Try Hangover Hardware hangover pills by Christopher Walker here -https://truthnutra.com/hangover-hardware What is a hangover? For generations, we have assumed that hangovers are an inescapable consequence of alcohol. The average alcohol-drinker consumes somewhere between 7 and 14 drinks per week, leaving us susceptible to the dreaded “morning-after’s.”The splitting headache, the wrenching nausea, and the cloudy brain become part of an assumed routine for some. In a world where friendships are made and business is done while drinking alcohol, the hangover slips its way in as a casual part of our lives. This has been acceptable for centuries, but have you ever asked yourself, “Why do I put up with this?” Technological advancements in software, medicine and currency seem to be made each week, so (until now) why hasn’t anyone solved something as seemingly simple as the hangover? We believe the answer stems from a general lack of knowledge surrounding the answer to another question… What exactly is a hangover? A hangover is not one thing. What we call a hangover is not an actual medical condition, because a hangover is not one condition. A hangover is the result of several body processes occurring in response to drinking alcohol. In order to cure or even prevent a hangover, each one of these body processes must be addressed accordingly. Let’s run through each of these body processes: Step One: Dehydration For a very long time, this was thought to be the sole cause of a hangover. Alcohol is much harder for the body to process than regular food and drink, therefore your demand for water greatly increases on a “night out.” To make matters worse, ingesting alcohol has detrimental effects on your hypothalamus, which is the part of your brain responsible for the regulation of the hormone vasopressin. When vasopressin goes off the hinges, you urinate more frequently, diluting your concentration of electrolytes causing even more dehydration. Step Two: Toxic Waste Production Alcohol metabolism has not been heavily studied, but here’s what we do know: Alcohol metabolism in your liver produces toxic by-products called acetaldehydes. Your body has natural acetaldehyde dehydrogenase and glutathione stores that turn these toxic substances into acetate, which is thought to be harmless at low levels. When your glutathione storage runs out, this leaves the toxic substances in your body, which have been shown to cause flushing, sweating and vomiting, much like when any other toxic substance enters your body. Step Three: Immune System Failure The consumption of alcohol also puts a heavy load on your immune system. Studies show that there are significant changes in immune system parameters during a hangover, namely increased concentrations of cytokines, which are released during an inflammatory response. It is likely that these cytokines are the culprit behind many cognitive effects of alcohol, such as memory impairment and mood changes. Cerebral cytokines have also been shown in animal studies to increase sickness behavior such as weakness, inability to concentrate and reduced appetite. (Sound familiar?) Step Four: The Glutamine Rebound The next step happens after you have already gone to sleep. The cause of nausea and vomiting is often attributed only to alcohol quantity, but have you ever slept so poorly you felt sick? Vomiting while drinking is a result of your body rejecting the pseudo-poison that you just ingested, but once it’s all processed, much of your hangover nausea is actually from poor sleep quality. This is due to the Glutamine Rebound. When someone is drinking, alcohol inhibits one of the body’s natural stimulants – glutamine. When the drinking stops, the body will immediately begin producing more glutmine to catch up. This “Glutamine Rebound” almost always happens while you are asleep, stimulating the body and keeping you from reaching your deepest sleep all night. The resulting daytime sleepiness is what accounts for any sensitivity to light and general weakness you may feel in the morning. You must attack each of these pain points individually to prevent or cure a hangover. Many hangover cures try to treat a hangover as one entity, and often lean on dehydration as the root cause. Dehydration certainly plays a role in the hangover, but by simply supplementing electrolytes you are solving about 50% of the problem. Here’s what you need: 1) A Powerful B-Vitamin Complex 2) Key Electrolytes 3) Chromium 4) Milk Thistle 5) Choline 6) Turmeric 7) Olive Leaf Extract 8) Ginseng 9) Alpha Lipoic Acid 10) N-Acetyl Cysteine 11) Taurine You can read more about any of these ingredients on our Ingredients page. Now that you know what you are up against, take action. Stop being hungover! Try out Hangover Hardware for yourself today (it works or your money back) - https://truthnutra.com/hangover

About 60% to 80% human body is water. We need water for various purposes like digestion and excretion. Water is also a major component of blood. However, every day we lose about 2 to 3 liters of water through sweat, urine, breathing, etc. Hence, to compensate the water loss, if we don't drink enough water, then we will get dehydrated. During dehydration, our brain works harder than normal. It informs kidneys to retain moisture, thus producing darker concentrated urine. It reduces the production of saliva causing dry mouth. Lack of water also causes our brain tissues to shrink. We get headaches and feel nauseous. Our energy levels drop and our skin becomes dry. Besides this, chronic dehydration can lead to severe health problems and even death.

Email Me! YourHairQuestions@gmail.com Email for Business Inquiries firstname.lastname@example.org So many of us get extremely frustrated when it comes to our black hair becomes it seems to be that now that we finally have a nice, moisturized hairstyle, our dry scalps continue to be an issue. Everyone gets dry scalp but especially in the African american community, black women have the hardest of times fighting for a moisturized scalp. Sometimes when your scalp is itchy, it doesn't necessarily mean that you have dandruff. When we compare the two, dry scalp vs dandruff, there is a big difference. A typical itchy dry scalp is composed of fine, dry small flakes of skin on your scalp. With dandruff, its extremely flaky with waxy-like shedding skin. Imagine your hair a couple of days after a shampoo and then a couple of weeks without a shampoo, yes... big difference! For others of course, you may have more than just a typical dry scalp, eczema or psoriasis may be the culprit. I have mild eczema on my scalp and even though it is under control, at times, it is slightly itchy. Using coconut oil has saved me from loosing so much hair because of the intense scratching sessions that those from skin conditions or skin disease suffer from. I simply wet my scalp with water, and coat my scalp with this coconut oil whenever my scalp is dry. Now that we know the difference between dry scalp and dandruff, I will reveal to you below why you may be experiencing issues with you itchy scalp. Dry Scalp Reason #1 Lack Of A Cleansing and Conditioning Routine If you do not have a hair care regimen, this is exactly why you suffer from an itchy scalp! Not knowing how often your scalp wants a shampoo, conditioning, or moisturizing session is why you are always trying to defeat your dry scalp! Figure out what works best for you, everyone is different. I co-wash my hair once a week and cleanse my hair with shampoo once every 2 weeks. For you, it may be a co-wash every other day and a shampoo once a month. Simply experiment to perfect your regimen. Dry Scalp Reason #2 Lack Of Moisture How often do apply moisture to your scalp throughout the week? Do you have some type of regimen? If you are not sure how often you should do the following above, its best to just pay close attention to your scalp. Moments when your scalp feels dry and its just a little bit flaky, use a spray moisturizer to add moisture to your scalp, that can be as simple as mixing a little bit of water and jojoba oil (a natural sebum mimicking oil) in a travel size spray bottle for moisture. At times when this quick spritz of moisture doesn't work but your scalp and hair isn't ready for a shampoo wash quite yet, try a co-wash (conditioner only hair wash). Sometimes my scalp cries for moisture and the oil+water spritz and hair butters don't work so I like to co-wash my hair with any Vo5 hair conditioner I have on hand. It always does the trick (below is my favorite). Dry Scalp Reason #3 You Are Dehydrated! Do you drink 8-8 oz glasses of water a day? If the answer is no, don't expect your body to place your scalps moisture priority over your digestive priority. When you don't have enough water in your body, your extremities won't receive much such as your hair, skin, and nails. Drink Up!... How to lose water weight overnight | Causes of Bloating | Foods that cause bloating Relief after eating 🔥 FREE 6 Week Challenge: https://gravitytransformation.com Fat Loss Calculator: http://gravitytransformation.com/macro-calculator/ Would you like to know how to lose water weight overnight? Well luckily for you I have a great all encompassing answer starting from the causes of bloating and ending with bloating relief. If you would like to know how to get rid of water weight overnight you can find out by watching this video. It is important to note that this video is not about how to lose body fat fast. This video is about how to lose water weight fast. There is a big difference and each topic has its uses for different people. If you are someone looking to get rid of excess water weight to cut weight for a competition or someone looking for bloating relief and would like to get rid of some puffy skin then the tips presented in this video is for you. One of the best ways to lose water weight overnight is by sweating out extra water weight in a cardiovascular program. That's right when you go running or perform some other type of cardio you will be sweating much more than usual and will lose plenty of water weight that way. Another way to do this is by sitting in a sauna and cycling your rounds in there. In this video I recommend 4 rounds of 15 minutes. If this is too challenging then cut your rounds shorter and giver yourself more breaks. A sweat suit is a great way to get rid of bloating fast because it gives you the sauna effect (high heat) while exercising. Helping you sweat significantly more. The best way to lose water weight is by first identifying the foods that cause bloating. Bloating and puffy skin is caused by a high amount of water retention that sits between the skin and your muscles inhibiting you from looking your leanest. Your diet has a huge part to do with this and one of the biggest factors in your diet that leads to bloat is salt. That's right we want to cut out as much salt as possible and you should not have more than a teaspoon or 2,300 mg of sodium per day. That includes salt from seasonings, processed foods, and frozen foods. Sugar is also at the forefront of causes of bloating so make sure that simple nutrition void sugar is out of your diet. That includes sugars found in sodas, candy, and simple carbs as well. Stick to more protein based and high fiber/complex carbohydrate diet, and you will see drastic changes in your health, mood, and aesthetics. You can also supplement with potassium either in pill form or from fruits such as bananas. Potassium is an electrolyte that is thought to help reduce sodium's effect on the body. Asparagus has similar effects as well. I have heard positive reviews from many people about asparagus ability to fight bloating after eating. Dandelion tea is a natural diuretic that will help with puffy skin and help you get rid of water weight overnight as well. Distilled water is very special because it attaches to sodium and will actually flush the sodium it is attache to out of your system. Make sure that in general you are drinking a lot of water if your goal is to lose water weight. I know that may not make sense, but our bodies get very needy when they don't get enough of something. If your body doesn't get enough water, it will store and retain every last bit. Finally, one of the best tips for how to lose water weight overnight and bloating relief is by taking an Epsom salt bath. Epsom salt not only is capable of getting up to 20-30 lbs of water out of your body. It is also a very great way to get toxins out of your system and help you feel rejuvenated. Try it out next time you need to lose water weight. 9 foot problems Your Feet Reveal About Your Health In this video I will reveal what could be lurking behind your most common foot problems. I will also show you what it may mean about your general health and what you can do about it Let’s get straight into it No 1. Sudden Hair loss on the feet and toes What this might mean is you have Serious circulation problems You may think not having hair on your toes is a good thing especially during sandal season, but having hair on your toes is actually a good thing. Get it checked out Sudden baldness can be a sign that your feet aren’t getting enough blood flow to sustain hair growth. Expect your doctor to check for a pulse in your feet, which is an indication that your heart may not be able to pump enough blood to your feet. 2. You feel Frequent foot cramping What this may mean is your suffering from either Dehydration or nutritional deficiencies Randomly occurring cramps are extremely common in the feet so don’t get too worried. They can be as serious as circulation and nerve issues, or as harmless as a nutritional deficiency. If you’re exercising, be sure to drink plenty of water, since dehydration often leads to muscle cramping. You might also try upping your intake of potassium, magnesium, and calcium (with your doctor’s go-ahead, of course), since their deficiencies make cramps more common. Or you may like to try For relief, soaking your feet in a warm foot bath and stretching your toes toward your nose, not pointing down. If the cramps don’t let up, see your doctor who can test for circulation issues or nerve damage. 3. A sore that won’t heal What this may mean – well its probably a sore that’s taking time to heal but it could also mean Diabetes or skin cancer Stubborn sores are red flags for diabetes. Uncontrolled glucose levels in the blood can lead to nerve damage all the way down to your feet, which means any cuts, sores, or scrapes can come and go without you ever feeling it. If infection sets in you could be in trouble. A non-healing wound can also be a sign of skin cancer. Melanoma can pop up anywhere on your body—even in between your toes—so be sure to include your feet in your regular skin checks. (Brush up on your mole-detecting skills here.) 4. constantly cold feet What this may mean: Hypothyroidism Hypothyroidism is the most common cause of feet that just can’t get warm. And if you’re over 40, you could be living with a sluggish thyroid without even knowing it. Unfortunately, cold feet are the least of your problems—hypothyroidism can also cause hair loss, fatigue, unexplained weight gain, and depression. Get your feet feeling toasty again by heading to your doctor for a simple blood test, and you’ll start warming up shortly after starting the daily medication. 5. A Sudden enlarged big toe What it might mean: Gout or other inflammatory issue if you The sudden onset of a red, hot, swollen, or painful joint then get immediate medical attention,”. It may be nothng or it maybe something more serious such as gout, inflammatory arthritis, infection, or trauma. 6. Bunions What it might mean: An Inherited faulty foot structure If you thought your bunions were caused exclusively by a closet full of gorgeous (yet restrictive and often painful) shoes, you can stop blaming the boutique. Bunions are actually a sign of a flawed foot structure that’s often inherited and aggravated by inappropriate shoes. 7. Heel pain especially in the morning What it might mean: Plantar fasciitis You can’t mistake it—that sharp pain in the bottom of the heel when you get out of bed or stand up from a chair. It’s a strain of the ligament that supports the arch of the foot. whether you did it by wearing too-tight shoes, walking in flip-flops, or wearing worn-out workout trainers, the longer you let it go, the longer it takes to heal. Your podiatrist will probably tell you to ease up on walking at first, rethink your footwear, and adopt a good stretching routine. 8. Flaky, itchy, or peeling skin What this may mean: a Fungal infection Even if you’re never donned an athletic jersey in your life, you could still be walking around with athlete’s foot—which is basically a fungal infection. It causes itchiness and peeling, and can be treated by applying anti-fungal cream and keeping your feet as cool and dry as possible during the day.

Why You Should Never Drink Cold Water While a glass of ice water can sound incredibly refreshing, it turns out that there are a number of reasons why drinking cold water can be harmful and warm water is far more beneficial. What cold water does to your body Cold water can interfere with a number of healthy bodily processes and actually be detrimental to your well-being in the following ways: Cold water robs you of nutrients: The body’s natural temperature is 37 degrees Celcius. When you drink something that is very cold, your body has to spend an exorbitant amount of energy to regulate your core temperature. This takes away from energy that is needed to digest food and absorb nutrients. It may cause a sore throat: Extremely cold water may cause respiratory mucosa to build up, resulting in increased chance of infection causing a sore throat. It may decrease your heart rate: Studies demonstrate that ice stimulates the vagus nerve, causing your heart rate to slow down. Heads up, cold water may contain dirty ice: We recently reported that ice is often dirty, coated with bacteria and fungus. This often is true of your ice at home. On the flipside, here are some of the amazing health benefits of drinking warm water: Warm water provides pain relief Drinking warm or hot water has a soothing effect on the muscles of the abdomen. It can provide relief from menstrual and abdominal cramping, as well as muscle spasms. Boosts your weight loss By drinking a cup of hot water first thing in the morning, you can jump-start your metabolism. Warm water increases body temperature and increases the rate at which your metabolism burns calories. Prevents premature aging Drinking warm water helps to flush compounds from the body that can accelerate aging. It also improves skin elasticity by aiding in cellular repair. Clears nasal and throat congestion Hot water is a wonderful natural treatment for colds. It can naturally dissolve phlegm and clear your airways. It not only clears out nasal congestion, but it also soothes sore throat symptoms as well. Prevents constipation Hot water can help you to maintain bowel movement regularity. Dehydration is a frequent cause of recurring constipation problems. Not to mention that the movement of the bowel slows down as it fills up. The hot water can finish breaking down food remnants and flush them through the intestines. Aids your digestive process It is believed that drinking cold water during a meal might promote hardening of oils in the food and lead to a fat deposit in the intestine. As mentioned previously, warm water boosts metabolism and aids the digestive process. Detoxifies your body The act of drinking hot water naturally raises the temperature of the body. As the body temperature rises it activates the process of sweating, which flushes toxins out of the body through the pores of the skin. The extra hydration also helps the function of the kidneys to flush waste material out of the body, along with toxins. Improves your outlook According to Dr. Michael Wald, the director of Nutritional Services at Integrated Medicine and Nutrition in Mount Kisco, New York, consuming hot water activates receptors found in the stomach, esophagus, intestines and mouth. This stimulates pleasure regions of the brain. Maintains balance in the body Practitioners of Chinese Medicine believe that drinking warm water that is similar to the temperature of the body maintains balance. They believe that extremes of either hot or cold throw off the body’s yin and yang. Imbalances are believed to be responsible for symptoms like chills, depression, thirst, “foggy” thinking, sleepiness, bloating and more. Enhances blood circulation Drinking warm water breaks down fat deposits that are present in the body and blood stream. The warmth increases the flow of blood circulation and promotes the removal of toxins. The increased circulation induces muscle relaxation, which can reduce pain. Try warm lemon water My favorite way to drink warm water is by adding a squeeze or two of fresh lemon juice. This is especially beneficial first thing in the morning. Lemons contain citric acid, magnesium, bioflavonoids, vitamin C, pectin, calcium and limonene, which supercharge our immunity so that the body can fight infection. They also help to lower the activity of free radicals and increase the breaking down of body fat, also known as adipose tissue. https://youtu.be/trayR9T-mI4

Drinking water all by itself is a way to help flush the body of toxins on a daily basis, but with a few simple ingredients you can transform water into detox water and get even more benefit from it. This is something you can do each day, or as part of a more broad detoxing strategy. Each one of the ingredients listed here will provide slightly different benefits, so be sure to choose it according to the particular goal you have. 1. Apple Cinnamon Detox Water: Drinking water all by itself is a way to help flush the body of toxins on a daily basis, but with a few simple ingredients you can transform water into detox water and get even more benefit from it. This is something you can do each day, or as part of a more broad detoxing strategy. Each one of the ingredients listed here will provide slightly different benefits, so be sure to choose it according to the particular goal you have. 2. Cucumber Lemon Mint Detox Water: Cucumbers are one of the most hydrating vegetables because they’re mostly made up of water. Many detox programs include cucumbers on them for this very reason, and adding them to your water pulls out their minerals so you’re getting an added benefit. Mix in the lemon juice and you’re getting the cleansing effect of citric acid and helping to clear out the digestive system. The mint makes things taste fresh and crisp, and goes nicely with the lemon and cucumber while providing additional nutrients and benefits. 3. Jillian Michaels Detox Water: You are probably familiar with Jillian Michaels if you’ve ever seen an episode of The Biggest Loser. She also promotes her own line of workout programs and diet books. Here she’s endorsed a particular detox water recipe that uses cranberry juice, lemon juice, and dandelion tea all mixed together with a lot of water. The end result is that it’s also supposed to also help you lose weight. This can really be said for anything that has a detoxifying effect, since getting back to our more natural and clean state will have the byproduct of weight loss if we’ve moved toward a heavier state. 4. Strawberry Detox Water: Strawberries are a great way to add a familiar and preferred flavor to most anything, and in this case it can make your water taste better while also providing antioxidants and added vitamins and minerals to your body. This particular recipe includes watermelon and rosemary as well. This makes it a great detox recipe to use in the summer when it’s easier to build up a sweat, and it’s only natural to have the taste of strawberries and watermelon. It will help to make your detoxing efforts more enjoyable and seem like less of a chore. 5. Simple Detox Water: The simple, the better right? Let’s keep things simple and go with this quick way to make your water more healthy for you. This would be used as part of a plan to detox the body a little bit each day. It’s recommending that you take the juice from half a lemon and squeeze it into the water you drink when first waking up. This is a time when you’re most dehydrated and making sure that you get rehydrated on the double is vital. The lemon juice helps to get your digestive system going and prepares it for its daily duties to come. 6. Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Water: Apple cider vinegar is a handy detoxing aid and it’s good to keep a bottle of it in the cupboard. You can instantly improve the quality of a glass of water by adding a bit of ACV to it, but in this case they’re showing you how to make a detoxifying drink from it. They’re also including lemons, cucumbers, and mint, a popular combination you’ve seen elsewhere on our list, but the use of apple cider vinegar gives it additional properties and benefits that you won’t want to miss, and that will only amplify the detoxing process. 7. Lemon and Cayenne Pepper Detox: The most important part of the Master Cleanse is where you stop eating regular foods and rely only on a concoction made of organic lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper. This is supposed to spur the body into detox mode, with the lack of food helping to give the digestive system a break and make sure that you’re entirely cleared out. We’ve gone into detail about what you need to do in order to complete the Master Cleanse, so if you do decide on it be sure to check our guide for the best chance of success. 8. Weight Loss Detox Water: This is a great detox water for weight loss, and is specifically geared at getting certain fruits into your body that you otherwise might not eat. http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free video guide to dietary supplements and herbal remedies! Today I'm going to share the main low potassium symptoms and what this substance really does to someone. When potassium was first discovered in the early 1800's one of its early uses was to create soap. Then it started to get used in creating fertilizer, glass, detergents, photography and it's in dietary supplements. When it comes to human health the uses for potassium are about as numerous as there are stars in the night sky. One of the massive ways the human body needs potassium is so that it can be used by muscles. This also includes the most important muscle we have and do you know what that is? It's the coronary heart. This means if a person doesn't get enough of this substance they may experience irregular heartbeats, chest pains and perhaps even a heart attack. Potassium has a role in ensuring muscles relax, so a few signs of a deficiency would be muscles that ache, cramp up and generally not feel very good. If left untreated a deficiency in this vitamin could lead to the breakdown of muscle tissues, which leads to a host of other problems like weight gain. Muscles burn more calories and that is why you don't want to lose them. Speaking of food you need muscles for that as well. If someone has problems getting enough potassium it could lead to constipation, diarrhea and stomach pains. There is one other area that muscles are needed so we can survive and do you know which area this is? The answer is the lungs. In severe cases of potassium deficiency lung paralysis can take place. These reasons alone should motivate you not to become deficient in this substance, but there are even more negative symptoms. Potassium works with sodium to control fluid build up in cells. If someone doesn't have enough potassium, fluid can build up in cells and this elevates blood pressure. High blood pressure can damage arteries leading to scarring that could make arteries more narrow, which restricts blood flow and increases the chance of a heart attack. Since cells need this substance this could lead to a number of other problems if they don't get it. These symptoms include fatigue, memory loss, nervous system problems and dizziness. Even someone's skin may also be affected which can include, dry skin, acne and blisters. To sum everything up the leading low potassium symptoms include muscle pains, digestive problems, irregular heart beats, chest pains, high blood pressure, fatigue, dizziness, memory loss and skin problems. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at http://utahtexans.com/.

We’ve probably heard doctors say that drinking roughly 8 glasses of water a day is ideal. However, what most people don’t know is that warm water and hot water have some exclusive benefits of their own that you just can’t get when you drink water cold. Here are 8 benefits of drinking hot water: 1.Helps Digestion Hot water is particularly beneficial for digestion. Studies have shown that drinking cold-water during or after a meal can harden the oil present in the consumed foods. This can create a fat deposit on the inner wall of your intestine, which can eventually result in intestinal cancer. However, if you replace the glass of cold water with hot, you can avoid this problem. In addition, hot water is beneficial to digestion, which is what you want after a meal. 2.Body Detoxification Hot-water is fantastic for helping your body to detox. When you drink hot water, your body temperature begins to rise, which results in sweat. You want this to happen because it helps to release toxins from your body and cleanse it properly. For optimal results, add a squeeze of lemon before drinking. 3.Prevents Premature Aging There’s a reason you should want to clear your body of toxins they make you age faster. Also, drinking hot-water helps to repair the skin cells that increase the elasticity of your skin and are affected by harmful free radicals. Subsequently, your damaged skin becomes smoother. 4.Bowel Movement Hot water can help to keep you regular, as well as make your bowel movements healthy and pain free. Dehydration can result in chronic problems with constipation. As the stool gets accumulated inside your intestine, the movement of the bowel becomes slower. It is always recommended that you consume a glassful of hot or warm water every morning when your stomach is empty. It decomposes any remnant foodstuffs and makes the movement of the particles smooth and less painful through the intestine. 5.Assists with Nasal and Throat Congestion Drinking hot-water is an excellent natural remedy for colds, coughs and a sore throat. It dissolves phlegm and also helps to remove it from your respiratory tract. As such, it can provide relief from a sore throat. It also helps in clearing nasal congestion. 6.Menstrual Cramps Hot water can also aid in diminishing menstrual cramps. The heat of the water has a calming and soothing effect on the abdominal muscles, which eventually can help to cure cramps and spasms. 7.Hair Health and Vitality Drinking hot water is also good for obtaining soft, shiny hair. It energizes the nerve endings in your hair roots and makes them active. This is beneficial for getting back the natural vitality of your hair and keeping it healthy. 8.Enhances Blood Circulation and Promotes A Healthy Nervous System. Another important benefit of drinking hot-water is that it enhances your blood circulation, which is important for proper muscle and nerve activity. In addition, it keeps your nervous system healthy by breaking down the fat deposits around it.

You might think drinking coffee in the morning is a great idea. You may even think it’s a great way to get yourself going in the morning. But you’d be surprised to learn that drinking coffee first thing in the morning- especially on an empty stomach- is a terrible idea. Why? Let’s take a look at a few reasons. 1. Stomach Acid Your stomach has hydrochloric acid, which, at the right level, helps your body digest food properly. When your stomach is empty, this acid doesn’t have much to work with, so it can slosh around and hurt your stomach. Drinking a cup of coffee on that empty stomach adds to the problem by putting more acid in your body. Always having too much stomach acid will harm your stomach and digestive tract, leading to problems like heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, and stomach ulcers. 2. Bad Digestion Having caffeine on an empty stomach ruins digestion, leading to a bloated feeling and other signs of irritable bowel syndrome, like pain and irregularity. How? Caffeine acts like your adrenal glands, which create stress hormones called cortisol and adrenaline. When these hormones flood your body, they raise your heart rate and blood pressure, and your liver starts letting out blood sugar to give energy to muscles so that you can run away. Your digestive system also shuts down to send energy to where it is needed most. 3. Anxiety When you go through your morning on an empty stomach, you lower your brain’s power to properly break down serotonin. Serotonin is the “happy, calm hormone”. When your brain is unable to break down this hormone properly, it causes anxiety and depression. Throwing a cup of coffee on top of that empty stomach causes anxiety by boosting your body’s cortisol and adrenaline levels. That will leave you feeling shaky, nervous, and weak. 4. Dehydration Drinking coffee on empty stomach raises the amount of fluid that your body passes, and can cause dehydration. If you’re like most people, you’ll likely answer to that dehydration by reaching for yet another cup of coffee, making things even worse for yourself. 5. Low Levels of Serotonin Very few people know about this, but coffee will make you feel less hungry. People who drink coffee right away in the morning sometimes end up skipping breakfast. Skipping your first meal of the day can ruin your body’s power to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter in charge of making you feel happy and calm. Also, serotonin is very important for a good night’s sleep. Your body changes serotonin into melatonin at night. Low levels of melatonin usually lead to insomnia problems. If you like drinking coffee, make sure to always have it after breakfast. Sweating is the body’s natural way of regulating body temperature. It does this by releasing water and salt, which evaporates to help cool you. FOLLOW OUR FOOTLOOSE HERE, google plus: https://goo.gl/Duc6BX blogger: dfootloose.blogspot.com twitter: https://twitter.com/FOOTdLOOSE tumblr: dfootloose.tumblr.com pinterest: www.pinterest.com/dfootloose Sweating itself doesn’t burn a measurable amount of calories, but sweating out enough liquid will cause you to lose water weight. It’s only a temporary loss, though. Once you rehydrate by drinking water or eating, you’ll immediately regain any lost weight. How many calories does sweating burn? Some claim sweat-filled activities like Bikram yoga allow you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour — but the claim is likely false. One study found that in a 90-minute Bikram yoga class, women burned an average of only 330 calories, and men burned 460 calories. That’s the equivalent of walking briskly at 3.5 miles per hour for the same amount of time. You can also burn calories during activities where you don’t sweat much, or at all. For example, you still burn calories swimming, lifting light weights, or exercising when it’s cold outside in the winter. Still, sweat may be a way to measure your intensity level, or how hard you’re working, during certain types of exercise. The American College of Sports Medicine recommends healthy adults fit in 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise — or enough to break a sweat while still carrying on a conversation — five days a week. Why do some people sweat more than others? How much you sweat is based on a variety of factors, including: • Genetics • Environmental factors • Age • Fitness level • Weight Of these factors, your weight and fitness level will most influence how much you sweat during exercise. Your body needs to use more energy to function at a higher weight. This results in more sweat, because there’s more body mass to cool down. The better shape you’re in, the quicker you’ll sweat. That’s because the body becomes more efficient at regulating temperature. Sweating earlier means your body can cool down faster. This lets you work out for a longer time at a more rigorous pace. What are the benefits of sweat? The main benefit of sweat is cooling your body down. Some other benefits of sweating may include: • Healthier skin. Intense exercise gets the blood circulating throughout your body. This allows oxygen and nutrients to circulate and nourish skin cells. • Challenging yourself. If you’re breaking a sweat while exercising, you’re probably doing workouts that are appropriately challenging for your fitness level. But if you’re lightheaded, extremely tired, or in pain, you’re pushing yourself too hard. Are there any risks to sweating? Dehydration If you’re sweating, you’re more likely to get dehydrated. Hot or humid weather increases the amount you sweat. For every pound of sweat you lose, be sure to drink a pint of water. Don’t wait until you get thirsty to start hydrating. Instead, take a water bottle with you and drink regularly throughout your workout. Severe dehydration can be dangerous. Get medical help for these symptoms right away: • extreme exhaustion or confusion • dizziness when you stand that doesn’t go away after a few seconds • not urinating for eight hours • weak pulse • rapid pulse • seizure • loss of consciousness Hyperhidrosis If you regularly sweat excessively, you may have a condition called hyperhidrosis. See your doctor if sweating disrupts your daily routine. Also, check in with your doctor if you get night sweats for no known reason, or you’re suddenly sweating excessively. Get medical help right away if sweating occurs with: • fever of 104°F (40°C) or higher • chest pain • shortness of breath • rapid heart rate Don't forget to our channel. https://goo.gl/FncNar

I've had these symptoms for god knows how long: - Sagging facial skin (nasojugal + nasolabial folds). I can even feel it sagging - Hollowed eyes, dark circles - Creases in skin due to dehydration - Chronically chapped lips - Sore eyes to the touch - Occasional dry eyes - Dehydrated look to skin - Dry hair, sometimes randomly brittle - Scalp is itchy sometimes - Sensitive to cold, I start shivering when drinking ice cold water - Dry hair and itchy scalp - Some days hair will feel healthy, other days brittle, dry, with hair loss - Dehydrated skin, only face - Bloated face - Sometimes I’ll look in the mirror and then come back a few minutes later and my face looks different (it'll be red/less red, more bloated/less bloated) - Dry lips (aquaphor, vaseline are only temp fixes) - Dry eyes (to the point where my eyes are sore to touch) - Used to have brain fog but ever since taking B12 or doing keto (low carb diet) it seems to have subsided - I'm always thirsty no matter how much water I drink. I typically drink more than a gallon of water a day. - On random days or random times during the day my skin and hair will look and feel really good (hydrated, healthy, etc). Then after a few hours, day or few days later, it will return to its dry state. - Overall, something just doesn't feel right - I also suffer from food allergies - During fasting state, skin looks bad, then i eat something, skin immediately gets better - Standing up, face flushes for a minute or so - Face easily flushes, like from laughing, smiling, etc - Face feels tight Obviously there was something wrong with me. I've gone to every medical practitioner in my area in search of an answer. I've gotten MRIs to rule out tumors, to infectious disease doctors to rule out parasites or viruses, to naturopathic doctors and GPs, and just tons of blood tests to see what was wrong with me. I've adapted an extremely healthy lifestyle, eating paleo/ketogenic, running miles every week, with strength training and gymnastics almost every day. I labored intensively with my juicer on a daily basis, making sure I didn't skip a green tonic once for months. I even took it on my travels, convinced I just needed to heal myself with vegetables and nutrients consistently. I also went on a food elimination diet, eating just chicken and vegetables for a month to determine if what I had was caused by food allergies. I did numerous cleanses, convinced I had Candida. I tried everything, including things I don't even remember because I literally tried everything. I then stumbled upon Iodine supplementation after researching hypothyroidism since its symptoms were quite similar to mine, although numerous blood tests never revealed anything wrong with my thyroid--my TSH levels were normal. I started supplementation about 2 weeks ago at what you would call low doses on this forum (2-3 mg/day). I already started noticing some positive change the next day, although it bounced back a few days later which was quite depressing. I did get some cherry angiomas around my eyes which was promising since it was a sign of bromide detox. I decided to up my dose with Lugol's to 50 mg/day. That was when the fairy tale began. A few days later, I looked and felt like a completely different person. All my symptoms have either vanished completely or have decreased significantly. I really can't believe that, after spending just a few dollars on an element on the periodic table, I've found what I was missing out on, especially after suffering for years and spending thousands of dollars on anything and everything. I have this forum to thank as well as well as the doctors who researched the hell out of Iodine and its miraculous effects. I have my life back. No longer am I spending countless hours every night researching and hoping that I would stumble upon someone who was like me, but cured. So I'm writing this post for those of you out there who are suffering, like me. Guys, I'm in serious disbelief and awe. Iodine is a panacea, at least for me. I'm still early in the supplementation process but things are looking very promising. It's not a coincidence--iodine is certainly doing a number on me but I can't quite comprehend why. I'm very thankful and gracious that it's working but would love if someone could shed a little more light as to what was wrong with me to begin with. Did I have bromide poisoning? Or was my thyroid out of whack? Is iodine really the only supplement I'll ever need (including co-supplements) or should I also look into taking dessicated thyroid? Whatever the case, I'm just glad to be able to share a story with most likely a happy ending. Thank you!!

Can drinking a lot of water help me with my diabetes? Download Diabetes Management Book: http://bit.ly/2g0NDAH Hello, I'm Ty Mason from TheDiabetesCouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes. Today I'm going to answer the question, is drinking lots of water good for diabetes. But before we get into that, make sure you download my free diabetes management book which also includes a diabetes grocery shopping guide (foods to eat and avoid). If you have had diabetes for any period of time, you know that when your blood sugar is elevated, you get thirsty. As a matter of fact, one of the first signs you probably had with diabetes was a tremendous thirst and frequent urination. Without getting uber-technical, basically when your blood sugar is up, your body can no longer absorb water into its cells. This causes your body to dump the water and you to drink more to try and replenish your dehydrating cells. So there are times that we must drink lots of water to help us deal with our diabetes. But what about those times when our blood sugars are pretty good, is it still ok to drink lots of water? I have heard my whole life, that if you wait until you get thirsty to get something to drink, you have waited too long and you are already starting to dehydrate. That old saying was backed up recently by Dr James Pendargast. He suggest that those with diabetes drink water throughout the day whether thirsty or not. During the summer, it is even good to add a small amount of salt in the water, or a sugar free sports packet to help replace what is lost through urine and sweat. Too much water without a small amount of salt can cause sodium levels in the body to dip to dangerously low levels. A new study suggests that those with diabetes should have 1cc of water for every calorie eaten throughout the day. I’ve done the math for you, so don’t worry. If you have 2000 calories in a day, you should be drinking 8.5 cups of water as well. The ratio is about 4.25 cups per thousand calories, give or take a cc. So is drinking lots of water good for diabetes? Depends on your definition of a lot, but if it’s over 8 cups per day, then yes it is. Water is a natural cleanser for kidneys for those with diabetes, it helps flush some of the sugar from our bodies and helps regulate our blood sugar. I hope this answered your question is drinking lots of water good or bad for diabetes. Don’t forget to get your diabetes management book. Let me know if you have any other diabetes related questions.

WHAT ARE BREAST IMPLANT SYMPTOMS AND SYMPTOMS OF SILICONE TOXICITY Breast implant illness is a period of sickness affecting the body caused by silicone or saline breast implants. Symptoms of breast implant illness vary from body to body due to personal differences, the type of breast implants and the progression of the illness however it appears that a few symptoms show up a little earlier and more consistently such as fatigue/low energy, cognitive dysfunction (brain fog, memory loss), headaches, joint and muscle pain, hair loss, recurring infections, swollen lymph nodes and swollen glands, rashes, IBS, problems with thyroid and adrenals. In my personal opinion, if you are experiencing the above symptoms, it is your body indicating to you that the implants are causing illness and should be removed as soon as possible. Because breast implants affect most body systems, symptoms are widespread and can be related to toxicity, biotoxicity, immune dysfunction/failure, auto-immune diseases, neurological symptoms, endocrine symptoms and metabolic symptoms. You wanted to know how much water your 16 month old should be drinking. And more importantly than the volume are the signs that your child is getting enough to drink. And that may vary slightly from child to child, depending on their activity level, the climate you live in, and their overall needs. So what you should do is look for signs that your child is getting enough. The most evident to you may be the number of wet diapers that you're seeing. And if you're seeing at least 6 wet diapers a day, that's a good thing. Babies are just like us, and the more we drink, the more we urinate, and so the more they drink, the more they'll urinate. And if they're not urinating frequently, like if you notice that your child is only having 1 to 2 wet diapers a day, that's not enough, and you should have them seen by a pediatrician. You can also pay attention to the concentration of urine. If it seems really concentrated, or if your child is crying with less tears, or acting excessively fussy, or is lethargic, and just not responding to you as usual, or if they have sunken soft spots, or a parched dry mouth, or if their extremities seem to be discolored, or if their skin is really wrinkled - again, those are all signs of dehydration, and it warrants a trip to the doctor so that they can be evaluated and checked out. Generally speaking, a young toddler between the ages of 1 and 2 should be drinking 2 to 3 cups of whole milk daily, and this should be given in a sippy cup with meals. And they can also have up to 4 to 6 ounces of 100% juice, but the rest of the volume that they get should be from water and also from the food that they eat. So if your child comes to you and they're thirsty in between meals, you can offer them a sippy cup with water. Be cognizant that if you're out in the sun, and doing a lot of things, or if your child is being very active, then they'll need more fluid just like us, because they're sweating and they're losing water. And so we need to replenish it by having them drink more water. So offer them sips more frequently if you notice that your child is extra thirsty or is being very active. If you have more concerns or questions about your child, don't hesitate to talk with your pediatrician, because they can give you tailored information and advice about it. And if you have more questions for me in the future, feel free to ask them on our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/IntermountainMoms, and recommend us to your friends and family too.

🔥 FREE 6 Week Challenge: https://gravitytransformation.com Fat Loss Calculator: http://gravitytransformation.com/macro-calculator/ This is a very common question that many people have either because they're impatient or because they waited until the last second and need results by tomorrow. Unfortunately there is tons of information online that takes advantage of this question without prefacing it the right way. I am going to give you some great, actually the best tips on what you can do to make yourself look your best within 24 hours, but before I make it sound like you're going to go from over weight to six pack abs tomorrow let me tell you that losing weight by tomorrow or overnight is not very practical. The first reason why is because the results you gain will be lost just as fast as they came on. If you do the right thing today, but go back to old habits tomorrow you will gain back any weight you lost and possibly some more on top. The second reason why this is very impractical is because you can only do so much in 24 hours to look great for the next day. After all people spend their whole lives getting into great shape, while you're trying to get it done by tomorrow. Nevertheless I do sympathize with someone looking to lose weight overnight because sometimes you will be caught off guard with an unexpected invitation to the beach or to a pool party or to something you just weren't expecting to have to look great for. So let's jump right in. #1 The area that you're going to be able to improve the most within one day in relation to your appearance is going to be your water weight. Within one day you can eat all the wrong things and get really bloated or there are also things you can do within a day to really turn water weight and bloating down. To have results overnight you will have to make sure that you eat perfectly to not add anymore water weight under your skin. That means keep sodium intake low and eat all natural single ingredient foods. Have protein in each meal to take advantage of thermogenic effect of foods and spike your resting metabolism. Since you are trying to lose weight overnight really try to keep carbs to a minimum in every meal except for breakfast in which you can have 2-3 servings of natural whole carbs. Every other meal should be protein and green veggies. No fruit for that day except for grapefruit. The last thing you want to do in relation to your diet is get your meals in and done with early. If you can get all your meals out of the way at around 5 or 6 o clock your body is going to be a fat burning machine at night while you sleep. Remember this isn't a diet for life. It's diet for one day. #2 Now the second thing you want to do is sweat some water weight out. Obviously exercise will get some water weight out, but the best way to get water weight out of your body fast is by either taking an Epsom salt bath or by doing 4 15 minute rounds in a hot sauna. If you can't stay in there for 15 minutes try to do 6 10 minute rounds, just try to stay in there for a total of an hour. #3 Start your day with 30-45 minutes of cardio on an empty stomach. You can do steady state cardio or high intensity interval training. If you do a HIIT workout you can probably just do a 20 minute workout as this will burn a lot more. However, steady state cardio can be just as effective by increasing the duration. This will help once again help with water weight and it will burn a little bit of fat from your body. #4 Do a fat loss weight training workout later on in the day. Many of you may be like what the heck is a fat loss weight training workout. A fat loss weight training workout is set up in circuits. You're going to start with a lower body weight training exercise like barbell squats or weighted lunges and then follow up with a cardio vascular exercise like burpees or mountain climbers. The do another weight training exercise like Barbell clean and presses and follow up with another cardio vascular exercise like high knees. Take 4-6 of these exercises depending on how fit you are and perform them back to back with no break in between. Take a 2-3 minute break at the end and repeat for 4-5 sets. If you really want to challenge yourself and lose even more water weight and fat you can stay and do 30-45 minutes of steady state cardio directly after this workout. If you do all these things again that's eat a natural low carb, low sodium diet, sweat out water weight in a sauna or Epsom salt bath, start your day with cardio before breakfast, and do a fat loss weight training workout later on you're going to get the best results that you can get within a day. Throw your body wrap away, it's useless.

Why do I have oily skin when I wake up? Part of it is normal bodily functions. Your body lubricates its skin whether you are awake or asleep, you only notice it more because you've been out of it for eight hours. It seems worse when I wake up than if I've been out and about all day. Are you sleeping with too many layers? If you go to sleep under too many blankets, you'll get sweaty overnight. I'm cold when I go to bed. If you warm up and get cold again, you are over-wrapped. Your body starts to sweat to cool off, and you get chilly again. I never would have thought of using fewer blankets to feel warmer. But it will mean less oily, sweaty skin in the morning. Why else might it be so oily? I'm assuming you don't have wet pets sharing your bed. I'd kick them out. And I certainly wouldn't have wet dog in my face more than a few moments. Let's try another avenue. Are you applying moisturizers at night that you don't need? Using moisturizers to prevent puffy eyes or sagging skin you don't need creates oily skin. But taking hot showers and applying makeup removes essential protective oils. So take a warm shower when you wake up instead of a hot shower at night that strips the oils away. Then you wash away the oils before you start the day. Are you washing all the shampoo and conditioners out of your hair? If the conditioners aren't fully removed from your hair, it can leave an oily residue on your scalp. I'm not using that many hair care products. Why would you assume that's the case? Some women use so many conditioners and herbal hair treatments that it overdoes it. Or it even drips down from the hair to the scalp. Could not washing your hair make my skin oily? Your forehead, yes. The rest of your face, not really. Maybe I ought to try less makeup and see how that goes. They always say, less is more. Especially when it comes to advice.

I highly recommend getting a fresh aloe leaf and applying the gel as a mask (leaving it on until it dries) and then applying oils, or cacao butter. Of course, diet is important as well!! Higher plant based means higher water content and higher nutrients to help skin renewal. SWEATING in the form of exercise or sauna is second to diet, because once again, one form of detox occurs through the skin and helps water from deep within rise towards the surface, which I found keeps my acid mantle barrier stronger. Using essential oils and food grade oils help to RETAIN moisture, so remember, it's important to apply the moisture in the form of aloe vera, sweating, and diet FIRST! Video I made about which essential oils and food grade oils that have prevented water loss from my skin, this is a MUST: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YViDNoVlv0 Here is a plethora of Nutritional Information on a PLANT BASED DIET that has helped me understand how food affects our body and overall health: Check out "The China Study" and "Whole" by Dr. T. Colin Campbell Check out "Dr. Neal Barnard's Program for Reversing Diabetes" by Dr. Neal Barnard Check out "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn Check out "The Starch Solution" by "Dr. John A. The missing link to a plant based diet is the ethical standpoint of Veganism and Gary Yourofsky's speech was the key for me to finally COMMIT to a plant based diet and a vegan lifestyle after STRUGGLING FOR 6 YEARS! Heavy metals are those naturally occurring elements that have a high atomic weight and density that is at least five times greater than water. You’re probably the most familiar with heavy metals like mercury, lead, and aluminum. These elements, even in slight doses, are toxic to humans. Yet, we’re consistently exposed to these damaging heavy metals in our environment. Heavy metals can be present in the air we breathe, the water we drink, or in our food supply, and when we absorb these toxins, they build up inside our bodies. That’s why we often have signs and symptoms of having high levels of toxicity, without even knowing it. Take a look at these 9 signs that point to issues associated with heavy metals: 1. Nausea and Vomiting Heavy metal poisoning is often revealed by nausea and vomiting. If you ingested something toxic with a high level of toxicity, your symptoms will no doubt include nausea. Your body may also try to get rid of the heavy metal quickly, thus vomiting is likely to ensue. 2. Breathing problems Another one of the most common signs of heavy metal poisoning is difficulty breathing. When mercury is found in the body, it attacks the respiratory system. 3. Memory Loss If you have trouble remembering things or feel like your brain is foggy, it could be a sign of metal poisoning. More serious neurological symptoms include severe headaches, convulsions. These could also lead to a coma. 4. Skin Rashes Rashes on the skin can occur when these toxic chemicals try to find another way out of the body. They seep through the skin and produce red, itchy spots. 5. Night Sweats Sweating is the body’s way of releasing toxins through our skin. If you wake up at night and are sweating excessively it could be a sign that your body has too many toxins in it. 6. Headaches When toxins accumulate and our bodies don’t naturally cleanse themselves, one side effect may be chronic headaches. This points to exposure to toxins over a long period of time. 7. Abdominal Pain The effects of heavy metals in the body can be immediate, but they can also occur over time. A build-up of these toxins can actually damage certain organs in the body, including reproductive organs. This damage can appear initially in the form of cramping and abdominal pain. 8. Constipation Queasiness, diarrhea, and even constipation that occur on a consistent basis, may be signs that the heavy metals in your system are having an effect on your digestive system. 9. Muscle and Joint Pain Strange muscle pains not associated with physical exertion, could be one way that you’re body is telling you it’s been exposed to toxins. Muscle weakness and joint pain are also symptoms that you’ve been exposed to heavy metals over a long period of time. Heavy Metal Fighting Foods 1. Chlorella Chlorella is a super food algae that contains antioxidants. It’s found growing naturally in fresh water and combats heavy metal exposure. Add it to your diet, especially if you’re experiencing intestinal problems. It will help you heal and fight the negative effects of the heavy metals found in your system. 2. Herbs Cilantro and parsley—both great tasting herbs, also fight toxicity. They do this by latching onto the heavy metals in your digestive tract and carrying them through until they are expelled from your system. Use them to help detox and keep your digestive tract clear from these damaging compounds. 3. Garlic Another common weapon used to fight the presence of heavy metals is garlic. Containing sulfur, garlic oxidizes metals like mercury, cadmium, and lead. That means that it works to dissolve these metals. When garlic does its job, heavy metals can be flushed from our bodies. When it’s already present, garlic can also help us to avoid heavy metal poisoning. ------------------------------------------------------------- Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Healthy Alternatives channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter.
