Why is it so important to keep cholesterol at the normal levels and how to maintain it within the health limits? Cholesterol is a vital, fat-like substance that is contained in each cell of our body, as well as in our blood. Most of the cholesterol is produced by the liver, and the rest is procured through food. Please subscribe, click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete information. Cholesterol has extremely important reasons for our body and functions: it participates in the construction of cell membranes and in the formation of sexes and adrenal hormones; without cholesterol, the body can not synthesize vitamin D, which is indispensable to healthy bones, nor produces bile acid, without which fat in the body cannot be processed properly. When an excess of cholesterol accumulates in the body, it can not be broken down and this increases the risks to our health. The main danger is the onset of atherosclerosis, which in turn is the cause of most cardiovascular diseases such as a heart attack for example. The causes of increased levels of cholesterol in the blood are different: hereditary predisposition, chronic liver disease thyroid gland and diabetes. A sure way to maintain a normal cholesterol level is regular testing. Specialists recommend except for total, to monitor still poor (LDL) and good (HDL) cholesterol, as well as triglycerides. It is known that 20 years is the age in which the first examination for determining the values of cholesterol should be done. Revealed in time, increased cholesterol can be overcome and can not lead to serious health problems later. Here are 6 signs that you may have high cholesterol. 1. yellow growths on your eyelids. Did you know that yellowish eyelid can be a sign of high cholesterol? Take a good look at the eyelids, if you notice yellow spots, make a doctor’s appointment, check your cholesterol levels and your heart’s health. Also, do you notice painless yellow growths of the upper and lower eyelids? This phenomenon is called “xanthelasma” and it is a clear indication that you have high blood cholesterol levels. 2. gray-colored ring around your cornea. Often this is a sign of aging, so it should not be a cause for worry. But if you are far from retired, the gray circle around the iris may indicate high cholesterol and blood fat, which very often means a risk of heart attack or stroke. This gray colored ring or lacquer is actually composed of cholesterol that collects in the deeper parts of your cornea. 3. tingling sensation in the hands and feet. The tingling sensation of the hands and feet may indicate a problem in your body. This should be taken seriously because these symptoms can be caused by serious health problems. If the blood vessels are blocked by cholesterol, it is likely that you will feel tingling in your hands and feet, because your peripheral nerves are not getting do enough blood oxygen and nutrients for their proper functioning. 4. pain in the neck and back of the head. Because cholesterol levels that are too high can cause some of your blood vessels to block, it’s very possible that your circulation is obstructed. Such can leave your neck sensitive and deteriorate from time to time. The shoulder can also be felt in the same way. Medical practitioners say that high blood cholesterol levels can also make you have a headache, especially in the back of your head. 5. rapid or pounding beating of the heart. When a person says that she has heart palpitations, she thinks of the inner feeling that her heart beats something different from the usual one. Or, it simply has the awareness of the heartbeat. Most of the time, heart palpitations are harmless and they are often experienced after exercise or engaging in the intense physical activity. Sometimes they are due to anxiety, stress, and the intake of certain drugs. Palpitations may also indicate problems with the cardiovascular system, but and high cholesterol levels are one of them. Clogging the blood vessels due to cholesterol can lead to an accelerated operation of your heart. 6. unhealthy diet and lifestyle. If you eat plenty of fatty foods and avoid fruits and vegetables that contain a lot of fiber if you are a smoker and if you drink alcohol in excessive amounts, if you are overweight and do not exercise regularly, then there is a great chance that your cholesterol level is already high. But sometimes high cholesterol depends on our genes. About 1 in 500 people have a specific genetic mutation that leads to the accumulation of cholesterol in their blood. These people suffer from high cholesterol regardless of their lifestyle. if you suspect that you may have high cholesterol then please start eating a healthy diet and get levels checked out at the hospital. See how my parents lowered their cholesterol by 30 pts in 30 days - no diets or drugs: ►►►http://drsam.co/yt/StartLoweringYourCholesterolNaturally =============================== 5 Worst High Cholesterol Foods You Must Avoid [Clinically Proven] =============================== Cholesterol has many benefits and it’s definitely NOT your “enemy”. In fact, “low” cholesterol is just as bad as “high” cholesterol levels. However, there are certain foods that are really bad for you and can quickly increase your “bad” cholesterol levels and dramatically increase your risk for heart disease, a heart attack or stroke. Under this video I’ve got a special bonus video about how you can quickly lower your cholesterol levels in less than 30 days, naturally - without changing your diet or exercising. So make sure you take a look... However, let’s first start with the 5 worsts, clinically proven - “high cholesterol” foods that you must avoid! Dairy I’ve been saying this for over 2 decades - Milk is for babies and cow milk is for baby cows! Additionally, 99% of dairy products are pasteurized, which kills any benefits milk could have. Not to mention, the toxins, hormones and drugs these animals are given are highly concentrated in the milk - which goes inside of YOU! All of these factors, plus the saturated fat inside milk, increases your cholesterol and stresses your liver. It doesn’t matter if it’s whole, low or nonfat dairy, it’s all the same. Unfortunately, this also includes two of my favorite foods, ice cream and cheese! Fast Foods It doesn’t matter if it’s a burger, tacos, french fries, pizza or anything else - they’re all high in carbohydrates, hydrogenated and saturated fats, using unhealthy and toxic proteins. It’s cheap food. It may be easy and good for your wallet, but it’s bad for your health and cholesterol levels and you’ll pay the price later in life. Animal Protein The saturated fats and “marble fat” found in meat, pork, poultry and shell-fish is horrible for your health and cholesterol levels. I’ve noticed even grass-fed meat and free-range poultry can still cause high cholesterol in some of my patients, especially the “sensitive” ones. Limit your intake and focus more on vegetable proteins and fish - especially wild-caught salmon. Eggs Eggs can be good or bad. All the cholesterol and fat is located in the egg YOLK, which is why most “experts” say you should only consume egg whites. However, most of the nutrients, antioxidants and half the essential amino acids (protein) are also found in the yolk. The problem is when you COOK the yolk - such as hard-boiled, scrambled and fried eggs. The heat oxidizes the egg and damages both the structure of the protein and fat. So the healthiest way to eat eggs is raw or lightly cooked, so the yolk is still runny. Don’t fry it with butter or vegetable fats. And make sure it’s organic, free-range eggs. Baked Foods/Carbs (Snacks Too) Baked foods such as muffins, cakes, breads, donuts, croissants, rolls, cookies, danishes, scones, pie, etc… The types of foods most people eat in the morning when they’re in a rush, or with their coffee or at work as a snack… These are all bad because they contain hydrogenated and saturated fats, as well as dairy. Not to mention, they’re high in simple carbohydrates and sugars. “Bad” fats increase cholesterol. “Bad” fats + carbs/sugar REALLY increase your cholesterol and lead to numerous health issues. The combination is super unhealthy. Under this same category -- “Snack Foods” such as chips, pretzels, crackers and similar items are almost as bad as these bakes foods. Maybe your doctor's telling you that you're doing something terribly wrong. Maybe he's telling you you need to get off that ketogenic diet because your cholesterol levels are high. Maybe you're just scared. Maybe you're just concerned as to why they're higher, or maybe you're trying to be proactive and trying to understand why they might get higher. In this video, I'm gonna help you understand that higher levels of cholesterol on a ketogenic diet could very well mean a very, very good and rather cool thing. You see, we have to remember that we're on a ketogenic diet. Everything is surrounding fats. We're eating a lot of fats, we're metabolizing fats, we're gonna have more lipids and we're gonna have more cholesterols in the bloodstream, plain and simple. We have to remember that. What's interesting is that higher levels of cholesterol on a ketogenic diet are being linked and associated with weight loss. Believe it or not, once weight loss starts and fatty acid metabolism really kicks in, we see an increase in cholesterol. So it usually means that you're having an influx of weight loss occurring at that very point in time. You see, as fat starts to break down, cholesterol goes up, and it has to do with the fact that triglycerides are mobilized and they end up getting broken down into fuel but the cholesterol just kinda hangs out. The cholesterol doesn't really get burned for fuel. It's not metabolized like that. It's not energy. So what it does, it ends up sitting in the bloodstream, waiting to get recycled by the liver. It's not doing anything good or doing anything bad. It's just elevated and it's usually indicative of the fact that your body is using a little bit more fat for fuel at that very point in time. So you will find it's a temporary increase and once the weight loss starts to plateau a little bit and starts to slow down, your cholesterol levels will probably start to come down. You've probably seen an increase in both your HDL and your LDL, and it just has to do with the fact that both of them are mobilized. On that note, we have to understand HDL and LDL and the relationship with ketosis, and once you understand this, everything's gonna make a lot more sense and I can almost guarantee you're gonna come out of this video overall feeling a lot less stressed out about this situation. First off, HDL and LDL, they're not even cholesterols. They're transport vehicles. They deliver cholesterols. So you've got high density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein. Low density lipoprotein, the "bad cholesterol" delivers nutrients. It delivers cholesterol, delivers fat and fat-soluble nutrients to the cell. Very important, but for some reason it gets a bad rap. Then we have HDL. HDL's job is to go around and pick up waste particles or used LDL, particles of LDL, and take them back to the liver for recycling. So somewhere along the lines, messages got kinda confused. For some reason we think that LDL is bad because it's delivering fat, even though it's totally important. For some reason we think that purely recycling that fat is the only good thing that should be occurring. Magical drink to reduce cholesterol in 2 weeks. With Only Half Cup A Day You Will Lower Your Cholesterol and Lose Belly Fat Like Crazy!!! With Only 3 Tablespoons A Day You Will Lower Your Cholesterol and Lose Belly Fat Like Crazy!!! Cholesterol is a fatty substance made by your body and found in certain foods. Your body needs some cholesterol in order to function properly, but having too much (high cholesterol) puts you at risk for having a heart attack or stroke. The extra cholesterol that isn’t used by your body builds up in blood vessel walls, causing blockages. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), having high cholesterol doubles your risk of heart disease. Total cholesterol = LDL + HDL + Triglycerides LDL (low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "bad" cholesterol) HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) Triglycerides (fats carried in the blood from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into triglycerides and stored in fat cells throughout the body.) The good news is that lifestyle changes are effective in helping you reduce cholesterol levels. They’re also fairly straightforward and can be done at any age. Exercise: Physical activity helps you lose weight and boosts your HDL levels. Aim for 30 to 60 minutes a day of moderate cardio. Eat more fiber: Replace white breads and pastas with whole grains. Eat healthy fats: Olive oil, avocado, and nuts all have fats that won’t raise your LDL. Limit cholesterol intake: Reduce the amount of high-saturated fat foods like cheese, whole milk, and high-fat red meats. Quit smoking. It’s important to remember that everyone is different. Family history and whether or not you have other conditions, such as diabetes, plays a role in your individual risks. Talk to your doctor about your cholesterol levels and ask what he or she thinks your numbers should be. how to reduce cholesterol quickly how to lower cholesterol without medication lower cholesterol diet how to lower your cholesterol in 2 days supplements to lower cholesterol how to reduce cholesterol naturally home remedies foods to avoid with high cholesterol how to control cholesterol in indian diet how to prevent heart attack with food how to prevent heart attack naturally how to avoid heart attack while sleeping how to prevent heart attack when alone how to prevent a heart attack while it's happening how to prevent heart attack at night how to prevent heart attack from happening how to avoid heart attack symptoms how to prevent a stroke naturally foods that prevent stroke how to stop a stroke in progress how to prevent a stroke after a mini stroke how to prevent a stroke aspirin how to prevent a stroke or heart attack how to prevent a stroke from happening again stroke prevention diet To view more, click here: https://goo.gl/ONjJau SUBSCRIBE: Click here: https://goo.gl/wsOEBM Connect with me on: Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Muskaan Science Academy: https://goo.gl/ndG6eG Google Plus: https://goo.gl/6bNOp4 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/muskaan.hamad Blog: http://beautyandmakeuptips2016.blogspot.com/ Tumblr: https://naturalhomeremedies.tumblr.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/muskaanhamad/ Vine: Search "Muskaan Hamad" on vine! Watch more Healthy Eating videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/432350-How-to-Reduce-Bad-Cholesterol A little attention to detail never hurt anyone and may have benefits if it involves monitoring what you put in your body. Reduce your bad cholesterol through simple disciplined measures that are proven to help. Step 1: Disrupt fat with exercise Use exercise to naturally disrupt the metabolism of fat. Eating less helps, but excess body fat will keep cholesterol up until you actually lose pounds by breaking a sweat. Moderate walking and workouts five days a week can raise good cholesterol by 10 percent. Tip The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health suggests everyone 20 and over should check their levels of bad cholesterol every five years. Step 2: Relax and reflect Relax and reflect periodically, rather than give in to the high tension that constricts arteries and raises blood pressure. If you're constantly stressing out, consider making some long-term changes that will eliminate some of your stres for good. Step 3: Get good greens Drink green tea, full of compounds that can help lower bad cholesterol. Eat leafy greens as well, for soluble fiber that sponges up cholesterol in the digestive tract. Step 4: Consume nuts Consume nuts instead of cheese, meat, or croutons in salads. According to the Food and Drug Administration, a daily handful of 42.5 grams of nuts may reduce cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. Step 5: Substitute fish Substitute meat with fish twice or three times weekly. Consuming fish can profoundly lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Step 6: Choose smart fats Select smart fats for your diet, substituting canola or olive oils for vegetable oil, butter, margarine, lard, or shortening. It's not merely fats, but the kind of fats you eat, that make the difference. Tip Eggs do not drastically increase cholesterol. Step 7: Take drugs to lower cholesterol Take a cholesterol-lowering drug if you have evident cardiovascular risks. Beforehand, consider alternatives like niacin, bile acid resins, and fibrates. Step 8: Commit to win Resolve to make changes, and live a healthy lifestyle. It's your life -- only you can make the changes to lower your bad cholesterol. Did You Know? In 2010, researchers identified nearly 100 gene variants possibly linked to as much as one third of hereditary factors influencing cholesterol production.

How Testosterone Declines in Men (Physiologically, HPTA Axis, etc) HPTA = Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal Axis This axis produces circulating steroids important for male sexual function, fertility and development. Prostate and penis are steroid sensitive organs impacted by the regulation of the HPTA. This reproductive axis consists of three parts: 1. Hypothalamus -Produces GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone) 2. Pituitary Gland -GnRH is sent to the pituitary gland where it stimulates the synthesis and release of gonadotropic hormones LH and FSH. 3. Testis -Gonads carry LH to the testis where they stimulate testosterone production through the testicular Leydig cells -Testosterone is produced by conversion of cholesterol -FSH is crucial for spermatogenesis Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is the activated form of testosterone. 2% of testosterone is free or unbound, with the remainder being bound to SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin), albumin- and cortisol-binding globulin. Bioavailable testosterone is the testosterone that is not bound to SHBG. Testosterone and DHT act on organs. -Causes development of secondary sexual characteristics -Inhibit secretion of LH and FSH by the pituitary gland, thus stops further testosterone production = negative feedback loop. -There exist androgen receptors in the pituitary and the hypothalamic neurons that bind to testosterone and signal to stop GnRH release Homeostasis is maintained through this loop - once testosterone stops being produced, this inhibited secretion stops and GnRH again causes LH and FSH release to produce further testosterone. As men age, they undergo hormonal level changes: -Testosterone decrease -LH and FSH increase -Other hormones that decrease: T3, insulin, growth hormone/insulin-like growth factor 1, thyroid stimulating hormone -Also an increase in SHBG -Dihydrotestosterone levels are unchanged -Estrogen levels unchanged As men age, the decrease in testosterone paired with the increase in SHBG leads to a decline in free, or bioavailable, testosterone. These hormonal changes start in the 30s and are well established by the 50s. Levels of testosterone vary greatly between men and not all men will be classified as hypogonadal as they age. What causes these hormone changes? 1. Testicular failure due to a decline in Leydig cell mass 2. Hypothalamic-pituitary system, or secondary hypogonadism failure -Believed not to be due to primary hypogonadism (disease of the testes) due to small increase in LH and decrease in responsiveness of LH and FSH to GnRH 3. Change in androgen receptor site sensitivity One can distinguish between those with pituitary disorders or hypothalamic disease by administering GnRH. Those with pituitary disorders will not respond by producing more LH and FSH whereas those with hypothalamic disorders will respond with increased LH and FSH. Numerous studies have shown a positive impact of healthy, dietary fat intake on testosterone levels in men. Cholesterol is tied to the production of sex hormones. Testosterone is created in the Leydig cells when LH triggers the cells to convert cholesterol into testosterone. Cholesterol is the precursor to pregnenolone, which is the precursor of steroid hormones. Pregnenolone is the precursor of progesterone, which is then converted into testosterone (progesterone is also converted into cortisol and aldosterone.) Consume: fatty fish, olive oil, nuts and avocados. References: 1. Hi! I'm robo-Suzie and today I'll talk to you about Some Symptoms of High Cholesterol. Also don't forget to subscribe for more tips in the future! But back to our topic. The symptoms of high cholesterol are sometimes invisible, but tell-tale signs include shortness of breath, pains in the legs when walking or running and weaknesses in the fingers and toes. As the degree of cholesterol in the blood stream rise, so does your chance of cardiovascular disease or stroke so it really is worth having them checked regularly. As we age our blood cholesterol starts to rise, usually beginning in our 20s and rising far more sharply after the age of 40. Women before menopause have levels which are below men of a similar age. When a woman is experiencing the menopause her levels of cholesterol, and proportionate risks of CHD will usually rise. In the developed world, for both men and women heart disease continues to be the number one reason for death. High cholesterol levels, however, are modifiable so it is definitely worth having your cholesterol levels checked regularly to reduce the risks of heart disease. High blood cholesterol amounts within the body may be induced either by environmental or hereditary factors. They can also be affected by your lifestyle, your levels of exercise and the type of diet you eat. Any diet that includes a lot of saturated fats, trans-fats and hydrogenated fats is bound to increase cholesterol. High cholesterol levels are generally connected to arterial deposits, even though it is in fact the LDL-cholesterol which is responsible. This condition's medical name is atherosclerosis. This causes a buildup of deposits within the arteries which reduce the volume and restrict the flow of blood through them. If this condition persists it may cause those blood vessels supplying your heart to become so narrow insufficient oxygen is delivered to the heart muscle. This can cause you to feel chest pain (angina).. If one of those plaques is dislodged it could cause blood clots; they are very dangerous as they can either block the blood flow to your heart in which case you will suffer a heart attack, or your brain in which case you will suffer a stroke. Consequently it is extremely vital that you monitor blood cholesterol levels to avoid these situations. Medical reviews indicate that there's a relationship between high cholesterol and stress. Tension leads to added hormones to be introduced which could cause clinical depression, cardiovascular disease, a reduction in our bodies's immune function and have many added consequences. Add to that the increased threat from comfort eating, especially of greasy foods, and ldl cholesterol levels are certain to rise. An underactive thyroid gland, a liver or kidney disorder or badly controlled diabetes can all contribute to higher cholesterol counts. Certain medicines including steroids, beta-blockers and some diuretics can also influence blood lipid levels, and smoking raises the danger of arterial blockage dramatically. There are a number of specially designed food products (for example, some spreads and yoghurts) which are aimed at those who want to bring down their cholesterol levels. Typically, they include substances such as plant sterols and stanols which can help diminish LDL-cholesterol. If you decide to use these products, always check the label and make certain that you do not consume too much. Pregnant women and nursing mothers should use caution when using any of these products, and nobody should eat too much of them for safety's sake. That's it! Thank you. Please subscribe, comment and like this video if it was helpful! See you soon!

How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. Doctors and nutritionists highly recommend making oatmeal a part of your diet and having it as your healthy morning meal. The secret is simple: good-quality environmentally-friendly oats help you feel and look better on the inside and out. Oats have some unique properties thanks to the wide variety of vitamins and minerals they contain. Zinc helps cleanse the skin and remove toxins and other harmful compounds. Iron is one of the most important elements for the nutrition and saturation of moisture in skin cells. Magnesium promotes blood circulation and noticeable skin cell renewal. While protein is extremely important, your body also demands carbohydrates and fats, both of which you can find in oatmeal. Oats are also rich in antioxidants that help alleviate itching, inflammation, and high blood pressure. The slow carbohydrates found in oatmeal help curb your appetite and maintain normal blood sugar levels. All those nutrients in oats not only boost your metabolism but also prevent the accumulation of fat and toxins in the body. Thanks to the antioxidants present in oatmeal, the probability of damage to the walls of blood vessels by free radicals is reduced significantly. If you find it boring to just have oatmeal for breakfast every day, you’ll love the recipes we have put together to help you turn a boring oatmeal breakfast into something way more flavorful. Connection Table Salt Cheap Oils And Cholesterol Why LDL Cholesterol Raises? https://bit.ly/2lyLXmc There is certainly a connection between table salt, cheap oils and cholesterol. LDL is a helping protein that is sent out by the body to 'do a patch job' on them when they get scratched. Two ways the arteries get 'scratched' or compromised: 1) insufficiency 2) toxcicity. Table salt and cheap oils are an example of toxcicity. These 'unnatural' synthetic substances are harmful to the artery lining and they cause them to become torn, the body has a natural response in that it will create a 'patch' on them to protect us. The patch is created by the substance (oil-like) protein known as Low Density Lipoprotein. It gets elevated for a reason! It's a helping protein! ~~~Nancy Your Health And Tech Friend Magazine www.yourhealthandtecufriend.org Thanks for subscribing! http://goo.gl/ESNGuO See my Amazon store https://goo.gl/K1Bbpd Related video(s): Truth About Cholesterol https://bit.ly/2LCoLiZ PRODUCTS! It’s all minor initially …. but over time, it becomes more noticeable because the minute I add this ONE food back into my diet - it’s like WOW… My morning erections and sex drive is super powerful again … especially when I add in some specific herbs, vitamins and supplements… which I’ll tell you about in a minute. And today you’ll discover exactly What this one food is What’s the best kind to buy How to prepare it correctly How much to eat When it’s the best time to eat it. And all of this will only cost you about a dollar or two a day! Okay, so without any further delay - this super, testosterone-boosting food is: WHOLE EGGS! And yes, I said whole eggs, with the yolk! Egg whites are for losers. Nature made the perfect protein because the egg contains all the essential amino acids - half are in the white and the other have in the yolk. THAT’S why you need to have the entire egg. However, it’s not the “protein” that’s important for increasing your testosterone - it’s the CHOLESTEROL found in the yolk! And no, this doesn’t mean you should then have only the yolks - you need the entire egg. And before I tell you why the cholesterol is so important for testosterone production - I want to first stop and tell anyone listening who is thinking “wait a minute, isn’t this going to raise my cholesterol? Isn’t cholesterol bad for your health?” The answer is that yes, eggs do raise cholesterol - but it’s the good, HDL cholesterol!1,2 So, that’s the first myth that I want to expose. The second is that “high” blood cholesterol is not due to the cholesterol you eat from your diet. This is because 80% of cholesterol is made INTERNALLY, by your liver.1,2 Unfortunately, as we age, as you liver becomes weaker and you have negative changes in your hormones due to aging, your body and liver isn’t as efficient for getting rid of excess cholesterol and that’s why there’s an increase. Remember, cholesterol is good for your health. EVERY cell in your body requires cholesterol to function properly. And, this is especially important for testosterone production. This is also why taking cholesterol lowering “statin” drugs causes lowered libido Muscle loss and weakness Depression Memory loss And other health ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure, alzheimer's, etc. So if you do have high cholesterol - eating eggs isn’t the problem WHEN it’s done correctly and that’s what I’ll tell you in a minute. However, in the description area below this video, I have a link for a simple and 20 year proven solution for lowering high cholesterol naturally - without drugs or even a change in your diet. But you can get that info at the end of this video. Eggs and Testosterone Levels Okay, so getting back to why eggs and cholesterol is so important for testosterone production. First, cholesterol has a similar 4-ring structure to testosterone. And, testosterone is also produced from cholesterol. And the best time have eggs is before bed because most of your testosterone is produced during sleep. So your body will now have enough “fuel” from the cholesterol from the eggs, to maximize production of testosterone while you’re sleeping -- assuming all of your hormones are functioning correctly. The best kind of eggs to have are “pastured” eggs… You want to have about 2-3 eggs a day, again before bed would be the best time. I have 4 or more eggs myself. Do the eggs at night and take specific “testosterone boosting herbs” in the morning and you’ll be set. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Today we will discuss how apple cider vinegar can help to reduce you cholesterol and maintain a good blood pressure. The role of apples in healthy cholesterol levels relies on their concentration of pectin, a fiber common to many fruits. The pectin found in ACV attracts bad cholesterol (LDL) and gets rid of unnecessary cholesterol, making your levels much healthier. With more pectin to absorb cholesterol in your system, levels are maintained at a healthy rate. The acetic acid in apple-cider vinegar is what makes it effective in lowering low-density-level (LDL) cholesterol. Also known as bad cholesterol, LDL cholesterol can increase a person's risk of developing serious conditions, such as heart disease and hypertension. How to drink Apple cider vinegar: According to a study published in the British Journal of Clinical Nutrition, researchers found that if you consume just one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the morning, it helps to lower your cholesterol to normal level. Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar 1 tablespoon of Honey 1 Small Piece of grated ginger 1 Medium Size grated garlic clove Preparation: Mix very well all the ingredients until they combine. this recipe for one time only. you can make large quantity by adding the ingredients proportionately and store them in refrigerator. Capsaicinoids and capsinoids. A potential role for weight management? A systematic review of the evidence. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22634197 ======================================= 3 Clinically Proven Foods That Increase Your Metabolism & Burn Belly Fat ======================================= Today I’m going to be giving you my top 3 foods to increase your metabolism and burn belly fat. You can add in a few key foods that will “turn on” your fat burning genes and help increase your metabolism, preserve and gain muscle, while losing belly fat. The best part is you can start to see and feel results almost immediately. So let’s get started. More Protein: One of the problems of aging is the LOSS of valuable muscle mass. Remember, muscle cells are very active and burn calories all day long - unlike fat cells. For every 10 lbs of muscle you again, you burn an extra 500+ calories all day long, doing NOTHING. Just sitting. So as we age, we need to make sure we reduce the muscle loss and if anything, lift weights to help preserve and INCREASE your muscle. And in order to do all of this, you need more protein, which can actually boost your metabolism by up to a whopping 30%1 One of the main reasons for this is that it takes more energy to digest and metabolise protein, than it does carbohydrates and fats. You want to go for foods like wild salmon, grass fed beef, turkey and hormone free chicken and eggs. Even good sources of protein powders if you’re vegetarian or vegan. A good rule with portion size is that it should be around the size of the palm of your hand, or about 20-30 grams per meal. Eat Coconut Oil Fat has many benefits because they help improve your hormones levels. However, one of the best “fat burning” fats is coconut oil. This is because coconut oil is a medium-chain triglycerides (MCT). While all other fats are LONG-chain and thus, convert to body fat faster. MCT oils go directly into your liver and get used for energy and not stored as body fat. Think of it as a fat that burns like a carbohydrate to give you more energy and faster metabolism. An additional benefit is that it helps boost your thyroid gland, which is essential to a faster metabolism. And for men, Coconut oil helps increase your muscle building, fat burning hormone - testosterone! You need about 1 or 2 tablespoons daily. You can eat it raw. If you don’t like the taste, you can also cook with it. It’s one of the few fats that are safe for cooking and heating. Drink More Water Most people are drinking their calories -- sodas, coffee drinks, alcohol, etc. The extra calories turns into body fat obviously, but because of the sugar content - they increase your insulin levels and increase BELLY FAT. Which is unhealthy and not very attractive. So I tell people to drink more water instead, to replace the these types of drinks. However, drinking water can actually boost your body’s ability to burn fat. A study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found that drinking water (about 2 cups/16oz) increases metabolic rate by 30 percent. The boost occurred within 10 minutes and reached a maximum 30-40 minutes after drinking. Drinking ice water, burns more calories due to the “thermogenic”, effects. Your body has to turn up your body temperature to “cool” down the ice water. Studies also suggest that drinking one or two glasses of water before a meal can fill you up so you naturally eat less. Plus, even mild dehydration will slow down your metabolism by as much as 5 percent. By the way, drinking anything with caffeine causes Or look at these: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SuTehhCuHiY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9ZwAcuJnoQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vk3-tFIFdXc ======================================== Thank you for watching. Quickly and safely increase your testosterone levels and sperm quantity with this clinically proven formula: ►http://drsam.co/yt/IncreaseYourTestosteroneAndSpermVolume =============================================== How To Increase Sperm Quantity (Volume) and Quality =============================================== References 1 - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/20537171 2 - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/6298507 So, there are usually two main reasons a man wants more semen volume and sperm quantity. Fertility - Generally speaking, the more sperm you have, the better your chance of getting your partner pregnant. Ego - Most men feel more “masculine” if they ejaculate more semen and believe it would increase their partner’s sexual pleasure or it’s more arousing. Well, whatever your reason, the primary way of increasing your semen volume, sperm quantity and quality, is by optimizing your “sex hormones”. This is done by: Increasing LH and FSH Increasing Total and Free Testosterone levels Decreasing female hormones, such as estrogens, progesterone and prolactin levels. So let’s get started with some simple lifestyle changes you can make, that will help increase your sperm quantity and quality, while also boosting your sex drive. Diet I’m not going to put you on a “special” diet, but here are a few simple changes you should make: You need to eat more cholesterol because cholesterol helps produce testosterone and other “pro-sexual” hormones. The best would be from whole eggs. Don’t worry, eggs don’t increase your “bad” cholesterol, they increase your “good” HDL cholesterol. Stop eating toxic, “female-hormone” proteins -- such as dairy, soy, chicken and cow. Eat free range bison and wild caught fish, such as salmon. 25% of your diet should be from healthy fats, which helps increase LH, FSH and Testosterone levels. Coconut oils is one of my favorites. Macadamia oil, raw almonds and walnuts are also good. Reduce processed foods, sugars and foods that come in a “box”. They LOWER your testosterone levels. Exercise Exercise can either increase or decrease testosterone and sperm quantity, so you must do it correctly. Lifting heavy weights (6-10 repetitions) is important. But only about 3-4x weekly because too often will do the opposite because it’ll increase your stress hormone, Cortisol Life-Style Lifestyle changes has to do more with stress management and rest. The higher your stress levels - both physical and/or emotional, the LOWER your testosterone levels. This is because as your stress hormone Cortisol increases, your testosterone decreases. You can’t eliminate stress, but you can MANAGE it by trying to Rest and sleep more Not getting angry over stupid stuff you don’t have control over Focusing on positive solutions, rather than negative problems. Supplements -- Natural Herbs & Vitamins Most of us are deficient in numerous herbs, vitamins and minerals. In fact, it’s estimated that we would need to eat at least 27,575 calories daily (1) to get all the nutrients our bodies need. And even HIGHER as we age, due to poor absorption Because of this, I HIGHLY suggest you take specific herbs, vitamins and minerals to help boost your testosterone levels naturally, from within. Not only will your sperm quantity, seman volume and sex drive increase, but you’ll feel younger, have more energy, increase your muscle mass and lose belly fat because of the naturally higher testosterone levels. And because this all happens naturally from WITHIN your own body, it’s safe for long-term use. Some of most effective and clinically proven supplements to take are: Testofen® Fenugreek Extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum; 50% fenusides, 50% Saponins) Avena Sativa Extract (Oat Straw 100:1) Tongkat Ali Extract (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack 100:1) Maca Root (6% Extract) Bulgarian Pro-Tribulus™ Terrestris Extract (90% Sapongenins + 40% protodioscin) Stinging Nettle (95% Extract) (Urtica Dioica) L-Arginine Zinc + Copper … and actually a few more. Of course, I don’t expect you to take each of these ingredient individually because it’s not convenient and it’s super expensive. However, under this video you can see how I’ve combined them into a simple formula that you can utilize yourself at home. What if you do get tested and your doctors tells you not to worry because your cholesterol’s “normal.” Having a normal cholesterol in the society where it’s normal to drop dead of heart attack (the #1 killer of men and women!) r is not necessarily a good thing. See my video When Low Risk Means High Risk (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/when-low-risk-means-high-risk). Check out Optimal Cholesterol Level (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/optimal-cholesterol-level) to find out where you should be. OK, but what if your doctor tells you that your LDL is large and fluffy? See my video Does Cholesterol Size Matter? (http://nutritionfacts.org/video/Does-Cholesterol-Size-Matter). Hdl cholesterol high Foods | Foods To Raise Levels Of Good Cholesterol We have already talked about foods that lower "bad" cholesterol . Well, now we will discuss foods that raise high density lipoproteins better known as good cholesterol. Good cholesterol helps the body eliminate bad cholesterol by taking it to the liver, where it is processed and removed from the body. People with high levels of good cholesterol have a lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease. Please Be Sure to Subscribe for 3x Videos Per Week! http://www.thomasdelauer.com How to Lower Cholesterol: LDL vs. HDL- Thomas DeLauer... Good vs. Bad Cholesterol: LDL cholesterol is not bad. HDL is not cholesterol and neither is LDL. “High” and “low” refer to the relative proportion of protein to fat in the bundle. HDL stands for High Density Lipoprotein. LDL stands for Low Density Lipoprotein. (There are three other lipoproteins; chylomicrons, VLDL and IDL) Cholesterol and fat are not water-soluble so they need to be carried around the body in something to do their vital work. The carriers of such substances are called lipoproteins. (4) Lipoproteins: Lipoproteins travel round the bloodstream and act as transporters. So LDL and HDL are carriers of cholesterol, as well as triglycerides and phospholipids and proteins. LDL is the carrier of fresh cholesterol and HDL is the carrier of recycled cholesterol. VLDL, LDL, and HDL: The liver is central to the regulation of cholesterol levels in the body. Not only does it synthesize cholesterol for export to other cells, but it also removes cholesterol from the body by converting it to bile salts and putting it into the bile where it can be eliminated in the feces. Chylomicrons and VLDL deliver TAG to cells in the body. Two types of lipoproteins are triglyceride-rich: the chylomicrons and VLDL. Chylomicrons are synthesized by enterocytes from lipids absorbed in the small intestine. VLDL is synthesized in the liver. The function of these lipoproteins is to deliver energy-rich triacylglycerol (TAG) to cells in the body (pink pathway). TAG is stripped from chylomicrons and VLDL through the action of lipoprotein lipase, an enzyme that is found on the surface of endothelial cells. HDL is involved in reverse cholesterol transport. Excess cholesterol is eliminated from the body via the liver, which secretes cholesterol in bile or converts it to bile salts. The liver removes LDL and other lipoproteins from the circulation by receptor-mediated endocytosis. It travels in the circulation where it gathers cholesterol to form mature HDL, which then returns the cholesterol to the liver via various pathways. LDL delivers cholesterol to cells in the body. As VLDL particles are stripped of triacylglycerol, they become more dense. These particles are remodeled at the liver and transformed into LDL. The function of LDL is to deliver cholesterol to cells, where it is used in membranes, or for the synthesis of steroid hormones. Cells take up cholesterol by receptor-mediated endocytosis. LDL binds to a specific LDL receptor and is internalized in an endocytic vesicle. Receptors are recycled to the cell surface, while hydrolysis in an endolysosome releases cholesterol for use in the cell. LDL is what we call a carrier protein, and one of its important jobs is to carry a fundamentally important chemical to every cell in the body. This chemical is a critical component of cell membranes, serves as a brain antioxidant, and is the raw material from which your body manufactures vitamin D, cortisol, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. Study - The British Medical Journal (BMJ): The research team — comprised of experts from seven different countries — evaluated data collected from 19 studies on a total of 68,094 older adults. The team was seeking to determine if LDL cholesterol is associated with death in the older adults. According to the cholesterol hypothesis, it should directly relate. According to the BMJ study, it doesn’t. Researchers say almost 80 percent of the participants in the studies who had high LDL cholesterol did not die because of their cholesterol level. On the other hand, researchers discovered people with low levels of LDL cholesterol, or LDL-C, had the highest rates of death related to cardiovascular disease, the leading cause of death for both men and women in the United States. Discover the REAL cause of high cholesterol and a simple formula my parent’s have used since 1999 to lower their cholesterol naturally: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Healthy-Cholesterol Or you can watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYFY4Vl19Fo ======================================= 🍽️ How Ketogenic Diets Increase Cholesterol Levels ======================================= They other day I took my mom to see her cardiologist for a regular checkup. He’s a smart doctor and a great heart surgeon. He doesn’t like prescribing medications unless in rare situations where his patients have tried everything and their cholesterol levels are still above 300 Anyway, we talked about a bunch of things about heart health, what the newest research is saying and so forth. I’ll tell you more about them in a future videos and simple and proven ways of avoiding a heart attack or stroke. However, the subject I want to quickly talk about is ketogenic diets and how they cause high cholesterol. I bring this up because my mom’s doctor was saying, “looks like the high fat, ketogenic diet is becoming popular again, like it was 10-15 years ago with Dr. Atkins.” I said, “yeah, like all fad diets, they come full circle every few years.” He continued and said, “… I’m getting a ton of patients whose cholesterol levels have dramatically shot up, ever since they started these high fat, ketogenic diets. I tell them to get off these diets or else I’m going to have to put them on a statin drug and I don’t want to do that.” The weird part is that for some people, these high fat, ketogenic diets actually help lower cholesterol. But, there is a higher percentage that their cholesterol levels really go up - especially the longer they follow these days. And, there are a variety of reasons for this. One main reason is they eat a lot bad fats. They have too much saturated and animal fats (butter, etc.). They need to lower these fats and replace them with monounsaturated fats such as macadamia nut and extra virgin olive oil. The other problem is that many people do NOT digest fats very well due to their genetics and metabolic type. This puts a lot of extra stress on your liver. And if you’ve watched my previous videos, you recall that 80% of your cholesterol is produced in your liver - NOT from the foods you eat. Of course, as we age, negative changes in your hormones, toxins, medications, etc… all put stress on the liver and it’s just not as strong as it used to be and thus, why your body has a harder time getting rid of excess cholesterol. So, make sure you take liver cleansing herbs such as Milk Thistle, NAC and rALA Another problem is that no carb, ketogenic diets, reduce thyroid production and slow your metabolism. This further reduces your body’s ability to get rid of excess cholesterol - especially with the extra stress of the high fat diet. The slower your metabolism, the slower your body can heal and cleanse itself. So, make sure you take an herb such as Guggulsterones, which increases your thyroid to optimal levels. Also, people who follow no carb diets don’t exercise very much. They don’t lift weights to build muscle. Mainly because it’s hard to exercise when you have no carbs in your diet. Your brain can run on either glucose OR ketones - but your muscles need glucose. Well, the lack or exercise and muscle loss further slows your metabolism. Now, if you’re concerned about your cholesterol levels or you have a family history of high cholesterol or heart disease, I would suggest you do NOT follow a no carb, ketogenic diet. You can follow a lower carb diet, have some healthy fats, lots of fiber, vegetables and some protein. And make sure do some form of exercise daily - walking is a great start. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water to cleanse your system. And if your cholesterol levels aren’t where you’d like them to be, then take some natural herbs that help improve your cholesterol, while also optimizing your HDL/LDL ratios lower fatty triglycerides decreasing homocysteine levels and also, cleansing your liver. The ONLY “all-in-one” solution that does all of this, is a formula my parents have been taking since 1999, call CholesLo. In fact, this is why my mom’s “good” HDL is super high and why her cardiologist is so happy with her blood test. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Statin Scam Exposed: Cholesterol Drugs Cause Rapid Aging, Brain Damage And Diabetes Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11 Statins are a treatment prescribed in the case of high “bad” cholesterol levels, as a way to reduce them and support heart health. However, a recent study has shown that they are far more harmful than beneficial. Statin drugs, like Crestor, Lipitor, and Zocor, are often prescribed, and only in the United States, more than $374 billion are spent on them in the year 2014. They are quite expensive, but consumers should worry about much more than the price. According to a study published in the American Journal of Physiology, statins “…impact on other biologic properties of stem cells provides a novel explanation for their adverse clinical effects. “ Hence, the side effects of these drugs include accelerated “process of aging” and the “…long-term use of statins has been associated with adverse effects including myopathy, neurological side effects and an increased risk of diabetes.” Myopathy is a condition of skeletal muscle weakness. Moreover, researchers have found the health issues caused by statins have been downplayed recently. People taking statins often experience muscle pain, memory loss, fatigue, liver damage, and cataracts. Also, statins wreak havoc in cells as they obstruct the repair process of the body. As stated by the professor Reza Izadpanah, a stem cell biologist and lead author of the published study, “Our study shows statins may speed up the aging process. People who use statins as a preventative medicine for [health] should think again as our research shows they may have general unwanted effects on the body which could include muscle pain, nerve problems, and joint problems.” Yet, even though statins are related to multiple side-effects, FDA claims they are safe and effective. At the same time, their online site maintains that “Cognitive (brain-related) impairment, such as memory loss, forgetfulness, and confusion, has been reported by some statin users” and that “People being treated with statins may have an increased risk of raised blood sugar levels and the development of Type 2 diabetes.” The site focuses on the advice of Amy G. Egan, M.D., M.P.H., the deputy director for safety in the FDA’s Division of Metabolism and Endocrinology Products (DMEP), who claims that: “This new information should not scare people off statins. Their benefit is indisputable, but they need to be taken with care and knowledge of their side effects.” However, the findings of recent studies indicate that there is a need for further research on the effects of prescription drugs, as they are linked to numerous adverse effects. Another similar study on the adolescent antidepressant “Paxil” found some rather disturbing facts as well. Namely, scientists have found certain flaws in the original study. They found that the drug is neither safe nor efficient. Hence, Brian Nosek, a professor of psychology at the University of Virginia believes that it “signals that the community is waking up, checking its work and doing what science is supposed to do — self-correct.” ====================================== statin drugs ,what are statin drugs ,cholesterol drugs ,new cholesterol drug ,statin drugs side effects ,list of statin drugs ,cholesterol lowering drugs ,cholesterol drugs list ,cholesterol reducing drugs ,non statin cholesterol drugs ,cholesterol drugs side effects ,side effects of cholesterol lowering drugs ,statin drugs for cholesterol ,statin drugs and memory loss ,dangers of statin drugs ,statin drugs and diabetes https://youtu.be/jc3h3x5KV1s Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11

An “all-in-one” formula for instantly increasing your energy levels and improving memory: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/MoreEnergy Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/SleepLessAndMoreEnergy References - J Altern Complement Med. 2011 Jul;17(7):635-7. - Unpublished data on file. Now, many people know Dopamine as a “feel good chemical”. More specifically, Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that regulates mood and cognition. Dopamine is involved in motivation, addiction, attention, lust, desire and happiness. But the problem here is that as great as you feel with the increase in dopamine, the LESS sensitive your dopamine receptors become and thus, you need MORE “stimulation” to get the same “happiness” or “high”. Thus, one reason for “addiction”. Unfortunately, dopamine levels decline as we age resulting in decreased mental performance, depression, "drive", energy levels, happiness, Parkinson's disease and accelerated brain aging. Now, one of the best ways to improve this is to take herbs which naturally increase both dopamine levels AND dopamine receptor sensitivity. When these 3 clinically proven herbs are combined in the correct dosage and extract, you’ll have: elevated brain dopamine levels 74% improvement in mental acuity. 57% improvement in mental processing time and speed increase alpha-brain waves and electrical brain activity improved mood and better relaxation. My Three Favorite Herbal Extracts Okay, so let’s get started. Velvet Bean extract (Mucuna pruriens) (20% catecholamines; 15% L-dopa extract) While L-DOPA can cross the blood-brain barrier, dopamine cannot, making L-DOPA the preferred compound to elevate brain dopamine levels. Neuravena® Wild Green Oat extract inhibits the monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) enzyme. This is important, because age-related decline in dopamine is largely caused by rising levels of MAO-B. In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial, there was a 74% improvement on a standard test of mental acuity 6 and 57% improvement in mental processing time and speed Neuravena is the only clinically proven form of wild green oat extract shown to acutely improve attention and concentration as well as the ability to maintain task focus in older adults. It's also been proven to enhance cerebral vasodilation, which can help improve cognition and reduce the formation of plaque in the brain. Great Tea Extract / L-Theanine Great tea extract has small amounts of an amino acid called L-Theanine. You’ll need to drink a LOT of green tea to get the clinical benefits of L-Theanine, so that’s why I just recommend taking L-Theanine by itself. Now, L-Theanine produces calming effects in the brain by increasing levels of serotonin and dopamine, and blocking the binding of L-glutamic acid to glutamate receptors.25-31 This allows L-theanine to cross the blood-brain barrier and increase dopamine levels in your brain. The calming, mood-enhancing effect is achieved by helping to increase alpha-brain waves, electrical brain activity commonly present when you are very relaxed, literally putting you in a better mood.30 Now, even though you are relaxed, your energy levels are higher. Additionally, It has anti-depressant and anti-anxiety effects, reduces mental and physical stress, and leads to improvements in learning and memory in humans and animals. The Best Combination That’s Clinically Proven However, the good news is that if you want to increase your energy levels, mood, cognition, memory and physical stamina by optimizing your youthful hormones and neurotransmitters such as dopamine, stress hormones, ATP, and mitochondria, I suggest using one of my favorite all-natural solutions called Body-Brain Energy. Now, I recommend Body-Brain Energy because it already combines these 3 ingredients with other, clinically proven ingredients…. at the correct extract AND dosage amount. ======================================== Thank you for watching. High cholesterol is a common health concern nowadays. Irrespective of the age, careless food habits and little physical movement, etc., it can increase our cholesterol level and eventually make us vulnerable to heart diseases. So, having foods that help prevent cholesterol buildup will do a lot of good to you. So, how to ensure that we don't allow our cholesterol level to shoot up, knowingly or unknowingly? One way of controlling cholesterol is by giving up the role of being a couch potato. Endless intake of junk food, coupled with little or no exercise causes our body much damage. So, one preventive measure lies in stopping an unhealthy lifestyle habit. The other way, as mentioned earlier, to keep cholesterol under check is by consuming superfoods that are rich in nutrients and also help us stay healthy. Add these superfoods to your diet and keep a check on the rise of cholesterol level in the body. Here are some top superfoods or "cholesterol busters" that we must take to keep cholesterol away and ensure ourselves an evergreen heart, have a look. 1. Soya Foods: Low in saturated fat, soya food helps in reducing cholesterol. The special protein content in them also regulates cholesterol. Studies have revealed that just 15 grams of soya protein intake a day can reduce the cholesterol level by around six per cent. Soya meat alternatives, soya alternatives to milk products, soya nuts, tofu and endmame beans are some examples of this superfood. 2. Oats & Barley: These superfoods are rich in a kind of soluble fibre like beta-glucan that forms a cholesterol-binding gel and stops the harmful element from being absorbed in our body. About 3 grams of beta-glucan can do wonders to our body system. 3. Plant Sterols & Stanols: Also known as ‘phytosterols', these plant products like fruits, vegetables and vegetable oils, seeds and nuts help a great deal in fighting LDL (low-density lipoprotein) or ‘Bad Cholesterol'. A daily intake of 1.5-2.4 grams of plant sterols and stanols can reduce cholesterol by about 7-10 percent in just 2-3 weeks' time. These superfoods prevent the rise of cholesterol level by blocking its absorption in the gut. 4. Nuts: Rich in vegetable protein, healthy unsaturated fats, vitamin E, magnesium, fibre, potassium, natural plant sterols, etc., opt these cholesterol busting foods to have a healthy heart. Eating 30-35 grams of nuts a day can reduce cholesterol by an average of 5 percent. 5. Foods With Unsaturated Fat Content: While we must concentrate on reducing our saturated fat content, at the same time, we should also replace it with unsaturated fats that are found in sunflower oil, olives, corn, vegetables, seed oils, avocado, oily fish, nuts, etc. 6. Fruits & Vegetables: The most common form of superfoods, fruits and vegetables, have low saturated food content and are also good source of cholesterol-lowering soluble fibres. Beans, broccolis, strawberries, sweet potatoes, apples, okra, etc., do a great job in reducing the cholesterol level. Video URL : https://youtu.be/FA5DWOxeW_w

Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M Eggs, whether boiled, poached, or scrambled, they are a great way to start your day. These little orbs are a great source of protein and amino-acids. Proteins are the building blocks of life. Every cell in the human-body contains protein. The basic structure of protein is a chain of amino-acids. You need protein in your diet to help your body repair cells and make new ones. Eggs are one of the few foods with complete proteins, that is, they contain proper proportions of all nine essential amino acids required by the body. They are also packed with numerous vitamins and minerals including Vitamin-A, vitamin-B12, Vitamin-D, Vitamin-E, folate, selenium, choline, and others. Eggs are one of the highest protein breakfast options One of the key steps you can take to help manage their appetite throughout the morning is to ensure that their breakfast choice has enough protein. 2-eggs served with 2 slices of wholegrain toast contain at least 20g of protein, much of which is of ‘high biological value’ protein, which means it is easily used in the body. This means that choosing eggs for breakfast will give you at least 25% more protein than other popular breakfast choices. Here are few of the many Amazing Health Benefits your body receives If You Eat 2 Eggs at Breakfast For a Month 1.Eggs Raises the Good Cholesterol Eating eggs leads to elevated levels of HDL (High-density lipoprotein), which is also known as the “good” cholesterol. People who have higher HDL levels have a lower risk of heart disease, stroke and other health issues. According to one study, eating two eggs a day for six weeks increased the good-cholesterol level by 10-percent. 2.Can Help You lose That Extra weight Forget counting calories and cutting out carbs. The key to losing weight could be as simple as having 2-eggs for breakfast. Scientists have shown that those who start their day with poached, boiled or scrambled eggs can lose up to two-thirds more weight than others. The secret of the egg's success lies in its ability to make us feel full for longer than many other foods there-by consuming less calories. 3.Eggs help with brain development and memory. Choline, an essential nutrient found in eggs, stimulates brain development and function. It has also been linked with increasing memory-power and alertness 4.2 Eggs at breakfast can protect your eyesight. Two antioxidants, leutin and zeaxanthin, are present in eggs and have been linked to protecting eyes from damage related to Ultra-Violet exposure. They have also been associated with reducing the likelihood of developing cataracts in your old age 5.Strong Bones Hard-boiled eggs provide Vitamin-D to keep your bones and teeth strong. Vitamin-D promotes the absorption of calcium and regulates calcium levels in your blood. This process ensures that your skeleton gets the calcium it needs for strength and structure. You need 600 international units of Vitamin-D each day, reports the Office of Dietary Supplements. You get about 45 international units of Vitamin-D from one large hard-boiled egg. My favorite, clinically proven formula for naturally increasing your testosterone and sex drive: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/MoreTestosterone Or you can look at this complete A to Z video about testosterone: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wAaxL3UMuY =============================================== 4 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Naturally =============================================== Healthy testosterone levels is important for optimal health, bone density, positive mood, sex drive, maximum muscle and strength, and also disease and cancer prevention for BOTH sexes. The good news is that many people, including doctors are aware of the numerous benefits of optimal testosterone levels. Unfortunately, many people are looking for a quick fix with “exogenous” (outside) testosterone -- such as injections, creams and pills. Unfortunately, when you add testosterone into your body, it has many negative side-effects if it’s not managed properly. It can actually cause the OPPOSITE effects over time. Doing it naturally is much better because you won’t have the negative effects and you’ll easily be able to maintain all the benefits long-term. Besides, even if you wanted to take exogenous testosterone (injections, creams, pills, etc.), utilizing today’s “natural” methods will only ENHANCE the positive effects and give you even more benefits. Diet What you eat, is just as important as what you DON’T eat. Food controls your hormones. PROTEIN About 25-35% of your protein source should be from fish, eggs and free range, grass fed bison/buffalo. All the other sources, even the “free range” chicken and cow/beef, still have lots of negative hormones -- despite what the government or “label” tells you. Make sure you also have WHOLE eggs daily because the cholesterol is needed to produce testosterone and other sex hormones. Just make sure it’s free range eggs. CARBS Have about 40-50% of your diet from healthy carbohydrates -- vegetables, fruits, lentils, yams, quinoa, and some white rice is fine in small amounts. FATS Make sure you have some healthy fats, about 25-30% of your diet. It helps produce many of your sex hormones, including testosterone. Most people eat the WRONG forms of fats, which can lower testosterone.13,14,15 Good fats are RAW coconut oil, macadamia oil, hemp oil, avocado, raw nuts/seeds and egg yolks. Exercise The RIGHT type of exercise can have dramatic effects on your hormones -- positive OR negative. Lifting heavy weights (6-10 repetitions) increases testosterone. You only need 3-4x weekly because too often will do the opposite because it’ll increase your stress hormone, Cortisol. Eliminate intense cardio such as running because it lowers testosterone and increases Cortisol, your stress hormone. Life-Style Lifestyle changes has to do more with stress management and rest. Sleep is very important. Most of us don’t get enough. So try to get to bed earlier. Squeeze in a little nap in the day as well if you can. This means negative thoughts, information, media … as well as negative people. You can’t eliminate it, but you can certainly REDUCE some of the negatives in your life. Supplements -- Natural Herbs & Vitamins Most of us are deficient in numerous herbs, vitamins and minerals. In fact, it’s estimated that we would need to eat at least 27,575 calories daily to get all the nutrients our bodies need. Because of this, I HIGHLY suggest you take specific herbs, vitamins and minerals to help boost your testosterone levels naturally, from within. Not only will your libido and sex drive increase, but you’ll feel younger, have more energy, increase your muscle mass and lose belly fat because of the naturally higher testosterone levels. And because this all happens naturally from WITHIN your own body, it’s safe for long-term use. Some of most effective and clinically proven herbal remedies boosting your testosterone are: Testofen® Fenugreek Extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum; 50% fenusides, 50% Saponins) Avena Sativa Extract (Oat Straw 100:1) Tongkat Ali Extract (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack 100:1) Maca Root (6% Extract) Bulgarian Pro-Tribulus™ Terrestris Extract (90% Sapongenins + 40% protodioscin) Stinging Nettle (95% Extract) (Urtica Dioica) L-Arginine Zinc + Copper Click here for a proven, 100% natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/MoreTestosterone Or you can watch other videos related to erectile dysfunction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_z5fqph5YU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGfazrFHi70 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT8_UoaqTC4 ========= Thank you for watching. Walking is a totally free, easy exercise that requires little effort, and benefits not only your physical but also your mental well-being. If you’re looking for a simple yet very effective way of losing weight and improving your overall health, walking is something just for you. People who are physically active throughout their life are much less prone to this disease than those who have a more sedentary lifestyle. And that’s because they have more volume in their hippocampus, the part of the brain responsible for verbal memory and learning. A daily half-hour walk helps avoid serious problems, like coronary heart disease to name one, by lowering high blood pressure and cholesterol levels and improving blood circulation. Because of better-quality and deeper breathing, some symptoms associated with lung disease can show significant improvement thanks to walking. Muscle tone and weight loss is also totally achievable through simple walking. Find your optimal pace, but don’t break out into a jog. This sort of speed walking is low impact and doesn’t require any recovery time, which means no sore muscles to keep you from getting out and walking the next day. The Arthritis Foundation recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate walking a day to reduce pain, stiffness, and inflammation in the joints. Building strong bones will help you prevent osteoporosis and reduce bone loss. Walking contributes to better blood circulation within the spinal structures, pumping important nutrients into the soft tissues and improving posture and flexibility, both of which are vital for a healthy spine. A group of researchers at Iowa State University worked with hundreds of college students. Walking changed their mood for the better, even though no one warned them it could do so. If you still don’t feel motivated enough to start walking for your health, try joining a class or find a buddy who also wouldn’t mind getting all the benefits of walking. Another idea could be to hire a personal trainer. A simple, yet scientifically proven way of boosting your testosterone and increasing your sex drive naturally... ►►► http://drsam.co/yt/BoostYourTestosteroneNaturally =============================================== The #1 Type of Food For Increasing Your Libido, Sex Drive & Testosterone Levels =============================================== Today I’m going to simplify the topic of increasing your “sex drive & libido”. I’m going to clarify all the silly misunderstandings about this important subject. I would say that 95% of the information you hear about this topic -- online, articles, blogs, youtube and so forth --- it's ALL WRONG! These so called ‘experts’ list foods such as “special” fruits or vegetables that have lots of good vitamins. Or spicy foods or alcohol because they may increase your blood flow. Or beans or meat because they have healthy protein. Or whole grains because they have fiber and help with weight loss. It’s a lot of “stuff” that *may* help a LITTLE… but they NEVER address the REAL problem and CAUSE of low libido, which is a HORMONAL IMBALANCE! That’s it! If your sex drive and libido isn’t where you’d like it to be or where it used to be. If you have a hard time getting or maintaining an erection. If you’re just not “driven” -- mentally, physically or emotionally -- when it comes to sex or just life in general. Then the problem is hormonal imbalance which typically means: LESS “pro-sexual” hormones - such as testosterone. MORE “anti-sexual” hormones - such as estrogen, prolactin and cortisol So let’s increase the good and decrease the bad. EAT FAT! The best type of food that increases testosterone is FAT and more specifically, saturated fats and cholesterol. Now, you might be freaking out and think “okay Dr. Sam -- you’re insane!!! My cholesterol is going to go through the roof and I’m going to have a heart attack!” Nope, not true. First of all, over 80% of the cholesterol found in your blood and arteries is NOT from foods you eat -- but produced from your LIVER! (1) Cholesterol and saturated fats help produce most of your sex hormones - especially testosterone. Cholesterol helps lower your stress hormone, cortisol -- which does the OPPOSITE of testosterone. In fact, without cholesterol you’d die eventually. And for those of you are are really concerned about having high cholesterol -- the PRIMARY cause of high cholesterol is AGING and the change in your hormones!!! This is why the older you get, the worse your cholesterol levels. This is why women who go through menopause start having high cholesterol. Again, it all comes down to a hormonal imbalance!!! What MATTERS is WHERE you get your fats. Don’t go fry up some bacon and think this is healthy. Most animal and dairy fats are the problem. Heating oils, processed vegetable fats, hydrogenated and trans fats are the problem. Instead, have HEALTHY fats. Have free range eggs WITH the yolk. The BEST way to eat eggs are RAW --- but if you can’t do that, at least keep the yolk runny and soft, which will increase your “good” HDL cholesterol.(2) If you want to have some free range, grass fed meat or bison/buffalo 2-3x a week, that’s fine too. Grass fed red meat has higher levels of CLA fats, which boost testosterone, reduce cortisol, are anti-inflammatory and help reduce many forms of cancer (4) Other than that, I would stay away from most other meats because they’re processed and full of negative hormones such as ESTROGEN, which will LOWER your testosterone and libido. Lastly, have some HEALTHY saturated fats and one of the best is raw, extra virgin coconut oil. Not only does raw coconut oil improve your testosterone and fat-burning hormones, it also helps increase blood flow and circulation -- both of which are important for your sex drive and erections.(3) Click here for a proven, 100% natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/BoostYourTestosteroneNaturally Or you can watch other videos related to erectile dysfunction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_z5fqph5YU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGfazrFHi70 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT8_UoaqTC4 (1) http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/body-cholesterol.shtml (2) http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/03/10/the-sunny-side-of-eggs.aspx (3) Journal of the American College of Cardiology, 2006; 48(4): 715-720, "Consumption of Saturated Fat Impairs the Anti-Inflammatory Properties of High-Density Lipoproteins and Endothelial Function" (4) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC201014/ ========= Thank you for watching. Type 2 diabetes is a lifelong condition that, according to a recent study, is the most common form of diabetes. In this particular type of diabetes, a person’s body becomes incapable of making or using insulin in an effective way. This phenomenon is also referred to as insulin resistance. And that is why, it is also known as non-insulin dependent diabetes. Also, as you can imagine, people suffering from this type have a high level of blood sugar. The case of insulin resistance can get worse if a person has extra body fat. That is why, it is highly imperative to steer clear from food items that are loaded with saturated fats and they should exercise on a regular basis to keep body weight under check. So, today we’ve curated a list of certain types of foods that you must steer clear of if you’ve type 2 diabetes. These foods can raise the level of bad cholesterol and increase insulin resistance. And people who have this type of diabetes are at a high risk of developing heart-related problems. Staying away from these foods and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is crucial for one’s health and well-being. So, take a look at the types of food you must avoid if you have type 2 diabetes, here. 1. Sugar Sugar is a strict no-no for any diabetes patient, be it type 1 or 2. Foods like cookies, soda, etc., can raise the blood sugar level. So, avoid food items that have a high content of sugar in them to keep your blood sugar level in check. 2. Full-fat Dairy Products People suffering from type 2 diabetes have insulin that is resistant in performing the body functions like breakdown of glucose. And food products that have a high level of saturated fats in them are considered to exacerbate this problem. And that is why, it is advised to stay away from curd, cheese, etc. 3. Raisins Dried fruits like raisins are a great source of healthy nutrients and minerals, but they also have a high content of sugar in them. So, avoid them to keep your blood sugar level regulated. 4. Processed Meat People suffering from type 2 diabetes have a higher chance of developing heart diseases. And consumption of processed meat can increase that risk, as it can raise the cholesterol level and exacerbate the risk factors of this type of diabetes. 5. Baked Foods Baked food items have a certain kind of fat in them that can increase the level of bad cholesterol. Moreover, they are high in calories. Consuming baked food items on a regular basis can increase the case of insulin resistance. 6. Alcohol Very few people are aware of the fact that the organ that plays an important role in balancing the ratio of blood sugar and insulin is the liver. And it is well known that consuming alcohol is not good for the liver. So, cut down on the quantity of alcohol you consume to stay healthy. 7. Fried Foods Fried food items are loaded with saturated fats. Consuming such foods can cause an individual to gain extra weight, which can further exacerbate the case of insulin resistance. FH, or familial hypercholesterolemia, is a genetic predisposition to very high levels of LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) that may first manifest itself as a fatal heart attack at a premature age. There are therapies, statin-based, that reliably improve outcomes for patients with FH. But there is a big problem: 90 out of 100 patients who have FH do not know they have it or perhaps even what it is. Many physicians are equally in the dark about the disease and therefore do not screen patients for it. Dr. Knowles discusses the condition, its familial qualities, and new research to help diagnosis it before it does damage. Speaker: Joshua W. Knowles, MD, PhD

Eat Oatmeal Everyday And See What Will Happens To Your Body - Benefits Of Oatmeal !! We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Breakfast which includes oatmeal can do wonders for your health. Oats have been cultivated and used as a source of food and medicine for more than two thousand years. Moreover, oatmeal has been used for treating a number of conditions, including skin problems, intestinal disorders, nerve problems, and uterine issues. Here’s What Happens To Your Body When You Eat Oatmeal Everyday: Consult your doctor before making a change to your daily diet. Nutritional Benefits Of Eating Oatmeal Everyday: A half-cup of oatmeal contains 13 grams of protein and one small quarter-cup of oatmeal provides you with almost 100% of the recommended daily intake of manganese. Furthermore, oatmeal is rich in numerous antioxidants, including tocotrienols, vitamin E, phenolic acids, and phytic acid. Other nutrients it contains: vitamin B1, biotin, copper, phosphorus, molybdenum, and magnesium among other phytonutrients. Changes You Can See In Your Body When You Eat Oatmeal Everyday: Regular consumption of oatmeal can prevent obesity and weight gain since it has the ability to keep you full for longer and curb food cravings. You will notice positive changes in your body in a couple of ways. It will boost your energy and provides fiber that will keep you full longer. A bowl of oatmeal has a low-glycemic impact when consumed in the morning and it will provide you with a good source of energy throughout the morning hours, without a dramatic increase or drop in blood sugar levels. Oatmeal can help you reduce your total calorie intake by 81 percent. A study on high-GI breakfasts versus low-GI breakfasts and the later caloric intake in the day found that oatmeal has the ability to prevent people from over-consuming calories at later meals. Generally, most low calorie, low fat diets do not keep us full for longer. On the other hand, oatmeal helps you eat less throughout the rest of the day. This will result in weight loss and fat loss changes in the body. Other Health Benefits Of Eating Oatmeal Everyday: Reduced cholesterol Lower risk of cardiovascular disease Lower risk of heart failure Strong immune system Controlled blood sugar levels and reduced risk of type2 diabetes Prevent cancer due to its high fiber content Whole grains protect from childhood asthma Excellent grain alternative for people with celiac disease and for those who avoid gluten Extend life expectancy What You Need To Know About Oat Processing: Oat groats: unflattened kernels that are good for using as a breakfast cereal or for stuffing. Steel-cut oats: featuring a dense and chewy texture, they are produced by running the grain through steel blades that thinly slices them. Old-fashioned oats: are flatter since they are steamed and then rolled. Quick-cooking oats: processed like old-fashioned oats, but they are cut finely before rolling. Instant oatmeal: produced by partially cooking the grains and then rolling them very thin. Oat bran: just the outer layer of the oat grain that resides under the hull. All of these choices can be your perfect and favorite meal. However, the less processed your meal is, the higher nutritional value it has. Choose steel-cut oats for your oatmeal breakfast. You can consume oatmeal as a grain alternative for each meal. For example, you can find a quinoa recipe and replace oatmeal as the grain. How Do You Lower Triglycerides? 7 Simple Ways to Reduce Triglyceride Levels in Blood. In this video we present you 7 ways to lower your triglycerides and reduce the risk of heart diseases. These are the recommendations of prestigious medical websites such as mayoclinic, healthline and webmd. 1. Lose Excess Weight Reducing your weight is an effective way to lower your blood triglyceride levels. Even losing 5 to 10 pounds can lower the triglycerides in the blood. 2. Reduce Your Calorie Intake The extra calories that the body doesn't need are converted into triglycerides and stored as fats. So, cutting back on excess calories can lower your triglycerides levels. 3. Cut Back Your Sugar Consumption Simple carbs such as sugar and white flour not only increase the level of triglycerides but also don’t provide any benefit to the body. You’re also much healthier because youthful testosterone levels improves cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and many other health ailments.. In the past, I’ve spoken about a variety of ways of naturally increasing your testosterone levels. However, it does you no good to increase testosterone, if you’re still doing things that are KILLING and lowering your testosterone levels, right?... Top 10 Things That Reduce Testosterone Stress Increased and chronic stress is one of the biggest testosterone killers. In fact, don’t sleep for one night and then take a testosterone blood test the next morning and I guarantee that your testosterone will easily be at least 50% lower. Poor Diet Diet plays a major impact on your health, especially all of your hormones, including your testosterone. You want to avoid packaged foods, soy, low fat and low carbohydrate diets. You want to reduce your sugar intake, especially high fructose corn syrup. Nutritional Deficiencies Even with a “healthy” diet, most people are not intaking enough nutrients to reach peak efficiency and increase testosterone. The combination of poor food choices, over-processed foods, and poor farming practices has resulted in a food system that provides substandard nutritional support.4 Lack of Exercise One of the easiest ways to boost testosterone production is with exercise. Simply put, the RIGHT form of exercise increases testosterone.2 Just the same, the WRONG form kills testosterone. Obesity Having too much body fat has a lot of negative consequences for your health. One of the main problems with higher body fat is that your fat cells produce estrogen and estrogen lowers testosterone5 Sadly, the older we get the slower your metabolism and harder it it to lose body fat. Alcohol As your liver processes alcohol, it produces compounds that inhibit the release of testosterone.6 Unfortunately, just one or two drinks results in a decrease of testosterone levels, as well as an increase in estrogens and cortisol levels. Medications The side effects of many popular medications is definitely adding to the rapid decline in testosterone levels. Some commonly prescribed medications, such as statin drugs used to lower cholesterol, are indirectly contributing to Low T.7 Lack of Sex Sex is a natural way of keeping your endocrine system stimulated and boosting your T levels.10 With a lack of sex, your body is missing out on the opportunity for these natural surges in testosterone. Female Hormone Mimickers Female hormone mimickers (exenoestrogens) are found almost everywhere: from skincare and personal care, to household cleaning and outdoor products. In addition, they are found in our food – commercially raised meats and poultry, soy products, flax seed, as well as food wraps and plastics. Age One inescapable influence on your testosterone level is aging. According to the Mayo Clinic, “Testosterone peaks during adolescence and early adulthood. As you get older, your testosterone level gradually declines – typically about 1-3% a year after age 25.”12 ======================================== Thank you for watching. However, what’s really bad is that you’ll look and feel like “older”, go to the doctor, do a blood test and he’ll say “oh, it’s fine… you’re in the ‘normal’ range” and then off you go with no solution. The problem is that this “normal range” is very big: 250 ng/dL to 1100 ng/dL … If you fall anywhere in between, you’re considered “normal”. However, there’s a BIG difference between “normal” and OPTIMAL, right? It’s just like making money…. Maybe the normal yearly salary is $50K … But what if you could easily make $250K a year, simply by making some small changes in your lifestyle? And that’s what you’ll discover at the end of today’s video, just ONE small change and you can double or triple your your testosterone! And I’ll get to that in 2 minutes. However, I first want to reveal 7 warning signs that you have suboptimal and most likely, “low” testosterone. And I say “warning signs” because low testosterone … or “not optimal” testosterone levels as I like to call it, is directly linked to many disease and health alilments2: High cholesterol Diabetes Thyroid problems High blood pressure Depression Memory loss Prostate cancer Osteoporosis etc Simply stated, low testosterone is causing you to age faster. So I’m going to quickly list the top 7 signs that you have low testosterone and then one of my favorite, natural solutions. 1 -- Low Sex Drive / Libido One of the biggest signs is that you have low libido. This includes physical and/or emotional drive. So, don’t think it’s just limited to erectile dysfunction or a physical “urge”. 2 -- Depression of Feeling “Unmotivated” Like I said, your brain has testosterone receptors also and thus, low testosterone leads to a lack of drive in life, not just sex. You’re not as motivated, you’re more irritable and “grumpy”.5 3 -- Muscle Loss I’m sure you already know that testosterone plays a big role in muscle size. If you are exercising and not gaining muscle… or you’re slowly losing muscle each year, then you have low testosterone. 4 -- Increase Body Fat Low testosterone is also a big indicator of higher body fat, especially the unhealthy belly fat and “love handles”. 5 -- Fatigue Have you ever noticed that men typically require less sleep than women? Well, testosterone plays a big role here. And if your tired and need naps and can barely get through the day, let alone have the energy to exercise or do much of anything else - then you probably have low testosterone. 6 -- Memory Loss Again, remember that the brain has many receptors for “sex hormones” such as testosterone, cortisol, estrogen and other female hormones. However, what’s interesting is that your brain’s memory centers are loaded with testosterone receptors.4 7 -- Accelerated Aging (hair loss, wrinkles, etc.) Have you ever noticed how some “older” men just look younger than someone their same age -- better skin, more head hair and so forth? This is because testosterone is a “youth” hormone and it plays a very important role in skin and hair production. Most people erroneously believe that hair loss is due to having “high” testosterone -- however, the opposite is true -- it’s from low testosterone. IF “high” testosterone was the reason, then all the teenagers and guys in their 20’s would be bald, but that’s obviously NOT the case, right? Testosterone also improves skin collagen and elasticity, joint health and prostate size. So if you’re starting to look older than your age, time to increase your testosterone. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Watch►TAKE 28 GRAMS DAILY TO CURE DIABETES | Fruit for Diabetes #FreeDiabetes What fruits diabetics should avoid? How many carbs and sugars should a diabetic have a day? How many grams of carbohydrates should a diabetic person have a day? How can you lower your blood sugar without medication? You Want Really Control Your Sugar Levels by Using Natural Remedies And Smoothies At Home And Low Price, Then Watch This Channel #FD ( Free Diabetes ) : https://goo.gl/jBTFPc Daily 28gm Reverse Diabetes When you have diabetes, you want to think about how to eat to manage your blood sugar levels. But you should also consider eating to prevent the complications so often seen with type 2 diabetes, including heart disease. Walnuts are one food you should consider adding to your diabetic diet since they can help to reverse diabetes and even protects your heart and overall health. Here's why. In a Study authors concluded that the average intake among walnut consumers was approximately 1.5 tablespoons per day. Doubling walnut consumption (eating 3 tablespoons) was associated with a 47% lower prevalence of type 2 diabetes, researchers said. This amount of walnut intake is close to the recommended serving size of 28gm or four tablespoons of walnuts, they said. In the study published in the journal Diabetes Research and Reviews, the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), which draws from a large sampling of the US population. In this study, 34,121 adults aged between 18 and 85 years were asked about their dietary intake, as well as if they had been diagnosed with diabetes or if they were taking medications for diabetes. Individuals were also assessed for diabetes using common laboratory measurements including fasting plasma glucose and hemoglobin A1c. Those adults who reported consuming walnuts showed a lower risk for type 2 diabetes compared to those who did not consume any nuts regardless of age, gender, race, education, BMI, and amount of physical activity. “The strong connection in this study between walnut consumers and lower prevalence of type 2 diabetes is additional justification for including walnuts in the diet. Other research has shown that walnuts may also be beneficial for cognitive function and heart health. It has been observed that individuals with diabetes often have elevated blood pressure, cholesterol, or triglycerides, which can increase the risk for heart disease and stroke. Previous studies have examined the association between walnut consumption and cardiovascular health as well as diabetes. Findings from the new study funded by the California Walnut Commission (CWC) provide additional support for the role of walnuts as part of a healthy diet that may help reduce the risk for diabetes. http://goo.gl/cYdtRA Healthy Cholesterol Levels Blood Pressure Heart Health 1. Blood Pressure: Key to Heart Health But do you know the heart health numbers that could literally save your life? There are three key numbers you need -- including one surprisingly easy one that could give you a lifesaving preview of your cardiac risk. Your blood pressure Your cholesterol levels Healthy numbers mean a healthy heart. If you follow a healthy lifestyle -- eat a balanced diet, get regular exercise, and avoid smoking -- you can even turn bad numbers around. Small changes can make a big difference, says Lori Mosca, MD, director of the Columbia Center. Your doctor tells you your blood pressure numbers, or you hear the doctors on ER shout "pressure's dropping!" Do you actually know what that means? Blood pressure consists of two numbers. Your systolic pressure measures the pressure of blood against artery walls when the heart pumps blood out during a heartbeat, while the diastolic pressure measures the same pressure between heartbeats, when the heart fills with blood. Normal blood pressure is below 120/80. Hypertension -- also known as high blood pressure. One in three adults in the U.S. -- about 74 million people -- has high blood pressure or pre-hypertension. Between 1996 and 2006, the number of deaths from high blood pressure rose by more than 48%. 2. Cholesterol: Predictor of Heart Attack Cholesterol isn't all bad -- it's a type of fat that's actually a nutrient. But as you've probably heard, there's "good" cholesterol levels and "bad" cholesterol levels. When we measure cholesterol levels and blood fats, we're really talking about three different numbers: HDL, LDL, and triglycerides.
