How To Recognize A Heart Attack One Month Before It Happens
How To Recognize A Heart Attack One Month Before It Happens Heart attacks or myocardial infarctions have been one of the leading causes of death in the US for many years. There is no doubt that one of the best ways to prevent a heart attack is to spot the onset of symptoms, sometimes a month or so in advance. The main problem is that many people who are at risk of having a heart attack are not even aware of the stress they are putting on their body. How does a heart attack happen? A heart attack is a serious medical condition in which the supply of blood to the heart is suddenly blocked, usually by a blood clot. It happens when there is a buildup of plaque in coronary arteries. This buildup causes a severe loss of blood supply to your heart, which in turn leads to a heart attack. In fact, a heart attack is a dead tissue that is killed during the loss of blood flow. This dead tissue results in experiencing extreme pain and squeezing, both of which are felt at the moment when your heart was attacked. We should all know that cardiovascular health is very important. After all, the heart is responsible for a hefty amount of work that keeps us alive! Learn the warning signs of a heart attack today and survive tomorrow. The sooner you recognize a heart attack and get treatment, the better. Here is a short list of the 6 most common symptoms you should look out for: 1. Cold sweats and dizziness When you have poor blood circulation, your brain will not get the proper blood flow it needs to function properly. This is a sign that you are in extreme danger, and you should seek medical attention right away. 2. Chest pressure This is one of the most noticeable signs of them all. This pressure is a clear sign that an attack is about to happen. Many people also ignore this tightness or chest pain, claiming that it is nothing or that it is normal, but it is not. Get a medical checkup immediately if you are experiencing strong pressure in your upper chest. 3. Weakness Becoming increasingly sweaty and weak, feeling nausea and jaw pain are another signaling symptoms that you may have a heart attack. This is because you arteries have continued to narrow. This certainly does not allow the proper blood flow throughout the body. 4. Cold and flu symptoms Many people have recorded developing cold and flu-like symptoms right before an attack happened. These are very scary signs, and you should rush to your doctor for a checkup. 5. Fatigue If you are feeling tired and drowsy all the time, it could be a result of the loss of blood flow to your heart. This happens when there is a sizable buildup of plaque in your arteries, the same arteries that carry blood to –and-from the heart. 6. Shortness of breath Due to the loss of blood flow, your lungs are going to suffer as well. When not enough blood gets to your lungs you will not be able to breathe in enough air, which is related to shortness of breath. If you are having great trouble breathing in and out, you should get in touch with your doctor immediately since this is a very bad sign. Causes of a heart attack in women While the initial causation can often be pinned on the usual suspects—heavy smokers, people with high-stress lifestyles, or those who are excessively overweight—the not-so-usual suspects can also be at high risk from heart attack. Heart disease is the No.1 killer of women, which is why it is imperative that women learn the warning signs and symptoms, see a doctor regularly, and learn their family history. Recapping: If you experience any of the above listed symptoms of a heart attack, you must get yourself up and to the doctor. The best way to prevent a heart attack is to treat the symptoms before it happens. And do whatever you can do to ensure that you have good cardiovascular health. We all ought to live a heart-healthy lifestyle because it could make the difference between life and death! Every year, almost eight hundred thousand people in North America suffer a heart attack. Many survive but some do not, especially if they’ve had more than one. A heart attack is most often indicative of coronary heart disease, which is a cumulative deterioration of the heart and circulatory system. When arteries get clogged with plaque, undue pressure is put on the heart to process blood. As a muscle, the heart itself can become weakened and stop working properly. A “heart attack” (myocardial infarction) can be caused by either coronary thrombosis (an arterial blood clot) or blocked blood supply to the heart. The experience of a heart attack is different for everyone; there isn’t always sharp pain—sometimes it’s a general slow breakdown with mild symptoms. Knowing the signs of a heart attack can help you to take steps to stave it off.
SHOCKING: 9-year-old Boy, Parents, Grandmother All Die Mysteriously In Oyo
http://www.africtoday.com Tragedy befell a family at Iluju village via Ikoyi Ile in Oriire Local Government area of Oyo State when four of its members, including a couple, their nine-year-old son and the boy's grandmother died, one after the other, within five days. According to information gathered by Sunday Tribune, the nine year-old boy whose name was given as Samuel Ajani, fell sick in the morning of Friday, August 2. He was said to have been rushed to a private hospital within the village where the doctor on duty reportedly diagnosed convulsion. Sunday Tribune further learnt that the doctor commenced treatment on the boy immediately, battling to save his life. Unfortunately, the boy reportedly gave up the ghost while still undergoing treatment. When the news of his death got to his mother and his paternal grandmother, the two women were reported to have gone into shock, prompting their being rushed to Bowen University Teaching Hospital in Ogbomoso for treatment. Upon examination, the doctor said that the blood pressure of both women had gone on the high side. Unfortunately again, both of them died. This, it was learnt, prompted the father of the deceased boy, one Mr. Ajani Abiola, to go to Ikoyi-Ile Police Station at about 7a.m. on Sunday, August 4, to make a formal report of the sad events. Surprisingly, on Tuesday, August 6, an unconfirmed report had it that the man, who was with the police two days earlier to report the death of his family members, had also died. Sunday Tribune could not confirm if the man had been ill before the tragedy that befell him, but no one could say exactly what could have led to the deaths of the four family members, despite the medical explanations given at the different hospitals they were taken to. When contacted, the Oyo State Police Public Relations Officer, Olabisi Okuwobi-Ilobanafor, confirmed the story of the deceased boy, mother and grandmother but said she was yet to confirm that of the father. She also added that from the report made by the father and his statement that no foul play was suspected, the police would regard the deaths as sudden and unnatural.

Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) Explained | Tufts Medical Center
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a genetic heart disease where there is increased thickness of the left ventricle, predominantly affecting the ventricular septum. There are two types of HCM—non-obstructive and obstructive. Obstructive HCM occurs when the mitral valve makes an abnormal motion and contacts the thickened septum obstructing the flow of blood from the left ventricle out of the heart, as well as causing leakiness (or regurgitation) of blood back into the left atrium. This obstruction to blood flow and mitral regurgitation creates high pressures in the heart and is the main cause of limiting symptoms in patients with obstructive HCM. Symptoms may include: shortness of breath with exertion, chest pain, dizziness, or exertional fatigue. Although there is no cure for HCM, there are several effective treatment options available to improve symptoms. Kidney failure facts
http://www.balancedhealthtoday.com http://www.balancedhealthtoday.com/glytamins.html Kidneys are the organs that help filter waste products from the blood. They are also involved in regulating blood pressure, electrolyte balance, and red blood cell production in the body. Symptoms of kidney failure are due to the build-up of waste products in the body that may cause weakness, shortness of breath, lethargy, and confusion. Inability to remove potassium from the bloodstream may lead to abnormal heart rhythms and sudden death. Initially kidney failure may cause no symptoms. There are numerous causes of kidney failure, and treatment of the underlying disease may be the first step in correcting the kidney abnormality. Some causes of kidney failure are treatable and the kidney function may return to normal. Unfortunately, kidney failure may be progressive in other situations and may be irreversible. The diagnosis of kidney failure usually is made by blood tests measuring BUN, creatinine, and glomerular filtration rate (GFR). Treatment of the underlying cause of kidney failure may return kidney function to normal. Lifelong efforts to control blood pressure and diabetes may be the best way to prevent chronic kidney disease and its progression to kidney failure. As we age kidney function gradually decreases over time. If the kidneys fail completely, the only treatment options available may be dialysis or transplant. http://www.balancedhealthtoday.com/store http://www.balancedhealthtoday.com/store/glytamins.html

WELCOME AT MY CHANNEL ! THIS CHANNEL is always showing tips - health tips. Not a few beliefs that circulate widely in food-related communities. But not all can be justified truth. One of them is rumors about eating shrimp and vitamin C simultaneously that supposedly can lead to death .. In fact, until now none of the studies that prove that the inclusion of shrimp and vitamin C together in the body can lead to death. Arsenic compounds once made a scapegoat in the news of someone's death after eating shrimp and vitamin C together. Arsen itself is a harmful chemical compound when entering into the body in a certain amount. Health problems that can be caused include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, tingling, cramps, to convulsions, and death .. Shrimp, shellfish, and various other types of seafood can indeed contain arsenic. Especially if the sea habitatnya much contaminated waste products from the factory. The average seawater contains 1 to 2 micrograms per liter. While the minimum dose required to cause death is 70 to 200 micro grams. Thus, the consumption of seafood in a reasonable amount, generally will not result in arsenic poisoning .. However, some people believe that the content of the arises in seafood will increase if consumed with vitamin C. In fact, this rumor is completely untrue. Because, vitamin C has nothing to do with the content of arsenic in seafood .. In fact, eating a fair amount of shrimp will benefit the body. For seafood this one is a very good source of protein. Likewise with vitamin C is indispensable for the repair of body cells. Not only that, this vitamin also serves as an antioxidant .. This explanation reveals another myth that can mislead the public. So, eating shrimp and vitamin C together is not proven to lead to death.

How can I decrease the chances of my baby having birth defects?
Not all birth defects are preventable, but there are things a woman can do to increase the chances of having a healthy baby. The Centers for Disease Control has challenged all women to make a PACT, or a commitment to themselves to do whatever they can to get healthy before trying to get pregnant. PACT is an acronym to help us remember what we can do. P is for Plan ahead. A is Avoid harmful substances. C is Choose a healthy lifestyle. T is Talk with your doctor. Let's start with P, or Planning ahead. One of the first things you can do is start today by taking a prenatal vitamin that has at least 400mg of folic acid. This ensures that there's enough folic acid in your system when you actually get pregnant. It will reduce the chances of your baby having spina bifida. There are different germ layers forming in the first couple of weeks after conception before you even know you're pregnant, and if there's not enough folic acid, that's when this can happen. So you need to plan ahead and take a prenatal vitamin even before you start trying to conceive. A is for Avoiding harmful substances. Avoid alcohol, smoking, illicit street drugs, and think twice about prescription medications, over-the-counter medications, and herbal supplements. There is no safe amount of alcohol at any time during pregnancy, so just avoid it. If you're trying to get pregnant, stop drinking before you even start the process. If you do drink during pregnancy, then it increases the chances of your baby having a host of complications that can last a lifetime for them. These are called fetal alcohol spectrum disorders. As for smoking, it increases the chances of complications during pregnancy, like preterm labor, preterm delivery, placenta previa, placental abruption. Then some women think "Oh, I've done great, I didn't smoke while I was pregnant.", but then they start again after the baby is born. Secondhand smoke can also be deadly to a baby and increase the chances of sudden infant death syndrome, also known as SIDS. If your own health isn't a good enough reason to quit, then let your baby's health be a good motivation to stop smoking. It's never too late. Because of common sense, most people figure that it's smart to stay away from illicit street drugs during pregnancy, and really, at anytime in life. But some people do question the use of marijuana and think that it might help with nausea during pregnancy or other discomforts that you feel during pregnancy. But it, too, is not safe and has been linked to developmental problems as a child gets older - lower IQ, attention deficit disorder - so stay away from marijuana. If you've been on any prescription medication, or are thinking about taking any over-the-counter pills or herbal supplements, talk with your OB provider first and make sure they're safe during pregnancy. C stands for Choose a healthy lifestyle. Talk with your doctor before you get pregnant. Make a preconception appointment, and they'll discuss your health history and decide if anything needs to get under control before you get pregnant. A couple of health conditions they'll talk to you about or consider are obesity, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, and diabetes. If these things are not well-controlled, then it can increase the chances of pregnancy complications and birth defects. Lastly, T stands for Talk with your health provider. They're always going to be your best resource, because they have a knowledge of your circumstances, and can give you the best advice if you have questions, and tailor it to your needs. But they'll also talk with you at your first few prenatal appointments, specifically about past infections, things that might pose a risk to you during pregnancy, like sexually transmitted infections, hepatitis. Take toxoplasmosis for example - this is a parasite that you can get from changing cat litter. So this is important for a pregnant woman to know, because it can affect your growing baby. If you have a cat at home and you're trying to conceive, then happily, you'll be able to pass that duty off to your partner until after you've had the baby. They'll also talk with you about immunizations that you should get during pregnancy, one of which is the flu shot, and another important one is the Tdap booster shot (tetanus, diphtheria & pertussis). Pertussis is the whooping cough piece, and babies are left vulnerable. They can get whooping cough during the first year of life, because they can't get their own immunization until around their 1st birthday. So the mother is given a Tdap booster shot after 27 weeks, and as her body builds up extra immunity, it's passed to the baby through the placenta, and that's what offers them protection until their 1st birthday. Pregnancy is a really exciting time, but it can also be super stressful. By doing these things, you'll at least have some peace of mind knowing that you did everything you could to make sure that your baby is as healthy as possible.

Discover Diseases Of The Heart
Hi! I'm robo-Suzie and today I'll talk to you about Discover Diseases Of The Heart. Also don't forget to subscribe for more tips in the future! But back to our topic. Unfortunately, heart disease is still among the top 3 killers in the United States. The diseases of the heart include: coronary heart disease, abnormal heart rhythms, heart failure, heart valve disease, congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, marfan syndrome, and vascular disease. All of these diseases affect the structure or function of the heart. Here we look at some of the diseases, including coronary heart disease (the one that most people think of when they think of diseases of the heart), and what causes heart disease of different kinds. Congenital heart disease is a type of birth defect affecting approximately 500,000 adults in the United States. These defects may be minor requiring no treatment at all or more serious, requiring surgery and/or lifelong monitoring and medications. Factors believed to be included in what causes heart disease of this type includes genetics, chromosomal abnormalities, drug use, alcohol use and the use of certain medications during pregnancy. Viral infections in the mother during the early stages of pregnancy can also lead to congenital diseases of the heart. Heart failure is one disease that can be caused by other diseases of the heart including coronary artery disease, congenital heart disease and cardiomyopathy. Other conditions that cause damage to the heart muscle, such as high blood pressure, thyroid disease, kidney disease and diabetes, alone or in combination with other conditions, may be what causes heart disease known as heart failure. The term heart failure is confusing to many people and can be a very scary diagnosis to hear from the doctor. It does not mean that the heart has stopped working, but that its pumping power is weaker than normal. According to the American Heart Association, those who suffer from heart failure can lead full active lives by paying close attention to diet, exercising moderately and following their doctor's recommendations. Controlling other risk factors, such as high blood pressure and diabetes is also important. Cardiomyopathy or heart muscle disease is one of the progressive diseases of the heart. As this disease progresses, the heart becomes enlarged, thicker and stiffer, weakening its ability to pump blood, causing blood to back up into the lungs and/or the rest of the body. What causes heart disease of this type includes coronary artery disease, thyroid disease, alcoholism, diabetes, congenital heart disease and viral infections of the heart. In addition, cardiomyopathy may be inherited, caused by uncontrolled high blood pressure or simply age. Abnormal heart rhythms may be harmless, a result of too much caffeine, nicotine or excessive exercising. Or they may be a symptom of coronary heart disease or other diseases of the heart. Thus treatment depends on the cause. The diseases of the heart can be broken down into two very simple categories: those which are related to, caused by, or a symptom of coronary artery disease and those that are not. Heart failure, cardiomyopathy, certain types of heart valve disease, pericardial disease and vascular disease fall into the first category. Congenital diseases of the heart, marfan syndrome and other inherited conditions fall into the second group. This is also similar to the way that experts look at what causes heart disease: those things that can be controlled and those things that cannot. It is believed that coronary artery disease can be prevented and even reversed with proper treatment, dietary changes, exercise, and control of blood sugar, blood pressure and LDL cholesterol levels. In addition, certain dietary supplements including antioxidants, B-vitamins and folic acid appear to be helpful. Coronary artery disease is a condition in which a build-up of plaque inside the blood vessels leading to the heart reduces blood flow to the heart, causing blood vessels to initially increase in size and eventually to lose elasticity. In some cases, new blood vessels form to bypass the obstruction and carry more blood to the heart. However, the new blood vessels are weaker and sometimes collapse or burst. When the obstruction becomes so large that it blocks the flow of blood completely a heart attack occurs. In many cases, people are unaware that they have coronary artery disease, until they have a heart attack.

Students help save Lewisville teacher's life
LEWISVILLE, Texas – Life changed instantly one Wednesday for Alisha Byerly, a Lewisville ISD teacher. The day started like any other with Byerly teaching her 5th graders at Morningside Elementary. Then, her heart started beating out of control. “When it started to shake, I could feel it,” said Byerly. From then, everything happened like clockwork. “So we were over there and then she was laying back in the chair, and then she fell over,” recalled John Sunderland, one of Byerly’s 11-year-old students. “That's when we knew to go in the other room and call 911.” The school nurse grabbed a defibrillator. The P.E. teacher and Vice Principal took turns giving CPR. “I was really scared,” said Jillian Powell, 10. “I thought she died.” She did. But together they restored Byerly’s pulse and brought her back to life. “I remember down to my heart shaking,” said Byerly, back in her classroom where her heart stopped. “I remember being in this room after being revived.” By the time paramedics got Byerly to Texas Health Plano, the 42-year-old teacher was awake and talking: good blood pressure, no blocked arteries. “With her, I'm concerned about a particular genetic syndrome called long QT syndrome, where the heart starts misfiring in a chaotic way and needs to be shocked to restore normal rhythm,” explained Dr. Sumeet Chhabra, cardiac electrophysiologist at Texas Health Plano. Doctors decided to implant a small defibrillator through a 2-inch incision underneath Byerly’s collar bone in order to shock her heart if necessary. “Think about the defibrillator as a guardian angel,” said Dr. Chhabra. “It's with you at all times.” Seven days after her cardiac arrest, Byerly was back in her classroom. “They were already special students,” she said about John and Jillian. “But I don't know that I'll ever lose that connection with them.” Sunderland chimed in about helping to save their teacher’s life: “It feels good,” he said. “It feels like I've done something great.” Doctors acknowledged Sunderland and the other students and staff, too. “I give all the credit in the world to the students that were in that classroom, and the Vice Principal who came and saved her life,” said Dr. Chhabra. Byerly’s memory and motor skills are 100 percent normal. The lesson for this teacher? “If you listen to the whole story – and there are so many tiny pieces – God was there every step of the way,” said Byerly. “He wants me here. And I was with people I love and who love me and I can't imagine it happening anywhere else."

WellStar Cardiovascular Heart Screening Program
The Heart Screen, also known as a coronary calcium scan, provides pictures of your heart's coronary arteries and identifies the presence of calcium deposits. The result of the test is called a coronary calcium score. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. A cardiac CT scan is a non-invasive test to determine the presence, location and extent of calcified plaque in the coronary arteries. The amount of calcium identified is given a number called a “calcium score”. Because calcium narrows the arteries and increases your heart attack risk, the WellStar Heart Screen is a superior detection tool to identify undiagnosed cardiac issues even before experiencing any symptoms.
Banning smoking in restaurants reduces heart attack deaths
Restaurant smoking bans have been linked with drops in rates of heart attack and sudden cardiac death even though other risk factors for cardiovascular disease have not diminished, according to research published online ahead of print in the Archives of Internal Medicine. Benefits of quitting smoking include: • A reduction in the risk of heart attack • A reduction in the risk of lung cancer • Lower life insurance premiums Researchers from of the Mayo Clinic Rochester compared rates of heart attack and sudden cardiac death that occurred during the 18 months before and after the local county implemented a workplace smoke-free ordinance that banned smoking in restaurants. After implementation of the new restaurant smoking ban, rates of heart attack dropped by 33% in the county and rates of sudden cardiac death dropped by 17%. It appears that these effects were directly related to a reduction in exposure to cigarette smoke, since other major risk factors for cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and obesity, remained constant or increased during the same time period. Today's research highlights the profound impact that secondhand smoke can have on cardiovascular health and suggests that it should be avoided by everyone, particularly those with heart disease.

Six Cardio Tests Provide Health Snapshot
With cardiovascular disease being the nation’s top killer, who wouldn’t want to know what’s going on inside them? Now getting a beat on your heart health is easier than ever before. “The nice thing about these tests is that they’re non-invasive. There’s going to be no discomfort with them, they can be done in one setting, they’re quick and easy and they can give us a great insight into the heart,” says Dr. Lynne Einbinder, who is an interventional cardiologist with Lee Memorial Health System. The heart lays at the center or ‘heart’ of our vascular system. Once blood leaves the heart it circulates throughout the body. And problems can pop up anywhere down the line. A group of six cardio tests, bundled together can provide a real-time health snapshot. It begins with an echocardiogram: “That’s an ultrasound of the heart. We’re able to look at the size and function of the heart. We’re able to look for any evidence of previous heart attack, heart damage, or any significant leakage of the heart valve,” says Dr. Einbinder. Next is an ultrasound of the aorta, which looks for aneurysms; followed by a carotid ultrasound. “We ultrasound the two arteries inside the neck and we look for evidences of blockages. Severe blockages can actually increase your risk of stroke,” says Dr. Einbinder. The ankle-brachial test is a telling test most people have never heard of. “We look at the blood flow down the legs. And it’s a very easy test to do. We just put some blood pressure cuffs down the legs in the same way that we put blood pressure cuffs on the arms,” says Dr. Einbinder. And don’t underestimate the EKG-which packs a powerful punch. “Even though it’s a simple test, it can give us a lot of information. It can look for heart arrhythmias, it can look for irregular heartbeats, it can also give us information about whether there’s been old heart attacks,” says Dr. Einbinder. The final screening is a blood pressure test. Taken with the others it provides a fuller picture of your health status. “The reason why we pick these tests is because these are very serious conditions that it can pick up,” says Dr. Einbinder. Funny Cute Cat and Baby Friendship are Extraordinary Subjects||Beautiful Baby Gambado with Cute Cats
Funny Cute Cat and Baby Friendship are Extraordinary Subjects.Beautiful Baby Gambado with Cute Cats. Humans hatch Funny Cute Cat. And the Funny Cute Cat in the first of the human animals . Almost four thousand years ago the Cute Cats was adapted to poultry. There are about 100 species of Cute Cats in the world. The Funny Cute Cat is seen in almost six times more eye in dark night. Cats are very cool and moody. Looks like I'm thinking something or thinking about something. There are variations in their nature too. Discuss some interesting information about this creature Cute Cats is the most popular pet pet in America. A survey conducted by the American pet product manufacturers association (APPMA) found that there are approximately 73 million Funny Cute Cat in the whole of America, where dogs are About 68 million Cats have emotions and they may experience happiness, sadness, pain, anger, tension and humorousness. Although there may be many debates about the depth and depth of their emotion, research has confirmed that cats have tendency to understand the emotion of the human being. The gray matter of cats has many similarities in the human brain. On average, a cat sleeps for 16 hours a day. If your cat is 9 years old, then it spent 6 years of his life asleep. Cats often find a place of their choice and make it their favorite place of sleep. Cats look very good in the dark. To see anything clean, the person's light needs to be seen in one-sixth of the light. When a cat chases its prey, it keeps its head high. Cat's eyes are the largest in the body of all creatures in the world. Elephants are very big, whales are huge, their eyes but body size is much smaller than cats. With age, the cat's eye color changes. Cute Cat can be trained to use human toilets and flash. Once you can train, the cat will always find the toilet to respond comfortably to the call of its nature. Despite a small size, there are about 290 bones and 517 muscles in a cat's body, where there are only 206 bones in the human body-which is much larger than the cat. In rare cases, cats are seen to break bones and they are usually kept intact even when they are removed from the top. In fact, the cat can jump about 5 times its own height in one jump. Cute Cat works very important with mustache. If you want to go through a small hole, the cat will only measure it with that mustache, then you will try to fix it. There is a special advantage of them. The collarbone does not have the head melted away, then it goes effortlessly across the hole. There are 9 thousand such types of 'sensors' who have the ability to test their food taste. Only 473 cats have such censor in cats. As a result, their tongue is less effective in relishing the taste. The cat is so forced to taste the food, the smell of the nose. Every person's fingerprint or fingerprint is quite different, such a cat's nose. Each cat has a nose. So if all of a sudden coincides with the coincidence, the two cat noses can never be exactly the same. There will be some differences. If you hear the sound of the cat, the cottage that makes the house cry, or the human blood pressure decreases. One study has proved it. Statistics show that around 40,000 people bite cats every year throughout America. According to the description of Briarcliff Animal Hospital, cats bite is very serious and can lead to difficult bacterial infections. It can be treated with penicillin. However, if it is ignored, it can spread through lymph system and in rare cases may cause death. If the cat is lost, she has the ability to return to her home in China. Experts believe that such an ability is related to the angular account of sunlight, the magnetic field of the Earth, and the PSI travel. There are many such evidence that the cat has crossed a long way in reaching home. The cat does not understand the sweet taste, so there is no need to give sugar to the cats used, it will not work. Chocolate is also harmful for cats. Funny Cute Cat like humans also speak different languages in different countries, that is, the cats of 'Miyu, Miyu' or not in all countries. The cat can make up to 100 kinds of words. Each year around 4 million cats are eaten on the continent of Asia. Chinese people eat more cat meat during winter. Because they think the cat meat will keep their body warm in the winter. Almost 24 cats fur is required to produce a coat. Like a dog cats have no milk. Scientists believe that there is no cure of breast cancer due to the test receptor or taste hormones.

Laura no longer takes insulin after 3 months in our Diabetes Reversal Program
My name is Laura Sanchez, I’ve been on Next Advanced Medicine for 3 months I’m going to deviate … My family are the poster children of what not to do in diabetes. My grandfather and father lost their eyesight and they both lost their leg. I have a cousin that went crazy after he got gang-green and died a week later. I have a cousin that is on dialysis every day. I have all kinds of cousins, and all kind of everything. I am positive that when I got told I got diabetes, I am positive I probably reacted like everyone in my family, and that is denial, then I went from denial to “Okay I’ll take the medicine”. Then my AIC was still high and the doctor was still yelling at me. So I thought “I have a good idea, I’ll just take more insulin”. So I started taking more and more insulin. When I got here I was taking 60 units of insulin. I didn’t know it was killing me, I didn’t know it causes high blood pressure. And that doesn’t make sense because I all the sudden had high my blood pressure and that doesn’t make sense because it was always low. So I have high blood pressure, I’m diabetic, I’m doing nothing good for myself, and I started losing my eyesight as well. I said to myself, “I know where that road goes, I know exactly where that road goes and I’m not taking it.” When I got here, My Friend told me about it, I got here and the presentation was amazing. The only thing I was worried about was that I wasn’t going to be accepted. And I was, three months later I am off of insulin! I don’t take any insulin, every morning I have to go “nope I don’t take insulin” and run out the door. Every day I have to do that. Because before I had to stop myself every morning and say “Did you take it”. And I would take more if I knew it was a potluck day, if I knew I was going to be eating bad, that kind of stuff. I Know my family did the same thing, I just didn’t want to do that. I wanted to learn and get off of this roller coaster. What enabled you to get off the insulin? It’s totally the diet, the supplements and the diet. I was amazed when I had to cut my insulin half, and then on my third month, they drew the viles of blood, and when I got the results, it was your A1C was 5.6. And that’s the magic number. My doctor called me back and confirmed it with all the numbers, and he confirmed I could get off the insulin and he lowered my glipizide. So Currently your AIC is 5.6 –which is below diabetic correct? Yes!. What was it before you started the program? I remember when he was yelling at me it was 11, then my last one was 6.8 but that was also with 60 units of insulin, 2 Metformins twice a day, and glipizide twice a day and everything else. I con myself all the time, I thought “I don’t take that much medicine”. Who in the world thinks that, I was on the glipizide, the metformin, the insulin, the Prozac, the Wellbutrin, the heart medicine and the cholesterol medicine, how in the world did I say, “I’m not taking that much” And I’ve lost 33 pounds, and this was right after I hit a plateau at the beginning of the month. I can’t really exercise, so I dance, and I do full body dance. I live alone, and my cat won’t tell on me. I go at it. What makes the difference for you here that is enabling you to change? It is that I see you every week, I’m accountable for every week. I have to test my blood every week. You have to be, you just have to be organized, I have to make breakfast, and lunch and snacks, and get my pills all ready for the day. And I wasn’t very organized. I ate breakfast and lunch at the office cafeteria which was “no good” food, I just never ate fruit. Now I eat fruit, I weigh and measure everything, and prepare everything and run out the door. The food is good, sometimes you miss different things, the other day they had a chocolate cake in the office, and I was just smelling the chocolate all day long. But the other side is, I was worried about losing my eyesight and losing my leg and when I want to cheat, I say “is it worth my eyesight or my leg?” And there is nothing worth that. So I grin and bear it. I am grateful that I am on this program, and it’s working! My mother does not know that I am off of insulin, my sister told me not to tell her until I see her next month, then you can tell her you’ve been off for a month or two, because she’ll worry about that. But it’s hard keeping the secret because I am so happy that I am not taking those shots (insulin) anymore! -Laura Sanchez, March 2018 Call 949-943-3535 to reserve your spot for our Diabetes Reversal Seminar!

"Energy Drink ingredients" "how to stay awake while driving" optilert.com
http://www.optilert.com/ 100% satisfaction guarantee! Many people have tried energy drinks to stay awake while driving. Energy drink ingredients have many side effects. The negative effects are weight gain, high blood pressure, sleep disorder, addiction to caffeine, stomach upset or even sudden cardiac death to name a few. There's now a healthier way to boost your energy, Optilert. There's no side effects. Effective in combating drowsiness. In the United States, 250,000 drivers fall asleep at the wheel every day, according to the Division of Sleep Medicine at Harvard Medical School and in a national poll by the National Sleep Foundation, 54% of adult drivers said they had driven while drowsy during the past year with 28% saying they had actually fallen asleep while driving. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, drowsy driving is a factor in more than 100,000 crashes, resulting in 1,550 deaths and 40,000 injuries annually. (wikipedia.org) There are various devices on the market, including those with a price of several thousand dollars that monitor head angle and driver actions as a measure of sleepiness. Once algorithmically determined to be drifting off to sleep, the driver is alerted via vibration, sound, or lights. Cheaper devices attached to the ear also alert the driver with vibration or noise also wake up sleepy drivers as they fall asleep and nod their heads. The disadvantage of startling and waking up a sleeping driver, especially one driving at high speeds, is obvious. Even if successful, this approach does not address slow reaction times and a lack of alertness that increases accident risks during night time driving. Other alternatives to Optilert are artificial chemical stimulants, and home remedies with, at best, short-lived effects. Chemical stimulants are prone to abuse, and are harmful even with moderate use. Home remedies, despite widespread general acceptance, really offer only a false sense of security to the severe and growing problem of serious driver fatigue. Optilert, while unique as a device, builds on solid science for its effectiveness. Longstanding research has shown that alertness and sleepiness are strongly coupled to thermoregulation in the distal extremities (Krauchi, et al, 2005). As distal temperatures increase, levels of sleepiness increase and, conversely, as distal temperatures decrease, levels of sleepiness decrease (Krauchi et al, 2005). Stay Alert, Stay Alive! Another Damn Hyper Disaster : RANDOMconvictions :09:
Adderall has a high abuse potential. Because Adderall has a powerful effect of increasing blood pressure, it carries the same risk of sudden death, stroke, and heart attack in patients with pre-existing heart conditions, as does methylphenidate and other stimulants used to treat ADHD, as well as the same risk of seizures in patients with a history of seizures. Studies of long-term use of Adderall and methylphenidate in children have shown a temporary decrease in growth rate that does not affect final adult height. Stimulant medications also decrease appetite in some people, leading to weight loss, and this effect is more common with Adderall than methylphenidate or atomoxetine. Changes in vision have been reported with both Adderall and methylphenidate. Due to side effects including appetite suppression and weight loss, Adderall has also been used as an off-label drug for obesity. Adderall is also reportedly widely used as a "study drug" at many universities. Adderall is reported to help focus energy and concentration to a much higher level than normal. It enables the user to focus and stay awake. Stories of students writing papers continuously for an unusually long time, or "cramming" all night for an exam with no loss of energy or concentration are common. However, the user reportedly can suffer from drastic side effects the following day if Adderall was used to avoid a normal sleep pattern. William Frankenberger, psychology professor at University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire, led a study at the university in 2004 that reported 14% of the campus had abused some form of ADHD drug, including Adderall.College campuses known to be highly competitive or have a high rate of binge drinking had up to 25% of students who misused an ADHD medication within one year, a survey of students at 119 colleges across the country concluded.Other forms of ADHD medication used as a performance enhancing drug include methylphenidate preparations, such as Ritalin and Concerta. The Nevada State Athletic Commission has banned athletes in the state from using Adderall. Tim Credeur was removed from a UFC fight on the finale of The Ultimate Fighter 7 because of a positive drug test due to his use of it. New Orleans Saints kicker Garrett Hartley served a four-game suspension when the 2009 NFL regular season began, because he tested positive for the banned stimulant. The Arizona Cardinals tight end Ben Patrick received a four-game suspension as a result of using Adderall.
