Diabetes and abnormal sweating: What is the connection?

11:04
Diabetes and abnormal sweating: What is the connection? Many people with diabetes will experience times when they sweat too much, too little, or at odd times. Diabetes-related nervous system damage and low blood sugars cause these commonly experienced sweating conditions in people with diabetes. Sweating complications can be a sign of poor diabetes management. Maintaining healthy blood sugar levels is crucial to both prevention and treatment. Diabetes and sweating problems: People sweat for a variety of reasons. Some of these reasons are normal and some are not. Sweating is a natural response to physical and emotional stress. But excessive sweating, when the reason is unclear, is often a sign that something is not right. Some people with sweating conditions will sweat even on a cold day or during minimal activity. Low blood sugar levels and diabetes-related nervous system damage cause the most commonly experienced sweating conditions in people with diabetes. Extremely low blood sugars cause a fight-or-flight response, triggering the release of hormones that increase sweating. When blood sugar levels are too high for too long, a loss of nerve function can occur. This condition is known as diabetic neuropathy. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) claim that around half of people with diabetes experience some form of neuropathy. If the nerves that control the sweat glands are damaged, they may send the wrong message to sweat glands, or none at all. In most cases, neuropathies cause either excessive sweating or an inability to sweat.

7 causes of night sweats

02:43
7 causes of night sweats Waking up in the night hot and in a sweat is one of the most unpleasant feelings. These waves of intense heat can interrupt a good night's sleep and leave you feeling sluggish the next day. So understanding what could be causing your night sweats is the first step to treating them. Below we've listed some of the most common causes of night sweats. It's important to note, though, that your night sweats might be caused by the hot climate you're in, too many blankets or even a mattress that retains your body heat. If that's not the case, one of these seven causes might explain why you're experiencing night sweats. 1. Menopause Essentially, your night sweats could be night hot flashes. MedicineNet explains that women who are in the perimenopausal state often experience hot flashes, which can occur in the middle of the night, waking you in a hot sweat. 2. Medications Some medications might be causing you to wake up in a sweat. WebMD explains that certain antidepressants, psychiatric drugs and even aspirin can cause night sweats. Talk to your doctor about the medication you take to see if it could be causing your night-sweat symptoms. 3. Cancer Night sweats can be an early symptom of cancers like lymphoma. WebMD says other symptoms that usually accompany cancer-caused night sweats are unexplained weight loss and fever. 4. Infection MedicineNet says an infection like tuberculosis, an abscess, endocarditis (inflamed heart valves) or osteomyelitis (inflammation in the bones) can cause night sweats. Other serious infections, such as AIDS, can also cause night sweats. 5. Anxiety Stress and anxiety could be causing your body to sweat in the night. The Mayo Clinic says other symptoms of anxiety include nervousness, tension and sleep trouble. 6. Sleep disorders Destructive sleep apnea or another sleep disorder could be causing your night sweats. Other symptoms that can accompany destructive sleep disorder include waking abruptly to gasping or choking, daytime sleepiness and high blood pressure, among others. 7. Hypoglycemia Low blood sugar levels can cause sweating, according to MedicineNet. People with diabetes might experience night sweats due to hypoglycemia at night. __ Ascending the Vale Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 License http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/

What can cause excessive sweating on head and face? - Dr. Aruna Prasad

01:26
Excess sweating is also called as hyperhydrosis. It can happen can any of these areas like the face, the body, the palms and the soles, anywhere it can happen. There’s no exact reason for this. It can be because of sympathetic nerve supply to the sweat glands, there will be some disruption in it. In that case there are no surgical procedures, no lotions, no tablets. There are anti-cholinergic tablets that are available. The doctor may start them on a small dose and may increase the dose and this may control. There is another form of hyperhidrosis following eating spicy food, sometimes in emotional stress, any stressful condition can develop this. So if you cure the underlying disease. Even some cancer patients do have, also in high fever you can have hyperhidrosis. These are all temporary, can’t be permanent.

Is Drinking Lots of Water Good For Diabetes?

02:47
Can drinking a lot of water help me with my diabetes? Download Diabetes Management Book: http://bit.ly/2g0NDAH Hello, I'm Ty Mason from TheDiabetesCouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes. Today I'm going to answer the question, is drinking lots of water good for diabetes. But before we get into that, make sure you download my free diabetes management book which also includes a diabetes grocery shopping guide (foods to eat and avoid). If you have had diabetes for any period of time, you know that when your blood sugar is elevated, you get thirsty. As a matter of fact, one of the first signs you probably had with diabetes was a tremendous thirst and frequent urination. Without getting uber-technical, basically when your blood sugar is up, your body can no longer absorb water into its cells. This causes your body to dump the water and you to drink more to try and replenish your dehydrating cells. So there are times that we must drink lots of water to help us deal with our diabetes. But what about those times when our blood sugars are pretty good, is it still ok to drink lots of water? I have heard my whole life, that if you wait until you get thirsty to get something to drink, you have waited too long and you are already starting to dehydrate. That old saying was backed up recently by Dr James Pendargast. He suggest that those with diabetes drink water throughout the day whether thirsty or not. During the summer, it is even good to add a small amount of salt in the water, or a sugar free sports packet to help replace what is lost through urine and sweat. Too much water without a small amount of salt can cause sodium levels in the body to dip to dangerously low levels. A new study suggests that those with diabetes should have 1cc of water for every calorie eaten throughout the day. I’ve done the math for you, so don’t worry. If you have 2000 calories in a day, you should be drinking 8.5 cups of water as well. The ratio is about 4.25 cups per thousand calories, give or take a cc. So is drinking lots of water good for diabetes? Depends on your definition of a lot, but if it’s over 8 cups per day, then yes it is. Water is a natural cleanser for kidneys for those with diabetes, it helps flush some of the sugar from our bodies and helps regulate our blood sugar. I hope this answered your question is drinking lots of water good or bad for diabetes. Don’t forget to get your diabetes management book. Let me know if you have any other diabetes related questions.

Do shivering, leg pain, cramps, coughing & sweating indicates Hypoglycemia? - Dr. Mahesh DM

03:14
Hypoglycemia means blood glucose level is low and whenever we define hypoglycemia when the blood glucose level is less than 70, we call it hypoglycemia. So the symptoms of hypoglycemia van be divided into two parts were we have obvious symptoms that is related to the extra adrenal hormones that is secreted, that is adrenaline and noradrenaline which is secreted. Next symptom that can occur is because of the recued glucose levels in the brain, that can cause giddiness and that can cause loss of consciousness and sometimes fits and is known as seizures. So we call the symptoms related to sweating, dryness, cramping and also shivering as hyperadrenergic symptoms and we can call the symptoms related to the reduced glucose levels to the brain as neuroglycopenic symptoms. So the hyperadrenergic symptoms are due to increases in the glucagon, noradrenaline, low glucose levels which results in sweating, palpitation, increased heart beats shivering of limbs sometimes slurring of speech and weakness of the limbs and dryness of mouth, which can result in cough. But only cough is not the result of reduced glucose levels. There can be sometimes visual disturbances. Sometimes people may not be able to see properly or blurring. In children there can be behavioral disturbances that may suddenly become angry or not talk at all or talk irrelevantly. So they may give haphazard answers. So whenever you see somebody who is talking irrelevantly, or has these symptoms like shivering, sweating, increased movements of the limbs and heart beat is also going up, then you need to check the sugar. If you are not able to check the sugar, definitely ensure that you give them something to drink immediately in the form of glucose or some juice or give some candies which can release some sugar emergency or please put sugar in their mouth and rarely we may have to take them to the hospital due to unconsciousness or seizures. So keep this in mind because we have to adjust the dose of the medicine and also think of diseases that can be there because of low sugar. So you can think of kidney problem or liver problem or sometimes pituitary and adrenal gland issues. Sometimes we have to do a proper investigation to see what is the proper cause along with the medicines that can be the cause for the low sugar.

Gluco-neo-genesis is the biological process which converts glycogen to glucose. The problem in imbalance of sugar level in body happens due to malfunctioning of Pancreas. Patients with diabetes (Type1 diabetes or Type 2 diabetes) who have insulin resistance can also have low sugars. Prolonged fasting can trigger this process further. There are other causes for hypoglycemia, like insulin producing tumors (insulinomas) and certain medications. The primarily cause of hypoglycemia is diabetes mellitus. When the glucose level in circulating blood falls, the brain actually senses the drop. Brain sends an alert to the affected person in the form of hunger. Brain also starts several biological actions to increase sugar level. There will be decrease in insulin secretion and increase in glucagon; cortisol secretion as these hormones boosts higher blood glucose level. If blood glucose sugar level falls to 45 mg/dl range, patient starts to feel confusion, drowsiness, changes in behavior, coma and seizure. This is the case of acute hypoglycemia. Tingling Feet and Hands: An Early Warning of Neuropathy

03:57
Tingling in the hands and feet seems trivial but it may be an important warning symptom of peripheral neuropathy and diabetes. http://www.theveincarecentre.co.uk/contact Tingling or numbness affecting your feet may seem like a trivial symptom of no real importance. However, in this video, I will explain why this symptom may be very important with regard to your health in general and why you should not ignore it. Tingling hands, feet, or both is an extremely common and bothersome symptom. Such tingling can sometimes be entirely innocent and temporary. For example, it could result from pressure on nerves when your arm is bent under your head as you fall asleep. Or it could be from pressure on nerves when you cross your legs too long. In either case, the "pins and needles" effect -- which is usually painless -- is soon relieved by removing the pressure that caused it. In many cases, however, tingling in the hands, feet, or both can be severe, occurring at irregular times or continuously day and night. It also can accompany other symptoms. such as pain, itching, numbness, and muscle wasting. In such cases, tingling may be a sign of nerve damage. Such nerve damage is known by doctors as peripheral neuropathy because it affects nerves distant from the brain and spinal cord, often in the hands and feet. There are more than 100 different types of peripheral neuropathy. Over time, peripheral neuropathy can worsen, resulting in decreased mobility and even disability.  Diabetes is one of the most common causes of peripheral neuropathy, accounting for about a third of cases. In diabetic neuropathy, tingling and other symptoms often first develop in both feet and go up the legs, followed by tingling and other symptoms that affect both hands and go up the arms. About two-thirds of people with diabetes have mild to severe forms of nerve damage. In many cases, these symptoms are the first signs of diabetes. So here is the main point I want to make, tingling and numbness in the feet may be the first signs that you have a serious peripheral neuropathy and that you may have diabetes. Diabetes puts you at risk of heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, blindness and a long list of other serious complications. So that tingling you have could be your only warning sign of a serious complication developing elsewhere in your body. Don’t ignore this symptom and please get a check up.

10:49
Hyperhidrosis is a condition that causes the body to sweat uncontrollably and unpredictably. Most commonly the hands, feet, groin, and underarms are affected; however, hyperhidrosis can also occur on the face and, rarely, the entire body. The cause of hyperhidrosis is unknown but doctors believe that an over-reactive sympathetic nerve response is the primary cause. High emotion, smells, sounds, certain foods and drinks, caffeine, or nicotine can trigger episodes. Hyperhidrosis can also occur with other conditions like Parkinson’s disease,  congestive heart failure, and  diabetes. ★ JOIN US IN OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU AND OUR FELLOW VETERANS ★ ▶ facebook.com/VETOVET2 ▶ twitter.com/VETOVET2 ▶ youtube.com/c/VETOVET2

What Causes Hypoglycemia?

04:44
Support the deeper cause of a slow metabolism: Insulin & Glucose Support: https://shop.drberg.com/insulin-gluco... Support Healthy Insulin & Blood Sugar Levels Take the Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/TakeBodyTypeQuiz Dr. Berg talks about signs and symptoms of Hypoglycemia. "Hypo" means low and "glycemia" is blood sugar. So when you have low blood sugar, this is the time when you have Hypoglycemia and you might show hypoglycemia symptoms like feeling dizzy, irritable, craving for sweet, thirsty, depressed etc. Having either low or high sugar in the body is not good for health. Stress in adrenal glands can also cause Hypoglycemia. Too much sugar in the body causes the reverse effect and is called Hyperglycemia. There's a big confusion on the deeper cause of hypoglycemia. If someone consumes excess sugars it creates a whiplash effect of the pancreas pumping out the insulin. This over-reaction will create a drop in blood sugar. But never then add sugar when you have low sugar unless you want to continue this problem. These are some signs of hypoglycemia. What Does Low Blood Sugar Feel Like?

07:20
Get My Diabetes Guide Here https://goo.gl/bYLBEz You may think this is a weird question for a diabetes channel to tackle. But a 2015 study by Chloe Eldridge found that “Current evidence shows hypoglycaemia is considerably prevalent amongst people with type 2 diabetes, particularly for those on insulin, yet still fairly common for other treatment regimens. This highlights the subsequent need for educational interventions and individualisation of therapies to reduce the risk of hypoglycaemia.” First let’s define what we mean by hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia happens when the amount of blood glucose (sugar in the blood) drops to a level that's too low to sustain normal functioning; in most people, this is defined as a blood-sugar level below 70 mg/dl. Left untreated, hypoglycemia can lead to a coma and even death. It is very important that those with diabetes monitor sugar levels and treat hypoglycemia when it is present and right away. It happens more often than we think. So what does it feel like to have hypoglycemia? Let’s look at the most common symptoms. There are two classes of hypoglycemic symptoms - those due to lack of sugar in the brain and those due to the adrenalin response of your body. When blood sugar levels get too low, the body will signal for the adrenal glands to kick in. This signals the liver for more sugar. Symptoms from the adrenalin response: One of the first signs you might notice is an insatiable hunger. You’ve eaten but nothing you eat can seem to fill you up. If you have this feeling and you just can’t get enough to eat, check your blood sugar immediately. If it is lower than 70, get 15 grams of fast acting carbs in your body. This can come from a variety of sources: 4 ounces fruit juice 6 ounces regular soda (not diet) 4 or 5 saltine crackers 1 tablespoon of jelly or honey 8 pieces of hard candy Inability to rest at night. This could be due to nocturnal hypoglycemia. Signs of Nocturnal Hypoglycemia are: Restlessness. Making unusual noises. Attempting to get out of bed or accidentally rolling out of bed. Sleepwalking. Nightmares. Sweating. You may wake up with a headache in the morning if your blood sugar was low during the night. Sometimes a snack before bed can reduce the frequency and severity of these sleep disturbances. Some people have a strong feeling of anxiety. This is caused by that rush of adrenalin. This overload of adrenalin can cause some very anxious moments and can also make you feel panicked. You may have uncontrollable sweating even if you aren’t hot. This can be one of the very first signs of hypoglycemia. The central nervous system kicks in after the adrenalin has been pushed from the adrenal glands and this causes the autonomic nervous system to issue a “sweat order” to the skin. Shakes and tremors. Because of the adrenalin rush, the central nervous system starts to malfunction. As a result, it releases chemicals that encourage glucose production and also produce the tremors. Symptoms from lack of sugar in the brain: Fatigue can actually fall in both categories. There is a fatigue that can set in after an adrenalin rush, but also a fatigue from the lack of sugar in the brain. Either can be very serious. Emotional instability. Mood swings and sudden emotional episodes not typical of your normal behavior are among the neurological symptoms of hypoglycemia. These could include irrational outbursts, random crying for no reason which may become uncontrollable, extreme anger without cause, and a strong desire to be left alone. Mild mood changes that may not be as severe, such as general irritability or becoming easily annoyed, can also be a signal that your blood sugar may be dropping. Dizziness and light-headedness. If you experience these common symptoms of hypoglycemia, heed them and treat the hypoglycemia quickly. Dropping blood sugar levels can result in fainting. If you feel dizzy or light headed, sit or lie down immediately to avoid injuring yourself. Because the brain is especially sensitive to a drop in sugar, you may experience a sense of confusion and an inability to concentrate on one thing at a time. Your mind seems to wander all over the place. If your vision suddenly becomes blurry or you see double, a drop in blood sugar may be to blame. This is also a result of the brain’s lack of sugar affecting the optic nerve. Your sugar-starved brain may cause you to slur your words. To others this may resemble someone who has been drinking. But you may not even notice. These lists are not exhaustive, but are the more common symptoms of hypoglycemia. According to WebMD, Some people have no symptoms of low blood sugar. The only symptom you may have is confusion. Or you may become unconscious before anyone realizes you have low blood sugar...

Regular bathing and a deodorant or antiperspirant keep most of us smelling so fresh and so clean. But some body odor has nothing to do with sweating: So, trimethylamine [try-METH-a-la-mean] is a chemical excreted by the bacteria in our guts that help us digest certain stuff. Like eggs, liver, soybeans, peas, and some fish. Those bacteria are great, but trimethylamine – well, it smells something like rotting fish, or urine, or both. Most of us have a digestive enzyme that breaks down the chemical for us. But in a rare disorder called trimethylaminuria [try-meth-a-la-mean-ur-e-a], your body to make too little (or none) of that enzyme. The result? You give off a very strong fish-like smell. There’s no cure, but avoiding the trigger foods and taking certain supplements can help. Researchers at the Monell Chemical Senses Center found that elderly people have a distinctive scent. They think it’s caused by changes in aging skin’s glands and secretions. It may have developed to help early humans differentiate between younger, stronger potential mates and older, less healthy ones. On the plus side for old age? The volunteer smell-testers in the study rated the body odor of old men as less unpleasant than that of middle-aged men. That’s right, spicy foods can cause more than just bad breath. Some spices, like garlic, are metabolized by your body to produce sulfur and other stinky chemicals, which are excreted through your sweat. And hot-n-spicy dishes can make matters worse: Capsaicin, the active chemical in hot peppers, can stimulate the nerve receptors in your mouth and trick your nervous system into thinking you’re overheating. Which, in turn, makes you sweat more. When untreated, diabetes can cause diabetic ketoacidosis [key-toe-ass-i-doe-sis]. Which means that, lacking the insulin to regulate your metabolism, your body is unnecessarily breaking down fat for fuel. It causes a sickeningly sweet aroma – like decomposing apples – on your breath and coming off of your body. And it’s one reason why, when patients seek treatment for body odor, physicians may order blood or urine tests to determine whether an underlying issue is at fault. That’s all the body odor stuff we have time for today, but to learn about more of the conditions that contribute to body odor – from typhoid fever to psychiatric disorders - check out our article 10 Sources of Body Odor That Aren’t Just Sweat on HowStuffWorks.com. New Sweat Pad Antiperspirant Underarm Armpit Guard Sheet Shield Bra Absorb Stain Wearing white or black clothing can minimise the signs of sweating. Wear socks that absorb moisture, for example thick, soft socks made of natural fibres or sports socks designed to absorb moisture. Avoid synthetics, and change your socks at least twice a day. Buy shoes that are made of leather, or canvas or mesh rather than synthetic material. If antiperspirants, armpit shields and other clothing options don't give you the relief you need, your next option may be miraDry or Botox. Botox (also known as onabotulinumtoxinA). An experienced medical professional can inject Botox into your underarms to dramatically reduce sweating. Another treatment would be miraDry. It reduces or removes the sweat glands under the arms, without surgery, through use of microwave energy, a form of electromagnetic energy. Sweat glands do not regenerate, so if destroyed, the excess sweat glands are permanently disabled. it cannot be used to treat excessive sweating in any other area. Emotions and stressful situation such as feeling stressed during a job interview, can also make you sweat. Adjectives abound to describe this burden. That pathology is stuttering, or stammering but it seems the word stuttering is the most used word. Actually this disorder makes me shy whereas in truth I'm not necessarily a shy person, this disorder makes me lose any self-confidence as well... It's the domino effect : Stuttering triggers lack of self-confidence, shyness, timidity, social reserve, and so on... An Important note is that my cousin also stutters. So genetics is certainely involved in my opinion... (But it's not a fatality as we know)”… 18:10 – Melanie – “Can a raw food diet help eliminate stretch marks?” 21:19 – Bessie – “Need to know what help is available for korsarkoff syndrome...my friend has been off alcohol for nine years with continued symptoms of seizures. He is 58 yrs. old..please contact me as well as asking Dr. Morse to address it on u tube. Thank you!” 27:54 – Talia – “Hi Dr Morse, so greatful for your help! I have excessive sweating, I might have an abnormal sympathetic response? I sweat if I am excited, laughing, nervous. Perhaps the excessive work of my adrenals has stolen my progesterone reservoir causing my irregular menstruation of 40+ days. I also have PCOS symptoms, menstrual pain and hairiness. I am vegan, eat a lot of beans, starch and grains maybe acidifying my body? I have little to no thirst, don't exercise & am of healthy weight.” 37:03 – Doug – “I had 2 quick Qs regarding herbal formulas. Are the new glycerin tinctures better than the alcohol ones? I don't mind the alcohol taste and want to take the most effective. In an old video you mentioned alcohol absorbs herbs better than glycerin I also take adrenal, parasite m, thyroid, endocrine and pituary formulas long term. Shall I switch between capsules and liquid or are capsules more powerful? Lastly, is lymph node 1 glycerin better than lymph node 2 alcohol?” 46:09 – Roselia – “1. How do I transition myself into a raw vegan diet? What is the best way to eliminate all the waste I have in my body? How do I detox? 2. What do your daily meals consist of?” 53:40 – JJ – “I like many others have been dealing with side effects from an acne medication called Accutane. I was prescribed it as a 17 year old to cure mild acne and I naively took it. 6 years later and some of the many side effects I'm suffering with include brain fog, fatigue, lobido issues, vision issues, constipation and allergies (food & environmental). Alot of others accutane users are dealing with the same side effects. I'm wondering if you could give us any specific advice on how to really conquer this drug?” 1:04:28 – “I had pancreatic cancer and had a whippll done. Now I have cancer on my liver. I started on fruits, melons, and berries. My question is do I get it removed or stay on detox. How can you help me?” 1:18:10 – Pavel – “Hey Doc! I want to thank you for being the amazing person you are. Ive listened to soo many of your videos. All the information you have shared has resonated with me so deep like native american music. Im finally recovering after 8 months of constipation and beraly being able to breathe and having all the doctors tell me that its all in my head. Im on a all fruit diet and some of ur herbs. After three days of being on fruit. I can breathe! I have a long way to go but im not even worried anymore.”

6 Signs That Your Liver Is Filled With Toxins | Liver Disease Symptoms Causes Remove Toxin from body

http://bit.ly/fattylr 6 Signs That Your Liver Is Filled With Toxins | Liver Disease Symptoms Causes Remove Toxin from body Cleansing your body from toxins is a great way to keep your systems "clean" and running smoothly. The results are worth it: improved immune system, clearer skin complexion, better sleep, curing of acne, constipation, disappearance of unpleasant body odour, just to name a few! Liver Failure Causes, Symptoms, Treatments If it's not for the liver, the toxins will take over your body, and you will start feeling sick. Liver Disease Symptoms, Treatment, Causes - What Are The Causes Of Liver Disease (Alcohol And Cirrhosis)? - Medicinenet Call it the terminator as it transforms toxins into waste and makes your body safely expel through poop or urine. It's how you are going to keep it healthy and little less employed. Remember that it's never too late. Opening your eyes and making yourself start right now will do the trick. Liver Disease Symptoms, Treatment, Causes - What Are The Symptoms Of Liver Disease? - Medicinenet If you feel at least one of them, it's time for you to take the health in your hands and start caring. Liver Disease - Wikipedia Sign 1: Unexplained Weight Gain When your liver is damaged, and it struggles to fight off the millions of toxins attacking it every day, the calorie reduction and overtime in the gym won't do the trick. The body has gotten used to storing unfiltered toxins in the fat cells, which is just another reason for what you feel at this moment. Your liver is responsible for going through grease. When you keep it busy with something else, it will start running sluggishly leaving the fat cells to fight on their own. The only fighting move they have is to absorb fat and make you bigger. Sign 2: Allergies The liver creates antibodies every time it feels something is not right. These antibodies are doing a great job attacking the allergens and making them go away. Unfortunately, the liver won't be able to do its work if it's running sluggishly. It's too busy doing something else leaving these allergens to develop in your body. On top of this, your brain runs regularly sending signals to your liver that the body is getting harmed of these allergens. It marks those allergens for removal, but the liver can't finish the job. The build up of too much histamine becomes a problem, as well. That's where you start feeling dizzy and feeling the allergy symptoms like itchiness, headaches, and fogginess. Sign 3: Chronic Fatigue the chronic fatigue represents the most common symptom when it comes to liver toxicity. The toxins play a huge role disrupting the metabolism of your muscles causing aches, fatigue, and different pain. Dr. David Buscher reports that the whole fatigue process gets much worse when a backlog of toxins come back and take down the entire immune system. Sign 4: Excessive Sweating and Body Odor The liver could be compared with a car. When you drive the car for too long without leaving it to rest for a moment, you can notice the temperature meter getting higher. It's the same thing. The liver gets hot when overworked. I don't know if you know, but the liver is a pretty big organ. When it gets hot, the whole body gets hot. It can cool itself by excessive sweating. And we all know that sweating could lead to body odor. Sign 5: Acne The toxins in your body can cause hormonal imbalances which are vivid through the stubborn acne on your body. Sign 6: Bad Breath If the bad breath keeps coming back, it could be a sign of a liver malfunction. Do you feel some of these symptoms? - It's crucial for you to visit your doctor and speak about the cause. Check the liver and see whether it functions normally or it got a little bit rusty. 9 Home Remedies For Excessive Sweating

14:11
9 Home Remedies For Excessive Sweating 1. Avoid chemically processed foods Nearly every health condition is affected by a poor diet. The saying “you are what you eat” is very true. If your diet is based on processed foods, all of those chemical toxins and compounds manufacturers put in foods to make them taste better or preserve them, are going to trigger more sweating. If you’re overweight, it compounds that problem. That includes all of those frozen, packaged, pre-made, ready-to-eat, deep-fried, and fast foods should be avoided. Instead, focus on whole foods that come from the earth 2. Apple Cider Vinegar Apple cider vinegar offers astringent properties that can help control sweating, and when taken internally, it also helps to balance pH levels in the body. It even works as an antiperspirant, forming a coat on the skin to ensure the pores stay closed. To use it for sweaty underarms, thoroughly wash the affected area, and then dab a cotton ball into apple cider vinegar. Rub the cotton ball onto the area, and leave it on overnight. In the morning, rinse it off in the shower and then apply deodorant as usual. 3. Baking Soda As baking soda is alkaline, it helps to balance out the acids in sweat that encourage bacteria to thrive. It basically lowers the pH level in areas of the body that commonly sweat, by counteracting those acids and acting as a natural deodorant by absorbing odors. In fact, baking soda is one of the most effective natural deodorants there is. 4. Practice Yoga While you might associate yoga with sweating, particularly power yoga moves, yoga is actually one of the best natural ways to control excessive sweating. This ancient discipline that combines breathing and movement, helps to harmonize your body and correct any imbalances. That can help address the underlying cause of your symptoms, even if you don’t know what the cause is yourself. Regular yoga practice is great at inducing an inner calm and emotional stability, which means if your excessive sweating is connected to stress or anxiety, the practice could help immensely in reducing those occasions when you feel stressed. It will also help to reduce the severity of your anxiety when those inevitable stressful situations arise. 5. Coconut Oil Coconut oil is one of the most versatile foods there is. It can be used both internally and externally to supply a myriad of health benefits and address all sorts of health issues too. If you suffer from overall, generalized sweating, use it as a massage oil, rubbing it across your body. Or, you can simply massage it into areas that are affected, like under your arms and on your feet. You can also use coconut oil, combined with baking soda and other ingredients, to create your own homemade deodorant. Ingredients: • 3 tsp Pure Organic Coconut oil • 2 tsp Shea Butter • 3 tsp Baking soda 6. Black Tea Black tea contains tannic acid which offers both antiperspirant and astringing properties that can help control excessive sweating. Its astringent properties work to constrict the sweat glands that control the flow of sweat to the outer layer of the skin. While other teas can be used, as black tea has the highest level of tannic acid, it’s the most effective. To use black tea for excessive underarm sweating, you’ll simply make a tea by placing 2 black tea bags into three cups of just-before-boiling-temperature water. Allow it to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Dip a clean washcloth or cotton pad into the tea, and dab the tea onto the underarms. 7. Sage Sage has proven to be an outstanding remedy for curing excessive sweating, taken in either tea or pill form, as it offers multiple qualities that make it a very effective antiperspirant remedy. Sage is an antibacterial and antifungal that helps restrict the growth of bacteria that can lead to excess sweating, and sage leaves also contain tannic acid, which means like black tea, it helps constrict sweat glands and reduce perspiration. 8. Witch Hazel Obtained from the leaves and bark of the hazel shrub, native to North America, witch hazel contains many beneficial compounds, including tannins, catechins, gallic acid, and flavonoids, as well as essential oils like carvacrol, hexanol, and eugenol, saponins and choline. All of these come together to make a very potent sweat fighter, by shrinking the skin pores with its strong astringent properties. It’s especially useful for facial sweating, which may be one of the reasons it’s a common ingredient in aftershaves. 9. Aloe Vera Juice or Gel Aloe vera offers a soothing, cooling effect on the skin and also helps to regulate excessive sweating caused by heat. It can also address issues like sunburn, age spots, fine lines, and rosacea. Simply dip a clean cloth into some aloe vera juice and apply it to affected areas, or dilute 100% natural, cold pressed aloe vera gelwith water, and then apply. Recognizing Diabetes Symptoms

03:46
http://goo.gl/QCJ9b0 - How to reverse diabetes! Turns out, the diabetes industry is selling us fake research! Hi! I'm robo-Suzie and today I'll talk to you about Recognizing Diabetes Symptoms. Also don't forget to check out the link below, to find out, how this guy reversed his diabetes! Turns out, the diabetes industry is selling us fake research! But back to our topic. If you happen to be a diabetic or know one who is, recognizing what diabetic symptoms are is important. This is also true if you have a strong family history of diabetes; you'll want to be aware of the symptoms in case you develop the disease, too. It's important to know that not all cases of diabetes will show diabetes symptoms unless the diabetes is severe. Others will have early symptoms that can be picked up if one is vigilant. For example, one symptom of early diabetes is that of episodes of "low blood sugar", also called hypoglycemia. With this symptom, a person will experience shakiness, sweating, hunger pangs and dizziness because the insulin has overshot the target blood sugar. Those with diabetes symptoms related to very high blood sugar often feel a general sense of illness, weight loss and nausea. They can also feel dizzy or light-headed. When these symptoms occur, the blood sugar is often greater than 300 mg per deciliter but can be as high as 600 milligrams per deciliter. Blood sugars above 600 milligrams per deciliter can cause an altered sense of consciousness and a diabetic coma. Those with Type I diabetes have slightly different diabetes symptoms. These individuals have some of the same symptoms of Type 2 diabetes but can get into much more severe symptoms such as diabetic ketoacidosis. This occurs when byproducts of metabolism, called ketones, build up in the body. This causes stomach pains, generalized loss of consciousness and coma, which can be fatal. Type 1 diabetics can also have symptoms of low blood sugar if they take too much insulin. Diabetics can develop diabetic symptoms, even if they are in moderate control. Diabetics carry a risk of losing nerve function to the nerves of the legs, a condition called peripheral neuropathy. This results in the inability to feel things with one's feet. Diabetic foot ulcers can develop as a result of poor nerve and circulatory function. Diabetics can develop the diabetic symptom of poor vision. This is because untreated diabetes causes changes in the blood vessels in the eyes so that the vision becomes poor. The condition is called diabetic retinopathy and can be treated by using laser treatments to the retina. Kidney disease is another diabetic symptom. This generally happens when the diabetes is poorly treated. There may or may not be actual symptoms, like water retention, but tests will show that the kidneys are failing. This can lead to needing a kidney transplant or dialysis if the symptoms are severe. The cardiovascular system can play a role in diabetes. Peripheral vascular disease, or poor circulation to the legs, is a diabetic symptom. This can result in cold feet or foot ulcers in diabetics. The heart can also be involved. Diabetes is a risk factor for having a heart attack. This is the biggest reason why early and careful control is important for diabetics at all stages of the disease. In fact, most of the complications of diabetes can be improved by improving the various diabetic symptoms early. That's it! Thank you. Please subscribe, comment and like this video if it was helpful! See you soon!
