all at once" and the fatigue proved debilitating. With the help of MS specialist occupational therapist Gilly, she found ways of managing the fatigue and taking control. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a complex condition which can be difficult to understand. It can be good to get the facts and to dispel any misunderstandings about what it means to have MS. MS Specialist Nurse Huseyin Huseyin from Luton, along with Su-anne Bullock and Matt Prince, organised a sponsored zumbathon to help raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.
