Q&A 280 - High blood pressure, Headaches, Digestion

43:15
03:04 - Dollmom – My daughter had a baby one week ago and her BP is still up. The diastolic is in the 90 range. What should she do? 04:20 - Brianna – Dr.Morse asked me to send him a picture of my eyes, this is the best I could get with camera. He said because of what’s happening with my teeth and other things I probably have a very weak pituitary and parathyroid. 10:03 - Stacy - Dr. Morse My husband, Bill, gets cluster headaches every two years or so that last anywhere from 1-3 months and varies with intensity. What is the cause? Why does it happen every 2 years? What is your protocol to "cure" it? He has high pressure and crohns disease. On medication to treat both. Has a history of fatty liver and slightly elevated liver enzymes. His doctor treats his cluster headaches by going up on his verapamil medication and adds imitrex. It helps the pain but obviously doesn't make them go away forever or he would be out of business :) Looking forward to your guidance and wisdom King Morse! Ha! 17:41 - Donna - I have terrible digestion. I have tried switching to a fruit based diet and am still trying to. I have found it very hard to accomplish in high school. If I eat certain foods I have terrible pain so that makes it a little easier to stay away from certain foods. I have constant sinus problems and they NEVER go away. Thank you for helping people. I appreciate everything you do.

10 Warning Signs Your Heart Isn't Working Properly

09:25
How to Prevent Heart Disease. About 610,000 people die from heart disease each year in the U.S. alone. There are tons of factors that can cause a person to develop heart problems, but most of them come down to poor lifestyle choices. Your body gives you warning signs early on so that you can catch an illness in its early stages or even prevent it altogether and save your life. Here are 10 of the most common red flags that indicate bad heart health. A cough that won't quit 1:38 A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. For instance, a chronic cough that produces a pinkish bloody liquid is very common in people with heart failure. Despite what it sounds like, heart failure doesn't mean that the heart completely stops beating. It just means that a person’s heart isn’t pumping blood as well as it should be. As a result, the body doesn't get enough oxygen since it’s carried to all the tissues by the blood. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. The reason for that is built-up fluid around the liver and intestines that interferes with proper digestion. These symptoms are usually accompanied by abdominal pain, upset stomach, or feeling bloated. In fact, abdominal cramps that come and go in short spurts are extremely common right before a heart attack. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 Being naturally pale doesn’t necessarily mean you have a heart condition. But sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. Shock, which can be caused by any condition that prevents the blood in your body from circulating properly, is the main reason why people who are suffering from a heart attack or heart failure turn pale all of a sudden. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 Fatigue can be one of the main symptoms indicating an impending heart attack. Women are more likely to experience heart-related fatigue than men, with 70% of female heart attack patients reporting that they’d felt extremely tired before their episode. Physical or mental activity isn't the reason for such exhaustion, and it increases by the end of the day if it’s due to a failing heart. It’s really hard for this symptom to go unnoticed. Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower. Music: The 126ers - Darkness of My Sun Density & Time - City of Jewels https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music TIMESTAMPS 10. Pain that spreads to the arm 1:01 9. A cough that won't quit 1:38 8. Swollen legs, ankles, and feet 2:25 7. Nausea and loss of appetite 3:07 6. Extreme levels of anxiety 3:47 5. Lightheadedness or fainting 4:26 4. Your skin becomes paler or takes on a bluish tint 5:28 3. Skin rashes or unusual spots 6:20 2. Chronic or sudden fatigue 7:02 1. Increased perspiration 7:45 SUMMARY -If their heart isn’t working properly, a lot of men feel pain in their left arm, while women experience the same pain in either or both arms. -A persistent cough can be a symptom of all kinds of health issues, and cardiovascular disease is one of them. -When your heart isn’t pumping enough blood through the body, fluid from your blood vessels leaks into surrounding tissues. Your lower extremities are the most affected simply due to gravity. -A lot of heart disease patients show a lack of appetite, nausea, or both, even if they've had just a couple bites of food. -People who suffer from extreme anxiety from a very early age or most of their life are more prone to developing coronary heart disease. -Feeling lightheaded and experiencing temporary loss of consciousness, also known in the scientific community as “syncope”, is super common among heart patients. -Sudden paleness can be a result of reduced blood flow due to a heart that’s not pumping blood as effectively as it should be. -People with eczema were found to have a 48% chance of suffering from high blood pressure and a 29% possibility of having high cholesterol. -Sometimes it's exhausting just to perform even the simplest tasks, like making the bed or taking a shower before a heart attack. -People experience flu-like symptoms, have clammy skin, and sweat regardless of the air temperature or physical exertion. 11 Signs Your Body Needs More Magnesium

03:49
Magnesium is a mineral found in many types of foods, it plays an essential role in human DNA production, repair and in maintaining healthy bones, nerves and muscles. Though it is readily available, most Americans do not meet their need for magnesium through their diet. you should consider getting your magnesium level checked if you suffer the following 11 symptoms. 1. Low energy. Magnesium is involved in at least 300 different chemical reactions in our body, and a lot have to do with energy production. A sign of low magnesium can be low energy. 2.Insomnia. If you're having a hard time falling or staying asleep, it may be due to low levels of magnesium, particularly if you are experiencing a lot of stress. Stress hormones increase blood pressure and heart rate, this is partly accomplished by depleting the body of its magnesium If there isn't enough magnesium available for the body to replenish itself, sleeping becomes a problem. 3.Constipation. Bowel movements often slow down without enough magnesium in the body. note that magnesium is the main ingredient in many over-the-counter laxatives. 4.Frequent headaches. Magnesium deficiency lowers serotonin levels, causes blood vessels to constrict and affects neurotransmitter function, all related to headaches -- especially migraines. 50% of migraine sufferers have a magnesium deficiency. 5.Twitching or cramping. Because magnesium plays an important role in muscle relaxation, insufficient intake can result in unintended muscle movement. Without magnesium, our muscles would be in a constant state of contraction 6.Low bone density. Magnesium plays a major role in bone formation, and the majority of the body's magnesium is stored in the bones. People with higher intakes of magnesium have a higher bone mineral density. 7.High blood pressure. Magnesium is very important in maintaining a healthy blood pressure, a deficiency can definitely cause pressure to be too high. Eating foods high in magnesium and other minerals can help prevent high blood pressure in people with prehypertension. 8.Type 2 diabetes. Breaking down blood sugars is another of magnesium's jobs in the human body. People with higher amounts of magnesium in their diets tend to have a lower risk of developing diabetes. Research is ongoing to determine whether magnesium therapy can be used in diabetes treatment. 9.Irregular heartbeat. With low magnesium levels, the heart can have trouble staying in its regular rhythm. doctors will often prescribe magnesium supplements for patients who complain of an irregular heartbeat. 10.Increased sensitivity to noise. Not having enough magnesium curtails its role in stabilizing the nervous system, This often results in hyperflexia, an enhanced startle reflex. And 11. Depression and anxiety. Low levels of magnesium in the brain can affect neurological functions that result in all sorts of problems. Studies have shown that some phobias -- such as agoraphobia -- have developed as a result of low magnesium levels.  Please Subscribe! ▶ https://goo.gl/ksfh7M NOTE: The materials and the information contained on Natural ways channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. Mudra For High Blood Pressure

02:00
The practice of Aakash mudra, Vaayan mudra, Apaan-Vayu mudra and Pran mudra are useful to control high blood pressure, how to do it, duration and precautions. To know more visit http://www.completenaturecure.com/four-simple-mudras-controls-high-blood-pressure/ Four simple mudras for high blood pressure High blood pressure or hypertension is one of the most dangerous health disorder. This disease is a result of our modern lifestyle. The fast pace of life and the urban environments give rise to psychological tensions. Mental worries and stress increase the adrenaline in the bloodstream, and this results in a pressure of the blood to rise. You can go ahead and check my other post on remedies for high blood pressure High blood pressure or Hypertension Hypertension (known in Ayurveda as Rakta Gata Vata) is arterial hypertension in the arteries. The increase in blood pressure depends on age, gender, physical and mental activity, family history and diet. The normal blood pressure of a healthy adult is 120 mmHg systolic and 80 mmHg diastolic. Causes of high blood pressure Unhealthy diet and lack of exercise are the leading causes of hypertension today. Most foods we eat, fast food or items packed with preservatives and chemicals cause digestive problems in the body. Damaged digestion leads to the accumulation of ama (toxins), leading to hypertension. The food we eat is digested by our digestive fire (Jatharagni) to produce nutritious plasma. This plasma nourishes all other dhatus (body tissues) and helps produce healthy blood that circulates through multiple channels (srotas) in the body. However, as digestion worsens, the nutritive plasma stops producing digestive impurities or cravings. This mistress mingles with the plasma and turns it into sama (combined with ama) or massive. As a result, the blood thus produced becomes so heavy or sticky. This heavy blood (laden with impurities) flows through multiple channels and toxins begin to accumulate in the weakest channels of the body. When they gather in the heart tubes, these toxins cause the narrowing of the channels. Therefore, the blood must exert more pressure to flow through these channels, resulting in the condition of hypertension. Stress, anxiety and negative mental feelings also cause a rise in blood pressure. Other causes include the history of blood pressure in the family, obesity, physical inactivity, eating a high-fat and low-fiber diet, over-consumption of tea, coffee, and refined foods, etc. SYMPTOMS Neck pain (occipital headache) palpitations Dizziness or dizziness fatigue Ayurveda approach towards High blood pressure The Ayurvedic treatment line for hypertension aims to identify the cause of the disease and then administer herbs that can eradicate the root problem. To achieve this, digestion must be improved, and the digestive fire strengthened. Second, the toxins that have already accumulated in the channels of the heart must be eliminated. Finally, mental relaxation techniques, including meditation, yoga, and pranayama, are recommended to ensure that the mind remains calm and stable. Diet and lifestyle tips Avoid meat, eggs, table salt, cucumbers, tea, and coffee. Avoid smoking because it increases your heart rate. Increase the use of garlic, lemon, parsley, Indian gooseberry (Amla), watermelon, grapefruit, skim milk and cottage cheese. Regular exercise is the best ways to lower blood pressure; Fast walking, jogging, swimming, and athletics are good options. Laughter is the best solution because it relieves the stress and anxiety that is the primary cause of high blood pressure in today’s lifestyle.

12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged

04:55
12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the ribs. You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver. For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your liver as much as you possibly can. There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver. Each has its own set of symptoms. Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver. The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related to any number of different conditions. Here are some common early signs. 1. Upset Stomach You are likely to get nausea and vomiting. They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness, early pregnancy, depression and vomiting. It can mimic kidney problems as well. Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins. The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion. If you have these symptoms for several days and don’t know why, seek the attention of your doctor. 2. Fatigue and Overall Weakness One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak. When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need more rest. This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can’t be cleared out because the liver can’t get rid of the toxins properly. If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical advice as soon as you can. 3. Lack of Appetite This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet. When food isn’t properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss of weight. See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time. 4. Digestion Problems The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be better processed and absorbed by the small intestines. If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea. If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome, fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones. If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor. 5. Alterations in the Color of Urine If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may be one of the early signs of liver damage. The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is excreted through the kidneys. Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities. The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine. 6. Changes in Stool Coloration Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes. Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance. If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of your doctor to check out your liver. https://youtu.be/VOx8ikPmaos

Signs And Symptom Of Potassium Deficiency You Should not ignore

10:28
Signs You Are Not Getting Enough Potassium. Potassium is one of the body’s most important minerals. It is present in every cell of the human body. In fact, it is one of the body’s four main electrolytes, along with sodium, magnesium and calcium. Being an electrolyte, potassium helps maintain a proper water balance in the body as well as regulate blood pressure. It also plays a role in the digestion of proteins and carbohydrates. Here are the top 10 signs and symptoms that you are not getting enough potassium. 1, Muscle Cramps. 01:02 Frequent muscle cramps, whether during the day or night, is a very common sign of a potassium deficiency. Cramping in the legs, feet and arms is common. Potassium is one of the electrolytes found in all body cells, including muscle and nerve cells. It works with sodium to maintain your cells’ electrical charges, which control muscle contractions and functioning. When this mineral is low in the body, the cells do not send or receive the proper electrical signals to control muscle contractions. This in turn increases the chance of suffering from frequent muscle cramps. The cramps can last from a few seconds to minutes. As significant fluid loss from profuse sweating may cause low levels of potassium, it is important to replenish your body’s potassium after exercise. 2, Muscle Weakness and Damage. 02:02 A low potassium level can have a huge impact on your muscle health. It can impair the function of muscle cells as well as damage the muscles. This leads to profound weakness and muscle stiffness, aching and tenderness. Also, potassium is needed for healing the muscles on a cellular level. Hence, there may also be an increase in muscle tearing or straining with little or no effort. If your muscles feel weak and tired for no apparent reason, you need to get your potassium level checked. 3, General Fatigue. 02:55 Another common symptom of low potassium is a general feeling of fatigue. This kind of fatigue is not due to overexertion or overworking. In fact, the feeling of fatigue and tiredness has no explainable reason. Every cell in the body needs the right amount of potassium to function, and an inadequate amount of this mineral can affect the functioning of cells as well as organs. Thus, a deficiency of this mineral can lead to fatigue and general weakness. 4, Tingling Sensations. 03:45 Potassium is important for the health of your nerves. A low level of this mineral can affect the electrical impulses that pass from the skin and muscles to the spinal cord and brain. This can lead to a loss of sensation along the outer extremities, resulting in the tingling sensations. Usually, this tingling sensation is noticed in the fingers, toes, hands, feet, arms and legs. Low potassium may also contribute to muscle twitching. If you experience tingling sensations in your arms and legs, along with other symptoms mentioned here, there is a strong possibility that you are low in potassium. A simple blood test can confirm this. 5, Heart Palpitations. 04:36 A potassium deficiency can also affect your heart health. It can cause an irregular heartbeat rhythm and heart palpitations for no apparent reason at all. Low potassium can disrupt the rhythmic, coordinated contractions of the heart that are controlled by electrical impulses. On the other hand, an adequate amount of potassium in the body helps protect your heart from heart disease, heart attacks and strokes. No matter what, if you are experiencing heart palpitations, it is important to see a doctor. 6, Mental or Emotional Issues. 05:25 Potassium is important for mental health and brain function. It helps maintain the electrical conductivity of the brain and nerve transmissions. Plus, it plays a key role in transporting serotonin, a neurotransmitter that promotes feelings of well-being and happiness. This is why a low potassium level can contribute to confusion, mood swings, depression, hallucinations and delirium. A 1992 article published in Neuropsychobiology reported a relationship between sodium, magnesium and potassium in depressed patients. 7, Constipation. 06:36 The mineral potassium is important for the digestive system, which is made of smooth muscles that contract rhythmically to aid digestion of food. Low blood levels of potassium can disrupt the functions of the involuntary muscles of the stomach and intestines. Proper functioning of these muscles is needed for digestion, absorption and metabolism to occur. Poor functioning can lead to constipation. 8, High Blood Pressure. 07:21 Potassium helps relax blood vessels, and without enough of it, they can become constricted, which causes blood pressure to rise. Potassium also balances out the negative effects of sodium. When potassium is low, the balance of sodium in the body gets disturbed. This can also affect your blood pressure. 😍This Natural Combination Can Clear Your Colon And Lower Your Blood Pressure!

03:44
This Natural Combination Can Clear Your Colon And Lower Your Blood Pressure! The process of digestion culminates in the colon or the large intestine. It is this organ where nutrients, salt and water is absorbed before the food remains are prepared for excretion. The colon has 4 different parts. The cecum is the first part and it is joined tot the small intestine. The anus is the last part. The colon houses good bacteria that help in the digestive process. It is extremely important that this organ be healthy for good digestion and overall health. Why you Should Cleanse your Colon? If there is deposition of toxins in this organ, it will adversely affect the presence of ‘good’ bacteria. this will result in increased population of ‘bad’ bacteria and pathogens. These bacteria will then prevent the colon from absorbing the essential nutrients from food. Do Legs Up The Wall For Just 10 Minutes A Day And You'll Be Surprised With the Results

03:15
Lying on your back with your legs extended up the wall, known as Viparita Karani or Legs Up the Wall by yoga practitioners, is thought to offer benefits for the body and mind. In this restorative pose, you can support your pelvis and lower back with a bolster or a couple of folded blankets, or you can do it with no props. This pose is suitable for beginners, and you can relax in the position for quite a while, even up to 15 minutes at a time. check out these 5 amazing health-benefits of doing something so simple everyday. 1.Circulation Any time you stand or sit, your body has to work hard to pump blood from your legs back to your heart. In Legs-Up the Wall, your legs are higher than your heart, and gravity can help the circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid. This improved circulation can help you recover from your workouts, and it can help control blood-pressure and improve the condition of varicose-veins. 2.It can decrease stress and anxiety Adults and Teens are in a constant flux of stress and anxiety: academics, social pressure and emotional confusion due to changing hormones and a developing brain all cause constant activation of the sympathetic nervous-system or “fight or flight” response. When our bodies are in this state, blood-pressure rises, the digestive-system slows and we tire more quickly. By combining Legs-Up the Wall with mindful breathing, you will start to activate the parasympathetic nervous-system or the “rest and digest” system of the body. Digestion will improve, stress will decrease, anxiety will lower, and the body will have a chance to heal and repair. 3.Improves the immune-system One of the health benefits of legs up the wall pose is its ability to enhance your immune-system. By putting your feet in a vertical position, the lymphatic-system will be stimulated. The movement of lymph in our body plays a vital role in our immune-system because it can remove toxins from our body. A well regulated lymphatic-system also helps balance hormones. 4.It calms the nervous system This posture is designed to relax your whole body. When you combine this pose with rhythmic breathing, you will be able to relax your nervous-system. When you eat food, your stomach will digest it and use it to repair and heal your body. One of the health benefits of legs up the wall pose is its ability to make your body healthier and you will have a calmer state of mind. 5.Stretch By straightening your legs against the wall, you gently stretch your hamstrings, the muscles on the backs of your thighs. When you perform Legs-Up the Wall with a bolster or blanket supporting your pelvis, you also stretch the front of your torso. You can benefit from this stretch by performing it after a leg-intensive workout such as running. There are many yoga practitioners who greatly benefit by doing the legs up wall pose. Some of the yoga practitioners report that they feel relieved from insomnia, backaches, headaches and digestive problems. Even though there is no scientific evidence to back up these claims, some healthcare professionals say that yoga can greatly improve the health condition of those people who are experiencing various problems ranging from chronic pain to cancer. What Are the Symptoms of High vs. Low Cortisol?

05:55
Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz Your report will then be sent via email analyzing 104 potential symptoms, giving you a much deeper insight into the cause-effect relationship of your body issues. It's free and very enlightening. Dr. Berg talks about the symptoms of high cortisol versus low cortisol. Your adrenals might start out with high cortisol due to stress, then trigger the cell receptors to downgrade and develop cortisol receptor resistance or glucocorticoid receptor resistance. This makes the adrenal make more cortisol. This could lead to chronic fatigue, chronic inflammation, low stress tolerance, high blood pressure, blood sugar problems, high cholesterol and belly fat. WHAT IS THE BENEFITS OF EATING DATES PROMOTING HEART, BRAIN, AND DIGESTIVE HEALTH !! A product of the date palm and cultivated since approximately 6000 B.C, the date fruit is one of the sweetest fruits around and also happens to come in many different varieties. Although dates can be eaten fresh, the fruit is very often dried, resembling raisins or plums. But whether fresh or dry, the health benefits of dates are still just as plentiful. FOLLOW OUR FOOTLOOSE HERE, google plus: https://goo.gl/Duc6BX blogger: dfootloose.blogspot.com twitter: https://twitter.com/FOOTdLOOSE tumblr: dfootloose.tumblr.com pinterest: www.pinterest.com/dfootloose Here are some benefits of eating Dates, 1. Promoting Digestive Health, Relieving Constipation: – Fiber is essential for promoting colon health and making for regular bowel movements. The insoluble and soluble fiber found in dates help to clean out the gastrointestinal system, allowing the colon to work at greater levels of efficiency. Some other benefits relating to fiber and colon health are reduced risks of colitis, colon cancer, and hemorrhoids. (Dates could even be coupled with other home remedies for hemorrhoids) 2. Boosting Heart Health: In addition to promoting colon health, fiber is also known to boost heart health. 3. Anti-Inflammatory: Dates are rich in magnesium – a mineral known for its anti-inflammatory benefits. One study found that “inflammatory indicators in the body such as CRP (C-reactive protein), TNF (tumor necrosis factor alpha), and IL6 (interleukin 6) were all reduced when magnesium intake was increased.” Further, inflammation in the arterial walls was also reduced with magnesium intake. Based on magnesium’s anti-inflammatory properties and the findings of this study, magnesium can effectively reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and other inflammation-related health ailments. 4. Reduced Blood Pressure: Magnesium has been shown to help lower blood pressure – and again, dates are full of the mineral. Additionally, potassium is another mineral in dates that has several functions within the body, aiding with the proper workings of the heart and helping to reduce blood pressure. 5. Reduced Stroke Risk : After evaluating 7 studies published over a 14 year time period, researchers found stroke risk was reduced by 9% for every every 100 milligrams of magnesium a person consumes per day. The research can be found in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. A Summary Of Dates Health Benefits: • Weight loss • Relieving constipation, supporting regular bowel movements • Promoting heart health, reducing heart disease risk • Diarrhea • Iron-deficiency anemia • Reducing blood pressure • Impotence • Promoting respiratory and digestive health • Pregnancy deliveries • Hemorrhoid prevention • Chronic conditions such as arthritis • Reducing colitis risk • Preventing colon cancer Don't forget to our channel. https://goo.gl/FncNar

Black Beans For Digestive And Heart Health

05:31
Black Beans For Digestive And Heart Health Black beans are a healthy and nutritious addition to both non-vegetarian and vegetarian diets. The health benefits of black beans come from various different components, which include fiber, protein, micro-nutrients and antioxidants. These tasty but nutritious legumes are available dried or canned, and both types are equally healthy. 1. Cancer Prevention Phytochemical and flavonoid compounds present in black beans are powerful in development and preventing of cancerous cells in your body. Those 2 substances will act as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, which are the reasons why cancerous cells cannot grow in the body. The main cause of the development of cancerous cells varies, but one thing to remember, no matter what the causes are, the first thing is to prevent the accumulation of damaged cells, which will affect the healthy cells, and will stimulate the rapid growth of cancerous cells. 2. Heart Health Adding black beans into your daily or weekly diet, is one of the best benefits due to the high level of fiber that these beans contain. These beans contain high concentrations of soluble fiber, which has been proven to help in lowering blood cholesterol. Soluble fiber attracts water, and turns into gel form during digestion. While insoluble fiber adds mass to food and helps it to pass through your digestive system faster. 3. Helps in Weight Loss Dietary fiber is an important factor in weight management and weight loss by functioning as a “bulking agent” in the digestive system. High fiber foods increase satiety, which is a sense of fullness and reduce appetite, making a person feel fuller for longer, thereby lowering overall calorie intake. Studies have suggested that increasing consumption of plant foods such as black beans decreases the risk of diabetes, obesity, overall mortality and heart disease, while promoting a healthy hair and complexion, overall lower weight and increased energy. 4. Maintenance of Blood Pressure Maintaining a low sodium intake is very important for keeping your blood pressure at a normal level. Black beans are naturally low in sodium, contain calcium, potassium and magnesium, all of which have been reported to help in decreasing blood pressure naturally 5. Promotes Digestive Health Black beans are good for regulating digestive issues due to its high levels of fiber and protein. Fiber and protein, both help the food move through your digestive tract, thereforeallowing it to have the nutrients removed and the waste expelled in a healthy way. Also, black beans are digested slowly than meat, which has a similar protein content, therefore eating beans can leave you satisfied longer. This way, black beans can help in cleaning out your digestive system and in preventing overeating. Serving Suggestion for Black Beans: For black beans, it is recommended to purchase the dried one, if possible. This is because processed black beans in which is the form of canned beans must have been through several processes, which could reduce the nutrients that are present in the beans. Furthermore, these additional substances could be dangerous for your health. Cooking Process for Black Beans: Canned black beans required lesser time when cooking, as compared to the dried beans. Also, remember to rinse the canned black beans to reduce the sodium level. Furthermore, when it comes to the texture and taste, dried beans is better than the canned beans. Holding your breath for increased strength, flexibility, healthier digestion and to eat less food

06:35
Although there are many benefits to learning how to use all the muscles of breathing, and to learn to breathe in many ways, in the more advanced stages of yoga it is the art of breathing less than normal (hypoventilation) that gives the most physiological benefits. The less you breathe in and out the more you will build up carbon dioxide inside your body. Contrary to popular belief carbon dioxide and the carbonic acid it becomes in your blood has many benefits inside the body. Carbon dioxide and carbonic acid build up inside you from breathing less than normal (mild hypoventilation): *** brings more blood to your brain and heart (vasodilation) *** allows more air to enter your lungs (bronchdilitation) *** calms your nervous system *** reduces your need and craving for heavy, processed and acid food For a beginner the best way to do get the benefits of a build up of carbon dioxide is to try to maintain relaxed abdominal breathing as much as possible and in as many activities as you can. A great activity is to go for a brisk walk and try to keep your breath as natural and relaxed as possible. You will find this easier to do if allow your abdomen to relax more than you may normally do and allow you hips and spine to move more freely like and olympic walker. However, for more advanced practitioners there are several other things you can do with your breath that can increase carbon dioxide once your body is adequately prepared. In this 5 minute video clip, which is an extract from the Yoga Synergy Yogic Nutrition DVD https://yogasynergy.com/product/nutrition-diet-eat-less-to-live-longer/ the benefits of holding your breath both in and out as an advanced yoga practitioner are elaborated and demonstrated. In the first part of this video physiotherapist and research scientist Simon Borg-Olivier demonstrates how to use the Valsalva manoeuvre to lift into a handstand do a backward flip (without warming up). Simon explains that the Valsalva manoeuvre is essentially the act of breathing in almost fully then holding your breath in and performing a moderately forceful attempt at exhalation (without actually exhaling) against your closed airway. Although this is a relatively commonly used technique for increasing strength via increasing intraabdominal and intrathoracic pressure in sports such a weightlifting, it is not recommended for most people as it can dangerously increase blood pressure and if done incorrectly can cause stroke in some people. Simon uses the Valsalva manoeuvre to slowly lift his body into the air into a handstand and then using what is essentially a chest lock (a compressive uddiyana bandha) and an abdominal lock (expansive mula bandha) protects his lower back enough to drop into a full backward arch posture and then complete a backward flip to standing (viparita chakrasana). Here the Valsalva manoeuvre helps improve both strength and flexibility while protecting the lower back as well as other joints in the body. WARNING: The Valsalva manoeuvre is potentially dangerous done in normal positions, but it is especially potentially dangerous when done in the exercise and movements shown in this video unless your body is highly trained in physical yoga and pranayama or at least similar Western exercise techniques. DO NOT do this exercise if you are prone to irregular blood pressure (high or low), headaches, nausea and/or circulatory system problem. You must not let any pressure come to your head during the lifting movements of handstand and the backward flip. Pressing and keeping the tip of your tongue on the roof of the mouth can help to prevent excessive pressure going to the brain and helps to replace the standard chin-lock (ha-jalandhara bandha in pranayama), which is hard to do while lifting into handstands. In the second part of the video Simon talks about the benefits of holding your breath out. Here he demonstrates holding his breath completely out and practicing nauli (rectus abdominis isolation) and lauliki (abdominal churning using rectus abdominis as well as the oblique muscles) while expanding the chest as if inhaling to the chest but not actually inhaling. This practice, which is sometimes likened to the Mueller manoeuvre in Western medical science builds up carbon dioxide even more rapidly than the Valsalva manoeuvre and is less dangerous to attempt. It is really great for improving digestion by massaging the internal organs. However, if someone has a problem with insulin, potassium is even more deficient. Potassium is controlled by insulin. When there is insulin resistance, potassium becomes deficient. Liver problem, High BP,Low platelet count improvement Nadipathy

02:13
LIVER TREATMENT IN NADIPATHY The liver is a vital organ present in our body. It has a wide range of functions, including detoxifation, protein synthesis, and production of biochemical’s necessary for digestion. The liver is necessary for survival; there is currently no way to compensate for the absence of liver function long term, although liver dialysis can be used short term. This organ plays a major role in metabolism and has a number of functions in the body, including glycogen storage, decomposition of red blood cells, plasma protein synthesis, hormone production, and detoxifation. It lies below the diaphragm in the abdominal-pelvic region of the abdomen. It produces bile, an alkaline compound which aids in digestion via the emulsification of lipids. The liver’s highly specialized tissues regulate a wide variety of high volume biochemical reactions, including the synthesis and breakdown of small and complex molecules, many of which are necessary for normal vital functions WHAT IS LIVER DISEASE: A Liver disease is any disturbance of liver function that causes illness. The liver is responsible for many critical functions within the body and should it become diseased or injured, the loss of those functions can cause significant damage to the body. Liver disease is also referred to as hepatic disease. Liver disease is a broad term that covers all the potential problems that cause the liver to fail to perform its designated functions. Usually, more than 75% or three quarters of liver tissue needs to be affected before decrease in function occurs. For more information: Blog:http://livertreatmentinnadipathy.blogspot.in/ Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLmYxb4HnTMmHoemoWfBrXn-oJee2peMeQ Hypertension (B.P) Treatment in Nadipathy Hypertension (B.P) is the pressure of the blood against the walls of the arteries. Your heart pumps blood through a network of arteries, veins, and capillaries. The moving blood pushes against the arterial walls, and this force is measured as blood pressure. Blood pressure results from two forces. The heart creates one force as it pumps blood into the arteries and through the circulatory system. The other is the force of the arteries as they resist the blood flow. The higher, systolic number represents the pressure while the heart contracts to pump blood to the body. The lower, diastolic number represents the pressure when the heart relaxes between beats. The systolic pressure is always stated first and the diastolic pressure second. The blood pressure below 120 over 80 mmHg (millimeters of mercury) is considered ideal for adults. A systolic pressure of 120 to 139 mmHg or a diastolic pressure of 80 to 89 mmHg is considered "pre–hypertension" and needs to be watched carefully. A blood pressure reading of 140 over 90 or higher is considered elevated or high. High blood pressure usually has no symptoms. In fact, many people have high blood pressure for years without knowing it. That's why it's called the "silent killer." HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE | HYPERTENSION | HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI

07:37
HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE | HYPERTENSION | HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT IN URDU/HINDI HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE: High blood pressure is also known as hypertension, caused by the increase in blood circulation in the body. If it is not treated on time, it can cause brain haemorrhage, coma and even death. For this reason it is vital that it be taken proper care of. The most important thing to know about high blood pressure control what it exactly it, what causes and what are the ways to treat this health condition. Heart Pumping and Blood Pressure: Human body contains 5-6 liters of blood depending on the sex and age. Almost 5 liters of blood passes through the heart and is purified every second. Heart separates deoxygenated blood from oxygenated blood, send the deoxygenated blood to the lungs for getting oxygen and the oxygenated blood to all part of the body. This process is done by the contraction & relaxation of the heart muscles, each cycle called a heart beat. After purifying the blood, it delivers the blood to all body parts through veins and arteries. The amount of heart beats depends on the flow of blood from the heart. If the pressure of blood flow is high, the heart beat rate will also be higher. Same is the other way around. This increased or decreased blood pressure causes the veins & valves to contract and expand accordingly putting pressure on the blood vessels and the heart. Symptoms: Headache Vomit Low energy level Weak eye sight Improper working of digestive system How to measure the blood pressure & its diagnosis: The first step in high blood pressure treatment is diagnosing whether a patient has high BP of low. If the blood circulation is 140 / 90 torr or higher, then it will be categorized as high blood pressure. 139 / 89 torr pressure is known as pre-hyper tension, which indicates that it is the starting point of blood pressure. Diagnosis process needs to be carried according to following parameters: Sample should be examined three times in a week. If the blood pressure of the patient is very high then one should wait for half hour then check the blood pressure again. The blood pressure is measured with a strip and from upper part of arm. BP is measured in “mmhg”, which is known as Cardiac Output or heart rate; increased heart rate indicates high blood pressure. According to the American Heart Association blood pressure in measured in two parameters; Dialectic mmhg and Systolic mmhg. In a healthy human being, the level of systolic & dialectic blood mmhg should be according to the following figures. Systolic mmhg: hypertension 90, 90 – 119 Dialectic mmhg: hypertension 60, 60 – 79 High Blood Pressure Treatment: It important to avoid the things that cause high blood pressure in the first place. Hypertension is divided into five stages, first two stages are not very dangerous and by self precautions, you can prevent severe hypertension. At this stage patient should avoid foods with high fats, smoking & exercise regularly. Salt is the main cause of high blood pressure and drug therapy & Beta blockers are suggested for the patients. Eating a healthy diet and emphasizing on natural diet like fruits and vegetables can help control blood pressure a lot. If you have developed High BP, it is very important that you get checkup every now and then. Lastly, it depends on you that how much you are willing to control hypertension. Take things lightly, take exercise, take some time out for yourself away from routine life, go out with friends and add fun to your life. You won’t even know when you came out of it. 9 Reasons To Use Pink Himalayan Salt

06:22
9 Reasons To Use Pink Himalayan Salt The gorgeous hues of pink Himalayan salt makes it the perfect way to spruce up the table, yet this ancient seasoning has benefits that go far beyond beautifying your dining room. In fact, the rose-colored grains were once so valued for their transformative properties that they were used as currency by our ancestors. Today, this salt is used for everything from cooking to bathing and air purification, yet many people are still unaware of how much better it is for your health when compared to other salts. Although there are many different types of salt available, pink Himalayan salt is unique because it is the purest kind of salt you can find in the world. This is because the Himalayan salt beds were covered by lava millions of years ago. They then remained covered by snow and ice, which protected it from modern day pollutants. Now, the salt is hand-mined and brought to your table unrefined and unprocessed so that all of its beneficial properties are preserved. When compared to table salt, pink Himalayan salt has more nutritional value since it contains over 80 minerals, including bromine, zinc, calcium, potassium, phosphorous and boron. The larger grains also mean that you will get less sodium per serving from Himalayan salt than you would table salt since you need less to create the same level of flavor. Commercially prepared salt also goes through a process of bleaching and heating that destroys minerals, and it is treated with an anti-caking agent that builds up in our bodies and can cause health problems. When you have a choice between an all-natural seasoning with health benefits and one that has been processed beyond any recognition, the choice is pretty clear. However, here are just a few more reasons why using pink Himalayan salt will benefit your overall health. 1. Regulate Blood Sugar Out of the 84 minerals contained in pink Himalayan salt, there are four that play a major role in your body’s ability to regulate your blood sugar. These are chromium, manganese, vanadium and magnesium, which play an important role in the digestion of starches and sugars so that your blood sugar stays at healthy levels. 2. Stabilize Blood Pressure People are often advised to cut out table salt when they have high blood pressure due to the high sodium content. While pink Himalayan salt does have some sodium, it also contains the mineral potassium that can help lower blood pressure. 3. Stimulate Digestion When you add pink Himalayan salt to a meal, it helps the food move through the digestive track more easily. It also stimulates certain glands that are responsible for producing acid and enzymes in your stomach, liver and intestines. This can help you reduce post-meal discomforts such as bloating and constipation. 4. Breathe Freely When mixed with water to create an inhalable steam, pink Himalayan salt can relieve sinus congestion, bronchitis and asthma. Simply mix ½ cup of salt into one gallon of boiling water, and lean your face toward the bowl while keeping it safely away from the hottest part of the steam. Then, cover your face with a towel and inhale. You can do this as often as necessary to enjoy respiratory relief. 5. Replenish The Body’s Electrolytes Muscle cramps happen when you overtax your body and deplete it of water and essential minerals. Since Himalayan salt regulates your fluid levels and contains the minerals you need to replace, you will find that it relieves muscular pain quickly. Replenishing your electrolytes after exercise will also ensure that you enjoy more energy instead of a post-workout crash. 6. Relieve Menstrual Issues That monthly bloating and cramping does not have to be miserable anymore. Soaking in a pink Himalayan sea salt bath can ease water retention while soothing any lower abdominal cramping you experience. 7. Detox The Body Adding the pink salt to your bath water will also help with detoxification. This is because the compounds in the salt will break down sediment and toxins on your skin. Salt also draws out toxins from the deeper layers of your tissues so you can purify your body inside and out. 8. Increase Blood Circulation Pink Himalayan salt works to clear out your arteries, which can also help prevent the development of those dreaded varicose veins. Increasing blood flow to all of your body will also encourage better overall health while restoring your vitality. 9. Enjoy Restful Sleep The wonders of pink Himalayan salt can even continue to benefit your health well into the night. This is because it contains the trace minerals potassium and magnesium, which promote relaxation and an elevated mood. Just mix a teaspoon of the salt with several teaspoons of honey and allow a small amount to dissolve under your tongue. Not only will you fall asleep easier, but you will wake up refreshed and feeling all of the benefits of switching to pink Himalayan salt. BP controlled and stomach problem cured in 3 days - Nadipathy

01:30
Hypertension (B.P) Treatment in Nadipathy Hypertension (B.P) is the pressure of the blood against the walls of the arteries. That's why it's called the "silent killer." Affects of Hypertension:  Enlarged heart  Eye damage  Liver damage  Kidney damage  Paralysis  Hardening of arteries  Tremors (Shivering fingers) Causes of Hypertension:  Eat a diet high in salt  Being over weight  Eat a diet high in sea foods  Smoking habits  Drinking habits  Physically inactive  Stress  Have diabetes  Have a genetic history of high blood pressure Nadipathy- An ancient method of Holistic therapeutic treatment with more than 100 therapies, without using any Medicines, Tests, X-rays, Scanning and Surgeries. Gas is air in the digestive tract. Everyone has gas. However, many people think they pass gas too often and that they have too much gas. Having too much gas is rare. Gas is primarily composed of carbon dioxide, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and sometimes methane. Flatus, gas passed through the anus, may also contain small amounts of gasses that contain sulphur. Flatus that contains more sulphur gasses has more odours. Gas in the digestive tract is usually caused by swallowing air and by the breakdown of certain foods in the large intestine by bacteria. Most foods that contain carbohydrates can cause gas. In contrast, fats and proteins cause little gas. Foods that produce gas in one person may not cause gas for someone else. Nutritionists doubt validity of study suggesting digestive benefits of turmeric

01:39
Turmeric has become a popular health food in recent years, with some touting it as an anti-oxidant or way to lower blood pressure. Now, new Taiwanese research suggests it might bring relief to digestive problems. But nutritionists have cast doubt on the validity of the study, saying the sample is too small and the results inconclusive.A delicious turmeric curry. In a study, 11 men with digestive problems took 1200 milligrams of turmeric a day. An hour after their 3 capsule dose, they drank down a large bowl of thick soup. Participants’ stomachs were found to empty 25% faster during the study. But some nutritionists are cautious about the validity of the data.Hsia Tzu-wenNutritionistThe dose is really rather large, but the sample is not that big. It may not be conclusive evidence concerning turmeric’s ability to boost digestion or gastric emptying. I think generally people should remember to eat plenty of fruit and veg, and if you are really prone to flatulence, you might want to avoid certain types of foods. Things like sugar-free yoghurt can help the probiotics in your gut. This nutritionist says more research may be needed. She also has these tips on how to consume turmeric.Hsia Tzu-wenNutritionistIf you add turmeric to your meal, put it with something lipid soluble, which will make it easier to digest and absorb. It’s like beta-Carotene, which people are always mentioning, which is fat-soluble. Eat it together with oil and more will get absorbed. She also advises that because turmeric is so dry, it can exacerbate gastric ulcers and acid reflux.

How to Reduce Bad Cholesterol

02:29
Watch more Healthy Eating videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/432350-How-to-Reduce-Bad-Cholesterol A little attention to detail never hurt anyone and may have benefits if it involves monitoring what you put in your body. Reduce your bad cholesterol through simple disciplined measures that are proven to help. Step 1: Disrupt fat with exercise Use exercise to naturally disrupt the metabolism of fat. Eating less helps, but excess body fat will keep cholesterol up until you actually lose pounds by breaking a sweat. Moderate walking and workouts five days a week can raise good cholesterol by 10 percent. Tip The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute of the National Institutes of Health suggests everyone 20 and over should check their levels of bad cholesterol every five years. Step 2: Relax and reflect Relax and reflect periodically, rather than give in to the high tension that constricts arteries and raises blood pressure. If you're constantly stressing out, consider making some long-term changes that will eliminate some of your stres for good. Step 3: Get good greens Drink green tea, full of compounds that can help lower bad cholesterol. Eat leafy greens as well, for soluble fiber that sponges up cholesterol in the digestive tract. Step 4: Consume nuts Consume nuts instead of cheese, meat, or croutons in salads. According to the Food and Drug Administration, a daily handful of 42.5 grams of nuts may reduce cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. Step 5: Substitute fish Substitute meat with fish twice or three times weekly. Consuming fish can profoundly lower cholesterol and triglycerides. Step 6: Choose smart fats Select smart fats for your diet, substituting canola or olive oils for vegetable oil, butter, margarine, lard, or shortening. It's not merely fats, but the kind of fats you eat, that make the difference. Tip Eggs do not drastically increase cholesterol. Step 7: Take drugs to lower cholesterol Take a cholesterol-lowering drug if you have evident cardiovascular risks. Beforehand, consider alternatives like niacin, bile acid resins, and fibrates. Step 8: Commit to win Resolve to make changes, and live a healthy lifestyle. It's your life -- only you can make the changes to lower your bad cholesterol. Did You Know? In 2010, researchers identified nearly 100 gene variants possibly linked to as much as one third of hereditary factors influencing cholesterol production.

See What Happens If You Eat oatmeal For Breakfast Everyday

03:21
Oats are among the healthiest grains on earth. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants. Studies show that oats and oatmeal have many health-benefits. These include weight-loss, lower blood-sugar levels and a reduced risk of heart disease. Here are 8 Things that happen to your body when you eat oatmeal everyday at breakfast. 1.Prevents cardiovascular disease The antioxidants present in oats are beneficial for heart disease and the dietary fibers help lower the bad cholesterol without affecting the good cholesterol. Oats also contain plant lignans, especially enterolactone, which protect against heart disease. Thus, oats help reduce your cholesterol levels and keep your heart healthy. It is a key food item that has proven to be good for the heart. 2.Reduces cancer risk Lignan, the same compound which helps prevent cardiovascular disease also "helps reduce chances of hormone-related cancers like breast, prostate and ovarian-cancer", according to the American Cancer Society. Therefore, eating oats is good for both men and women. 3.Supports weight loss Oats is a low-calorie food which slows digestion and makes you feel full longer. Thus, reducing your cravings and helping you shed a few pounds. Cholecystokinin, a hunger-fighting hormone, is increased with the oatmeal compound beta-glucan.  4.Reduces Colon Cancer A high-fiber diet can be beneficial when it comes to reducing the risk of colorectal cancer. Its soluble fiber and insoluble fiber can help speed up the passage of food and waste. Soluble fiber dissolves in water, which delays the emptying of your stomach, keeping you full for longer periods of time. Meanwhile, insoluble fiber has a laxative effect and adds bulk to the stool, which prevents constipation. This fiber attracts water and passes through the digestive tract easily, speeding the passage of food and waste. This is what promotes good colon-health. 5.Protects skin Oats have been used as a soothing agent to relieve itch and irritation while also providing an array of benefits for the skin. According to The American Academy of Dermatology, Oatmeal is able to normalize the skin’s ph. It also helps moisturize and soften the skin. 6.Oats Can Improve Blood Sugar Control Type-2 diabetes is a common disease, characterized by significantly elevated blood sugars. It usually results from decreased sensitivity to the hormone insulin. Oats may help lower blood sugar-levels, especially in people who are overweight or have type-2 diabetes. They may also improve insulin sensitivity. These effects are mainly attributed to beta-glucan's ability to form a thick gel that delays emptying of the stomach and absorption of glucose into the blood. 7.Prevents constipation Oats are a rich source of fiber, both soluble and insoluble, which helps in regulating bowel-movements and hence prevents constipation.  8.Rich source of magnesium  Oats are also a rich source of magnesium, which is key to enzyme function and energy production, and helps prevent heart attacks and strokes by relaxing blood-vessels, aiding the heart-muscle, and regulating blood-pressure. The high levels of magnesium nourish the body’s proper use of glucose and insulin-secretion.

Top 7 Foods That Fight High Blood Pressure Naturally

04:03
7 Paleo Foods That Fight High Blood Pressure Naturally Maintaining a healthy heart is a key factor in living a healthy Paleo lifestyle. Blood pressure is the main ingredient for pushing oxygen, nutrients, blood cells, and other vital chemicals throughout your body. It is a force or pressure exerted against blood vessel walls that pushes your blood through your circulatory system with each heartbeat. Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a strikingly common disease in the United States. The most common symptoms are none at all. Being aware of your blood pressure will help you prevent developing high blood pressure which can damage your arteries. When the force of your blood rises, think of it like putting extra air into a balloon: the walls get stretched and damage may result. Not only is your blood responsible for parading nutrients, oxygen, etc. around, it is also takes the reins when it comes to taking out the trash, or picking up toxic waste products in the blood. When damage extends to the blood vessels in your kidneys, they begin to lose their ability to remove waste and extra fluids from the body completely, which is bad news. The good news is that high blood pressure can be easily detected, and is typically manageable. A long-term reduction in your salt consumption can help lower your blood pressure, i.e., cutting back on anything packaged or canned, deli meats and condiments. Excess salt is the culprit behind damaging the kidney’s ability to remove enough fluid which diminishes its capacity to eliminate waste. Toxins in the body disrupt your body’s neurological communication, which affects your cognition and is associated with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. A healthy diet is going to be your best friend when it comes to lowering high blood pressure and avoiding the hardening of your arteries. Lower risk for heart disease and high blood pressure is associated with higher fiber, potassium, vegetable protein, magnesium, and iron intake; as well as lower intakes of processed meats, high-fat dairy and sugar-sweetened drinks. A long-term reduction in your salt consumption can also help you lower your blood pressure, i.e., cutting back on anything packaged or canned, deli meats and condiments. Knowing what to eat to lower your blood pressure is your first step towards a healthy diet. Fundamental nutrients for blood pressure regulation include potassium and magnesium. Here are 7 Paleo foods that make excellent food choices when maintaining healthy blood pressure is your goal: Bananas Bananas are high in potassium, which reduces the effect of salt on your body. Eating bananas can also help you prevent muscle cramps since potassium is a main electrolyte driving your muscle and nerve function, including your heartbeat. Bananas aren’t just for monkeys; it was found that two bananas a day can help you control your blood pressure. Kale This tall, dark and fibrous vegetable has made its way to mainstream dinner plates over the past few years. Get this leafy green into your diet to get a boost in fiber, magnesium, potassium, and vitamins K and E. Just a cup of kale a day supplements 9% of both the potassium and calcium and 6% of the magnesium your body needs. Your body uses vitamin K to keep your artery walls soft and flexible. It is responsible for diverting calcium away from your arteries and into your bones to prevent artery stiffness. Kale is packed with fiber, an important element not only for digestion, but also for keeping your blood pressure under control. Alpha-linolenic acid, also found in kale, has been found to be a great protectant against high blood pressure, as well. Beets Add beets to your diet not only for the extra vibrancy, but also because they are filled with nitrates to help lower blood pressure. Beetroots contain nitrates which get absorbed and changed into nitric oxide, an important chemical that helps dilate your blood vessels and decreases inflammation in the body. You may be worrying about the safety of nitrates, but worry no further. Most of the nitrates you will consume are naturally occurring and are essential to healthy bodily function. Sweet potato Get more sweet potatoes into your diet, and your digestive system will thank you. Because sweet potatoes are high in fiber, they do a great job helping your body absorb other nutrients. They also make digestion easier on your organs by speeding up the process. Sweet potatoes are also high in magnesium and potassium. Magnesium intake is known as an effective mediator for high blood pressure; it also causes nitric oxide to release. The orange-colored vegetable gets its color from its abundance of beta-carotene—an antioxidant that helps to reduce inflammation, cell damage and oxidation to prevent aging.

BP and Gastric problems cured in Nadipathy

01:02
BP and Gastric problems cured in Nadipathy Hypertension (B.P) Treatment in Nadipathy Hypertension (B.P) is the pressure of the blood against the walls of the arteries. That's why it's called the "silent killer." Affects of Hypertension:  Enlarged heart  Eye damage  Liver damage  Kidney damage  Paralysis  Hardening of arteries  Tremors (Shivering fingers) For more information: Blog:http://hypertensiontreatmentinnadipathy.blogspot.in/ Youtube:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oo6P3QEBwN8&list=PLmYxb4HnTMmHIAKF_JBxXug8C4yD34KBX Gastric problem treatment in Nadipathy The formation of unwanted gases in the digestive and intestinal tract, that suffers the whole body is called gastric problem. How To lower Blood Pressure Naturally With Nattokinase And Exercise

13:09
http://herbreview.org/how-to-lower-blood-pressure-naturally-with-nattokinase-and-exercise/ Nattokinase, at a dose of 4000FUs, lowers BP quickly - especially if taken shortly before exercise. Aerobic exercise works best. Walking is a good example. In this video I demonstrate the BP lowering effects of nattokinase with jogging and sprinting, but I think walking for 45 minutes will have the desired effect. So what is nattokinase? It's an enzyme that is extracted from traditional Japanese soy food natto. The enzyme was discovered only recently by Dr Hiroyuki Sumi in 1980 at the University of Chicago. So what is nattokinase so important? The body produces several enzymes that promote clot formation, but only one, plasmin, to dissolve them. Furthermore, levels of plasmin reduces with aging. The effect of nattokinase resembles that of plasmin. And it's a fairly inexpensive supplement when compared to blood thinning drugs. Furthermore, it works even better than pharmaceutical drugs. Nattokinase does not inhibit body's reaction to form new clots around a trauma, but pharmaceutical drugs will inhibit critical coagulation. Nattokinase is a natural agent that thins and dissolves blood clots effectively, with relative safety, without side effects. It's the Aspirin strategy without the pitfalls. The traditional Japanese food Natto has been used safely for over 1000 years. The potent fibrinolytic enzyme nattokinase appears to be safe based upon the long-term traditional use of this food. Nattokinase can be used preventatively. It is a naturally occurring, food based dietary supplement that has demonstrated stability in the gastrointestinal tract, as well as to changes in pH and temperature. Furthermore, regular use of nattokinase may help prevent your cognitive abilities as you age. Blood clots cause strokes and SENILITY. Nattokinase can keep blood clots from forming or dissolve existing clots. And it's more effective than blood-thinning drugs. Your blood needs to be just right - not too thick, not too thin. The body makes enzymes that cause clotting so it doesn't keep bleeding after surgery or injury. But the body makes only one primary enzyme to thin blood - plasmin. Nattokinase works a lot like plasmin - but doesn't cause excessive bleeding like blood thinners, and doesn't have side effects. Thrombotic clogging of the cerebral blood vessels may be a cause of dementia. It has been estimated that sixty percent of senile dementia patients in Japan is caused by thrombus. Thrombotic diseases typically include cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and angina pectoris, and also include diseases caused by blood vessels with lowered flexibility, including senile dementia and diabetes (caused by pancreatic dysfunction). Nattokinase holds great promise to support such patients. Scientists at Yonsei University in Korea tested 86 individuals aged 20 to 80 whose blood pressure ranged from 130 to 159 mmHg. Each received either nattokinase at 2000 FU (fibrinolytic units) per capsule daily or a placebo. After eight weeks, those on nattokinase had significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The researchers conclude, "These findings suggest that increased intake of nattokinase may play an important role in preventing and treating hypertension." Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto. One of nature's most powerful blood thinners. It dissolves clots and prevents their formation in some cases. A Taiwanese study showed no adverse effect from two capsules of nattokinase (2000 FU per capsule) a day for two months. It may help reduce blood pressure as thins blood. It dissolves fibrin (tiny fibers) that make up the meshwork of the blood clot. Or it may act like plasmin - the natural enzyme in human blood that maintains the right viscosity. The higher the dosage, the stronger the blood thinning effect, so need to be mindful of that. A word of caution - combining nattokinase with warfarin, plavix, effient or other prescribed blood thinners; aspirin or any other herb or medicine that thins the blood or prevent blood clotting may have a dangerous additive effect and lead to excessive blood thinning. Take nattokinase on an empty stomach.

What Will Happen to Your Body If You Walk Every Day

10:09
Walking is a totally free, easy exercise that requires little effort, and benefits not only your physical but also your mental well-being. If you’re looking for a simple yet very effective way of losing weight and improving your overall health, walking is something just for you. People who are physically active throughout their life are much less prone to this disease than those who have a more sedentary lifestyle. And that’s because they have more volume in their hippocampus, the part of the brain responsible for verbal memory and learning. A daily half-hour walk helps avoid serious problems, like coronary heart disease to name one, by lowering high blood pressure and cholesterol levels and improving blood circulation. Because of better-quality and deeper breathing, some symptoms associated with lung disease can show significant improvement thanks to walking. Muscle tone and weight loss is also totally achievable through simple walking. Find your optimal pace, but don’t break out into a jog. This sort of speed walking is low impact and doesn’t require any recovery time, which means no sore muscles to keep you from getting out and walking the next day. The Arthritis Foundation recommends at least 30 minutes of moderate walking a day to reduce pain, stiffness, and inflammation in the joints. Building strong bones will help you prevent osteoporosis and reduce bone loss. Walking contributes to better blood circulation within the spinal structures, pumping important nutrients into the soft tissues and improving posture and flexibility, both of which are vital for a healthy spine. A group of researchers at Iowa State University worked with hundreds of college students. Walking changed their mood for the better, even though no one warned them it could do so. If you still don’t feel motivated enough to start walking for your health, try joining a class or find a buddy who also wouldn’t mind getting all the benefits of walking. Another idea could be to hire a personal trainer. 5 Wonderful Benefits Of Salsify - Nutrition Facts and Analysis

05:44
5 Wonderful Benefits of Salsify Some of the health benefits of salsify include its ability to lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, stimulate hair growth, increase circulation, improve numerous elements of your digestive health, increase the metabolism, and positively affect bone mineral density. Salsify is actually the name given to a few different plants in two different genera, both of which are in the sunflower family, Asteraceae. The more popular and common variety is called black salsify or Spanish salsify, and has the scientific name Scorzonera hispanica. It is grown as a root vegetable and has large, broad leaves above ground and a long, tapered, black root, sometimes up to a meter long. The fleshy interior of the root is the edible portion, and the black skin of the root is usually removed before preparation. This vegetable is native to Southern Europe and the Middle East, but its actual point of origin is believed to be in Spain. You rarely see this vegetable outside of Europe, or even in the United Kingdom, as the conditions for growing there aren’t ideal. However, it remains very popular in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and other central and southern European countries. As a food source, black salsify can be eaten as a normal vegetable, and is quite complementary to peas and carrots, usually after boiling and removing the skin. It is a popular alternative to asparagus and is prepared in many dishes in a similar way, including in white bechamel sauces with broccoli or cauliflower. If you choose to boil the roots, you can also deep fry them, similar to vegetable tempura. Although the black salsify “craze” hasn’t spread too far out into the world, but it is beginning to occasionally show up in some exotic food stores and import locations in North America. The reason black salsify is so important is that it is chock-full of beneficial nutrients and components that make it a serious booster for human health. Let’s take a closer look inside… Nutritional Value of Salsify Salsify is a veritable treasure trove of nutrients, including significant portions of iron, potassium, calcium, manganese, phosphorous, magnesium, and copper, as well as vitamins including ascorbic acid, pantothenic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, folate, and vitamin B6. Salsify also has significant amounts of dietary fiber, protein, and inulin. Health Benefits of Salsify Blood Pressure: The high content of potassium (15% of the daily recommended amount in a single serving) and the low level of sodium, mean that salsify can significantly improve blood pressure problems by relaxing the blood vessels, reducing the strain on the cardiovascular system, and preventing chances of blood clots, heart attacks, and strokes. Potassium is also an essential element for building strong bones, and has even been praised for its ability to boost cognitive ability, possibly due to the increased blood flow to the brain that vasodilation can stimulate. Digestive Health: There are a number of ways that salsify can help boost the health of your digestive system. First of all, a single serving of salsify contains nearly 20% of your daily recommended amount of dietary fiber, which is essential for stimulating the passage of food through your body, decreasing constipation, easing bowel discomfort, and preventing more serious conditions, like gastric ulcers. Furthermore, much of the fiber is in the form of inulin, which is a relatively rare prebiotic fiber that increases the growth of bifidobacteria in the gut. This can reduce cancer-causing agents in that organ system, maximize the efficiency of nutrient absorption, and provide a boost to the immunse system. Circulation and Hair Growth: The high levels of iron and copper found in salsify mean that your circulation will improve, as iron and copper are both essential for the creation of red blood cells. More RBC means more oxygenation to important tissues and organs, including the follicle beds. Salsify has been shown to stimulate the re-growth of hair. Furthermore, copper on its own has been linked to increasing hair strength and a reduction in premature graying. Immune System: The combination of vitamin C, as well as significant levels of other vitamins and minerals that improve metabolic efficiency and functionality throughout the body, also helps the immune system. Vitamin C stimulates white blood cells, vitamin A functions as an antioxidant, and B-family vitamins range from increasing enzymatic functions to regulating hormones. Salsify has such a diverse range of nutrients that almost every organ system is somehow affected, meaning that the body is working in top form.

The Best Super foods for Lowering Your Blood Pressure 1. Lemon This citrus fruit is quite popular because it adds more flavor to your dish. But aside from that, it is rich in vitamin C, which is an antioxidant that can naturally neutralize the damage caused by free radicals. When this happens, you can effectively lower blood pressure, along with your cholesterol and even improve your heart health. 2. Garlic This spice has been used in traditional medicine because of its ability to lower blood pressure. By eating garlic and adding it to your dishes, your blood vessels become more relaxed. This is because nitric oxide is produced more in the system, so your blood pressure, particularly your systolic BP is decreased. 3. Beets A study in 2010 at the Queen Mary University of London discovered that beetroot juice can help lower blood pressure. This is attributed to its ingredient known as nitrate, then converted to nitrites, and then finally to nitric oxide. This gas can widen your arteries, which leads to lower BP. 4. Spinach Spinach is one of the healthiest greens around. It is a natural source of various nutrients, including antioxidants, magnesium, folate, and potassium. Spinach is also a nitrate-rich veggie, which can reduce your pulse pressure and systolic blood pressure. 5. Celery This green has 3-N-butylphthalide, which is a phytochemical that can help relax the tissues found in your artery walls. This results to increased blood flow and can help reduce your blood pressure effectively. Aside from this phytochemical, celery also contains potassium and magnesium, which can also regulate your BP. Aside from the ones mentioned above, the following are also good for people with hypertension: • Apple • Kale • Collard greens • Cucumber • Bell peppers What’s great about this list is that these foods are versatile. They can be added to your meals or they can be the center of your dish. However you choose to prepare them, you can be sure that they can aid you in combating and controlling high blood pressure. We need to start the habit of consuming bitter herbs before meals again like our great-grandparents did. Please like, share and subscribe to my YouTube page to get notifications whenever I post a new video! You have already taken the first step to better your health by watching my video! Next, I recommend that you join our Long Distance Patient Program so that you can get diet modification and supplement recommendations designed specifically for you by me or one of my fellow practitioners in our Ann Arbor, Michigan office. You have to be a patient of our office in order to receive supplements, per our distribution agreement with the producer of the Standard Process brand supplements. Becoming a Long Distance Patient as outlined below allows you that access. In order to be part of our online patient program, you would purchase an annual membership for $200. This membership includes an initial 30 minute phone appointment with me or one of our practitioners. At that time, the practitioner will make a recommendation to you for diet modifications, supplements and the quantities that you should take. After the phone call, you are able to order supplements for a year, as needed, directly from our website and our app. We will then promptly ship the supplements out to you. Follow up phone calls with your practitioner are $125 for a 20 minute phone/SKYPE appointment. If you would like to move forward and take advantage of this opportunity, please call: (734) 302-7575 or email intake@thenhcaa.com to schedule your phone appointment, and make the $200 payment. You can reach us by phone Monday through Saturday 9am-5pm EST. To learn more about our office and clinical practice, go to: http://thenutritionalhealingcenter.com Since not everyone is fortunate enough to live within driving distance of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and many feel that an telephone/online consultation is not enough to meet their clinical needs, I am happy to offer you our Long Distance Patient Travel Package. The package is comprised of a series of appointments with myself or another practitioner that are time sensitive, and a time allowance of 48-72 hours in our beautiful city is required. Not only are your health issues of concern thoroughly evaluated, but you receive a comprehensive full body evaluation, two different computerized cardiac health tests, a great deal of teaching and health education, and leave with a program of diet modification and supplement support that the practitioner is confident will improve your health and quality of life. This program can initiate your relationship with our clinic, and be followed up with telephone/online consultations, or it can be incorporated into your already existing program with our clinic to further enhance the program you already have in place. The cost for the Long Distance Travel Package is $560 and includes everything mentioned above. We also have a relationship with a lovely landmark hotel conveniently located less than 2 miles from our office, that offers a reduced nightly rate to our patients.
