In some cases, toxins are neutralized and converted from fat soluble to water soluble and then excreted out by the kidneys. Those toxins that were just neutralized and not excreted in Phase 1 will enter Phase 2. Phase 2 is where the garbage gets taken out. In this phase, cytochrome enzymes break down toxins from a fat soluble form to a water soluble form, which makes them easier to dispose of. This is where liver cells add other substance carrier molecules like sulfur molecules to assist in the disposal. The "garbage" is then taken out by urine or bile. LEMON JUICE FOR FAT LOSS Lemon juice, specifically the phytochemical d-limonene, acts as a liver tonic and assists in digestion by clearing the detoxification pathways and helping the liver produce more bile. D-limonene is found in the essential oils of citrus fruits and many other plant species and has been shown in animal studies to be cancer protective. The theory is that limonene's protective effects are due to it being a strong inducer of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 detoxification enzymes that neutralize carcinogens.

Here's how to prepare chia water with lemon for weight loss, among other benefits Combine chia with lemon juice and you will have these benefits Did you know that lemon is a super fruit? And the chia is a super seed? Imagine using both foods in one recipe? That's what we're going to teach now. The lemon juice when mixed with chia becomes an even richer and refreshing beverage. It contains potent compounds that help to benefit the body and has a large percentage of antioxidants. It purifies the body and also facilitates weight loss. Today we can find chia seeds easily in commerce, since they are already well known to many people, especially those concerned about well-being. Chia seeds are one of the major sources of fatty acids, such as omega 3, which is very important for the brain and heart. Fatty acids are required for the absorption of vitamins A, D, E and K and normal glandular activity, especially for the adrenal glands and the thyroid gland. They also nourish the skin and are essential for leaving healthy mucous and nerves as well as for the normal functioning of the reproductive system. They may also be important in reducing cholesterol stores. The outer layer of the seed is rich in soluble fibers and mucilage. Insoluble fibers remove toxins from the colon walls. Chia contains five times more calcium than milk; Three times more iron than spinach; Fifteen times more magnesium than broccoli; Twice as potassium as bananas; Three times more antioxidants than blueberry. It is also rich in manganese and boron (which is also essential for bones). Lemon is a powerful alkalizing agent, that is, it alkalizes and regulates the pH of the blood. A lot of people do not understand this because it attaches to the acidic taste of lemon. It is acidic in taste, but alkaline when absorbed by the body.
