4 Best Reasons To Take Vitamins To Get Pregnant

08:14
http://www.Lumalove.com/products.html shows you how getting pregnant can occur faster when you take simple vitamins such as vitamin B. Listen to the inside scoop on vitamins to get pregnant with Midwife Hannah. Don't waste another month without knowing what you can take to speed up your chances of getting pregnant. Click on my website and pick up a FREE getting pregnant eBooks. VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Vitamins to get pregnant yes you hear me correct there are specific vitamins to get pregnant that's if, you take them in the right doses and the right frequency. Doing so your fertility is naturally increased and sometimes these natural vitamins work better than expensive artificial infertility hormone drugs. My name is Hannah Bajor and I am a midwife of 30 years and I am only hear speaking to you today as I too struggled to get pregnant. I was told at the age of 38 I was infertile and could not have a child. It is because of the devastation of this diagnosis that I spent 12 months in intense research, interviewing dozens of fertility experts and I discovered that supplementation with the right vitamins & minerals in the right quantities acts as a super effective fertility-accelerating "fertilizer" in 4 vital areas by: 1. Specific fertility enhancing vitamins to get pregnant help rejuvenate and oil your reproductive machine so it's in tip-top condition. 2. Taking specific fertility enhancing vitamins help improve the quality of your eggs. 3. Taking specific fertility enhancing vitamins enhances blood flow and automatically thickens the lining of your uterus to make it so much easier for fertilized eggs implant and grow you precious baby. 4. taking specific fertility enhancing vitamins help balance and synchronize your brain hormones, your thyroid hormone, and your ovarian hormones so that your body is in the right state to accept and nourish a growing baby. While trying to cure my own infertility and testing different combinations of fertility vitamins and minerals, I literally stumbled onto the perfect recipe that made it possible for me to get pregnant with not one but TWO amazing boys, even AFTER being diagnosed infertile by the experts. Most people -- including myself when I was trying, fail to understand the role proper nutrition plays in BOTH your reproductive cycles. His included! As I said when you take the right vitamins and minerals in the correct formula you help prepare the internal organs and systems which helps your body to get pregnant fast. This is because good nutrition is the major fertilizer needed to produce a adequate amounts of pregnancy brain hormones, thyroid hormones and ovarian hormones all needed to trigger ovulation, conception, implantation and incubation of your baby. The fact is, that it does not matter how well you eat. Our food supply, including organic food, does not have the full range of minerals that it used to have, back in the good old days. And adequate minerals are needed to have a healthy reproductive system and body to receive and nourish a baby. It is a simple equation: if you are not getting the right vitamins and minerals -- at the right time -- in the right dosage, you simply reduce your capacity to conceive. One group of vitamins that you should be taking when trying to get pregnant is vitamin B. Vitamin B deficiency has been linked to sterility, miscarriage and low birth weight babies. The liver uses vitamin B2 to clear away old used hormones (estrogen and progesterone). If these stale hormones are not excreted, the body actually thinks you have adequate levels of estrogen and progesterone, therefore you produce LESS hormones in your next cycle resulting in a hormonal deficiency. You need to maintain your levels of these hormones to ovulate and incubate a baby. So here is a quick summary of why the B group of vitamins is essential to be taking when trying to get pregnant. Vitamin B1 is needed for ovulation and implantation. Vitamin B2, as I stated, clears away old used hormones . I could go on so to learn more come over to my web site and see for yourself what information I have available about vitamins to get pregnant. In many cases there is no need for expensive fertility drugs and unaffordable treatment. Everything you should be taking is readily available and inexpensive. Learn more about how you can get my list of vitamins you should be taking to get pregnant.

What is in best prenatal and postnatal supplements?

06:14
https://yourlongevityblueprint.com/best-prenatal-postnatal-supplements/ Prenatal and postnatal nutrition. What is in best prenatal and postnatal supplements? You may not be aware, but I’m pregnant! We had a 5-year fertility journey which one day I will be sharing with you. Today we are thankful to be where we are! So today I want to share this video with you where I discuss the nutrients I’ve been taking and will continue to take throughout my pregnancy. Read and watch more to find out what is in the best prenatal and postnatal supplements. Preconception and pregnancy are periods in your life where you don’t want to be low in nutrients. You want to optimize health and nutrition, both for mother and baby. Plus, nutrition needs rise during pregnancy and with breastfeeding. What if a woman has nausea during her pregnancy? This may compromise the mother’s ability to get what she needs. This is why supplementation is crucial. Ideally, in my patients, I’d be able to run a comprehensive nutritional analysis on them *before* conception so that we could be assured we have optimized their nutritional status. This is important for the quality of both egg and sperm. 6 key nutrients to look for in a prenatal vitamin: Folate Omega 3s: specifically, DHA Iron Iodine Vitamin D Choline Personally, the product I take is “Prenatal Complete with DHA.” It provides the full complement of nutrients essential for pregnancy and adheres to the highest standards of purity, formulated to be free of common allergens, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, preservatives, and additives. My Vegan Pregnancy Diet

31:37
Few things I had no time to cover: Protein- I got 100% of my amino acid requirements 95% of the time through eating fruits, veggies, tofu, beans and nuts and seeds daily. Exessive amount of protein is damaging to our health so we need to make sure that we are getting enough and our needs are very low compared to what we hear in the mass media. IMO excessive amount of protein and sodium and saturated fat can cause blood sugar issues, preclampsia, high blood sugar and a host of other pregnancy related problems. My blood sugar stayed in perfect range due to me watching my fat intake and avoiding processed stuff 95% of the time. I am not very strict about things but I do crave pure fresh foods and I honor my cravings. It takes a while for our bodies to effective digest plant foods and feel satisfied on plant meals but my advice is to stick with it and you will get there. My blood pressure remained the same as pre pregnancy I believe due to exercise and diet. We can prevent aches and pains through high in antioxidants diet which is also a diet that is anti inflammatory. Iodine - it is included in my prenatal vitamins and I sprinkle this organic pulse on my veggies. http://amzn.to/2n2BpM3 My fat sources - again fruits and veggies have some fat in them, I love nut milks, seeds and if going out the fats in the restaurant meals. IRON - spiraling, kale, collards, beans, cacao, seeds. blackstrap molasses. I used nutritional yeast here and there for added zinc and biotin and other nutrients. This is the one I love http://amzn.to/2n2uoem It has B12 added to it. I hope this is helpful to some of you. Sending you all a big ass HUG! It is only easy most effective Birth Defects treatments so we have to treatment this video, it is easy treatment and easy cost, it is very problem for human life, it is painful matter, firstly we can get rid of Birth Defects by taking care of it at home remedies, we have to follow the treatment then we can solve the problem, we can belief it, this treatment is very fast. Natural Causes of Birth Defects. Pregnancy is generally a joyous time filled with excitement and wonder. But as any eager mother will tell you, there's always an undercurrent of anxiety about the unborn baby's health. If you're pregnant, your fears aren't unfounded: as said by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, birth defects affect 1 in every 33 babies born in the United States, and account for 20 percent of all child deaths. Generally, a birth defect is defined as abnormal development of the fetus that results in malformation, functional disorders. In this video we are talking about best 5 home remedies to get rid of dull skin. So please click the subscribe button and the bell icon for more videos. 1. Folic Acid. Folic Acid is crucial for the production of DNA and RNA and vital when cells and tissues are growing rapidly, making it a great extra for preventing birth defects. Folic is viewed as one of the most important prenatal vitamins for preventing birth defects, “Women should take adequate amounts of folic acid. 2. Take folate. One of the easiest ways to prevent serious birth defects: take folate supplements. Many studies have shown that a deficiency of folate, a type of B vitamin, increases the risk of neural tube defects, a group of serious and at times mortal birth defects, including anencephaly and spina bifida, that affect the brain and spine. 3. Vitamin D. vitamin D is not truly a vitamin. When sunlight hits our skin, vitamin D is synthesized in our skin and then absorbed into our body. Studies show higher doses of sunlight reduce risks of gestational diabetes and preeclampsia in mom and soft bones and rickets in newborns. 4. Get enough iodine. Iodine deficiency can increase the risk of fetal death, impaired neurocognitive development, and cretinism, a birth defect that results in impair physical and mental growth. Iodine is found in iodized salt, dairy products, bread, seaweed, and fish, and deficiencies are uncommon for most women in the United States. 5. Alcohol-free. Don't drink during pregnancy, not even the occasional glass of wine. Because alcohol passes through the placenta and goes directly into the developing fetus' blood supply, no amount of alcohol is safe. 6 Signs, Symptoms, and Risk Factors of Iodine Deficiency

05:01
6 Signs, Symptoms, and Risk Factors of Iodine Deficiency 1. Restricted Diets Those who restrict their diets due to a food allergy (i.e., celiac or casein allergy) or due to a life-choice, (i.e., vegans or vegetarians) may be at heightened risk of iodine deficiency due to low levels iodized salt intake, or lack of animal milk, seafood, eggs, or bread in the diet. If you adhere to a restrictive diet, taking an iodine supplement may help keep iodine levels balanced. However, we recommend speaking to your doctor first to make sure supplementation doesn’t negatively interact with other medications (i.e., water pills, blood pressure medications) that you may be taking. 2. Expecting and Breastfeeding Moms According to research from the American Thyroid Association, pregnant and breastfeeding women are also at a heightened risk of iodine deficiency. For instance, a 2013 health report entitled the Vanguard Study, prepared by the National Children’s Study (NCS) revealed that women who were pregnant and/or breast feeding women reported low iodine levels overall. This is why the American Thyroid Association recommends all pregnant and breastfeeding women take prenatal vitamins with 150-micrograms of iodine with doctor supervision. Balanced Iodine levels helps prevent several birth and developmental issues—such as congenital deformities, low growth rates, hearing and speech issues, still birth, infertility, miscarriage, and early delivery. 3. Hypothyroidism Hypothyroidism, or an underactive thyroid, can lead to several red flags that can indicate low iodine levels. For instance, those who experience symptoms of chilly extremities, facial inflammation, hair loss, weight gain, dry hair and skin, muscle weakness, chronic constipation, memory loss, and depression may have a malfunctioning thyroid. For instance, Dr. Brittany Henderson, assistant professor of endocrinology at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, indicates that at least 2 of the above symptoms must be present to suspect hypothyroidism. Keep in mind that consuming too much iodine can cause the opposite, hyperthyroidism (or an overactive thyroid). 4. Goiter The development of a goiter, which is a visible lump at the front of the neck due to an enlarged thyroid gland, could be due to an iodine deficiency. The presence of a goiter may be accompanied by issues swallowing, breathing difficulties, and even choking episodes. Not all iodine deficiencies and hypothyroidism patients develop a goiter. In fact, doctors specializing in endocrinology and metabolism at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center’s Comprehensive Cancer Center, claim a CT scan or ultrasound may be required to identify the presence of an swollen thyroid gland. 5. Developmental Issues in Childhood According to research from the Americas at Iodine Global Network, iodine deficiency in pregnant or breastfeeding women can also affect their children during infancy and even later in childhood. For instance, a baby born to an iodine-deficient mother can suffer developmental disorders and lower IQ. Babies and infants breastfed by moms who are iodine deficient have also been linked to delayed growth and the development of hearing and speech issues. 6. So How Much Salt Should We Eat? While many health experts, including the American Heart Association, tell us we should be limiting our sodium consumption, a certain amount of iodine is imperative to prevent thyroid issues and birth problems. You don’t require much salt to fulfil iodine requirements (one teaspoon of salt = 150-micrograms of iodine) considering that the Institute of Medicine recommends healthy adult males and females consume 150-micrograms of iodine per day. While pregnant women should get 220-micrograms and women who are breastfeeding need 290-micrograms per day. PRENATAVITE - Best Prenatal Vitamins for Before / After Pregnancy with DHA & lots of multivitamins

10:34
Many women wait to begin using their prenatal vitamins, until they discover they are pregnant. This is unfortunate because the body is like a stage that has to be set, and the best way to do that is to use the best prenatal vitamins possible. How can they help prior to becoming pregnant? Well, the body has to prepare itself fully for the healthiest pregnancy, and just for achieving pregnancy in general. Many doctors advise that both parents try to maintain optimal health and wellness for months ahead of conceiving. Using organic prenatal vitamins stocks your body with all of the nutrients essential to the healthiest pregnancy possible. This is particularly important for women who may also be low in nutrients due to such issues as: Adhering to a vegan or vegetarian diet Suffering from food or lactose intolerances Who smokes or is a substance abuser Who may have blood or eating disorders Who may have undergone any sort of gastric bypass procedure Naturally, you absolutely require the best prenatal vitamins once you are certain you are pregnant. While you might feel that you can get all you both need through diet, it is not often the case. Your body's needs change rapidly and even somewhat aggressively, and the constant growth of the baby means you need to always be a few steps ahead of the game. This is best done with a comprehensive prenatal vitamin. The best prenatal vitamins are actually designed to support the baby's health and changing needs as well as those of the mother. As we said a bit earlier, they will feature whole food sources that ensure easier digestion through the use of digestive enzymes. They will also have very specific ingredients to ensure optimal health. These specific items include: Adequate folic acid - This has to be at least 400 mcg of folic acid - This is a compound essential to preventing neural tube birth defects that can impact the child's spinal cord and brain. You can get this in green leafy vegetables, beans, nuts, citrus and fortified foods, but the best prenatal vitamins also include this in abundance. Most experts advise actually taking this at least a full month ahead of conception. Adequate calcium and vitamin D - This should be nothing less than 200-300 mg per serving (calcium) and 400 IU of vitamin D per serving. This is vital to the baby's bone growth and prevents the mother from losing bone density due to the baby's increasing needs for calcium. Enough iron - Carrying oxygen to the baby is one of the main reasons to ensure your vitamins have enough iron (at least 17mg per serving), but mothers can suffer from iron deficiency anemia which can lead to low birth weights, preterm delivery and other issues. Adequate essential fatty acids - Oddly enough, not many prenatal vitamins offer these, even though they are vital to the development of the baby's eyes, nerves, and brain. In particular, DHA is of significance, and yet because the major dietary source for it is fish (and pregnant women have to be very cautious about mercury levels in fish), a diet may be low in vital essential fatty acids like DHA. Thus, the best prenatal vitamins are those that feature a safe form of DHA. This is also something you pass to the baby via breast milk after delivery Enough iodine - Noted as being crucial to the mother's thyroid function, it ensures that the baby suffers no growth issues, mental disabilities, or deafness. Inadequate levels of iodine in the mother can also be a cause for miscarriage. Around 150 mcg of iodine should be part of the best prenatal vitamins. And do you need to continue with all of this after the baby arrives? Actually, many women feel just as depleted once they have given birth because they are now tasked with producing enough breast milk for the infant. This demands a lot of the body, and it is important to also note that the baby obtains all of its nutrients from breast milk - meaning that the best prenatal vitamins continue to supply the baby with what he or she needs long after childbirth occurs. prenatal vitamins prenatal prenatal dha dha prenatal thorne prenatal prenatal gummies vitafusion prenatal prenatal vitamins for women prenatal multivitamin rainbow prenatal organic prenatal vitamins rainbow light prenatal prenatal vitamins for men vitafusion prenatal vitamins enfamil expecta prenatal raw prenatal vitamins womens prenatal vitamins prenatal cradle gummy prenatal vitamins raw prenatal zahler prenatal prenatal gummy vitamins vegan prenatal vitamins best prenatal vitamins organic prenatal rainbow prenatal vitamins gnc prenatal vitamins womens prenatal gummy prenatal natural prenatal vitamins prenatal yoga best prenatal prenatal pills gnc prenatal natural prenatal prenatal yoga pants vegan prenatal prenatal one chewable prenatal vitamins prenatal vitamins gummies prenatal gummy perfect prenatal vitamins prenatal vitamins dha

The Truth about Magnesium & Copper: Food Industry Secrets- Thomas DeLauer.. http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com - More Information on How to be Your Best Self Check out my Favorite Magnesium Brand at: http://www.JigsawHealth.com Magnesium is a mineral that many of us are deficient in because of the standard American diet. The numerous ways that magnesium deficiency are detrimental to health are many and with deeper understanding, the list continues to grow. -Impacts nerve and muscle health There are 18 essential minerals that play roles in all of our body processes. There are 4 that are of particular importance for liver and body health and balance: magnesium, calcium, iron and copper. These 4 are so important because much of our adverse health problems are caused by too much iron and too little magnesium. Magnesium and calcium act together as counterbalances. For example: -Mg calms cells, Ca excites them -Mg necessary to relax muscles, Ca (in concert with potassium) cause muscles to contract -Mg plays a role in keeping blood flowing; Ca is involved in blood clotting -Ca contributes to bone hardness: Mg found mostly in soft body structures -Ca is involved in the fight-or-flight response and in inflammation; Mg is involved in balancing this through calm and reducing inflammation It follows that if we are stressed, maybe caused by work, life, or even extreme exercise, we need plenty of magnesium to regain balance. Magnesium burn rate is the rate at which we burn magnesium. It appears that this rate increases as we age. The idea is to fix mitochondrial functioning through the balancing of magnesium, calcium, iron and copper. Why these four minerals? We have already discussed the importance of calcium and magnesium, so now we should understand iron and copper. Iron is the #1 most abundant mineral on earth. As we go through life, we accumulate iron. Mg and Fe fight over available oxygen. These two mineral events criss-cross at about 40 - when much of the illness, aches and pains kick in. This is largely due to excess iron and deficient magnesium. Iron oxide is involved in the aging processes inside of our mitochondria. It changes enzymatic pathways and can cause a lack of ATP, which our bodies need to function! ATP doesn’t work unless it is complexed with magnesium, which affects the functioning of 3700 proteins in the body. As we go through stress iron builds up in the liver, and as we age magnesium burn rate increases. This rate is also higher when we are under stress. Copper is another important mineral - you can’t make ATP unless you have bioavailable forms of copper. Copper is the mineral that makes sure that things are oxidized properly. Dr. Morley’s RCP: Concentrate on the stops and the starts to get this in balance. Stops: 1. Stop taking hormone/vitamin D a. V D stops the liver’s production of ceruloplasmin i. Low vitamin D due to low magnesium. Every facet of VD metabolism is magnesium dependent. Taking VD can make the situation worse 2. Stop taking calcium and iron supplements 3. Stop taking ascorbic acid 4. Stay clear of high fructose corn syrup and colors 5. Stop lowfat - have plenty of fat in the diet, it is important 6. Stop using industrialized oils based on omega-6 fats 7. Steer clear of fluoride - far reaching and profound effect 8. No multivitamins or prenatals 9. No citrate - disrupts liver’s ability to make ceruloplasmin 10. No colloidal silver - it impacts copper status (silver sits below copper on the periodic table) Starts: 1. Use cod liver oil 2. Start magnesium supplementation 3. Whole food vitamin c 4. Forms of B-vitamins from way of mother nature - bee pollen, rice bran, beef liver 5. Use silica - helps to pull aluminum out of the liver 6. Start ancestral diet 7. Take boron, taurine and iodine Learn to distinguish between functional and absolute iron deficiency - almost impossible to have a total shortage of iron, but you can have a shortage of functional iron. Happens when don’t have enough bioavailable copper. Anemia of chronic inflammation leads to low Mg, low ceruloplasmin, low serum iron, etc. Excess unbound iron will lead to a loss of magnesium due to pH of a cell to be too acidic which leads to magnesium loss which leads to inflammation. Inflammation is a clinical indication of deficient magnesium, which was originally determined in 1992 in a study on rats where magnesium deficient diets led to an increase in inflammatory markers. Inflammation is a gateway to many diseases. Additionally, pathogens feed on iron, so we do not want to have excess iron levels in our diet. References: 1. Should Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women Take DHA?

05:14
Does maternal supplementation with the long chain omega 3 fatty acid DHA improve psychomotor, mental, visual or physical development of infants? Subscribe to Dr. Greger’s free nutrition newsletter at https://www.nutritionfacts.org/subscribe and get a free recipe from his new HOW NOT TO DIE COOKBOOK. (All proceeds Dr. Greger receives from the sales of his books, DVDs, and speaking engagements go to support the 501c3 nonprofit that runs NutritionFacts.org.) So no clear and consistent short or long-term benefit for psychomotor, mental, visual, or physical development with DHA supplementation of pregnant and breast-feeding women. But maybe DHA failed to help women because they were already getting enough, and maybe women with very low intakes would benefit. Pediatric Advice: Nutrition & Avoiding Toxins in Pregnancy

06:32
Pregnancy All-In-One (FREE): http://healthyadvice.us/childbirth/ Pay attention to your diet, even before you become pregnant, since your lifetime accumulation of toxins can slowly reach your developing baby. Don't - Smoke (This exposes you to carcinogens and methanol that will be converted to formaldehyde in your baby). - Consume aspartame (11% methanol) in diet drinks and chewing gum. - Eat pesticides (eat organic). - Eat fish. Do - Take your prenatal with folate (folinic acid) and add iodine if it is not already in your prenatal. - Add vitamin D (up to 5000 IU a day). - Add omega-3 fish oil. Vaccines: A premature baby should not get more than 5-10 micrograms of aluminum a day. The Tdap vaccine has 330 micrograms of aluminum. This is 100x the known neuro-toxic dose. There are no safety studies about injecting anything close to this amount of aluminum into pregnant moms. Protect your newborn by vaccinating all the caregivers for Pertussis. If mom hasn't had a recent Tdap, she should hold off and get it right after delivering her baby.

6 Signs, Symptoms, and Risk Factors of Iodine Deficiency (Voice Julie)

05:10
Vitamin D and Hypothyroidism - Can Vitamin D Help to Treat Hypothyroidism?

02:16
How To Cure Hypothyroidism http://www.HypothyroidRevolution.org In alternative medicine, there is very little difference in curing hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. This is because the treatment involves assisting the thyroid to heal, in either case. Those with hyperthyroidism should not use iodine, because it could overdrive the thyroid, worsening the condition. Curing thyroid disease requires a long-term commitment for a period of at least a year. Creating this problem took years of self-poisoning, so fixing it is neither quick, nor easy. Hypothyroidism medications are addictive, and the body becomes reliant on them, which is why the mainstream establishment maintains that people must take them forever. Those who have been taking hypothyroidism medications for years must slowly wean themselves from the drugs. Abruptly stopping these medications will result in extreme fatigue, and additional thyroid problems. Treatment Recommendations Eliminate and discard all non-stick cookware Eliminate Soy - Soy suppresses thyroid function, imbalances hormones, and it has been shown to cause goiters (an enlargement of the thyroid gland) in previously healthy individuals, which shows that it disrupts iodine usage. Adhere to an Alkaline Diet - This is extremely helpful when curing any chronic disease. Reference the Body pH and Disease article to guide you. Balance Estrogen Levels (Women) - Excess estrogen slows down the thyroid gland. This means eliminating birth control medications, increasing the fiber in the diet, and avoiding all non-organic meats. Growth hormones in meats lead to imbalanced hormones. Reduce dairy intake, because milk often contains lots of estrogen; primarily because cows are milked frequently during pregnancy. Exercise - Find a physical activity that is fun, and do it often. We believe that exercise could half the cure time in some cases, and curing is not possible without it. Hemp Fiber - This is a broad spectrum supplement and a mild laxative. L-Tyrosine - Tyrosine is a natural amino acid which helps the body produce its own thyroid hormone. This is also known to help with the depression, which usually accompanies hypothyroidism. Most naturopaths recommend that 500 mg. be taken 2-3 times daily. L-Arginine - Arginine is known to stimulate the thyroid and its hormones. It also improves immune function, improves fertility, and alleviates erectile dysfunction. Iodine - The thyroid needs iodine to function properly, and lots of people now suffer from iodine deficiencies. To test yourself, place some iodine (we use 2%) on your stomach. Make a dot the size of a silver dollar (or twice the size of a British 50p). If it disappears within 12 hours, then you are iodine deficient. Keep adding iodine in increasing amounts, until it no longer disappears in a 12-hour period. This works due to the fact that the body absorbs iodine at the rate at which it is needed. Do not use povidone iodine and do not orally consume iodine. This is especially an important precaution for those with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Avoid all sources of fluoride - As already mentioned, fluoride suppresses the thyroid, and is likely to be the leading cause of hypothyroidism. Drink spring water, avoid soft drinks, use fluoride-free toothpaste, use a shower filter, and throw away non-stick cookware. Both coffee and tea naturally contain fluoride, so use iodine to compensate if these drinks are indispensable. Eat a natural diet - To help the body to heal itself, remove burdens on its immune system. This means that all processed foods, artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, white flour, white sugar, table salt, hydrogenated oils, aluminum, high fructose corn syrup, and etcetera should be eliminated from the diet. Organic food is the ideal. Do not trust marketing that reads "All Natural", because this phrase is unregulated, so anyone can use it for anything. Read labels carefully. Chlorophyll - Supplementing with chlorophyll provides essential copper, helps oxygenate the body, builds healthy red blood cells, and it overall assists with skin health. Chlorophyll is a safe method of orally supplementing with copper. Those who are using our Colloidal Copper Lotion are unlikely to need more copper. Zinc and Selenium: Studies indicate that severe zinc or selenium deficiencies can cause decreased thyroid hormone levels. Never take zinc on an empty stomach. Brazil nuts are high in both zinc and selenium. Coconut Oil: Buy organic, cold-pressed, coconut oil from a health food store. Take around 1 teaspoon of it daily. You can also use it to cook with, but be warned that it smokes at low cooking temperatures, so it should only be used for low-heat cooking. Coconut oil speeds the metabolism, encourages production of the thyroid hormone, and kills candida yeast.
