“How to recover from antibiotics.” – What does that mean? If you’ve been treated with a course of antibiotics for a long or a short time, or if you’ve been using food that has antibiotics in it, without you knowing, or if you’ve been misusing antibiotics in any way, you might start to have health problems. You might suffer from certain complaints that will make your life a little bit more difficult. Side Effects of Antibiotics Let me discuss the complaints that you might have from use of antibiotics. The most affected organs would probably be your intestines. That’s because the antibiotics are going to kill the bacterial flora, which is the friendly bacteria in your intestines that is responsible for digestion and making vitamin K, which is important for you. So, you will notice that you’re having trouble in your gut, so, you will start to have bloating, gas, irregular bowel movement, so, you will have constipation, then diarrhea and then bloating again and so on. You might also suffer from heartburn and feeling generally unwell. You might also start to notice bleeding from the gums or from the nose. That’s also related to the lack of vitamin K. You might also suffer from yeast infections, which is a fungal infection that can be anywhere on your body, either on your skin or in your mouth or in the genital area. All that is because your bacteria flora – the friendly bacteria in the gut – has been affected by the antibiotics. So, what we need to do now is correct the level of bacterial flora in your gut. How do we do that? First of, you will need to lead a healthy lifestyle. So, you drink a lot of water. Avoid bad foods. Bad foods are rich in sugar, carbohydrates that are unhealthy, like pasta, packed foods, processed foods – these are all unhealthy foods. Instead of that you should eat vegetables, fruits, grains, healthy fats (that’s vegetable oils mainly). Probiotics and Prebiotics You can also use probiotics. These are very healthy foods that are fermented, so that helps the growth of the good bacteria in the gut. Probiotics are mainly: yogurt, kefir and yeast. If you are suffering from any problems with kefir or yeast, I would suggest that you take it slowly. So you start with very small amounts, like one spoon a day, and then increase it gradually. If you go to the shop and want to buy probiotics, look for the name lactobacillus on it – that’s the good bacteria for you. You can also use foods that are called prebiotics. Prebiotics are foods that help the growth of bacteria, because they don’t get absorbed in the body, they stay for a long time in the intestines. Like, leeks (garlic, onions), honey, bananas, these are all very good foods for your bacteria flora. You can also try fermented fresh vegetables. That means, pickles that are pickled in a healthy way. So, you can try to pickle at home. So, try for example the ginger, to pickle it at home, or maybe cucumbers, also are healthy. But don’t add too much salt. So, pickled vegetables are very good for your gut flora. If you’re a fan of soups you can try bone broth or gelatin soups. You can buy bones from the butcher, and what’s inside – the broth – you can make soups with it, and that’s very good for your gut flora. You can also add onions to it, or any vegetables of your choice. It’s very important to know that your gut flora affects the function of your intestines, and healthy intestines affect the whole body. So it’s very important to replace the gut flora that has been affected by your antibiotic abuse. I wish you all the best! Antibiotics can help us combat bacterial disease when truly needed. Unfortunately, their use also comes with a COST, as they lower ALL bacteria - both good and bad, indiscriminately. If the illness is viral, taking antibiotics doesn't help the illness, but can lower our immunity. This can set us up for future illnesses, unless we help rebuild our gut flora and restore our immunity. Most of us were not passed down enough beneficial bacteria (good gut flora) from the babyhood because we are in our 3rd or 4th generation of antibiotic use. There was a generational lowering as each group used them. There was also a lack of nursing during the 1950's-1960's, which reduced the transfer of beneficial bacteria, too.* Learn what bacterium and yeast tend to overgrow during antibiotic treatment. You can learn how to protect yourself from them taking over both during and after antibiotic treatment/course through the use of: • Probiotics, how to take them during antibiotic use, how to choose a good mixture, don't be scammed by health food companies • Fermented Foods and where to find some good recipes, and more. I can relate to your frustration. As someone who suffered from UTIs almost every month, I finally found a solution. I haven't had a UTI in over a year! Urinary Tract Infections, also known as UTI. I wanted to share this video with those of you who suffer from UTIs. When I would get the UTI, I would have to go on antibiotics because the infection processed through my body so fast that drinking lots of water or cranberry juice did not help make it go away. For me, once I get a UTI, the only way to make it go away is to go on antibiotics. For some people, they can drink a lot of water or cranberry juice and it goes away. That just never worked with me. Prevention was my only hope. I had tried many things to prevent from getting the UTI (baking soda, cinnamon, concentrated cranberry pills, purest cranberry juice) and I would still get UTI and have to go on antibiotics over and over again. I believe taking antibiotics whether from UTI or whatever type of infections (ear infections, etc) is not good for you. It slowly breaks down your immune system and ruins your stomach. I believe it is the cause of my allergies and also causes my stomach to react unnaturally to certain foods, which I hadn't had a problem previously. I've heard that if taking antibiotics for a long time, your body becomes immune to it and one day when you need it, it won't work anymore. Sounds so scary. Therefore, I wanted to find a solution to never getting another UTI again. I have been UTI free for over 1 year now. I'm so excited to share this with especially those that are similar and also want to find a solution. This product that I use is called D-Mannose Powder and the brand is NOW. Who would have thought a simple sugar powder could help so much to the point I no longer get UTIs. Believe me, I was so skeptical at first. But I had another round of antibiotics waiting for me if it didn't work. First I followed what the suggested usage on the back of the bottle mentioned. That did not work. Then, I altered the way I take it so that it would work for me. It mentioned to take it every day as a dietary supplement. I only take it at certain times (please view my video to see details on how I made it work for me). When I mention flushing with 5 cups in my video, that means drinking 4 - 5 cups of water in 1 hour after waiting 45 minute for the teaspoon of D-Mannose to set in. This bottle is not cheap. So I wanted to make sure I only use it when needed. Not sure which way would work best for you. I'm only sharing my experience and how I have made it work for me. Disclaimer: I am not claiming that it would cure the UTI or treat the UTI. Please consult with your physician before using. I have mentioned this D-Mannose to my physician and she is happy I no longer get the UTIs. I have successfully used it to prevent me from getting a UTI for over 1 year now. You can purchase this item at a health food store called Sprouts. This is a local health food type grocery store that also sells vitamins. As mentioned in the video, I will update this description section when I know of a sale. There is currently a sale going on from 01/03/18 to 01/10/18. I believe it is 25% off. For those who do not have a Sprouts near you, you can also purchase it online. I hope this video has inspired you to find solutions. I was hesitant to put up this video because it is a very sensitive subject. But I know so many people suffer from UTIs so perhaps this video would be helpful and valuable. Take care! Cheers!

When you have a skin issue, your skin specialist suggests some topical treatments, anti-biotics or contraceptive pills. When you have joint inflammation, your rheumatologist provides you non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) or pain relievers. When you have state of mind conditions, your psychiatrist suggests antidepressants. The majority of physicians and specialists are still unaware that several physical malfunctions could be traced back to your digestion system. Why Ideal Digestive Tract Wellness Is So Important Restoring Gut Bacteria After Antibiotics is the keystone of your health. The gut microbiome plays a vital role in metabolism, physiology, nutrition and immune response. Previous studies have shown that some non-antibiotic drugs can lead to changes in composition of the gut microbiome, but the extent of this is not understood. Scientists at EMBL have now screened the effects of 1,200 marketed drugs on the growth of 38 representative bacterial strains found in the human gut. This e-learning video showcases the story, methodology and findings from this breakthrough Nature publication, published on the 19th March 2018. http://dx.doi.org/10.1038/nature25979 Find out more and take our quiz and interactive exercises by visiting our e-learning website https://www.embl.de/training/e-learning/drug_microbiome/index.html

Millions of Americans suffer from gastrointestinal symptoms and distress each year. Diagnoses of leaky gut syndrome, Crohn’s and celiac disease, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) continue to grow, and researchers still can’t quite put their fingers on why our digestive systems are under attack. Recently, researchers have started to acknowledge there’s another digestive disorder lurking: small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, or SIBO. It’s more prevalent than previously believed, and it occurs in many people suffering from IBS and certain other underlying conditions. Find more information about SIBO on my website here: https://draxe.com/sibo-symptoms/ Find more information on leaky gut here: https://draxe.com/7-signs-symptoms-you-have-leaky-gut/ *This content is strictly the opinion of Jordan Rubin, and is for informational and educational purposes only. When it comes to our health, there is so much to know! There is a very important component, which is often overlooked that I want to talk to you about today. When it comes to creating balance and optimal well-being, we can’t have either if our gut is compromised or “leaky.” That is why I place such a big emphasis on ensuring this important system is functioning as best it can so that YOU can begin to feel your best and radiate true health from the inside out. At Fitlife, we are committed to doing our part to provide you with tools to assist you on your journey, which makes the news I have to share with you in the coming weeks really exciting! What we will be providing is what we’ve found to be the #1 solution to creating balance and true health, making your transformation journey that much sweeter and your health, that much better! So stay tuned and know that I’ve got your back. What we have in store has the potential to literally change your entire gut microbiome, thus creating a healthier environment for your entire existence. In the meantime, enjoy this juicy content and be on the lookout for the big news, coming soon! We live in a toxic environment. Heavy metals, pesticides, chemicals and EMFs bombard our lives on a daily basis. We are all doing our best to protect our families from these dangers, but in reality, there are some things we simply can’t control. What we can control is how we treat our bodies – and the fuel we put into them. In the end, this has more power over our health than almost any toxin or influence in our environment. Start With Your Gut! According to Hippocrates, “All disease begins in the gut.” Healing our gut is one of the first and most important steps to regaining health and vitality. Probiotic rich foods help replenish the good bacteria we need to line our digestive tract. Fact: Roughly 70% of our immune cells are housed in the digestive system. This means that a strong digestive system = strong immune system. Fact: There are more bacteria in your digestive system than there are cells in your body. Fact: The bacteria in your gut weighs around 4 lbs. Fact: Roughly 85% of your serotonin (the “feel good” or “happy” hormone) is stored in your gut. Happy gut = happy YOU! Almost all cultures include fermented foods in their diet. Fermented foods provide probiotics (beneficial bacteria), vitamins and enzymes that help keep your digestive system healthy and free of illness and disease. Overuse of antibiotics, antibacterials and a lack of raw food in the diet literally strips your digestive system of these vital microorganisms and nutrients. Eating fermented food helps to replenish the good bacteria. Fact: Having a healthy balance of good and bad bacteria is crucial – it’s all about creating balance. Our body is built to heal itself, we just need to know how to listen and honor it’s signals! - See more at: http://fitlife.tv/scary-signs-you-have-leaky-gut-and-11-cheap-secrets-to-treat-it-saturday-strategy/#sthash.EH3aeKbl.dpuf Click here to SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/2fw7xYU Powered by Organifi... H PYLORI How to Completely Eradicate Them Off Your Gut. 7 natural treatments for H. pylori infection Many in vivo and in vitro studies on natural H. pylori treatments have been done. Most treatments reduced the number of bacteria in the stomach but failed to permanently eradicate them. Be sure to talk with your doctor before beginning a natural treatment regimen. You shouldn’t replace your recommend treatment for H. pylori with natural remedies. With your doctor’s approval, you can use natural treatments as adjuvant therapy. This may increase the effects of conventional drugs. Probiotics Probiotics help maintain the balance between good and bad gut bacteria. According to a 2012 study, taking probiotics before or after standard H. pylori treatment may improve eradication rates. Antibiotics kill both good and bad bacteria in your stomach. Probiotics help replenish good bacteria. They may also reduce your risk of developing yeast overgrowth. Researchers found evidence to suggest that the bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus delivers the best results. Green tea A 2009 study on mice showed that green tea may help kill and slow the growth of Helicobacter bacteria. The study found that consuming green tea before an infection prevents stomach inflammation. Consuming the tea during an infection reduced the severity of gastritis. Honey Honey has shown antibacterial abilities against H. pylori. Additional research supports this conclusion. No research to date has shown that honey can eradicate the bacteria on its own. Researchers suggest that using honey with standard treatments may shorten treatment time. Raw honey and Manuka honey may have the most antibacterial effects. Olive oil Olive oil may also treat H. pylori bacteria. A 2007 study showed that olive oil has strong antibacterial abilities against eight H. pylori strains. Three of those strains are antibiotic-resistant. Olive oil also remains stable in gastric acid. Licorice root Licorice root is a common natural remedy for stomach ulcers. It may also fight H. pylori. According to a 2009 study, licorice root doesn’t directly kill the bacteria, though it can help prevent it from sticking to cell walls. Broccoli sprouts A compound in broccoli sprouts called sulphoraphane may be effective against H. pylori. Research on mice and humans suggests that it reduces gastric inflammation. It also may lower bacteria colonization and its effects. A study on people with both type 2 diabetes and H. pylori showed that broccoli sprout powder fights the bacteria. It also improved cardiovascular risk factors. Phototherapy Studies show that H. pylori are vulnerable to light. Phototherapy uses ultraviolet light to help eliminate H. pylori in the stomach. Researchers believe phototherapy used within the stomach is safe. It may be most beneficial when antibiotics are not an option.

Doctors in Korea say... it's becoming more difficult to effectively treat the Helicobacter py-lori infection,... the strongest known risk factor for gastric cancer. A medical team at the Asan Medical Center in Seoul said Tuesday,... that of the 4-hundred patients that have been given antibiotics to treat H. py-lori... since last year,.. only 68-percent of them saw the bacteria have been eradicated. This is about 20-percent lower than 15 years ago. The medical team attribute the decrease... to the bacteria's growing resistance to one of the two key antibiotics used to treat it. Gastric cancer, or stomach cancer, is second leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide.

SAN DIEGO — Researchers at the University of California San Diego have developed micromotors loaded with antibiotics that can treat stomach infections without the use of proton pump inhibitors, a substance used to suppress gastric acid production. Drugs used to treat bacterial infections and other diseases in the stomach are normally taken with proton pump inhibitors. However, the substance can cause adverse side effects such as diarrhea and fatigue or even depression when taken over longer period of in high doses. "It's a one-step treatment with these micromotors, combining acid neutralization with therapeutic action," said Berta Esteban-Fernández de Ávila, a postdoctoral scholar at UC San Diego and a co-first author of the study. According to the study, each micromotor has a magnesium core coated with a layer of titanium dioxide, antibiotic and an outer layer of chitosan, which is a polymer that enables the motors to stick to the stomach wall. The size of each micromotor is about half the width of human hair. Once inside the stomach, the magnesium core reacts with gastric acid which generates a stream of hydrogen microbubbles. The microbubbles propel the vehicles inside the stomach, as well as temporarily increase the pH level to a desired level to release the cargo of antibiotics. The micromotors can be dissolved by gastric acid without leaving harmful residues. The study was published in the journal Nature Communications. ------------------------------------------------------------- Go to https://www.patreon.com/tomonews and become a Patron now TomoNews is now on Patreon and we've got some cool perks for our hardcore fans. http://dailyrxnews.com/clostridium-difficile-becoming-common-us-officials-announce-plan-fight-infections/ The Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is warning patients and hospitals about a deadly germ called Clostridium difficile, or C. diff. Each year, the number of C. diff cases increases. The cause, officials said, is an overuse of antibiotics. And it’s something that CDC officials said can be prevented. C. diff has become one of the most common microbial causes of infection in US hospitals. This germ flourishes in the gut after antibiotics kill off other bacteria and causes diarrhea, fever, loss of appetite, nausea and abdominal pain.

Leaky gut syndrome is a condition that millions of people have, and don’t even know it. From the sound of it, you might think leaky gut syndrome only hurts the digestive system, but it can lead to many other health conditions. Think of the lining of your digestive tract like a net with very small holes in it that only lets some things pass through. Your gut lining works as a wall to keep out the bigger pieces that can harm your system. When someone has leaky gut, the “net” in the digestive tract gets damaged, which causes bigger holes to form in the net, so things that usually can’t pass through are now able to. Some of the things that can now pass through are proteins like gluten, bad bacteria, and undigested food pieces. Toxic waste can also leak from the inside of your intestinal wall into your bloodstream, causing an immune reaction. This leads to swelling throughout your system and causes things like: Bloating Food sensitivities Thyroid conditions Fatigue Joint pain Headaches Skin issues Digestive problems Weight gain Syndrome X If left unfixed, it can lead to worse health problems like inflammatory bowel disease (IBS), arthritis, eczema, psoriasis, depression, anxiety, migraine headaches, muscle pain, and chronic fatigue. Leaky gut syndrome has been linked to other psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. So, in many cases, if you can heal the gut, you can heal the brain. Studies show that the cause of your food allergies, low energy, joint pain, thyroid disease, autoimmune conditions, and slow metabolism could be leaky gut symptom spreading through your body. Another problem with leaky gut is that it can stop important minerals and nutrients, like zinc, iron, and vitamin B12, from being taken in. There are four main causes of leaky gut, including: 1. Poor Diet Foods that have a lot of lectins are a bigger problem. Some of the lectins and foods that cause leaky gut are wheat, rice, spelt, and soy. While you are trying to cure leaky gut, stay away from all grains, especially those that contain gluten like wheat. Cow’s milk is another food that can cause leaky gut. The component of dairy that will harm your gut is the protein A1 casein. Also, the pasteurization process will kill important enzymes, making sugars like lactose very hard to digest. Sugar is another thing that can harm your digestive system. Sugar will feed the growth of yeast, candida, and bad bacteria, which will hurt your gut even more. 2. Chronic Stress Stress weakens your immune system over time, which ruins the body’s power to fight bad bacteria and viruses. This leads to swelling and leaky gut. To lessen stress, it’s a good idea to get more sleep, add fun into your week, and practice meditation. 3. Toxins We meet up with over 80,000 chemicals and toxins every single year, but the ones that cause leaky gut are antibiotics, pesticides, tap water, aspirin, and anti-inflammatory drugs. 4. Dysbiosis One of the main causes of leaky gut is a condition called dysbiosis, which means uneven levels of good and bad bacteria in your gut. Using too much prescription antibiotic drugs, tap water with chlorine and fluoride, and the lack of probiotic- rich foods adds to the unevenness of good and bad bacteria. If you have leaky gut syndrome, you should think of trying a leaky gut diet. Here are six foods and supplements to heal your leaky gut. #1 Bone Broth #2 Raw Cultured Dairy #3 Fermented Vegetables #4 Coconut Products #5 Sprouted Seeds #6 Supplements If you like the video, give it a thumbs up and share it with your friends! How to relieve Arthritis naturally forever. http://www.AmeerRosic.com How to relieve arthritis naturally by avoiding Grains and Dairy. Arthritis is caused by the consumption of grains and dairy that cause leaky gut syndrome and inflammation of the joints. By avoiding Grains and Dairy your body is giving the environment to heal and finally fix arthritis forever! The Gut Connection to Rheumatoid Arthritis The purpose of the gastrointestinal tract (gut) is multi-fold. 1. It digests food into small easily absorbed particles, absorbs small food particles to then be converted into energy, attaches nutrients like vitamins and minerals to carrier proteins which then transport them across the gut lining into the bloodstream, detoxifies the chemicals we daily imbibe through our air, food and water, as it contains a major part of the chemical detoxification system of the body which protects us from cancer and all other diseases, and fights off infection,as it contains over half of the immune system which synthesizes immuno-globulins or antibodies that act as the first line of defence against infection, cancer and other diseases. The leaky gut syndrome is an extremely common problem, yet is seldom tested for. Remember this: if the gut is not totally healthy, you have no chance of healing anything else, regardless of the label on your condition. It doesn't matter what type of chronic pain you have, or if you have high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, prostatitis, cancer, or merely accelerated aging. You are stuck until the gut is healed. The leaky or hyperpermeable intestinal lining places a major burden on the body's ability to absorb amino acids, essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins. It would appear that nutrients could simply slip right on into the gut. Sadly the opposite is true. For in order for the body to absorb a mineral, a carrier protein must be attached. This protein must hook onto the mineral that actively carries it across the gut wall into the bloodstream. But when the bowel lining is damaged through inflammation the nutrient carrier proteins get damaged. In addition, the finger-like projections that line the gut and allow us to absorb food gets damaged. When these get destroyed, the result is malabsorption. So in addition to new food and chemical allergies and auto-immune diseases, the leaky gut victim may develop mineral and vitamin deficiencies, even in spite of taking adequate levels of them. What can cause the inflammation that leads to the leaky gut syndrome? Examples include: 1. Abnormal gut bugs, called flora(e.g.,unwantedbacteria,parasites,andprotozoa from contaminated food and water, and overgrowth of yeasts like Candida from antibiotics) 2. Chemicals that irritate the gut(e.g.ingested alcohol and food additives or inhaled toluene or formaldehyde from that new carpet or paint, and of course, NSAIDs) 3. Food irritants and allergens(e.g.eatingthingsthatyouknowbotheryouand processed foods with their long list of mysterious chemical ingredients) 4. Emotions like anger and worry(which dump stress hormones into the system and cause loss of protective nutrients) Genetic and acquired enzyme deficiencies (e.g. lactose deficiency and celiac disease), and more.
