Poor circulation not only results in cardiovascular related diseases like arteriosclerosis, stroke, and heart disease, it can affect your sex life. Most men who can’t achieve and maintain an erections tend to suffer from circulation problems, even when they don’t know it –this is usually one of the symptoms of poor circulation. ------------------------------------------------------- Lensko - Circles [NCS Release] https://youtu.be/ztvIhqVtrrw https://soundcloud.com/lensko https://www.facebook.com/Lenskoofficial https://www.youtube.com/user/LenskoOf... However, it’s not a long-term solution by any means. Lifestyle improvements – Better diet, more exercise, stress management and losing weight are all very important – simply for a healthier life. And I’ve covered this topic in a previous video as well. Unfortunately, for many people – lifestyle improvements take a lot of effort, time and money. Sadly, most people just aren’t patient enough to wait for improvements. Additionally, the resulting improvement in circulation, isn’t very big. So people are left disappointed and frustrated. A Faster, Easier Solution And this is where supplements come in. The correct herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals, can dramatically improve your blood flow quickly and naturally, in a short amount of time … with the least amount of effort. And this is what we all want. And because of this, people are able to improve their blood flow and strengthen their blood vessels and KEEP it that way daily, month after month… year after year. So in doing the research for myself and my family, I discovered about a dozen natural ingredients that are clinically proven to improve blood flow: 4 Proven Herbs Let’s first start with the top 4 clinically proven herbal extracts. Ginger (Standardized Extract 15%) Ginger promotes an anti-inflammatory response. Fight against atherosclerosis, which is the hardening of the arteries. Inhibits abnormal platelet aggregation, which is a part of blood that can "clump" together and cause blood clotting. Increase contractile strength of the heart (strengthens the heart muscle) Nattokinase It fights Fibrin Buildup, which is an insoluble protein that impedes flow of blood (not what you want) Nattokinase is nature’s very own natural blood thinner known to support healthy blood pressure and improve circulation to every part of your body, so you can feel young and energized. Green Tea Extract (98% Polyphenols, 50% EGCG) Contains potent natural antioxidants catechins and flavonoids, which decrease plaque buildup in your arteries. Improves blood flow by increasing production of nitric oxide, promoting vasodilation. Improves both cholesterol and blood pressure levels. White Willow Extract (25% Salicin) Natural form of aspirin, but without the negative side-effects. Helps thin the blood Reduces inflammation Amino Acids In addition to herbs, we have 4 specific amino acids you should take. N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) This is a very important amino acid because it helps remove heavy metals and toxins, helps cleanse your kidneys and boosts your immune system. Even though NAC helps improve blood flow, the main reason I use it is because it helps cleanse your blood and decreases toxins. Having clean blood is just as important as good circulation. L-Carnitine Blend Carnitine is an amino acid that has many heart health benefits. However, a special blend of Acetyl L-Carnitine, Glycine Propionyl L-Carnitine (GPLC) and L-Carnitine Fumarate have been scientifically proven to increased blood flow to the brain Increased oxygenation of heart tissue Improve blood flow to vascular tissue Reduce hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis) So the combination of these 3 forms of Carnitine can be magical in results. Vitamins & Minerals Let’s not forget our vitamins and minerals. The top 4 most important ones are: Magnesium blend Vitamin K2-7 Vitamin D3 Vitamin E ======================================== Thank you for watching. When normal blood flow to certain parts of the body becomes hampered poor circulation results. This condition is uncomfortable and can lead to very serious medical issues What Causes Impaired Circulation? There are several lifestyle choices that can in fact cause poor circulation. These include smoking, lack of exercise and poor diet (eating lots of processed and junk foods), If you have a job where you sit for a long time at a computer, you may develop circulation problems – especially if you don’t get up frequently or participate in regular exercise. There are many herbs that are beneficial for circulation. Incorporating them into a healthy lifestyle is a great way to reap their therapeutic value. Here are 6 great ones to choose from. 1.Willow Bark Willow bark contains a chemical, salicin, similar to aspirin and has been used since 400 B.C. to treat pain and inflammation. Working like aspirin, willow bark thins the blood and promotes healthy blood circulation. 2.Ginger Root Known as a vasodilator, ginger opens up blood vessels and allows more blood to pass through. In addition to being a vasodilator, ginger root is also used for digestion and nausea. Ginger is also anti-viral and is loaded with anti-inflammatory properties which make it a good choice for cold and flu as well as joint problems. Enjoy a cup of ginger tea daily to help boost your immune system and promote healthy circulation. 3.Parsley Parsley, a popular culinary herb, is also found in many supplements because of its ability to act as a natural vasodilator and open up the blood’s passage-ways through the body. Other helpful properties found in parsley includes vitamins B12 and C that also help to enhance circulation. 4.Green Tea Green tea has great medicinal value and are known to improve the function of the cells that line the capillaries. Research shows that drinking green tea may reduce the risk of some diseases including cancer and heart disease. Drinking green-tea on a daily basis may also protect persons with coronary artery narrowing and those who are at a risk of a stroke because it improves blood flow. The best tea to drink is 100% organic. 5.Cayenne Pepper Cayenne has been used medicinally for thousands of years. The primary medicinal properties of cayenne come from a chemical called capsaicin. This ingredient is what gives peppers their powerful heat. Cayenne is still popular today and used to remedy some conditions including chronic pain, sore throat, headaches, toothaches and poor circulation. 6.Ginkgo Biloba From one of the oldest living species of trees on Earth comes Ginkgo biloba. It’s a powerful antioxidant used traditionally to treat blood disorders and improve memory. Supplements containing Ginkgo biloba are amongst the most popular in our culture today. The herb is popular for some reasons including its ability to improve blood circulation by dilating blood vessels and making platelets less sticky. Cognitive function may improve in patients with Alzheimer’s disease because this herb helps improve blood flow to the brain. An “all-in-one” formula for instantly increasing your energy levels and improving memory: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/MoreEnergy Or you can watch this video: http://drsam.co/yt/SleepLessAndMoreEnergy References - J Altern Complement Med. 2011 Jul;17(7):635-7. - Unpublished data on file. Now, many people know Dopamine as a “feel good chemical”. More specifically, Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that regulates mood and cognition. Dopamine is involved in motivation, addiction, attention, lust, desire and happiness. But the problem here is that as great as you feel with the increase in dopamine, the LESS sensitive your dopamine receptors become and thus, you need MORE “stimulation” to get the same “happiness” or “high”. Thus, one reason for “addiction”. Unfortunately, dopamine levels decline as we age resulting in decreased mental performance, depression, "drive", energy levels, happiness, Parkinson's disease and accelerated brain aging. Now, one of the best ways to improve this is to take herbs which naturally increase both dopamine levels AND dopamine receptor sensitivity. When these 3 clinically proven herbs are combined in the correct dosage and extract, you’ll have: elevated brain dopamine levels 74% improvement in mental acuity. 57% improvement in mental processing time and speed increase alpha-brain waves and electrical brain activity improved mood and better relaxation. My Three Favorite Herbal Extracts Okay, so let’s get started. Velvet Bean extract (Mucuna pruriens) (20% catecholamines; 15% L-dopa extract) While L-DOPA can cross the blood-brain barrier, dopamine cannot, making L-DOPA the preferred compound to elevate brain dopamine levels. Neuravena® Wild Green Oat extract inhibits the monoamine oxidase-B (MAO-B) enzyme. This is important, because age-related decline in dopamine is largely caused by rising levels of MAO-B. In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial, there was a 74% improvement on a standard test of mental acuity 6 and 57% improvement in mental processing time and speed Neuravena is the only clinically proven form of wild green oat extract shown to acutely improve attention and concentration as well as the ability to maintain task focus in older adults. It's also been proven to enhance cerebral vasodilation, which can help improve cognition and reduce the formation of plaque in the brain. Great Tea Extract / L-Theanine Great tea extract has small amounts of an amino acid called L-Theanine. You’ll need to drink a LOT of green tea to get the clinical benefits of L-Theanine, so that’s why I just recommend taking L-Theanine by itself. Now, L-Theanine produces calming effects in the brain by increasing levels of serotonin and dopamine, and blocking the binding of L-glutamic acid to glutamate receptors.25-31 This allows L-theanine to cross the blood-brain barrier and increase dopamine levels in your brain. The calming, mood-enhancing effect is achieved by helping to increase alpha-brain waves, electrical brain activity commonly present when you are very relaxed, literally putting you in a better mood.30 Now, even though you are relaxed, your energy levels are higher. Additionally, It has anti-depressant and anti-anxiety effects, reduces mental and physical stress, and leads to improvements in learning and memory in humans and animals. The Best Combination That’s Clinically Proven However, the good news is that if you want to increase your energy levels, mood, cognition, memory and physical stamina by optimizing your youthful hormones and neurotransmitters such as dopamine, stress hormones, ATP, and mitochondria, I suggest using one of my favorite all-natural solutions called Body-Brain Energy. Now, I recommend Body-Brain Energy because it already combines these 3 ingredients with other, clinically proven ingredients…. at the correct extract AND dosage amount. ======================================== Thank you for watching. These supplements are incredibly popular and sell by the truck loads. Some of the things we’re going to discuss… What are nitric oxide supplements? How Do They Work? Why Should We Care? What do the advertisers claim that they do, and do they actually do it? Should you take one? Alright, so what are nitric oxide supplements? Any supplement that contains either arginine, agmatine or citrulline is technically a nitric oxide supplement since all affect the production of nitric oxide in the body. Nitric oxide is gas that plays all sorts of roles in the body, but the one we’re most interested in is vasodilation - Vasodilation simply means it makes your blood vessels expand - that’s what leads to the muscle pump these products are so famous for. Just an aside: nitric oxide supplements can also used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, but I will talk about that in different video. Now most of the time when people refer to nitric oxide supplements they’re referring to pre-workout supplements because these products often contain a hearty dose of one or more of the 3 main ingredients we’re going to discuss. Pre-workout supplements if you’re not familiar with them, are designed to be taken prior to a workout and contain a number of ingredients designed to boost the efficiency of it. In general, nitric oxide supplements only make up a portion of these product’s formulas, but that’s the portion we’re going to talk about today. How Do They Work? Let’s discuss the three primary NO supplements. Arginine The most common nitric oxide suppplement, Arginine is an amino acid which converted into nitric oxide by an enzyme – a family of enzymes actually - called nitric oxide synthases. Simple, right? You consume arginine in your preworkout supplement, the nitric oxide synthase guys come along and break it down, and you’ve got nitric oxide and an awesome pump. Citrulline Citrulline is an amino acid that our bodies regularly convert into arginine in something called the urea cycle. You don’t really need to worry about the urea cycle and how it works. All you need to know is that citrulline is easily converted into arginine in the body. Although arginine is the most common nitric oxide supplement, citrulline might actually be a better choice. Why? Because the more arginine you take and the more often you take it, the less effective it becomes at boosting nitric oxide. This is due to the ramping up of yet another enzyme – called arginase - whose job also is to break down arginine. Remember those nitric oxide synthase guys? The enzyme guys who break arginine down into nitric oxide? They are not the only enzymes which act upon arginine. And when this other enzyme arginase breaks down arginine, it means there`s less arginine available to be converted to NO. The reason why citrulline may be a preferred alternative to arginine for boosting NO is that Citrulline actually inhibits the activity of arginase, and because it`s easily converted to arginine itself, it ultimately bypasses this enzyme problem and gives us more NO. If this doesn`t make sense to you, don`t worry about it to much – all you really need to know is that citrulline may be superior to arginine as a nitric oxide supplement. Agamatine Agmatine is a relatively new addition to “pump” products and is not, as you may have heard, a nitric oxide precursor – it does not work in an identical manner to arginine – which I have seen argued. That’s simply not correct. However, it seems to affect NO production in other ways. I’m going to talk more about agmatine in a separate video, simply because it’s so new and there’s really no published data on it from sports performance perspective. Based on tesimonials and anecdotal feedback, it does seem to work. Why Should You Care About NO? The reason why we anyone who lifts weights interested in nitric oxide is because it enhances blood flow. Better blood flow delivers additional nutrients to muscles, lessens inflammation, and leads to that pump – the feeling of your muscles being absolutely engorged with blood – that awesome feeling knowing as the pump. Learn more about the Redwood supplement here - https://www.truthnutra.com/redwood-yt The Role of Nitric Oxide Supplements The very term “NO supplement” is kind of misleading since such products don’t actually contain nitric oxide. Instead, they contain ingredients or substrates that boosts your body’s natural ability to make more NO. L-arginine is a common ingredient as we mentioned earlier. The amino acid L-citrulline is another one, as are nitrates. Studies show that taking a NO supplement improves tolerance of both aerobic and anaerobic activity, especially among inactive individuals just beginning a workout regimen. 1. Nitric Oxide Lowers Blood Pressure According to the Center for Disease Control, roughly one in three American adults (75 million people) have hypertension. Too many adults simply aren’t moving their bodies enough and are eating all the wrong foods in excessively high quantities. One of the benefits of nitric oxide is its ability to keep blood pressure in the normal range. NO is a vasodilator, meaning it widens blood vessels and allows for more ample blood flow. Studies show that impaired NO bioactivity leads to arterial stiffness, leading to hypertension. Studies also show that a diet high in nitrate-rich foods promotes healthy blood pressure. 2. Nitric Oxide Boosts Stamina Increased blood flow means more oxygen circulating in your body. Naturally, this improves your endurance when engaging in aerobic activity. One study found that subjects that consumed nitrate-rich beet juice for 15 days saw an increase in output during bouts of intense cycling exercises. Furthermore, research from the University of Exetershowed that nitric oxide supplementation can enable subjects to exercise up to 20% longer. Subjects on average also increased their race time by 1% to 2%. This may make NO useful when getting through those brief but grueling bouts of sprints or HIIT workouts. 3. Nitric Oxide Aids In Correcting ED Are you having a hard time getting hard? That’s a near-lethal to your manhood, no doubt. One of the greatest nitric oxide benefits for men is its ability to produce healthy erections. This is because NO allows the chambers inside the phallus to fill with blood, allowing it to harden. Studies show that the amino acids L-arginine and L-citrulline, both known for elevating NO levels, are effective for this, as well as the ingredients in supplements like Redwood. 4. Nitric Oxide Improves Memory and Learning The brain requires blood flow the same way as every other org-n. A nitric oxide booster is mainly taken as a workout-enhancing supplement. However, it’s also good for your mind. NO synthesis actually begins in the brain and is especially abundant in the hypothalamus where most of the memory-related tasks take place. We won’t get into all the complicated science, but one way NO works in the brain is by suppressing potassium ion channels, or Kv3. Kv3 is believed to be responsible for reducing the length of the electrical signals between the synapse across neurons. Studies show that NO may improve the brain's computational ability and also be a valuable aid in the treatment of age-related degenerative diseases. 5. Nitric Oxide Promotes Heart Health Cardiovascular disease is the number one killer in America. We mentioned earlier the benefits of nitric oxide for relieving hypertension. In the same vein, it also promotes a healthy heart by preventing atherosclerosis (plaque formation in the arteries). NO is also needed to keep the heart pumping. If the heart isn’t pumping at a healthy rate, this inhibits blood flow and NO to all other parts of the body. Studies have confirmed NO’s role as an important signaling molecule in the blood vessels and heart. 6. Nitric Oxide Promotes Fat Loss A study published in The Journal of Nutrition found that L-arginine supplementation reduced white fat gain. White fat is the visceral fat that manifests primarily in the belly in men and in the buttocks, and thighs in women. In this instance, nitric oxide increases the uptake of glucose in the muscles, thus allowing connective muscle tissue to burn more calories as energy. Another study revealed that NO may play an important anti-obesogenic role and increase fat oxidization in the liver and skeletal muscle. 7. Nitric Oxide Improves Digestion One of the lesser-known nitric oxide benefits is its ability to regulate gastric motility. It helps shuttle food along the digestive tract by promoting the movement of food from the stomach to the pyloric sphincter. Studies show NO mediates gastric blood flow and maintains the integrity of the mucus barrier. Other studies also suggest NO may heal stomach ulcers. In any case, don’t be surprised if you notice smoother movements and less constipation within weeks of taking a nitric oxide booster or consuming more nitric oxide foods.

This Vitamin is Proven to Reduce Anxiety! Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11 The Anxiety and Depression Association of America claims that anxiety disorders are the most common mental disorder in the U.S. as it affects over 40 million adults or 18% of the population. The feeling of anxiety is overwhelming and impedes the ability to finish even the simplest daily tasks at times. These disorders can be of several types: * Specific Phobias – These are intense fears of a certain situation or object, for instance, enclosed spaces, or heights. * Panic Disorder – This disorder is accompanied by sudden feelings of terror that appear repeatedly. * Generalized Anxiety Disorder – This disorder is manifested by excessive, unrealistic worries and constant tension, most often with no evident reason. * Social Anxiety Disorder – It is also known as social phobia, and involves an overwhelming worry and self-consciousness about common social situations. Save. Researchers still study the exact causes of anxiety, but believe that in many cases, it is caused by a set of factors, like environmental stress and brain changes. It has been found that severe or long-lasting stress alters the way nerve cells transmit information from one region of the brain to another. Also, studies have shown that people suffering anxiety have changes in certain brain structures that control memories related to strong emotions, and the disorder might also be a result of trauma. This disorder can be cured, and it is most commonly treated with prescription medication. Other people try alternative methods, like relaxation techniques, counseling, and dietary and lifestyle changes. Yet, recent research also suggests that anxiety patients also lack an important vitamin in their diet- niacin, or vitamin B3. It is a water-soluble B-complex vitamin, vital for the metabolism of energy, DNA repair, and synthesis of steroidal hormones. It relaxes the muscle tissue composing arteries, by vasodilation, a process of increasing their diameter. In this way, the blood flow is boosted, the blood pressure gets regulated, the HDL levels are increased, while the LDL levels are reduced, and the heart heath is thus improved. In the case of anxiety, this vitamin acts as an antidote to adrenaline, which is often over-produced. Researchers maintain that it treats anxiety and depression and improves the sleep patterns. Biochemical, Physiological and Molecular Aspects of Human Nutrition confirms that niacin boosts blood flow, eliminates excess adrenaline, lowers blood pressure, and regulates hormones, and thus relaxes the body, manages stress, and treats anxiety. The recommended daily intake of this vitamin depends on the gender and age, so make sure you consult your doctor before you start taking supplements. ================================================== vitamin d ,vitamin b12 ,vitamin e ,vitamin d deficiency ,vitamin c ,vitamin k ,vitamin a ,vitamin d3 ,vitamin b ,vitamin b6 ,vitamin d foods ,vitamin c supplement ,iron vitamin ,vitamin c benefits ,vitamin a deficiency ,vitamin a foods ,vitamin c fruits ,vitamin b6 benefits ,vitamin c deficiency ,vitamin c foods ,vitamin c serum ,anxiety disorder ,anxiety ,anxiety meaning ,anxiety symptoms ,anxiety medication ,anxiety attack ,signs of anxiety ,chest pain anxiety ,types of anxiety ,anxiety pills ,anxiety cures ,what causes anxiety ,supplements for anxiety ,anxiety relief ,relationship anxiety ,anxiety meds ,depression and anxiety ,anxiety treatment ,anxiety attack symptoms ,feeling anxious ,anxiety disorder symptoms ,meditation for anxiety https://youtu.be/GvemxycU0Dg Please SUBSCRIBE : http://bit.ly/2e9Su11

It also keeps the endothelium in shape by curbing inflammation and oxidative stress – it is made by macrophages, which are a type of white blood cell in our immune system. The NO kills bacteria and inhibits the replication of viruses. Boosting nitric oxide is extraordinarily good at preventing cardiovascular disease, as it relaxes arterial walls, dilates the vessels, and improves the flow of blood. NO improves brain functioning and reduces cognitive decline, due to the fact that it greatly enhances blood flow to the brain and functions as a secondary neurotransmitter between nerve cells. Boosting nitric oxide levels can greatly improve the effectiveness of your workouts, due to the fact that your muscles will receive more oxygen and nutrients when your veins are dilated and circulation is enhanced. For the same reason, NO also shortens recovery time (1) Nitric Oxide and Less Oxygen: Nitric oxide is thought to modulate respiration due to in vitro studies suggesting it is a reversible inhibitor of cytochrome c oxidase. - Cytochrome blocks the respiratory chain - Nitric Oxide inhibits/reverses the cytochromes - If respiratory chain is blocked, then nutrients aren’t getting through - Therefore oxygen and other nutrients are able to get through https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8194600 Consuming foods high in nitrate (which converts to nitric oxide) have been shown to lessen the amount of oxygen needed during exercise enabling individuals to exercise longer. (2) 2 Best Ways Increase Nitric Oxide Naturally: Foods like Beets and Citrus- Beetroot is loaded with nitrates. There are plenty of studies that confirm this food as a vasodilator, which lowers blood pressure. Also, beets are an excellent source of antioxidants and contain betalains, which are anti-inflammatory. Oranges, lemons, and grapefruit contain high amounts of vitamin C, which has been shown to protect your precious nitric oxide molecules from free radical damage. Vitamin C from any source raises levels of nitric oxide synthase, the enzyme that converts L-arginine into nitric oxide. Vitamin C is also a co-factor in reducing dietary nitrite to nitric oxide. Watermelon is loaded with the amino acid, L-citrulline, which gets converted into L-arginine and ultimately nitric oxide. So many people reach for L-arginine supplements, but the body does not absorb it well. L-citrulline is easy absorbed. Agmatine is a nitric oxide supplement - there is no evidence to support any of the performance claims made for this supplement at this time. See all our nitric oxide supplement videos: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLk2mWkuRCTaU2XwyMSiMlRuZLBVq1Sr7n Referenced links: Agmatine review: http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/bodybuilding/nitric-oxide-supplements-what-is-agmatine.html Citrulline review: http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/bodybuilding/citrulline-nitric-oxide.html Arginine review: http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/bodybuilding/does-arginine-work.html Hey guys, Paul from UltimateFatBurner here. Today we’re going to talk about agmatine. You may have seen Agmatine included in some of the newer pre workout and strength promoting supplements – nitric oxide supplements - along with claims about how well it works for skin-tearing pumps, super-intense workouts and all the usual over-the-top nonsense we’re used to seeing in sport supplement advertising. So let’s talk about agamatine – what do we know about it, does it work, should you try it and so on. I’m going to answer these questions in 10 seconds. Stick around – don’t go anywhere! What is Agmaine? Agamatine is a metabolite of arginine – its technical name is decarbolyzed arginine - and a promising and interesting compound, although there is very little clinical data on it. What do we know about so far, as far as its use a sports performance and pump product? Well, here are the 4 things you need to know about agmatine… 1) There is no clinical evidence either to support or disprove agmatine's use a BB or sports performance supplement. Zero. Zip. Nien. Nyet. Nada.Nothing. So all these various claims are essentially being pulled out of the air. Agamine may provide to be a great supplement for body builders or may not, but as of right now, we really don’t know. 2) There is research that suggests that agmatine has a NO-boosting vasodilating effect but these animal studies or ex-vivo / in-vitro laboratory studies, not human based studies. How it works isn't entirely clear yet, although it may stimulate the expression of one of the enzymes required for the body to make more NO. 3) Agmatine is not a nitric oxide precursor – in other words, it does not appear to work in a smiliar manner to arginine, despite being an arginine metabolite. In fact, it appears to be a mild inhibitor of NOSs – the family on enzymes required to convert arginine into NO. 4) It's non-toxic and appears to be safe, and can be justified under DSHEA and most supplement laws. And essentially, that’s a big picture overview on what know about agamatine when it comes to its use as a body building supplement. Not a lot, is it? OK, a couple of comments before I wrap up this video… Absence of evidence isn’t the same as evidence of absence.” In other words, even if there’s no evidence to support its use as a “pump” or sports performance product, it may nonetheless have some health/wellness value; for instance there is one small study on its use for major depressive disorder. Additionally, anecdotal evidence – and by anecdotal I mean “word of mouth” commentary - suggests that most (although definitely not all) users think it does work as advertised. So what’s the bottom line on agmatine at this point? Its use as a sports performance is entirely based on anecdotal evidence. If you like the pump and it works for you, great! Just as long as you understand that there’s no established science behind the claims made for it. A stronger argument can definitely made for the use of arginine or citrulline as a nitric oxide supplement, if you’re more interested in using products that have some supporting science behind them. Personally, this is where I’m sticking… I don’t find the agmatine pump to be as pronounced. But maybe you feel differently? If you’ve used agmatine or a product containing it, please share you experience and leave your comments below – I know I’d love to hear them as would our viewers. Oh, and before I forget… If you’d like to take a moment to subscribe to this channel, that would be great… it would really help me out. Thanks for watching and I hope to see again really soon! http://www.positivepanicattacks.com/whatvitaminsandsupplementsaregoodforhairskinandnailgrowth.html What Vitamins and Supplements are Good for Hair Skin and Nail Growth? Many women and more and more men are spending huge amounts of money on beauty products for skin, hair and nails. In most cases, these products act only on the surface. They only cover up problems whose origin is caused by internal imbalances. Skin, hair and nails reflect your health. To strengthen their structure, you must act on your nutritional balance. You must also support the action of keratin, an essential component of hair, but also nails and skin. In the market there are many food supplements which claim to help grow "skin, nails and hair." Do they work? Are they harmless? This article will help clarify this. THE BEST HAIR, SKIN & NAILS PRODUCTS What is a food supplement? These small capsules are used to provide nutrients that are sometimes lacking because of our lifestyle or because they are not present in our diet. These nutrients are often recommended to improve the growth of hair or nails, as well as the quality of the skin. Taking vitamins and supplements is often a long term process before results are seen. Who is it for? Especially for those experiencing problems with: very damaged hair due to chemical treatments, soft nails due to poor diet, or just some sort of stressful period that has affected the skin. Supplements will be of no use to those suffering from medical problems such as hair falling out in handfuls which can be a symptom of anaemia, hormonal problems, or for people with unhealthy lifestyles. Vitamins and supplements can give a helping hand, but they are not drugs and should not be used as such. Are supplements safe? In advanced countries such as the UK and USA, food supplements are regulated and controlled. Nevertheless, I strongly advise you choose products which are natural and always check the ingredients. For example, it will always healthier to eat a few spoonfuls of powdered brewer's yeast for hair, instead of capsules which contain ingredients you have never heard of. Another tip is just because a supplement is more expensive it does not mean it’s necessarily better. Many supplements are sold as wonder cures with hefty price tags but it does mean they are any better than a simple vitamin tablet. Amino acids and their significance for healthy hair It has long been none that methionine (an amino acid) strengthens nails and helps prevent hair loss MethionineMethionine contains sulphur and is able to form chains, which in turn are connected to each other. This is exactly what happens to the levels of hair and nails. Methionine can strengthen the structure of the hair and nails in a significant way. Methionine can also help fight against alopecia. In 2006 a study was published as part of a Dermatology Congress in Florence. The study involved thirty patients with alopecia. Thirty subjects were divided into two groups. A preparation based on amino acids and vitamins B was administered to the first control group, whilst a placebo was administered to the second group. The result after one year concluded the group to which methionine was administered had 10% longer hair in the growth phase than in the placebo group 2. Arginine promotes hair growth arginineSome research publications have demonstrated that arginine, which is an amino acid, provides a tremendous impact on the growth of hair. As a precursor to nitric oxide, it has a crucial influence on hair growth. The vasodilator effects of arginine promote the growth of hair when nitric oxide is formed from arginine, and opens the potassium channels of cells. This improves the irrigation of roots, and stimulates hair growth. Glutamine is essential for hair growth Glutamine is the most represented amino acid in the body. Whilst the body manufactures glutamine itself, overtime with age, it no longer produces it in sufficient quantities. Therefore glutamine supplements from middle or advanced age is particularly appropriate for those who wish to strengthen their hair structure. The need for glutamine is significantly higher in times of stress or physical fatigue. Glutamine is formed from glutamic acid. By taking sulphur/Glutamine supplements it will help hair growth. Vitamins and zinc are also beneficial to the Hair, Skin and Nails Like skin, hair also has a great need to be nourished by minerals, especially zinc. Zinc Vitamins and zinc are absolutely essential to the proper functioning of the body. They are especially important for the growth of hair. Zinc is involved in the formation of keratin, a principal component and particularly valuable for hair, skin and nails. Furthermore, the human body needs zinc to enable the formation of collagen, which is not only a significant substance to connect tissues that helps to anchor the hair in the dermis, but also for the hair structure as a whole.

►► VISIT http://getyourcopytoday.com/ed/system ◄◄ Take a look at these 3 Natural Herbs for Erectile Dysfunction. Natural treatment for erectile dysfunction 1) Panax Ginseng The roots of ginseng, also called Korean red ginseng, are used to make medicine for several conditions, including ED. Panax ginseng has been studied as a treatment for ED in humans. The plant is regarded as a safe treatment that is possibly effective for treating ED. However, Panax ginseng should only be taken for a short time due to possible complications. The most common side effect of Panax ginseng is insomnia or trouble sleeping. Ginseng can interact negatively with alcohol, caffeine, and some medications. 2) Yohimbe Yohimbe is an African evergreen tree. The bark of the tree contains yohimbine, a chemical that is used to make yohimbe. Yohimbe has been studied as a treatment for erectile dysfunction in humans. The tests have shown positive results, but yohimbe is considered possibly unsafe as a treatment for ED in humans. Serious side effects include kidney failure, seizure and heart attack. Do not take yohimbe without doctor supervision. Do not take yohimbe if you also take antidepressants or stimulant medications. 3) Pinus pinaster Pinus pinaster is derived from the bark of a pine tree. Pycnogenol is a trademarked brand name for a supplement that contains the bark. Limited research suggests pycnogenol may help treat ED. However, a patient may need to take it for several months before any benefit is seen. Side effects of pycnogenol include dizziness, headache, and mouth ulcers. Do not take pycnogenol if you take an immunosuppressant. Because pycnogenol has not had sufficient medical research, your doctor may not recommend you take this alternative medicine for your ED. 4) L-arginine. Not a natural herb actually but it's a natural treatment for erectile dysfunction L-arginine, or arginine, is an amino acid found in red meat, poultry, fish and dairy products. Arginine can also be created in a laboratory. Arginine is a vasodilator, which means that it helps expand blood vessels and increase blood flow. Arginine has been studied as a treatment for erectile dysfunction in humans. Arginine is regarded as a safe treatment that is possibly effective for treating erectile dysfunction. Arginine can cause several side effects, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. Arginine should not be taken with Viagra, nitrates, or any high blood pressure medications. 5) Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) is a hormone produced naturally by the body. It can also be manufactured using wild yam and soy. DHEA has been studied as a treatment for erectile dysfunction in humans. DHEA is regarded as a safe treatment that is possibly effective for treating ED. However, research suggests DHEA may not be effective if a man’s ED is the result of diabetes or a nerve disorder. DHEA can interact negatively with some medications. Checkout my favorite N.O. supplement - http://vshred.fit/BestNOSupp Got a message on snapchat the other day of someone accusing me of misleading people and them saying nitric oxide has no benefits.. So here's 5 benefits from an NO supplement. First, increased recovery rates.. NO is going to increase your blood flow.. Increased blood flow will deliver more oxygen and nutrients to your muscle tissues which will help them recover faster. Second, plays into the first, reduced fatigue levels.. Because NO increases the amount of oxygen that is delivered to your muscle, you are going to be able to go longer throughout every set before you start getting that burning sensation.. because you only get that burning sensation when your muscles are depleted of oxygen at that exact moment and lactic acid starts to build up leaving you sore and fatigued. Third, increase energy levels. Your body has a core temperate which rises throughout the day but rises significantly when you workout. Basically your body does as best as it can to keep your muscle tissues from overheating by cooling them off. Well, NO makes the process of lowering your body's core temperature easier, allowing you more energy to focus on your workout. Fourth, increased fat burn. There was a study done in the American Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism on the effect of NO precursor L-Arginine on the effects on glucose metabolism. And basically they studies 9 endurance trained athletes and found that those who took the L-Arginine burned through their carb stores faster, leaving them more time to burn fat. Fifth, motivation. NO gives you a sick pump. This so called pump just happens to be my favorite part about the gym and something that pushes me to go hard while at the gym and helps me look forward to my next lift. So just that little extra motivation you get from your muscles looking super full can help you stick to your workout program longer, meaning more results in the long term. Enjoy. -------------------------------------------------------------------- Check out My Supplement Stacks! Dr Peter Ruellan School of Medicine ,Natural vasodilators: How to dilate blood vessels naturally and increase blood flow,The production of NO—nitric oxide—is important for the regulation of blood flow. Abnormal NO production occurs in different disease situations. It can have a negative impact on blood flow and vascular functions. Nitric oxide is produced from the amino acid L-arginine by action from nitric oxide synthase (NOS). Vascular actions of NO can include preventing sympathetic vasoconstriction, acting as an anti-inflammatory, having an anti-thrombotic effect, and preventing muscle hyperplasia. On the other hand, when NO production is hampered, it can lead to hypertension, thrombosis, vascular hypertrophy and stenosis, or excess inflammation. Nitric oxide is a strong vasodilator; something you can get from flavonoid and L-arginine rich foods. There are many natural vasodilator foods to choose from. Read on for a comprehensive list of some of the best natural vasodilator food options. Natural vasodilators to increase blood flow Nitric oxide can reduce blood pressure as well as prevent artery blockage and stroke. Boosting nitric oxide levels with food is sometimes a preferred option. No matter what your taste buds are like, you are bound to find something on the following list of natural vasodilators that you can enjoy. Dark chocolate Raw cacao bean increases nitric oxide and is also full of antioxidants. It can lower blood pressure and impact markers of inflammation. Keep in mind that it is loaded with sugar, so it should be consumed occasionally. Remember that we are referring to dark chocolate only. Related: How to lower blood pressure quickly and naturally Citrus Research suggests that vitamin C protects nitric oxide molecules from free radical damage, making it a good natural vasodilator. Foods like oranges, lemons, and grapefruit contain large amounts of vitamin C. This vitamin is known to raise levels of nitric oxide synthase, which again is the enzyme that converts L-arginine into nitric oxide. Pomegranate This fruit is capable of boosting nitric oxide, reducing inflammation, and reducing oxidative stress, which are all factors related to coronary artery disease. Polyphenols in pomegranate help convert nitrite into nitric oxide, making it a viable natural vasodilator. Walnuts This nut is high in L-arginine, so it can keep blood vessels open. Many other nuts are also good sources of L-arginine. Nutritionists suggest soaking nuts for five to six hours before consuming them. If you don’t like walnuts, you can consider almonds, cashews, pine nuts, Brazil nuts, or macadamia nuts. Arugula This type of lettuce has the highest source of nitrates. It can be a little bitter, so many people mix it in with other types of lettuce or sauté it with other vegetables. Arugula is also called garden rocket or salad rocket. It is often referred to in England as a “fancy pants” (more sophisticated) kind of leaf lettuce. Spinach In its fresh form (not canned), this leafy vegetable is packed with nitrates. This versatile veggie can be added to soups, stews, pasta dishes, or even pizza. Beets A number of studies call beetroot an excellent vasodilator, especially when it comes to lowering blood pressure. Beets are also a source of nitric oxide,Parsley This popular herb, which is also found in many different supplements, is a natural vasodilator. The great thing about parsley is that it also contains other properties that promote good health. Since parsley does not have a strong flavor, it is used often in restaurants.Ginger

Pump Supplement 2018 | Primeval Labs Vasogorge Black Subscribe ➡ https://YouTube.com/PrimevalLabsSupplements?sub_confirmation=1 Introducing the latest pump supplement to enter the Primeval Labs family, VASOGORGE BLACK! This capsule based pump supplement is packing 3 hardcore ingredients to help stimulant the best muscle pumps in the gym possible. Read About VASO6 ➡ https://primevallabs.com/the-complete-guide-to-vaso6-what-is-it/ Buy Vasogorge Black ➡ https://primevallabs.com/vasogorge-black/ VASOGORGE BLACK INGREDIENT DETAILS GlycerPump (1,500mg) GlyerPump is a cutting-edge, shelf-stable glycerol supplement containing 65% pure glycerol by weight. You’ve probably encountered (and even used) other forms of glycerol before, but none can match the potency or effectiveness GlycerPump. Previous forms of glycerol contained at most 25% glycerol by mass, which left you with very little glycerol and a lot of unwanted saturated fat. These previous glycerol options also were notorious for clumping due to glycerol’s hygroscopic nature. More likely than not, you yourself were the victim of a clumpy tub of pre workout that you had to throw away in the garbage. Due to the unique spray-drying method used in the production of GlycerPump, it has improved stability, solubility, and shelf-life compared to glycerol supplements of years past. And, you’re also getting more glycerol on a gram-per-gram basis than with previous versions, too. That’s great and all, but what does GlycerPump actually do? GlycerPump supports hydration and nutrient absorption due to its ability to enhance your cells’ ability to absorb water. In other words, GlycerPump transforms your cells into ultra-absorbent sponges encouraging to soak up extra water and nutrients, improving hydration, stamina, and resistance to fatigue. As an added bonus, due to the cell-saturating qualities of GlycerPump, you’re likely to experience pretty epic water-based pumps too! For more information on GlycerPump and why it’s a must-have in any pre workout, click here! VASO6 (300mg) VASO6 is a revolutionary nitric oxide booster and vasorelaxant developed by Compound Solutions. Comprised of a unique combination of six powerful compounds titrated from green tea catechins, VASO6 is unlike any other nitric oxide supplement you’ve experienced before. And, before you think VASO6 is just some kind of glorified green tea extract, think again. VASO6 contains only the most effective nitric oxide boosting bio fractions from green tea. The result is a pre workout pump supplement unlike any other -- one improves blood flow by dilating and relaxing the blood vessels (i.e. vasodilation AND vasorelaxation). In other words, VASO6 not only helps drive more blood to your muscles, but it also helps reduce the burden on your heart and cardiovascular system to shuttle that blood throughout your body by making your blood vessels more “flexible”. Additionally, by stimulating endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) enzyme, VASO6 also helps boost strength & recovery while reducing fatigue. Each serving of Vasogorge Black includes the full clinical effective dose of Vaso6, providing 300mg per 5 capsules. Click here to learn more about what makes VASO6 one of the best nitric oxide boosters available! L-Norvaline (300mg) To support sustained nitric oxide production, Vasogorge Black also includes 300mg of L-Norvaline. This derivative of the BCAA Valine, serves as your “pump protector” by inhibiting an enzyme called arginase. Arginase is tasked with breaking down arginine, the primary substrate for nitric oxide production. With less arginine available, nitric oxide production becomes limited, which means so does blood flow, nutrient delivery, athletic performance, and muscle pumps. By inhibiting arginase, L-Norvaline promotes unrestrained nitric oxide production leading to bigger, denser, longer-lasting muscle pumps. This two-pronged approach of VASO6 directly stimulating nitric oxide production and L-Norvaline protecting against nitric oxide limitation, makes for a powerful combination yielding long-lasting nitric oxide production. This is what makes Vasogorge Black truly exceptional among pump pre workouts. Garlic comes from the plant Allium sativum which is latin for "cultivated bulb". It has been used by humans for thousands of years and originated in Asia. The primary benefit of garlic occurs via release of a molecule called alliin. Alliin releases hydrogen sulfide molecules (H2S), which gives garlic its unique smell and taste. Hydrogen sulfide is a known vasodilator, which is a fancy way of saying it improves blood flow. Fresh garlic and aged garlic supplements are generally considered the two best sources of garlic. In order to maximize alliin production, garlic should crushed sliced or chewed prior to cooking. Garlic has many potential health benefits including Reducing Cardiovascular disease, HDL cholesterol, High density lipoprotein, Low density lipoprotein, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, lower blood pressure and hypertension. It may increase RBC or red blood cells. Reduces atherosclerosis, plaque, clogged artery, nitrous oxide, vasodilator, Inhibit platelet aggregation. How To Improve Blood Circulation | Home Remedies To Improve Blood Circulation. There are many different ways you can improve poor blood circulation. As with most health ailments, turning to food, herbs and other plants as a means to heal the body is what I most often recommend. Blood circulation can be improved with the help of some super foods. Start Consuming More of The Following: 1. Cold-Pressed Juice. Freshly pressed juice is one of the best ways to improve blood circulation. When made with nutrient-dense greens and root vegetables, juice provide our body with alkalizing minerals and blood-cleansing properties that neutralize free radicals in the body. Juice is a great way to get nutrients to the blood quickly. Green juices and beetroot juices are some of the best to help rejuvenate our blood. 2. Citrus Fruit. Citrus fruit like oranges, limes, lemons and grapefruit are loaded with vitamin C, which act like blood thinners and make capillary walls strong. Vitamin C also helps prevent atherosclerosis by strengthening the artery walls through its participation in the synthesis of collagen. It also prevents the undesirable adhesion of white blood cells to damaged arteries. 3. Ginger and Garlic. Ginger is a known vasodilator, meaning it helps open up blood vessels and allows more blood to pass through. It is also a wonderful anti-inflammatory, which puts less stress on our cardiovascular system. Garlic on the other hand helps to cleanse the blood, and prevents plaque build-up in the arteries and veins. 4. Turmeric. Turmeric contains the active compound, curcumin, which is a natural phenol with powerful vessel-protecting properties. Curcumin has been shown to improve endothelial function by alleviating the damage from free radicals (and helping the blood vessels relax, and therefore letting more blood flow through them). 5. Foods High in Vitamin B3. While many people take aspirin as their daily blood-thinning medication, many people aren’t aware of the more natural and safer alternative – vitamin B3 (niacin). Within 20 to 30 minutes after taking niacin or consuming foods high in niacin, your blood vessels dilate, causing a warming sensation in your body. Vitamin B3 is found readily in chia seeds, brown rice, peanuts, sunflower seeds, potatoes, tomatoes and mushrooms. 6. Hot Peppers. Hot peppers like cayenne pepper works wonders for boosting blood circulation and heart health. Cayenne pepper contains the active compound, capsaicin, which helps stimulate the proper flow of blood throughout the body and organs. It also strengthens the arteries and capillaries. Lifestyle Changes To Reverse Poor Blood Circulation. Don’t forget to adopt the following lifestyle changes if you don’t do them already to help improve poor blood circulation. 1. Start Drinking More Water. Try to aim for at least 3 to 4 litres of water every day. 2. Consider Adopting A Plant-Based Diet. you’ll feel better in your body and have a lowered risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke, diabetes, and so much more. A plant-based diet has even been branded as the new heart attack proof diet, the wonders it does for our cardiovascular system is outstanding. Even if you can’t eat totally plant-based, make sure a good portion of your diet includes plenty of leafy greens, herbs, vegetables, fruit and plant-based fats. 3. Stop Eating Processed Foods. Overly processed foods like frozen foods and packaged foods should be avoided if you want a healthy circulatory system. 4. Exercise Regularly. Exercising regularly is important to keep your heart muscles strong. In fact, exercise is one of the only ways to keep your heart functioning well into your old age. Whenever you move, you’re training the muscles that ensure your blood circulation stays healthy. 5. Quit Smoking. Tobacco is terrible for the cardiovascular system. thank you for watching. if you find this video helpful then please like, comment, subscribe and share it with your friends and family too. #health #food #homeremedy

This incredible Nitro Oxide Supplement is sure to leave you feeling pumped and ready to crush your next workout. Axis Labs has created a NO product so powerful, you’ll only need to take it once a day! https://axislabs.com/products/hemodraulix-pump-powder-30-servings Nitric oxide triggers vasodilation, which widens the blood channels that surge muscle-engaging nutrients through the body. To achieve this effect, your body requires an enzyme called nitric oxide synthase or NOS. NOS converts arginine into a gas molecule called nitric oxide. Your body only has a very short supply of NOS enzymes. HemodrauliX is engineered with NE2 Arginine ethyl ester and Arachidonic Acid for unprecedented levels of nitric oxide production. First, NE2 floods the body with a supremely bioavailable form of L-Arginine (NE2) to quickly fuel nitric oxide production. Next Arachidonic Acid triggers massive NOS upregulation. This effectively "multiplies" the body's nitric oxide-generating "factories." Grab your supply of Axis Labs HemodrauliX today and take your training to the next level. 15 Incredible Celery Benefits Celery lowers cholesterol levels and arthritis pain, helps in weight loss, detoxifies the body, reduces high blood pressure, and promotes overall health in a vast number of ways. It is rich in vitamin C and hence extremely beneficial. Celery is a plant of the Apiaceae family, and is a plant, consumed as a vegetable, that can be found throughout the world, and as an integral part of certain cultures’ cuisine. Its origins most likely trace back to the Mediterranean and North African areas, since what is believed to be a rudimentary variety of species of celery was found in King Tut’s tomb, and a plant closely resembling celery is reference multiple times in Mediterranean myth and history. The plant is now cultivated globally and is a part of every cuisine from America and Ireland to Japan and Australia. For culinary use, it is most commonly found in soups and salads, or as a garnish to certain dishes. Also, it is commonly eaten as a snack, since it is quite filling, but not fattening. Nutritional Value Celery contains minerals such as calcium, sodium, copper, magnesium, iron, zinc, potassium. It contains fatty acids and vitamins including vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and vitamin K. It also contains thiamin, riboflavin, folic acid and fiber. Health Benefits of Celery Its health benefits include the following: Reduced blood pressure: Celery contains pthalides, which are organic chemical compounds that can lower the level of stress hormones in your blood. This allows your blood vessels to expand, giving your blood more room to move, thereby reducing pressure. When blood pressure is reduced, it puts less stress on the entire cardiovascular system, and reduces the chances of developing atherosclerosis, or suffering from a heart attack or a stroke. Reduced cholesterol: Eating celery every day may reduce artery-clogging cholesterol (called LDL or “bad” cholesterol). The phthalides in this herb also stimulates the secretion of bile juices, which works to reduce cholesterol levels. Less cholesterol means less plaque on the artery walls and a general improvement in heart health. The fiber that is found in celery also works to scrape the cholesterol out of the bloodstream and eliminate it from the body with regular bowel movements, further boosting cardiovascular health. Antiseptic: Celery seeds help in the elimination of uric acid because it is commonly used for its diuretic properties, meaning that it stimulates urination. Therefore, celery is good for people with bladder disorders, kidney problems, cystitis, and other similar conditions. Celery seeds also assist in preventing urinary tract infections in women. celeryHealthy joints: Celery is great for people suffering from arthritis, rheumatism and gout. It had anti-inflammatory properties that help to reduce swelling and pain around the joints. Celery sticks also act as a diuretic, which helps to remove uric acid crystals that build up around the body’s joints that can add to the pain and discomfort of frequent joint use. It can also increase the regrowth of tissue in inflamed joints. Prevents cancer: Celery contains phthalides, flavonoids, and polyacetylenes. These cancer-fighting components detoxify carcinogens. Celery also contains coumarins that enhance the activity of certain white blood cells, which can effectively stave off cancer as well. These antioxidant components seek out free radicals floating in the body and damaging organs and neutralize them before they can result in the development of serious conditions like cancer. Improved immune system: Celery is rich in vitamin C, which greatly boosts the strength of the immune system. Stimulated by the activity of other antioxidants in celery, it becomes more active and efficient. Because of the high content of vitamin C in celery, eating it regularly can reduce your risk of catching the common cold, as well as protecting you against a variety of other diseases. Reduces Asthma Symptoms: Vitamin-C prevents free radical damage and it also has anti-inflammatory properties that lessen the severity of inflammatory conditions like asthma. Cardiovascular health: The notable presence of vitamin C, fiber, and other organic chemicals in the roots of celery promotes cardiovascular health. Diuretic activity: Celery is rich in both sodium and potassium, and both of these minerals help to regulate the fluid balance in the body. Potassium also acts as a vasodilator, reducing blood pressure.

Present in many preworkout products, the nitric oxide supplement arginine is commonly known for its awesome pump. Here are 7 other cool facts you probably didn't know about it. See all our nitric oxide supplement vidoes here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLk2mWkuRCTaU2XwyMSiMlRuZLBVq1Sr7n http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/vitamins/natural-male-enhancement-l-arginine-for-erectile-dysfunction.html http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/bodybuilding/does-arginine-work.html Subscribe to our channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/UltimateFatBurner Hey guys, Paul from Ultimatefatburner here, and today I’m going to hit you up with 7 quick facts about the amino acid arginine. As usual, if you want to learn more or review the clinical references we’ve used to compile these facts, you can find links in the description under this video. I’ll be right back in about 10 seconds… don’t go anywhere! 1. Arginine is a precursor to the gas nitric oxide. Nitric oxide production causes vasodilation – or simply, it dilates the arteries and blood vessels. 2. The clinical data supporting arginine’s effects as a sports performance enhancing supplement is conflicting and contradictory at this time. 3. The more you use arginine, the less effective it becomes. That’s because regular usage ramps up the activity of an enzyme called arginase which breaks down arginine, leaving less of it available for NO production. Because of this, many supplements are now switching to using citrulline in their formulas, or a combination of arginine and citrulline. 4. Concentrated pre-workout supplements that contain arginine do not contain anywhere near an effect dose of the supplement. 5. Because of its ability to dilate blood vessels, arginine has been used to treat angina, hypertension, congestive heart failure and hyperlipidemia all with varying degrees of success. 6. On its own and in combination with yohimbine and pycnogenol, multi-gram doses of arginine have been used to successfully treat certain types of erectile dysfuncton. 7. If you are taking any drugs to lower your blood pressure (i.e., antihypertensive drugs) do not attempt supplementing with arginine before speaking with your doctor, as it may create an additive effect! So there you have it! 7 little known facts about arginine. I hope you found that useful! If you did, I’d really appreciate it if you gave this video a thumbs up, and you haven’t already done so, please do subscribe to this channel – it would really help me out. It’s completely free and you’ll be updated when we post new videos. Alright, thanks again for watching soon, and hopefully I’ll see you soon! YouTube video: https://youtu.be/sjq9kppunko

VIP NEWSLETTER ➤➤ http://bit.ly/vipfitmail BECOME A CLIENT ➤➤ http://bit.ly/12weekwithryan FULL SERIES ➤➤ http://bit.ly/suppseries If you’ve been around any hardcore bodybuilders or athletes in the gym, chances are you may have heard them talking about L-arginine. L-arginine, which qualifies as a non-essential amino acids since our bodies produce it naturally, has garnered attention for its claimed ability to boost muscle growth and increase blood flow to generate a killer pump. L-arginine can be obtained through dietary sources, including whole wheat, seeds, nuts, dairy products, red meat, poultry, and fish. L-arginine’s benefits come from its critical roles in protein synthesis and serving as a precursor to nitric oxide, a potent vasodilator. L-arginine also signals muscle cells to release growth hormone and promotes fat metabolism. The product of all this are those lean, well-toned muscles that every gym goer craves. By reducing fat stores underneath the skin and promoting muscle growth, L-arginine can also increase overall fitness and improve strength levels. And lastly, L-arginine helps bolster the immune system by mopping up free radicals and increasing the effectiveness of the cells in the immune system. If you’re going to supplement with L-arginine, a good starting dose is anywhere from 2-5 grams right before and after your workout. Since L-arginine can produce a number of side effects ranging from abdominal pain to nausea to diarrhea, it’s best to start off with a low dose and slowly increase over time. L-arginine is also a supplement that should be cycled for best results, so discontinue the regimen every two months before resuming. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// Follow me for FITNESS - DIETING - LIFESTYLE GENERAL INFO TO ADVANCED AESTHETICS CONNECT: SITE & STORY: https://ryanengelfitness.com Email: firstname.lastname@example.org Instagram: @ryan_engel_fitness Snapchat: replatinum http://instagram.com/ryan_engel_fitness/ FB: https://www.facebook.com/RyanEngelFit...
