► TOP 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure

07:22
How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. 🌽 #1 Food That Causes High Blood Pressure

How I Lowered My Dad’s Blood Pressure In Just A Few days - NO Drugs or Diets: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/LowerBPNow 5 Best Foods For Lowering Your Blood Pressure, Naturally: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/FoodsLoweringBP Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/SurprisingHBPFacts And the clinical studies can be seen here: 1. http://www.cdc.gov/bloodpressure/facts.htm 2. http://openheart.bmj.com/content/1/1/e000167 3. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2005/06/14/calories-america.aspx ======================================= 🌽 #1 Food That Causes High Blood Pressure ======================================= If you didn’t already know, at least ⅓ of US adults have high blood pressure. And having hypertension is one of the leading causes of a heart attack or stroke.(1) Now, there are lots of ways to naturally lower your blood pressure and under this video, in the description area, I’ve listed some of my favorites. However, don’t go there yet because most people, including doctors, mistakenly consume less salt to lower blood pressure. However, low-salt diets typically don’t make much of a difference. What does make a big difference is lowering sugar in your diet and more specifically, “high fructose corn syrup” In a recent study in the journal Open Heart (2), the authors write: “Evidence from epidemiological studies and experimental trials in animals and humans suggests that added sugars, particularly fructose, may increase blood pressure and blood pressure variability, increase heart rate and myocardial oxygen demand, and contribute to inflammation, insulin resistance and broader metabolic dysfunction. Thus, while there is no argument that recommendations to reduce consumption of processed foods are highly appropriate and advisable, the arguments in this review are that the benefits of such recommendations have less to do with sodium—minimally related to blood pressure and perhaps even inversely related to cardiovascular risk—and more to do with highly-refined carbohydrates and sugars." The Problem Started In The 1970s Food and beverage manufacturers began switching their sweeteners from sucrose (table sugar) to corn syrup in the 1970s when they discovered that High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) was far cheaper to use in their products. In fact, HFCS is the #1 source of calories in America!!!( 3) It’s found in almost everything you can think of. More specifically, in sodas and fruit juices. But also in many pre-packaged foods. This also includes “healthy sugars” sweetened with agave. My Proven “Prescription” and Recommendation For You You must do your best to limit and eliminate all HFCS and to do this, make sure you read labels. Again, the LESS pre-packaged the food, the better. Limit your TOTAL fructose to 25 grams or less, that’s about 100 calories daily. This includes the natural fructose found in fruits. If you are already suffering from high blood pressure or signs of insulin resistance like diabetes, overweight and high cholesterol, you should be particularly careful to limit your fructose, including that from whole fruits, to 15 grams per day or less. That’s about 60 calories daily. So there you have it. Focus more on limiting your sugars, this includes fruit sugar, fructose … and especially “high fructose corn syrup” which is found in most pre-packaged foods, especially sodas and fruit juices. Now, I wanted to keep this video short and simple so you have something to implement today and start get results right away. If you want more details on how to lower your blood pressure naturally, under this video I’ve got simple and proven solutions that you can utilize and you do NOT even have to change your diet or exercise. ►5 High Blood Pressure Solutions - Clinically Proven!

06:40
My favorite solution for lowering my dad’s blood pressure in just a few days: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/ReduceHBPToday ======================================= 5 Clinically Proven Solutions for Lowering Your High Blood Pressure ======================================= Thus, about 66% of the adult population has above “optimal” blood pressure levels and it only gets worse as you get older.2 The “Silent Killer” This is why high blood pressure is known as the “silent killer” because you don’t really feel like there’s anything wrong until it’s too late! And I’m very familiar with this topic because I have a family history of heart attacks and strokes, some of them caused by high blood pressure. In fact, under today’s video I’ve got a short report about how I quickly lowered my dad’s high blood pressure - without drugs or restrictive diets. Make sure to take a look after you finish this short video. I bring all of this up because I want to emphasize just how important it is for your health and longevity to make sure you control your blood pressure levels. So let’s get started with the top 5 clinically proven solutions for lowering high blood pressure. Drugs / Prescription Medications Like I said, hypertension is such a massive health problem that blood pressure drugs are the #1 most prescribed drugs in America.3 In fact, out of the top 10 most prescribed drugs - THREE of them are blood pressure drugs! And the crazy part is that there are 11 TYPES of “blood pressure lowering” drugs, which is a total of over 80 DIFFERENT medications all trying to lower hypertension. And yet, the problem is getting worse each and every year. I don’t like these drugs because they have lots of negative side-effects. However, they are valuable for SHORT-TERM usage to quickly put you into a “normal” range. But it’s definitely not a long-term solution. Diet What you eat is very important and one of the best types of diets for lowering blood pressure is a DASH diet4 - which stands for Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. This is similar to the Mediterranean diet - both being successful at reducing hypertension and promoting weight loss at the same time. DASH promotes the consumption of vegetables, fruits, lean protein, whole grains, and low-fat dairy, and recommends avoiding sugars, red meat, and salt. Many believe that the low-sodium is responsible for its success. However, salt probably doesn't have that much to do with it... I believe the primary reason why it works so well is because it restricts your intake of fructose—as does the Mediterranean diet. The idea that salt promotes high blood pressure is actually, at least in part, a myth. Exercise Exercise has many health benefits as I’m sure you know. One of the best is the simple fact that you get some stress release. And I think we can all agree that we live in very stressful times and this additional stress contributes to hypertension. The best exercise is a combination of BOTH: Aerobic (with oxygen) - walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, etc. Anaerobic (without oxygen) - resistance exercise with weights, cables, machines, etc. Ideally 3x weekly for 30-45 minutes is a good goal. However, even a 15 minute daily walk will do wonders for your health and blood pressure levels. Rest & Relaxation Most “experts” don’t emphasize the importance of rest and relaxation - both physical and mental. Your mind is more powerful than your body and with the extra stress and worry in our modern life-styles, you MUST make some time to “unplug” and “reboot” your system. Meditation, stretching, reading, napping, walking, writing your thoughts, getting a massage, laughing, hugging, playing, etc… are all great ways to reduce your stress hormones and improve your blood pressure levels. You MUST do this daily. As my friend Tony Robbins says, this can be your “hour of power” or “30 minutes to thrive” or “15 minutes to fulfillment”. Specific Herbs, Vitamins & Minerals Most supplements don’t work. But there are a few herbs and minerals that are clinically proven to help lower your blood pressure levels naturally and quickly. Many times better than prescription medications and WITHOUT the negative side-effects. Can Exercise Cause High Blood Pressure? There is one organ which causes high blood pressure (and it's not what you think!) and there are specific exercises you can use to target and fix your blood pressure easily. No diet, lifestyle changes or medication required: http://hibloodpressure.stream/ Answers from: Ray Schilling Abhishek Ghosh Rajinder Bhalla Syeda Zuweina Noorain When you work out at a gym your blood pressure may go up marginally as your cardiac output increases. But on the longterm, shortly after you finished your exercise and between your daily exercise your systolic blood pressure, which is the upper value actually will come down 4 to 9 mm mercury: Exercise: A drug-free approach to lowering high blood pressure. Many people who have high blood pressure and have not exercised, can lower their blood pressure permanently and get off blood pressure pills according to the Mayo Clinic link above. Conclusion: Exercise lowers blood pressure, it does NOT cause high blood pressure! More: https://youtu.be/_VhXgkeh-nM Subscribe to our channel!

Exercise and Lowering Blood Pressure

07:26
Article discusses how exercise, running or walkiing in particular, affects high blood pressure. See more articles at: www.marketlifecreatively.com, or online at www.facebook.com/workonlineandprosper.Exercise and Lowering Blood Pressure I have high blood pressure. My mother had high blood pressure, as did my grandmother. So, it's obviously, a genetic thing! But, I would love to lower it if I can! That's what led me to write this post. You'll probably notice I've tended to focus on running and walking. Those are things that I've found I can include in my life, consistently, so it seems logical to focus on that! What I Found: I did some research online and hear's what I found: Per Runner's World, an excellent publication, one I used to subscribe to-back when I was a runner! Anyway, they said: Exercise alone can drop the blood pressure 10 or so mm Hg in most people. If you are genetically programed for high blood pressure, this may not be enough to protect the pressure sensitive tissues. http://www.runnersworld.com/health/does-running-help-with-high-blood-pressure?page=single Another site, from the Mayo Clinic , states this: Becoming more active can lower your systolic blood pressure — the top number in a blood pressure reading — by an average of 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg). That's as good as some blood pressure medications. For some people, getting some exercise is enough to reduce the need for blood pressure medication. The American Heart Association recommends you get at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise, 75 minutes of vigorous exercise or a combination of both each week. Aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic activity most days of the week http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-pressure/in-depth/high-blood-pressure/ART-20045206 At Livestrong, we find this: Run at least three times a week. If you're fit enough, exercise up to six days per week to see greater improvement, suggests Brad A. Roy, Ph.D., executive director at Summit Medical Fitness Center in Kalispell, Montana. Some people see their blood pressure readings drop in as little as three weeks, notes the American College of Sports Medicine. http://www.livestrong.com/article/232123-how-to-run-with-high-blood-pressure/ Summary: I have many goals, you may as well. My new goal is to run or walk every day. Now, I know that there will be days that I cannot, and that is okay. If I manage to walk or run MOST days, I know I'll feel better, and will also improve my health. Now, to marry this with another problem that many folks have, I am in online network marketing. I've read MANY posts from my friends, also in network marketing, that are runners. It seems that since network marketing depends on your mindset and as I mentioned in my video, walking or running not only results in better health but also in a better mindset! Working at home is nice, but you have to take care of yourself! Walking or running can enable you to do just that! I know some of you may also suffer from high blood pressure and I hope this will help you. If nothing else, it may spur you to think about or try this goal for yourself! If so, I'd love to hear from you! As always, thank you for reading, Frances Wages

Magnesium & Blood Pressure: How Does Magnesium Affect Blood Pressure?

Day in and day out I hear from people that are struggling with high blood pressure and their doctors are telling them that if they don't change their diet, if they don't change their exercise routine or if they don't change their lifestyle, they're going to end up dying because of their high blood pressure. Now, I'm not saying that those doctors are wrong, but what I am saying is we need to look at the bigger picture. We need to look at some other things outside of just the good old fashioned changing your diet and adding more exercise. All right, so what I want to talk about in this video is how magnesium actually affects blood pressure. You see, as we're progressing through various forms of research, we're starting to find that there's a lot more to blood pressure that what we thought. We used to just think it was kind of a sodium thing, how our bodies were sensitive to sodium and how that would ultimately affect the overall water retention, how it would overall effect just how our constricting blood vessels, et cetera, et cetera. But as we go forward we're learning that minerals really do play a bigger role outside of just sodium. So when it comes down to magnesium, it's pretty powerful and I want to reference this entire video surrounding one particular meta-analysis study. Now, for those of you that have watched my videos before, you know that a meta-analysis is a study that takes a look at a bunch of different studies aggregated together. So in this particular one, we took a look at a study that was published in the American Journal of Hypertension, this is a journal that specializes in blood pressure. So blood pressure research looking at all kinds of different studies and this one particular meta-analysis took a look at 34 different studies that had a total of 2,000 patients. So this is a very big study. These are the kind of studies you want to look at to give you a very solid, definitive answer. So, the studies that they looked at were what are called randomized placebo studies, which means the subjects did not know whether they were receiving a placebo or if they were receiving magnesium. Now, since we looked at a lot of different studies, it ranged anywhere from 248 milligrams of magnesium that were given to the subjects all the way up to 960 milligrams of magnesium that were given to the subjects. What they did is they looked at all these studies, and some of these ranged from three weeks all the way up to eight months. They took a look at where the average balance would change in terms of someone's blood pressure or where the average change would just generally occur and what they found is after about three months on average, if you consumed approximately 368 milligrams of magnesium, you were expected to see approximately a two millimeter of mercury decrease in your systolic and a 1.8 millimeter mercury decrease in your diastolic blood pressure. And then researchers later on, after digging into the research even more found that, really, only after a month, you would see a big difference. That's pretty darn powerful and it may not sound like a whole lot when you're looking at the big picture, but when it's just one simple factor that you're changing, that is very powerful. This is not changing the diet and not changing exercise. References 1) Zhang X , et al. (n.d.). Lower Your Blood Pressure Quickly Naturally By This 10 Seconds Exercise

Lower Blood Pressure https://bit.ly/2KwTPiq Natural 10 Seconds Solution https://bit.ly/2KwTPiq Get More Health Benefits https://www.naturalcures4you.com Breakthrough Discovery Reveals How 3 Easy Exercises Help Lower Blood Pressure Below 120/80 – Starting Today! Preventing Diseases Such As Stroke, Heart Attack, And Kidney Failure. You’re about to discover an alternative method to quickly and permanently heal your blood pressure. It doesn’t matter what’s the cause of your conditions – be it genetic, high cholesterol, stress, or other factors ? the exercises you’re about to learn will help you. What’s more, they . . . Help more than 88.7% of committed participants Take only a few minutes a day So easy anybody can use them Your blood pressure will go down and stay down! This is by far the simplest, easiest, and most effective method to permanently normalize your blood pressure without suffering the side effects of prescription medications. And believe me . . . I almost paid for this discovery with my life. Hi, my name is Christian Goodman I’m well-known in the health field as a natural health researcher. My articles have been published on several thousand websites as well as many off-line health journals. In this letter, I’ll share my story of how I accidentally stumbled onto this method that quickly and naturally lowers high blood pressure after having suffered life-threatening hypertension for years. What I discovered was so easy, so simple yet so powerful that it led me to create a program . . . that helps more than 88.7% of those who use it to normalize their blood pressure – usually within a week. Like you today, I was a ticking time bomb My average blood pressure was 185/129. I should have been dead long ago. I guess it was my healthy lifestyle that kept me alive. I ate well, worked out every day, and took time to relax. But nothing seemed to help with my hypertension. Every day I monitored my blood pressure. And every day my worries grew. It wasn’t just my fear of dying. Like you, I have wonderful friends and family. I worried about leaving my wife behind to take care of and support our children all alone. Without them, I may have given up. I was so desperate that, as much as I dislike taking medications, I honestly considered that possibility. And you can bet my doctor pushed me pretty hard to go on drugs. But I resisted, and I’ll tell you why . . . First of all, even though I favor natural health solutions whenever possible, I’m not an anti-doctor and medical business fanatic. In fact, a medical doctor saved my life when I was 11 years old. I had a birth defect I don’t think could have been dealt with without surgery. I have a fantastic doctor who checks up on me every few months. But I don’t just pop pills like candy. I do my homework and research all possibilities. And. . . What I discovered was shocking. Repeated studies from some of the most respected universities in the world have proved that all types of blood pressure medications in fact INCREASE the risk of dying from stroke and heart attack. Even if they sometimes lower blood pressure, the side effects can kill. Unbelievable, isn’t it? Let me give you a few examples . . . According to a recent study conducted by the Wake Forest University School of Medicine, calcium channel blockers are estimated to cause 85,000 unnecessary deaths every year. Not just from thousands of strokes and heart attacks. The deaths are also due to gastrointestinal bleeding, and kidney and liver damage. Plus, weaker immune systems lead to all kinds of other diseases. The National Heart, Lung and Blood Institution has reported that one of the most frequently used blood pressure drugs seriously increases the risk of cancer. Researchers at the University of Denmark reported that about 15% of cholesterol-lowering drug users over the age of 50 will suffer from nerve damage as a direct result of using those medications. And USA Today reported recently that statins have killed and injured more people than the government has acknowledged. I could go on and on – but I think you get my drift. No use taking medications that would kill me Plus – any doctor will tell you, once you’re on those medications, you’re a slave for life. Unless of course you find an alternative way to lower your blood pressure. Important point: If you’re currently taking cholesterol or blood pressure medications, you should absolutely not stop them right away. The withdrawal reaction can be life threatening. So please consult your doctor about how to get off your medications as your blood pressure lowers from the method I’m about to teach you.

How To lower Blood Pressure Naturally With Nattokinase And Exercise

13:09
http://herbreview.org/how-to-lower-blood-pressure-naturally-with-nattokinase-and-exercise/ Nattokinase, at a dose of 4000FUs, lowers BP quickly - especially if taken shortly before exercise. Aerobic exercise works best. Walking is a good example. In this video I demonstrate the BP lowering effects of nattokinase with jogging and sprinting, but I think walking for 45 minutes will have the desired effect. So what is nattokinase? It's an enzyme that is extracted from traditional Japanese soy food natto. The enzyme was discovered only recently by Dr Hiroyuki Sumi in 1980 at the University of Chicago. So what is nattokinase so important? The body produces several enzymes that promote clot formation, but only one, plasmin, to dissolve them. Furthermore, levels of plasmin reduces with aging. The effect of nattokinase resembles that of plasmin. And it's a fairly inexpensive supplement when compared to blood thinning drugs. Furthermore, it works even better than pharmaceutical drugs. Nattokinase does not inhibit body's reaction to form new clots around a trauma, but pharmaceutical drugs will inhibit critical coagulation. Nattokinase is a natural agent that thins and dissolves blood clots effectively, with relative safety, without side effects. It's the Aspirin strategy without the pitfalls. The traditional Japanese food Natto has been used safely for over 1000 years. The potent fibrinolytic enzyme nattokinase appears to be safe based upon the long-term traditional use of this food. Nattokinase can be used preventatively. It is a naturally occurring, food based dietary supplement that has demonstrated stability in the gastrointestinal tract, as well as to changes in pH and temperature. Furthermore, regular use of nattokinase may help prevent your cognitive abilities as you age. Blood clots cause strokes and SENILITY. Nattokinase can keep blood clots from forming or dissolve existing clots. And it's more effective than blood-thinning drugs. Your blood needs to be just right - not too thick, not too thin. The body makes enzymes that cause clotting so it doesn't keep bleeding after surgery or injury. But the body makes only one primary enzyme to thin blood - plasmin. Nattokinase works a lot like plasmin - but doesn't cause excessive bleeding like blood thinners, and doesn't have side effects. Thrombotic clogging of the cerebral blood vessels may be a cause of dementia. It has been estimated that sixty percent of senile dementia patients in Japan is caused by thrombus. Thrombotic diseases typically include cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, cardiac infarction and angina pectoris, and also include diseases caused by blood vessels with lowered flexibility, including senile dementia and diabetes (caused by pancreatic dysfunction). Nattokinase holds great promise to support such patients. Scientists at Yonsei University in Korea tested 86 individuals aged 20 to 80 whose blood pressure ranged from 130 to 159 mmHg. Each received either nattokinase at 2000 FU (fibrinolytic units) per capsule daily or a placebo. After eight weeks, those on nattokinase had significantly lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The researchers conclude, "These findings suggest that increased intake of nattokinase may play an important role in preventing and treating hypertension." Nattokinase is an enzyme extracted from natto. One of nature's most powerful blood thinners. It dissolves clots and prevents their formation in some cases. A Taiwanese study showed no adverse effect from two capsules of nattokinase (2000 FU per capsule) a day for two months. It may help reduce blood pressure as thins blood. It dissolves fibrin (tiny fibers) that make up the meshwork of the blood clot. Or it may act like plasmin - the natural enzyme in human blood that maintains the right viscosity. The higher the dosage, the stronger the blood thinning effect, so need to be mindful of that. A word of caution - combining nattokinase with warfarin, plavix, effient or other prescribed blood thinners; aspirin or any other herb or medicine that thins the blood or prevent blood clotting may have a dangerous additive effect and lead to excessive blood thinning. Take nattokinase on an empty stomach.

Dizziness While Exercising – All About Postural Blood Pressure

05:17
https://www.drlam.com/blog/dizziness-while-exercising-all-about-postural-blood-pressure/22264/ This is Dr. Lam from DrLam.com and the Adrenal Fatigue Center. Today we’re going to talk about a common problem that some people experience when they’re doing, for example, exercises that the head is not in the right position, leading to dizziness. Now, dizziness can be due to a variety of factors. Most commonly, when it is related to postural change, we call it postural blood pressure problems. Now, the body’s blood pressure is regulated in many ways through an automatic mechanism. When the body’s head is below a certain level, in order to get more blood to the brain, the body’s blood vessels automatically constrict and that is intended to bring more blood to the brain so you don’t faint. Now, when this mechanism is defective or not functioning well, then problems can arise. For example, you can feel dizzy. You can feel the room spinning. You can feel even nauseated. You can have headaches and in severe cases, you can faint. The first thing you have to do if you have this type of experience is to get yourself back to a situation where your head is level or above your heart so that your body has the ability to regain its composure. The medical workup including cardiac as well as neurological workup will include checking out your heart, making sure that your carotid blood vessels are okay, there’s no blockage. Make sure your heart is not having any arrhythmias that are causing the heart rate to be dysregulated during these situations. Make sure that your ears and your nose are okay so that you don’t have any postural changes that can affect your balance. Metabolically, you’re going to make sure that your sugar is not low beyond a certain point. If everything checks out, then chances are you’ll be told that this is posture related. There’s really not much you can do if that’s the case, if everything works out. In the case of adrenal fatigue, we do see some postural changes and oftentimes, this can be improved with increasing the vascular volume such as with more fluids as well as more salt. Regulating and normalizing blood pressure often can also be beneficial and helpful. As far as exercise, you have to moderate yourself. Oftentimes, when the body is in a state of adrenal fatigue, the fight or flight response can be activated and when this happens, dizziness can occur as well. There are many, many reasons and you want to make sure that there’s no conventional medical reasons that you cannot check out. If everything turns out to be normal, do look into adrenal fatigue because it is very common. The good news is that, oftentimes, these are spontaneously healing signs. As your body gets stronger, if it is indeed related to adrenal issues, then oftentimes it gets better by itself. Taking medications can have its place if the situation is severe and you don’t want to be in a fainting situation, which can be dangerous to yourself and others. Regulating blood pressure, etc. can be considered with conventional medication. The problem with this is that if you overregulate, you can be a little more dizzy and a little more calm and sometimes walk around like a zombie because you can be sedated in order to avoid these problems. At the same time, if you don’t look at the underlying problem and resolve it, then these masking medications can actually be detrimental and negative to your overall health over time because your problem underneath is really not resolved. If it’s a matter of simple insufficient salt or adrenal weakness, then there are simple ways you can do, from lifestyle, nutrition, and supplementation that can help with the adrenals and then the postural blood pressure changes can resolve. These are the first steps you should take. However, especially if you are older and you have a previous history of heart disease, then you need to see a doctor first and make sure there’s nothing else going on. But having hypertension during pregnancy requires special care, irrespective of whether you are diagnosed with this problem before or after conception. High blood pressure, medically known as hypertension, means the force of the blood that pushes against the walls of your arteries is too high. Blood pressure readings of 140/90 mm Hg is considered too high. During pregnancy, women can suffer from different types of high blood pressure, such as: - Gestational hypertension that develops after 20 weeks of pregnancy. - Chronic hypertension that was present before pregnancy or that occurs before 20 weeks of pregnancy. High blood pressure during pregnancy puts extra stress on your heart and kidneys, which in turn increase the risk of heart disease, kidney disease and strokes. Can Stress Cause High Blood Pressure?

02:21
Learn how stress can cause high blood pressure and what you can do to lower your high blood pressure. High blood pressure caused by stress or anxiety can be reversed with natural techniques to lower your high pressure and improve your health. A doctor told someone that she had high blood pressure also known as hypertension because of stress. Dr Ekberg explains why high blood pressure is related to stress, what stress is, how to reduce stress, and how stress and high blood pressure is related. Learn how to relieve stress and how to reduce stress so you won't have high blood pressure spikes. The video has tips on how to reduce your stress and anxiety naturally so you can heal and be healthy. Don't let heart disease or hypertension take over your health, take action and lower blood pressure naturally. I got a question here and she said that the cardiologist said that her (heart) piping her (heart) plumbing was all fine but that stress was causing the problem. And yes that is true but we need to understand more about what stress is stress is not just having too much to do and not enough time that is indeed stress but stress is anything that can interfere with the body anything that can activate or over activate the sympathetic nervous system and anything that prevents that nervous system from finding the natural balance so again for getting rid of stress is not the solution because the world is still going to be there. We can't turn the world off. What we can do we can some what... we can selectively reduce stress by changing our lifestyle a little bit but more than that what we really want to do is help the body deal with the stress better it's a physiological problem in addition to just the emotional stress so people think of stress and they say oh yeah I have too much to do but it's it's the emotional stress and the chemical stress and the structural stress it all interferes and then we do something else in this office that takes a little more explaining but it's it's basically about how the autonomic nervous system how flexible and how good is it and regulating does it tend to get stuck or is it confused and all of those factors can involve those stressors that we mentioned the scars and the metals and so on so yes stress is a big problem it is often the initiator but we can't just look at that and ignore all the other things. I’ve done this because hypertension is called the “silent killer” because there are no symptoms for it. And of course, high blood pressure can lead to a heart attack or stroke and it’s more of a problem in my opinion, than having “high” cholesterol. Additionally, going from a high blood pressure (over 140/90 mmHg) to normal levels (120/80 mmHG ), let alone to ideal blood pressure levels (115/75 mmHG) dramatically improves your life by1 38% lower risk of heart failure; 43% lower risk of cardiovascular death; 27% lower risk of mortality overall. However, today I’m going to reveal the #1 cause of high blood pressure and NO, it’s not your diet, lack of exercise or stress! It’s because of the negative changes in your hormones, due to AGING! First, take a look at the stats and chart from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) of high blood pressure among adults2 over the age of 18 between 2015-2016 The first bar on the left that’s kinda black, shows the TOTAL number of people who have high blood pressure. Basically, it’s 30% of the population over the age of 18. That’s a lot. What’s worse is that this does NOT take into account PRE-hypertension numbers, which means even more people have “almost” high blood pressure and don’t even know it. The second, gray bar, shows the % from age 18-39. Men are 9.2% and women 5.6%. It’s not much, but the numbers are higher by 2% compared to 2013, just 2-3 years before and their even high in 2018.3 The third, green bar, shows the % for age 40-59. Men are at 37.2% and women 29.4%. This is a MASSIVE jump, up 420% for men and a whopping 525% for women!!! Why such a huge jump all of a sudden?... Because men’s testosterone starts to declined in his late 20’s and even more so in his 30’s. However, there’s a huge drop starting in his 40’s and it’s called “andropause”. And women, they start “menopause” in their 40’s as well, which causes massive negative changes in all their hormones - estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, adrenal and thyroid hormones Finally, the forth, lighter-green bar, shows the % for age 60 and over. Men are 58.5% and women 66.8%. Both age groups are significantly worse. But the women are much worse because the negative changes in hormones because of menopause is more dramatic than men’s “andropause” So What Does This Mean For You? Well, you’re probably thinking “great, there’s nothing I can do. I can’t turn back time, so I guess this is it?!!” No, this just means you have to be more proactive about monitoring and improving your blood pressure levels as you age, especially after the age of 40. Now, the best way to find solutions to problems, is to know the CAUSE of it. So what you need to do is make some simple lifestyle changes and utilize specific nutrients that a more “mature” body needs, because of the changes in hormones, ... so your body can help heal itself naturally, from within. This is the ONLY long-term, safe solution for improving your blood pressure and overall health… and I think you’d agree with this. In fact, this is why there are over 75 different blood pressure drugs with over a dozen different mechanism. This is also why most people with hypertension end up taking on average 2 drugs AT THE SAME TIME, to make improvements. Of course, if you have extremely high blood pressure, such as 180/120, then you MUST take a drug right away to lower it fast and get it under control immediately. YES, lifestyle matters because DIET - what you put in your body (food and liquids), EXERCISE - How much, how often and what kind. STRESS MANAGEMENT - emotional and physical SUPPLEMENTS - herbs, plant extracts, vitamins, minerals and amino acids ======================================== Thank you for watching. One of the most common home remedies for lowering blood pressure is garlic; it has amazing properties. Does exercise lower blood pressure? A huge plus in taking garlic- it lowers not only blood pressure but helps reduce levels of clotting. Some researchers also think garlic can reduce triglyceride levels in addition to lowering blood pressure. If you eat a high fat diet, eating garlic will not be effective in reducing blood pressure. This is because the high fat content in the diet overpowers the properties of the garlic. Drinking alcohol to excess will also have a negative affect on garlic’s healing properties. Potassium and magnesium are vital to the control of elevated blood pressure so home remedies include adding bananas, kidney beans, molasses and soy to the diet. Does exercise lower blood pressure? 7 Natural ways to lower your blood pressure

03:52
7 Natural ways to lower your blood pressure High blood pressure is also called hypertension. Two factors contribute to high blood pressure: the quantity of blood your heart pumps and how narrow your arteries are. High blood pressure raises your risk of heart problems and strokes. Most people have no symptoms, so the best way to detect it is to get screened during a checkup at your doctor’s office at least every year. If you do have high blood pressure, there are some dietary and lifestyle changes that can help you lower your blood pressure 1. Reduce sodium in your diet Foods high in sodium include table-salt, sauces, salad-dressings, bacon, pickles, snacks, fast-foods, canned-foods, etc. Even a small reduction in the sodium in your diet can reduce blood pressure by 2 to 8 millimeter of mercury. The effect of sodium intake on blood pressure varies among groups of people. In general, limit sodium to less than 2,300 milligrams a day or less. 2. Reduce your stress Chronic stress is an important contributor to high blood pressure. Occasional stress also can contribute to high blood pressure if you react to stress by eating unhealthy food, drinking alcohol or smoking. Take some time to think about what causes you to feel stressed, such as work, family, finances or illness. Once you know what's causing your stress, consider how you can eliminate or reduce stress. If you can't eliminate all of your stressors, you can at least cope with them in a healthier way. 3. Exercise regularly Regular physical activity at least 30 minutes most days of the week can lower your blood pressure by 4 to 9 millimeters of mercury. It's important to be consistent because if you stop exercising, your blood pressure can rise again. If you have slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension), exercise can help you avoid developing full-blown hypertension. If you already have hypertension, regular physical activity can bring your blood pressure down to safer levels. 4.Eat a healthy diet Eating a diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure by up to 14 millimeters of mercury. This eating plan is known as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension. 5. Supplement your diet with nuts, seeds, and legumes. They are relatively high in fat, but they also have magnesium, potassium, fiber, and protein. Because of this, the DASH-Diet (Dietary-Approaches-to-Stop-Hypertension) recommends eating only four or five servings per week. 1 serving is 1/3 of a cup of nuts. 6.Restrict your sugar consumption. Processed sugars add calories to your diet without providing you with the nutrients that will make you feel satisfied. Reduce your consumption of sweets to, at most, five per week. A serving is a tablespoon of sugar or jelly 7. Monitor your blood pressure at home and see your doctor regularly Home monitoring can help you keep tabs on your blood pressure, make certain your lifestyle changes are working, and alert you and your doctor to potential health complications. Plus, high blood pressure causes fatigue, hair loss, impotence, memory problems, inflammation and lots of other ailments that negatively affect the quality of your life. And personally speaking, this is very important for me because I have a family history of high blood pressure. The shocking statistics reveal that 33% of Americans over the age of 20 have high blood pressure.1 And 90% have hypertension by age 65.1,2 And worst of all, 72% of people don’t even know they have high blood pressure.2 And the bigger problem is that high blood pressure has no warning signs or symptoms. People think high blood pressure causes headaches or dizziness, but these are rare. So What’s The Solution? Okay, so now we know just how bad it is – so, what are the solutions? In a previous video I’ve covered all the various drug options and how they all have negative side-effects. They’re okay to short term to quickly lower extremely high blood pressure. However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Additionally, the resulting lower blood pressure isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood pressure quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And because of this, people are able to lower their blood pressure and KEEP it at a healthy level daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered 10 natural ingredients that are clinically proven to lower blood pressure: Let’s first start with the top 5 clinically proven herbal extracts. Grape Seed Extract English Hawthorn Berry Extract Celery Seed Extract Pomegranate Extract Lycopene Extract Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 5 most important ones are: Magnesium blend - There are many forms of magnesium and each has a different function, bioavailability and absorption factor. Potassium is very important because it balances sodium, which causes water retention and higher blood pressure levels. It’s a natural diuretic. Vitamin D3, B6 and C work together to improve stress hormones such as cortisol and aldosterone levels, both causing hypertension. And finally, one of my favorite amino acids, L-Arginine. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. How To Lower Blood Pressure Naturally With L-Arginine And Exercise - High BP Treatment Supplement

http://herbreview.org/how-to-lower-blood-pressure-with-l-arginine-and-exercise Taking l-arginine an hour or two before aerobic exercise may be an effective way of lowering blood pressure. The exercise and arginine in your bloodstream will help relax and widen ("vasodilate") your blood vessels and lower high blood pressure for a while. Blood pressure will be lowered for perhaps a couple of days. So you need to keep this up. Exercise at least three times a week, and with the arginine supplementation, your blood pressure will be lowered naturally (at least more naturally than a pharmaceutical drug.) This video can be found on YouTube at :- http://youtu.be/uxdrZl0CX4A The dose of arginine required is half a gram for every 10kg of body weight. Take your weight in kilograms, divide by ten. Then multiply the result by 0.5 and you should get your dosage. Which will be around 3-4 grams for most people. This formula has been quoted in the scientific literature, for what I'm not exactly sure, but the formula works. And it's been used by at least two holistic-approach sources. I calculated 4g was my optimal dose of arginine before I came across this formula, which just verified mathematically my personal results. As with any supplement, there is always the danger and side effect of overdosing, so taking just the minimum arginine you need for the BP lowering effect. If you'd like to lower your BP beyond what arginine can deliver, try other supplements. The cause of high BP is probably "multifactorial", meaning there are several reasons that contribute to high BP. Each cause may respond best to a different supplement, so a bit of trial and error may be needed. Some supplements may "fight" each other, so just be careful here. Why isn't the BP lowering effects of arginine combined with exercise more widely known? Arginine is cheap. And can't be patented by big the big drug companies. Perhaps this is one possible reason. Thanks for reading, and good luck with your health.
