“How to recover from antibiotics.” – What does that mean? If you’ve been treated with a course of antibiotics for a long or a short time, or if you’ve been using food that has antibiotics in it, without you knowing, or if you’ve been misusing antibiotics in any way, you might start to have health problems. You might suffer from certain complaints that will make your life a little bit more difficult. Side Effects of Antibiotics Let me discuss the complaints that you might have from use of antibiotics. The most affected organs would probably be your intestines. That’s because the antibiotics are going to kill the bacterial flora, which is the friendly bacteria in your intestines that is responsible for digestion and making vitamin K, which is important for you. So, you will notice that you’re having trouble in your gut, so, you will start to have bloating, gas, irregular bowel movement, so, you will have constipation, then diarrhea and then bloating again and so on. You might also suffer from heartburn and feeling generally unwell. You might also start to notice bleeding from the gums or from the nose. That’s also related to the lack of vitamin K. You might also suffer from yeast infections, which is a fungal infection that can be anywhere on your body, either on your skin or in your mouth or in the genital area. All that is because your bacteria flora – the friendly bacteria in the gut – has been affected by the antibiotics. So, what we need to do now is correct the level of bacterial flora in your gut. How do we do that? First of, you will need to lead a healthy lifestyle. So, you drink a lot of water. Avoid bad foods. Bad foods are rich in sugar, carbohydrates that are unhealthy, like pasta, packed foods, processed foods – these are all unhealthy foods. Instead of that you should eat vegetables, fruits, grains, healthy fats (that’s vegetable oils mainly). Probiotics and Prebiotics You can also use probiotics. These are very healthy foods that are fermented, so that helps the growth of the good bacteria in the gut. Probiotics are mainly: yogurt, kefir and yeast. If you are suffering from any problems with kefir or yeast, I would suggest that you take it slowly. So you start with very small amounts, like one spoon a day, and then increase it gradually. If you go to the shop and want to buy probiotics, look for the name lactobacillus on it – that’s the good bacteria for you. You can also use foods that are called prebiotics. Prebiotics are foods that help the growth of bacteria, because they don’t get absorbed in the body, they stay for a long time in the intestines. Like, leeks (garlic, onions), honey, bananas, these are all very good foods for your bacteria flora. You can also try fermented fresh vegetables. That means, pickles that are pickled in a healthy way. So, you can try to pickle at home. So, try for example the ginger, to pickle it at home, or maybe cucumbers, also are healthy. But don’t add too much salt. So, pickled vegetables are very good for your gut flora. If you’re a fan of soups you can try bone broth or gelatin soups. You can buy bones from the butcher, and what’s inside – the broth – you can make soups with it, and that’s very good for your gut flora. You can also add onions to it, or any vegetables of your choice. It’s very important to know that your gut flora affects the function of your intestines, and healthy intestines affect the whole body. So it’s very important to replace the gut flora that has been affected by your antibiotic abuse. I wish you all the best! Antibiotics are medicines used to treat bacterial infections. There are different types of antibiotics that work against different strains of bacteria and some types of parasites. When used properly, they either kill or inhibit the growth of bacteria that cause a particular health problem. This in turn helps your natural immune system fight the infection. But antibiotics often have side effects that cause other temporary health issues. Some common side effects include diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, vaginal yeast infections, allergic reactions and inner ear problems. 1. Eat Probiotic Yogurt When taking antibiotics, it is highly recommended to include yogurt with ‘good bacteria’ in your diet. Eating yogurt that contains ‘live cultures’ (also labeled as probiotic yogurt) helps your body recover from diarrhea, one of the common side effects of antibiotics. These live cultures are gut-friendly bacteria that provide a layer of protection in the intestines and help generate lactic acid to get bacterial toxins out of the body. 2. Eat Fermented Foods or Take a Probiotic Supplement. Apart from yogurt, many fermented foods naturally contain a high amount of probiotics. So, in addition to yogurt, include kombucha, kefir, sauerkraut, pickles, pickled beets, pickled turnips, pickled carrots and kimchi in your diet. 3. Eat Garlic. Garlic is a natural antibiotic that helps kill harmful microbes without the side effects of antibiotic medicines. Also, it contains an important compound known as allicin that protects your kidneys and liver from the potential damage of antibiotics. 4. Take Milk Thistle Supplements. Taking traditional antibiotics can be hard on your liver, which is responsible for breaking down the medications you ingest. To protect your liver from any damage due to a course of antibiotics, the herb milk thistle is very effective. The rich antioxidants in this herb help protect the liver. 5. Sip Ginger Tea Whether you suffer from diarrhea, nausea or vomiting due to prescribed antibiotics, ginger is effective in dealing with these side effects. Ginger’s natural antibiotic property helps prevent and treat many health problems caused by bacteria. Fresh ginger has an antibiotic effect against food-borne pathogens as well as respiratory and periodontal infections. 6. Eat Bland Foods. Some of the most widely reported side effects of antibitoics include diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. To counter these issues, it is advisable that you eat only bland food during and after a cource of antibiotics. These types of food inlcude dry crackers, plain bread, white rice, etc. 7. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar Tonic. Apple cider vinegar has antibacterial properties that help fight harmful bacteria in your body. Also, it is a good remedy for controlling diarrhea, one of the common side effects of antibiotic medicine. 8. Drink Enough Fluids. To counter dry mouth caused by medicines and a mild loss of fluids from diarrhea or vomiting, drink more water. Drinking an ample amount of water throughout the day will keep your body hydrated. For a more-severe loss of water, drink fluids that contain water, sugar and salt to help replace electrolytes that the body needs. 9. Stay Healthy. One way to deal with side effects of antibiotics is to stay healthy so you don’t have to take them for long. Take steps to support your health in the following way. 10. Take Antibiotics as Directed. Last but not least, you must always take your antibiotic medicine as directed by your physician. For instance, some antibiotics should be taken only with water. Others need to be taken with food in order to increase their absorption in the body and ward off an upset stomach, a common side effect of antibiotics. Antibiotics are the number 1 cause of autoimmune disease and other gut diseases. This video will show you why antibiotics are bad and natural antibiotics you can take instead. Are You Buying FAKE COLOSTRUM POWDER? Colostrum is the ULTIMATE gut healing food/supplement but... colostrum is 'LEGALLY defined' as milk from the first 6 milkings. This is plain false. The TRUE definition of colostrum comes from the FIRST milking. I have seen first hand (while working on the farm) the difference between the 1st milking and the 2nd milking: the 1st is very thick and the 2nd has the consistency of milk. Colostrum is 25% solids 6 hours after birth and 10% solids 48 hours after birth. This means you are getting double, triple, if not quadruple the nutrients and health/healing benefits with real colostrum. To your gut health! The gut microbiome plays a vital role in metabolism, physiology, nutrition and immune response. Previous studies have shown that some non-antibiotic drugs can lead to changes in composition of the gut microbiome, but the extent of this is not understood. Scientists at EMBL have now screened the effects of 1,200 marketed drugs on the growth of 38 representative bacterial strains found in the human gut. This e-learning video showcases the story, methodology and findings from this breakthrough Nature publication, published on the 19th March 2018. http://dx.doi.org/10.1038/nature25979 Find out more and take our quiz and interactive exercises by visiting our e-learning website https://www.embl.de/training/e-learning/drug_microbiome/index.html

After all four of the cancer surgeries, I have had to take antibiotics. That is quite normal for surgery as they don't want any infections. However even one dose of antibiotics can deplete the body of good bacteria as well as the bad bacteria and I have had four in the past two years. This is not even including all the meds I had while in the hospital for my back injury just before the start of the cancer trek. Oh, and two chemo treatments too that try to kill off various organisms. So then with depleted gut bacteria one can have poor digestion, weight gain, skin problems, and likely many other issues. After some internet research I decided I needed to get my good gut bacteria back up to par. I set out to purchase some of the edible items that several online experts seem to agree on. Sauerkraut and probiotic additives. I already had cooked up some special apple sauce and harvested a lot of dark purple berries. Here is my town trek to purchase the items and get some explanation of why I am purchasing these specific items. If you are an expert on this topic I would not mind your suggestions. Gotta get back to normal some time.

Restoring Gut Bacteria After Antibiotics - http://www.premoffers.com/gut - Issues with your gut? Use structured silver water as the ultimate solution to heal your gut! Restoring Gut Bacteria After Antibiotics A lot of us (consisting of most physicians) do not identify or recognize that digestive problems create chaos over your whole body, resulting in acne, allergic reactions, arthritis, autism, autoimmune illness, cancer cells, persistent tiredness, mental deterioration, state of mind disorders, rashes, and also a lot more. Sadly, standard medication sees the body in unique systems and also signs are dealt with separately from the rest of the body. We seldom ask: just what is the origin of our health concerns? When you have a skin issue, your skin specialist suggests some topical treatments, anti-biotics or contraceptive pills. When you have joint inflammation, your rheumatologist provides you non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) or pain relievers. When you have state of mind conditions, your psychiatrist suggests antidepressants. The majority of physicians and specialists are still unaware that several physical malfunctions could be traced back to your digestion system. Why Ideal Digestive Tract Wellness Is So Important Restoring Gut Bacteria After Antibiotics is the keystone of your health. Today, you’re going to learn an excellent recipe for stomach issues, like heartburn, reflux, and gastric and ulcer pains. It’s key ingredient is sweet potato. Those that have used this recipe will guarantee you that it’s the best natural remedy for these kinds of problems. Gastritis is an irritation of the stomach lining. The most common symptoms associated with gastritis are pain and heartburn. If you don’t take care of yourself, your symptoms can worsen, and you can even experience bleeding in your digestive tract. But, if you suffer from this problem, don't worry, the cure for gastritis and other stomach ailments can be found in nature. The proof is in the recipe that you’ll learn now. Ingredients 1 medium sweet potato 600 ml of filtered water Instructions Peel and cut the sweet potato, placing the pieces in a bowl with a little water so they don't change colors. Put the pieces of sweet potato in the blender with 600 ml of water. Blend well. Strain the mixture (with a cloth or kitchen strainer). Using clean hands make sure that you strain the mixture completely—all of the liquid should be in the bowl. Allow it to sit for two hours. Now you’ve got the liquid and at the bottom of the bowl, the solid contents—that is the pulp of the sweet potato. Pour out the liquid so that you’ve got only the pulp that’s at the bottom of the bowl. If you’re doing this on a bright, sunny day, let the pulp dry in the sun. If not, put it in the pantry so it will dry. If you choose the second option, it will take a little longer to dry out. Whenever it’s completely dry, break it up, mixing it well and put it in a clean, dry glass jar to sit. How do you use it? It’s easy. After it’s completely dry, dissolve a teaspoon of sweet potato powder in 200 ml of water. Stir it well. Drink a cup of it before breakfast in the morning, before lunch, and one more after dinner. While antibiotics and antacids may be needed to treat a stomach ulcer, there are certain foods that can exacerbate the symptoms including pain, a burning sensation, indigestion, gas, nausea and vomiting. A stomach ulcer, also known as a peptic ulcer, occurs when open sores develop on the inner lining of the stomach or the upper portion of the small intestine. The most common symptom of a peptic ulcer is stomach pain. Stomach acid makes the pain worse, as does having an empty stomach. Other symptoms include a feeling of fullness, bloating, fatty food intolerance, heartburn, weakness, loss of appetite and unexplained weight loss. It is important to consult your doctor if you think you have a stomach ulcer. Your doctor may prescribe an antibiotic to treat the bacterial infection and recommend antacids to reduce the acid in the digestive tract. At the same time, you need to watch what you eat. There is no specific diet prescription for a stomach ulcer, but you can keep symptom flare-ups to a minimum and promote faster recovery by limiting or avoiding certain foods. Here are some of the foods to avoid if you suffer from a stomach ulcer. bgm I Need to Start Writing Things Down by Chris Zabriskie is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/) Source: http://chriszabriskie.com/darkglow/ Artist: http://chriszabriskie.com/

Millions of Americans suffer from gastrointestinal symptoms and distress each year. Diagnoses of leaky gut syndrome, Crohn’s and celiac disease, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) continue to grow, and researchers still can’t quite put their fingers on why our digestive systems are under attack. Recently, researchers have started to acknowledge there’s another digestive disorder lurking: small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, or SIBO. It’s more prevalent than previously believed, and it occurs in many people suffering from IBS and certain other underlying conditions. Find more information about SIBO on my website here: https://draxe.com/sibo-symptoms/ Find more information on leaky gut here: https://draxe.com/7-signs-symptoms-you-have-leaky-gut/ *This content is strictly the opinion of Jordan Rubin, and is for informational and educational purposes only. H PYLORI How to Completely Eradicate Them Off Your Gut. 7 natural treatments for H. pylori infection Many in vivo and in vitro studies on natural H. pylori treatments have been done. Most treatments reduced the number of bacteria in the stomach but failed to permanently eradicate them. Be sure to talk with your doctor before beginning a natural treatment regimen. You shouldn’t replace your recommend treatment for H. pylori with natural remedies. With your doctor’s approval, you can use natural treatments as adjuvant therapy. This may increase the effects of conventional drugs. Probiotics Probiotics help maintain the balance between good and bad gut bacteria. According to a 2012 study, taking probiotics before or after standard H. pylori treatment may improve eradication rates. Antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria in your stomach. Probiotics help replenish good bacteria. They may also reduce your risk of developing yeast overgrowth. Researchers found evidence to suggest that the bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus delivers the best results. Green tea A 2009 study on mice showed that green tea may help kill and slow the growth of Helicobacter bacteria. The study found that consuming green tea before an infection prevents stomach inflammation. Consuming the tea during an infection reduced the severity of gastritis. Honey Honey has shown antibacterial abilities against H. pylori. Additional research supports this conclusion. No research to date has shown that honey can eradicate the bacteria on its own. Researchers suggest that using honey with standard treatments may shorten treatment time. Raw honey and Manuka honey may have the most antibacterial effects. Olive oil Olive oil may also treat H. pylori bacteria. A 2007 study showed that olive oil has strong antibacterial abilities against eight H. pylori strains. Three of those strains are antibiotic-resistant. Olive oil also remains stable in gastric acid. Licorice root Licorice root is a common natural remedy for stomach ulcers. It may also fight H. pylori. According to a 2009 study, licorice root doesn’t directly kill the bacteria, though it can help prevent it from sticking to cell walls. Broccoli sprouts A compound in broccoli sprouts called sulphoraphane may be effective against H. pylori. Research on mice and humans suggests that it reduces gastric inflammation. It also may lower bacteria colonization and its effects. A study on people with both type 2 diabetes and H. pylori showed that broccoli sprout powder fights the bacteria. It also improved cardiovascular risk factors. Phototherapy Studies show that H. pylori are vulnerable to light. Phototherapy uses ultraviolet light to help eliminate H. pylori in the stomach. Researchers believe phototherapy used within the stomach is safe. It may be most beneficial when antibiotics are not an option.

When it comes to our health, there is so much to know! There is a very important component, which is often overlooked that I want to talk to you about today. When it comes to creating balance and optimal well-being, we can’t have either if our gut is compromised or “leaky.” That is why I place such a big emphasis on ensuring this important system is functioning as best it can so that YOU can begin to feel your best and radiate true health from the inside out. At Fitlife, we are committed to doing our part to provide you with tools to assist you on your journey, which makes the news I have to share with you in the coming weeks really exciting! What we will be providing is what we’ve found to be the #1 solution to creating balance and true health, making your transformation journey that much sweeter and your health, that much better! So stay tuned and know that I’ve got your back. What we have in store has the potential to literally change your entire gut microbiome, thus creating a healthier environment for your entire existence. In the meantime, enjoy this juicy content and be on the lookout for the big news, coming soon! We live in a toxic environment. Heavy metals, pesticides, chemicals and EMFs bombard our lives on a daily basis. We are all doing our best to protect our families from these dangers, but in reality, there are some things we simply can’t control. What we can control is how we treat our bodies – and the fuel we put into them. In the end, this has more power over our health than almost any toxin or influence in our environment. Start With Your Gut! According to Hippocrates, “All disease begins in the gut.” Healing our gut is one of the first and most important steps to regaining health and vitality. Probiotic rich foods help replenish the good bacteria we need to line our digestive tract. Fact: Roughly 70% of our immune cells are housed in the digestive system. This means that a strong digestive system = strong immune system. Fact: There are more bacteria in your digestive system than there are cells in your body. Fact: The bacteria in your gut weighs around 4 lbs. Fact: Roughly 85% of your serotonin (the “feel good” or “happy” hormone) is stored in your gut. Happy gut = happy YOU! Almost all cultures include fermented foods in their diet. Fermented foods provide probiotics (beneficial bacteria), vitamins and enzymes that help keep your digestive system healthy and free of illness and disease. Overuse of antibiotics, antibacterials and a lack of raw food in the diet literally strips your digestive system of these vital microorganisms and nutrients. Eating fermented food helps to replenish the good bacteria. Fact: Having a healthy balance of good and bad bacteria is crucial – it’s all about creating balance. Our body is built to heal itself, we just need to know how to listen and honor it’s signals! - See more at: http://fitlife.tv/scary-signs-you-have-leaky-gut-and-11-cheap-secrets-to-treat-it-saturday-strategy/#sthash.EH3aeKbl.dpuf Click here to SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/2fw7xYU Powered by Organifi... http://dailyrxnews.com/clostridium-difficile-becoming-common-us-officials-announce-plan-fight-infections/ The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is warning patients and hospitals about a deadly germ called Clostridium difficile, or C. diff. Each year, the number of C. diff cases increases. The cause, officials said, is an overuse of antibiotics. And it’s something that CDC officials said can be prevented. C. diff has become one of the most common microbial causes of infection in US hospitals. This germ flourishes in the gut after antibiotics kill off other bacteria and causes diarrhea, fever, loss of appetite, nausea and abdominal pain.

SAN DIEGO — Researchers at the University of California San Diego have developed micromotors loaded with antibiotics that can treat stomach infections without the use of proton pump inhibitors, a substance used to suppress gastric acid production. Drugs used to treat bacterial infections and other diseases in the stomach are normally taken with proton pump inhibitors. However, the substance can cause adverse side effects such as diarrhea and fatigue or even depression when taken over longer period of in high doses. "It's a one-step treatment with these micromotors, combining acid neutralization with therapeutic action," said Berta Esteban-Fernández de Ávila, a postdoctoral scholar at UC San Diego and a co-first author of the study. According to the study, each micromotor has a magnesium core coated with a layer of titanium dioxide, antibiotic and an outer layer of chitosan, which is a polymer that enables the motors to stick to the stomach wall. The size of each micromotor is about half the width of human hair. Once inside the stomach, the magnesium core reacts with gastric acid which generates a stream of hydrogen microbubbles. The microbubbles propel the vehicles inside the stomach, as well as temporarily increase the pH level to a desired level to release the cargo of antibiotics. The micromotors can be dissolved by gastric acid without leaving harmful residues. The study was published in the journal Nature Communications. ------------------------------------------------------------- Go to https://www.patreon.com/tomonews and become a Patron now TomoNews is now on Patreon and we've got some cool perks for our hardcore fans. Doctors in Korea say... it's becoming more difficult to effectively treat the Helicobacter py-lori infection,... the strongest known risk factor for gastric cancer. A medical team at the Asan Medical Center in Seoul said Tuesday,... that of the 4-hundred patients that have been given antibiotics to treat H. py-lori... since last year,.. only 68-percent of them saw the bacteria have been eradicated. This is about 20-percent lower than 15 years ago. The medical team attribute the decrease... to the bacteria's growing resistance to one of the two key antibiotics used to treat it. Gastric cancer, or stomach cancer, is second leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.

Read the article here: http://bit.ly/2mm3yvB Antibiotics given in advance of gastric bypass surgery preferentially alter the microbiome, nudging it toward a more “lean” physiologic profile.
There is an old saying that says that “death begins in the colon”. It might seem like an oversimplification, but it has a grain of truth to it. Your colon is home to billions of bacteria, and its functioning is important for the rest of the body to function well. Not only does it form the stool, these bacteria also absorb nutrients, control the pH balance, control hunger, and protect us from harmful organisms. Unfortunately, the combination of a nutrient poor diet, antibiotics, and lack of fermented product consumption has created a great problem for the good bacteria that live in our intestines. Whenever we have digestive problems, such as constipation, the sediments build up in your colon and stick to the walls of your intestines. This residue, along with microorganisms and other toxins, ferment and travel along the bloodstream to the rest of your body. Then gas forms and your stomach bloats. Keeping your colon clean helps prevent several problems such as fatigue, allergies, constipation, lack of appetite, excessive weight and even bad breath. And how can you keep your colon clean? Great ingredients can be found in nature, that can be combined and used to detoxify your colon. Today we're going to share some of these combinations: Ingredients 1 pineapple; 2 oranges; 1 cucumber; 1 apple; 1 lemon; 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel; 2 glasses of water. Instructions Peel the pineapple and the apple and cut them into pieces. Peel the oranges too. Cut the unpeeled cucumber into slices. Remove the aloe vera gel from the leaf by peeling it and removing the sticky part of the plant. Put everything in the blender and add the two glasses of water. Blend well. Add the juice of one freshly squeezed lemon. It is recommended to drink 3 glasses of this juice a day, the first one being right after preparing the recipe. The rest can be stored in the refrigerator. ---------------------------------------- ▶ Subscribe to the channel - https://goo.gl/3tB19z ▶ Natural Cures en español - https://goo.gl/QcoLf2 ▶ नेचर क्योर्स - Natural Cures (Hindi) - https://goo.gl/okYDFd ▶ Mindfully Yours - https://goo.gl/qXiBjy Disclaimer: The materials and the information contained on Natural Cures channel are provided for general and educational purposes only and do not constitute any legal, medical or other professional advice on any subject matter. Many of these bacteria are harmless (or even helpful!), but there are a few strains of ‘super bacteria’ that are pretty nasty -- and they’re growing resistant to our antibiotics. Why is this happening? Kevin Wu details the evolution of this problem that presents a big challenge for the future of medicine. Lesson by Kevin Wu, animation by Brett Underhill.

Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis Download Keto Essentials https://m.me/drericberg?ref=w2128577 In this video, Dr. Berg talks about SIBO or Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. SIBO is when the microbes are growing in the small intestine and sometimes can go up into the stomach. The stomach should be very acidic to kill off those microbes. The deeper root cause of SIBO is low hydrochloric acid. He also talks about the cause of this low hydrochloric acid. Symptoms of SIBO: • Bloating • Gas – Coming from an excess fermentation which is the microbes eating too much food and fiber • Pain • Constipation • Diarrhea Causes of SIBO: • Low Hydrochloric Acid • Frequent Eating – You won’t give your body a chance to rest and clean out the colon in between meals. Cause of Low Hydrochloric Acid • Antibiotics • Anti-Acid • Junk Food • Consuming Too Much Alkaline Water • Baking Soda What NOT to do: 1. Add More Fiber – Microbes live in fiber and sugar. Don’t consume as many vegetables, just small amounts. 2. Add Probiotic What you SHOULD do: • Intermittent Fasting – It give your body a chance to rest and clean out the residue and food particles between the meals. • Acidify Stomach – Apple Cider Vinegar and Betaine Hydrochloride (8 or 9 tablets with a meal) • Low Stress – Stress makes it worse • Clove, Garlic, Oregano – To help balance out the good and bad bacteria. Hey guys in this video we are gonna talk about something called SIBO, Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. Now, some of the symptoms are bloating because there is gas involved; methane gas, hydrogen gas, hydrogen sulfide gas coming from an excess fermentation which is the microbes eating too much food and fiber . So you are gonna have this gas that could cause pain. You will have a lot of bloating, constipation sometimes, diarrhea sometimes. Now here's what causing this problem, normally the stomach is normally very acid between 1 and 3 and there should be no microbes growing there. There might be a couple of microbes but it's not gonna be that many. Same thing with the small intestine, this is not the place that you are supposed to have a lot of microbial growth growing out right here. Most of the microbial growth should be in the large intestine. So we have the stomach, small intestine which is like 23 feet and then we have the large intestine which is 5 feet. This is all the microbes are right here. SIBO are where the microbes are growing in the small intestine and sometimes even up in the stomach now if the stomach is very very acid that would kill of the microbes. The deeper root cause to this problem most of the time, its the low hydrochloric acid and that can come from antibiotics, anti-acid, junk food, consuming too much alkaline water, baking soda which is alkaline. All these things can neutralize the acid right here. And then what happens, when the normal function of the acid suppose to kill a microbe in a food that you eat, it doesn't get killed, it passes through here and starts growing out here. A lot of food that you consume like vegetables and even some meat have some microbes in them that are supposed to be killed in this stomach level. If that doesn't happen, it can actually start growing right here. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, 52 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. This is a video performed by Joseph S. Galati, Houston, Texas, on a young patient with chronic abdominal pain. After an evaluation with blood work and an ultrasound of the abdomen, an upper endoscopy was performed that revealed a large gastric ulcer in the antrum/pylorus of the stomach. Several smaller erosions were also noted in the stomach.

Leaky gut syndrome is a condition that millions of people have, and don’t even know it. From the sound of it, you might think leaky gut syndrome only hurts the digestive system, but it can lead to many other health conditions. Think of the lining of your digestive tract like a net with very small holes in it that only lets some things pass through. Your gut lining works as a wall to keep out the bigger pieces that can harm your system. When someone has leaky gut, the “net” in the digestive tract gets damaged, which causes bigger holes to form in the net, so things that usually can’t pass through are now able to. Some of the things that can now pass through are proteins like gluten, bad bacteria, and undigested food pieces. Toxic waste can also leak from the inside of your intestinal wall into your bloodstream, causing an immune reaction. This leads to swelling throughout your system and causes things like: Bloating Food sensitivities Thyroid conditions Fatigue Joint pain Headaches Skin issues Digestive problems Weight gain Syndrome X If left unfixed, it can lead to worse health problems like inflammatory bowel disease (IBS), arthritis, eczema, psoriasis, depression, anxiety, migraine headaches, muscle pain, and chronic fatigue. Leaky gut syndrome has been linked to other psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. So, in many cases, if you can heal the gut, you can heal the brain. Studies show that the cause of your food allergies, low energy, joint pain, thyroid disease, autoimmune conditions, and slow metabolism could be leaky gut symptom spreading through your body. Another problem with leaky gut is that it can stop important minerals and nutrients, like zinc, iron, and vitamin B12, from being taken in. There are four main causes of leaky gut, including: 1. Poor Diet Foods that have a lot of lectins are a bigger problem. Some of the lectins and foods that cause leaky gut are wheat, rice, spelt, and soy. While you are trying to cure leaky gut, stay away from all grains, especially those that contain gluten like wheat. Cow’s milk is another food that can cause leaky gut. The component of dairy that will harm your gut is the protein A1 casein. Also, the pasteurization process will kill important enzymes, making sugars like lactose very hard to digest. Sugar is another thing that can harm your digestive system. Sugar will feed the growth of yeast, candida, and bad bacteria, which will hurt your gut even more. 2. Chronic Stress Stress weakens your immune system over time, which ruins the body’s power to fight bad bacteria and viruses. This leads to swelling and leaky gut. To lessen stress, it’s a good idea to get more sleep, add fun into your week, and practice meditation. 3. Toxins We meet up with over 80,000 chemicals and toxins every single year, but the ones that cause leaky gut are antibiotics, pesticides, tap water, aspirin, and anti-inflammatory drugs. 4. Dysbiosis One of the main causes of leaky gut is a condition called dysbiosis, which means uneven levels of good and bad bacteria in your gut. Using too much prescription antibiotic drugs, tap water with chlorine and fluoride, and the lack of probiotic- rich foods adds to the unevenness of good and bad bacteria. If you have leaky gut syndrome, you should think of trying a leaky gut diet. Here are six foods and supplements to heal your leaky gut. #1 Bone Broth #2 Raw Cultured Dairy #3 Fermented Vegetables #4 Coconut Products #5 Sprouted Seeds #6 Supplements If you like the video, give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends!
