How an MS occupational therapist helped Steph deal with post pregnancy fatigue
Steph was diagnosed with MS in 2008. When she had a baby she said it felt like "10 relapses all at once" and the fatigue proved debilitating. With the help of MS specialist occupational therapist Gilly, she found ways of managing the fatigue and taking control. London to Paris Cycle Ride for MS Trust, July 2016
A group of 40 cyclists took part in a 300 mile London to Paris cycle in July 2016 to raise funds for the MS Trust. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a complex condition which can be difficult to understand. It can be good to get the facts and to dispel any misunderstandings about what it means to have MS. Zumbathon in aid of Multiple Sclerosis Trust
MS Specialist Nurse Huseyin Huseyin from Luton, along with Su-anne Bullock and Matt Prince, organised a sponsored zumbathon to help raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Trust.
