How I lowered my dad's blood pressure, without drugs or diets ►►http://drsam.co/yt/SeeItYourself ======================================= Top 10 Causes Of High Blood Pressure ======================================= 1. AGE Most people don’t realize that AGE is one of the BIGGEST factors for high blood pressure. I discuss this in my very important article, but what’s important to note is that after the age of 40, 33% of the population has high blood pressure and after the age of 60, over 71% of the population has hypertension! So, if you’re over the age of 40 and have high blood pressure, it may not be your fault. But it IS your responsibility to fix it right away and here is how I lowered my dad’s blood pressure naturally, in just 30 days. 2. GENETICS & FAMILY HISTORY Well, not much can be done here. This is in fact my own problem because I have a family history (on my dad’s side) of hypertension, heart attacks and especially strokes. You can read more about it, include my personal favorite solution that my dad, my family and I use to promote healthy blood pressure levels, naturally! 3. SMOKING Come on people, smoking has NO health benefits. STOP smoking! 4. ALCOHOL A little bit of alcohol is okay, especially if it’s organic red wine. But drinking every night will cause damage to your heart, arteries and liver. Alcohol is a toxic and it’s acidic, both being bad for your body. 5. BEING OVERWEIGHT Similar to smoking, being overweight has no health benefits. And the older you get, the harder it is to lose that unwanted fat. 6. SODIUM Salt has its benefits actually. Regular table salt or salt found in processed foods and packages is BAD for you. However, “natural” salts such as Himalayan rock or Celtic sea salt is GOOD for you and can actually help LOWER blood pressure. I’ll discuss this in a future article. 7. STRESS Well know stress is bad. However, you can’t get rid of it. What’s important is the MEANING you give to stressful situations. If you freak out, get negative and focus on the problem the entire time … you put your body under extra stress. The secret is to focus on the SOLUTION and to know that “this too shall pass” and worrying about the problem isn’t going to help anything… Especially our blood pressure or heart. 8. LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY We sit too much these days. Just get outside and walk daily, even if it’s just for 15-20 minutes. It’ll do wonders for your physical AND mental health! 9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS This goes back to “genetics”. And if you know you have a genetic “problem”, which is making things worse, then you MUST make changes to your life-style because your body is more sensitive than the average person. This is a similar problem with my dad and why he had a stroke. 10. MEDICATION Ironically, many “heart” medications actually cause more heart PROBLEMS in the long run. They can increase your cholesterol, blood sugar or blood pressure levels. They can decrease blood flow and circulation. And they all cause extra stress on your liver and kidneys, which then cause more problems for your heart. Give Dr. Berg a Review: http://bit.ly/DrBergReviewGoogle VIDEOS ON INSULIN RESISTANCE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxl8h... Dr. Berg talks about the link between high blood pressure and insulin resistance. Insulin resistances, which is high insulin stiffens your arteries, disrupts the endothelial layer of your arteries, which start the hardening of the arteries as well as the cascade effect of cholesterol and calcium to accumulate in the arteries. High insulin (insulin resistance) creates inflammation in the arteries. This condition also causes sodium retention and a loss of potassium because insulin is necessary to allow this mineral in the cell. Diuretics also have a side-effect of causing insulin resistance. The treatment of hypertension is mainly medications because we are told that there is no cure, only treatment. The pathophysiology is in reality a disruption of the artery wall creating vasoconstriction, stiffness and less elasticity. The additional symptom of hypertension is headaches and a risk for stroke and heart attack. The home remedies involve actions to lower insulin - cutting out sugar, adding vegetables to get your potassium and even apple cider vinegar can help. http://www.stopdrinkingexpert.com Does alcohol cause high blood pressure? Many drinkers have high blood pressure and often wonder if alcohol is the root cause. The answer I am afraid is; most likely yes. It is so common that the medical industry has a term for it. Alcohol induced hyper tension. You may expect the problem to be the result of alcohol affecting blood vessels but it is a little more complex and dangerous than that. Your body is an amazing machine, breathtaking in it’s power and complexity. Even while you are sleeping there is a part of your being that constantly keeps watch on all your vital functions. Your heart beats without any conscious desire or input. Your breathing is always at the correct rate. Your body temperature is kept to an optimum level. The central nervous system is responsible for doing all this and much more. does alcohol cause high blood pressureAlcohol badly interferes with the way your central nervous system operates. It becomes over energetic and starts to make mistakes. I am sure you can see how bad a mistake it is to allow this part of your body to make mistakes. Essentially your central nervous system is drunk. You probably wouldn’t want a drunk surgeon to operate on you and it is just as crazy to allow a drunk to control your heart and respiratory system. Back when I was a drinker I always had borderline hypertension. I was shocked when I stopped drinking alcohol because within one month. My blood pressure had not only improved but returned to a perfectly normal level. I was so surprised I asked the doctor to take my blood pressure three times. Alcohol induced hypertension causes strokes, heart attacks and a whole heap of health problems you don’t want!

A simple formula that lowered my uncle’s blood sugar by 46%, naturally: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/LowerSugarLevels Or go and watch this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o1w65TPrd88 =============================================== 🍬The Myth & REAL Cause of High Blood Sugar & Diabetes =============================================== Most people don’t know, but having high blood sugar is one of the primary causes of aging and disease. Of course, it causes diseases such as diabetes -- but also heart disease, high blood pressure, erectile dysfunction and many others. If also causes Alzheimer’s. In fact, Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia are now classified as type 3 diabetes. High blood sugar also causes hair loss, wrinkles, muscle loss, fat gain and other “vanity” related problems that make you look and feel older. Now the real problem is that most people, including doctors,... are misinformed and confused about the REAL causes of high blood sugar and diabetes and that’s what today’s short video will reveal to you. In fact, you’ll also discover how to avoid and even reverse diabetes. Before I begin, I have to point out that genetics always plays a big role in everything. Especially when it comes to type 1 diabetes. However, with that said -- everything else can be avoided as it relates to high blood sugar and type 2 and 3 diabetes. Now, the primary reason for blood sugar problems is simply due to hormonal imbalances. This includes your sex hormones -- such as testosterone, estrogens and similar. In addition to stress hormones like Cortisol, thyroid and adrenal hormones. And yes, all of these hormones get worse as we age and yes, all of these hormones CAN easily be improved at ANY age. So, please don’t worry if you have “bad” genetics or a “family history” of diabetes like I do … or you’re “older” and think you can’t make any improvements and it’s all “downhill”. In over 25 years, I’ve NEVER had a single person, patient or client that I didn’t improve their blood sugar levels. This even includes those with genetic Type 1 diabetes. Two Clinically Proven Ways So there are 2 specific things you need to do to improve your blood sugar levels, so you can avoid and even reverse diabetes. The FIRST is you want to lower your blood sugar to healthy levels. You obviously do NOT want “high” blood sugar because that’s the major problem. However, you also do NOT want “low” blood sugar because that causes negative hormonal changes by increasing stress hormones such as cortisol, which is KNOWN to cause diabetes and insulin resistance. Which brings me to your SECOND goal and that’s to improve INSULIN SENSITIVITY. Most people never talk about insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity, but this is the underlying cause of blood sugar problems. Simply stated, when you eat foods that increase your blood sugar, your pancreas secretes insulin to lower it back down to normal, healthy levels. BUT, if your receptors have REDUCED sensitivity to the insulin and thus, they’ve become “resistant”,... your body will now have to produce a LOT MORE insulin to lower your blood sugar and THIS ends up causing all the problems. So what you want to do are 3 simple things: Step 1 - LOWER BLOOD SUGAR to healthy ranges. This is done primarily through your diet: Lower your simple sugars and eat more complex carbs. Have protein, healthy fats and fiber with all of your meals. Eat smaller meals, but more often Step 2 - IMPROVE INSULIN SENSITIVITY to reduce insulin secretion. This is done primarily through exercise: Build more muscle by lifting weights - cables, dumbbells, machines, your own body weight, etc. Do cardiovascular exercise -- fast walking and rebounding are my favorites. Step 3 - TAKE SPECIFIC NUTRIENTS that help lower blood sugar AND improve insulin sensitivity at the same time. Let’s face it, most of us do NOT eat perfectly, all the time. And even if we did, the foods we have these days are lacking in many of the essential nutrients that our body requires to function at optimal levels. The good news is that there are specific herbs, vitamins and minerals that are clinically proven to help lower your blood sugar and increase insulin sensitivity at the same time. You’ll get the biggest and fastest improvements, with the least amount of effort when taking these specific nutrients with an improved diet and exercise plan. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. In the search for answers to high cholesterol and high blood pressure, often you can look at family patterns and ways of thinking as the thought forms that preempt physical conditions and disease. Often fixing these thought patterns can cure the disease itself. http://curehighbloodpressure.aedvz.com ◄◄ VISIT MY WEBSITE. HERE YOU WILL FIND THE MOST POWERFUL NATURAL TREATMENT THAT EXISTS TO REDUCE HIGH PRESSURE!!! THE ABCS OF HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE - INFORMATION ON A DISEASE YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND Hi. And welcome once again to cure high blood pressure. This time we will see Information You Need to Understand About High Blood Pressure. It's amazing that a disease that affects so many people is so misunderstood by most. Everybody knows that high blood pressure is a bad thing to have but they probably know more about restless leg syndrome (thanks to T.V.) than they do about this silent killer. Let's start with the basics. What Is Blood Pressure?. Our bodies are "fed" nutrients and oxygen by our blood vessels. Arteries are the super highways for blood distribution branching off to surface streets called veins which ultimately pull into individual cell driveways called capillaries. This system of blood vessels is essential for life. When our heart pumps blood it encounters a certain amount of resistance from the blood vessels and this is what we call blood pressure. Blood pressure can be measured using a blood pressure cuff which determines the systolic pressure, when the heart contracts and pumps, and the diastolic pressure, when the heart relaxes. The amount of pressure that exists is measured by the blood pressure cuff as millimeters of Mercury or mmMg. A normal ready is 120 systolic and 80 diastolic. What Is High Blood Pressure?. Our blood vessels are designed to be flexible so they can expand to accommodate those times when we need more blood faster. For example, when we run our muscles, lungs, and other organs need more oxygen as we are burning it up faster than normal. The heart will beat faster to accommodate this need and a greater volume of blood will pass through the vessels. If those vessels have lost some or all of their flexibility because they have hardened, or if the interior of the vessel has material clogging the vessel and decreasing the diameter, the heart will have more resistance and will pump harder creating higher pressure. This additional pressure can cause a vessel to rupture. When this happens in the brain it causes a stroke. When it happens in the eye it causes blindness. When it happens in the kidney it can cause kidney failure. What Causes High Blood Pressure? No one knows for sure what the root cause of this disease is but everyone agrees on three contributing factors: " Diets heavy in salt, fats and low in potassium. " Sedentary Lifestyle. " Stress. What Cures High Blood Pressure?. First of all, drugs do not cure HBP; they treat the symptoms, sometimes with disastrous results. The only way to cure HBP or avoid it is by adjusting the three contributing factors. Eating right, getting exercise and managing stress will prevent the onset of the disease in 90% of the population. Those that already have the disease will see a tremedous benefit if they can make the adjustments to their lifestyle. Particularly those on medication. Simple changes in diet can greatly improve HBP and at some point the medications, and their side effects, wil no longer be required. Hi! I'm robo-Suzie and today I'll talk to you about High Blood Pressure - Natural Treatment, Causes, and Symptoms. Also don't forget to subscribe for more tips in the future! But back to our topic. Heart pumps out the blood to all the tissues and organs of the body through the vessels called arteries. When the blood flows in the arteries with pressure it results into hypertension which is also known as high blood pressure. Normal measurement of BP is 120/80 and when this measurement goes to 140/90 or above then this condition is considered to be high. There are many causes of blood pressure and sometimes it is the result of another disease. In that case when the root cause is treated the BP returns to its normal position. This condition may be kidney disease which is chronic, pregnancy, dysfunction of thyroid, intake of birth control pills, addiction of alcohol, tumors and coarctation of the aorta. Many factors, that cause high blood pressure is still unknown. But some factors that contributes to the cause of high BP are age, race, overweight, hereditary, intake of excess sodium, use of alcohol, lack of exercise and also due to intake of certain medications. Some of the major symptoms of high BP are-blurred vision, Nausea, dizziness and constant headache. Sometimes the high BP show no symptoms but cause progressive damage to heart, blood vessels and other organs. If the degree of high blood pressure is high then it requires immediate hospitalization. It is very necessary to lower the BP to prevent stroke or brain hemorrhage. It can be reduced to a great extent through nutritional changes. It is necessary to increase the intake of fruits and vegetables. It not only reduces our fat and cholesterol but also reduces the blood pressure with loss in weight also. 1. Restrict the intake of sugar, salt, refined foods, junk foods, caffeine, dairy products and fried products. 2. Drink plenty of water. 3. Avoid food sensitivities. 4. Increase the intake of fresh, whole, unrefined, unprocessed foods. It is necessary to include vegetables, fruits, garlic, onion, olive oil, cold water fish, soy, beans and whole grains in your diet. It will finally lower the blood pressure and weight is also reduced. 5. It is must to reduce the intake of sodium in your diet. It will help in reducing the blood pressure. This fact is known to almost every educated person. 6. Some herbal medicines also reduce our BP. 7. To lower the BP flaxseed meal is also a best option. Grind 2-4 tablespoon and take it daily. 8. Vitamin C, calcium and coenzyme are also recommended top lower the BP. That's it! Thank you. Please subscribe, comment and like this video if it was helpful! See you soon!

https://www.drlam.com/blog/signs-symptoms-low-blood-pressure-causes-correlation-adrenal-fatigue/19097/ This is Dr. Lam, founder of DrLam.com and today we are going to talk about low blood pressure consistently. Now, blood pressure is an automatically regulated mechanism in our body. It is designed to provide oxygen through blood, through our brain, as well as various parts of our body. The regulation of blood pressure falls within many factors. Blood volume can effect the blood pressure, the endothelial wall of the blood vessel itself constricting and dialating through what we call baroreceptors or blood pressure sensitive receptors can help modulate the blood pressure, and of course electrolytes and the sodium balance can also play an important factor. The organs responsible including the kidneys, the adrenals, as well as the brain, can also make a big factor in regulating the blood pressure on a 24/7 basis without us knowing. Of course we can not discount the role that the heart plays as well. So maintaining normal blood pressure is a very important part of survival. Just going from a sitting to a standing position requires that it activates all the systems in various degrees so that we can stand up, not feel dizzy, and are able to walk and not feel dizzy and then have normal activity. Any time the blood pressure is not regular the brain is not getting enough profusion or blood flow, and then the body will suffer. In the case of adrenal fatigue, what happens is, because the adrenal glands regulate the sodium and potassium balance, there is a tendancy, as the adrenals get weaker, that the body is not able to regulate this as much as it should. As a result, the sodium is usually lost through the deficieny or the subclinical effectiveness of aldosterone: the hormone that is regulating the blood flow and the water flow. Now this hormone is critical because in adrenal fatigue this hormone aldosterone tends to be low. As a result the sodium is not going to be easily maintained in the body. At this time the labratory values may be the same, or when I say the same I mean normal. People come in a lot of them with low blood pressure because they are losing sodium, and without sodium your water does not flow. So in other words the water stays with the sodium, wherever the sodium goes the water goes. So as long as the sodium is high the water will be retained in the body. When the sodium is low then the body will tend to lose water, and if you lose water, then your blood pressure will go down; it will stay down consistently. That is why many people with low blood pressure tend to do better when they eat more salt they can be perked up and feel much better. But of course, you have to be careful because too much salt can lead to another set of problems including hypertension, as well as swelling in the legs, what we call edema. So first we have to understand that low blood pressure is a symptom and not a disease. Number two you have to look at the big picture of how everything else comes together. In an adrenal fatigue situation, oftentimes low blood pressure does not stand alone; it comes along with other clinical signs and symptoms that you have to put the pieces together. It is one of many symptoms that presents itself. Usually the more advanced the adrenal fatigue the more prominent this is. A very interesting thing that you also have to understand is that in the early stages of adrenal fatigue, blood pressure tends to rise because of the vessel constriction of blood vessels narrowing as a result of hormones; and then in later stages it tends to go down. So if you look at the blood pressure, it can be high and still have adrenal fatigue in early stages, if it stays low consistently then it could mean the body is in a state of advanced adrenal fatigue if all other medical workup is normal. So, low blood pressure constistently is an important symptom to look for in adrenal fatigue and it points us to the underlying dysfunction that is maybe happening in the adrenal glands. How to Lower Diastolic causes of high diastolic blood pressure normal systolic Disclaimer:This Video only For Educational Purpose Diastolic blood pressure is the amount of pressure in your arteries when your heart rests between beats. A normal, healthy diastolic blood pressure should be between 70 and 80 mmHg, while diastolic blood pressure numbers of 90 and higher can increase your risk for heart attack, stroke, and other health problems. Your diastolic blood pressure can be lowered in the same way your systolic blood pressure is lowered: by practicing a series of healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes, and in some cases, by using medical treatments. 1 Following a Heart-Healthy Diet 1 Eat a diet comprised of healthy whole foods. Fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes, low-fat dairy products, and foods high in potassium naturally help improve heart health and lower diastolic blood pressure. Start consuming more whole foods, and cut back on foods that are processed and high in sugar and fat. On a daily basis, try to get 6 to 8 servings of whole grains (1 slice of bread is one serving), 4 to 5 servings of vegetables (½ cup cooked veggies is one serving), and 4 to 5 servings of fruits (½ cup fruit juice is one serving). You should also aim for 2 to 3 servings of dairy (1 cup fat-free milk is one serving), 6 servings or fewer of lean meat/poultry/fish (3 oz. of cooked meat is one serving), and 4 to 5 servings of nuts/seeds/legumes per day (2 tbsp peanut butter is one serving) per day. Limit your consumption of sweets to 5 servings or fewer per week. Foods rich in potassium can help balance out the effect of sodium, so consider eating more potassium-rich fruits and vegetables in particular, including oranges, avocados, beans, greens, potatoes, and tomatoes 2 Reduce your sodium intake. Excess sodium consumption causes water retention and forces your heart and arteries to work harder to pump blood throughout your body. Consume no more than 1,500 mg of sodium per day. Use sea salt instead of table salt, which often contains man-made additives that can worsen your health. Keep in mind that one teaspoon of table salt contains 2,300 mg of sodium on average. The average person consumes about 3,400 mg of sodium daily--more than twice the recommended amount. Excess sodium can cause your body to retain water, which increases the amount of work your heart and blood vessels must do. As a result, excess sodium increases your diastolic blood pressure just as it increases your systolic blood pressure. Check food labels and recipes, and stick with foods that contain 140 mg or less of sodium per serving. Limit salt, MSG, baking soda, baking powder, disodium phosphate, and any compound with "sodium" or "Na" in it. Rely on other herbs, spices, and naturally flavorful ingredients to enhance the taste of food instead of reaching for the salt. 3 Consume less alcohol. Studies show that moderate alcohol consumption can improve heart health, but consuming more than one or two alcoholic beverages per day increases blood pressure and has adverse health effects. Lower your alcohol intake, and consult with your healthcare provider for recommendations on alcohol consumption. Note that "one drink" equals 12 oz of beer, 5 oz of wine, or 1.5 oz of 80-proof liquor. 4 Reduce caffeine intake. Caffeine is linked to higher diastolic blood pressure levels, which occurs when caffeine blocks the hormone responsible for keeping arteries widened. Reduce your current caffeine intake, and switch from drinking coffee, energy drinks, and sodas to natural white, green, and black teas when you need an energy boost. Technically, caffeine may or may not have a significant effect on your blood pressure. If you don't drink it often, caffeine can cause a dramatic spike in overall blood pressure, but it generally has a less significant effect if you've been consuming it regularly for an extended period of time. Check your blood pressure within 30 minutes of drinking a caffeinated beverage; if either diastolic or systolic blood pressure increases by 5 to 10 mmHg, that's too much, and you should look at cutting back. If you decide to reduce your caffeine, take several days to do so and lower your average consumption to about 200 mg daily--roughly two 12 oz (355 ml) cups of coffee. 00:30 – Matthew - Hi doctor, heres where I am at right now any advise on turning my health back around would be brill, I have high blood pressure, kidney disease, swollowing digestive and bowel issues, weight loss 25 kilos, I had diarrhoea for a few years now its more it doesn't want to come out these days and its never a solid stool. Also chronic fatigue and ive had sinus congestion for years to now also, im guessing my adrenals are down from the kidney function and stress and the sinus issue probally the lymphatic system? Ive cut out dairy and gluten as I seem to not tolerate them, or maybe I just dont tolerate poison ;)I have got a small % of my kidney function back as I am changing my diet, I do have social anxiety and ptsd sysmptoms so yes I do understand alot of these issues could be stress related really struggling mentally emotional spiritually and physically right now. Your thoughts? And great job you're doing really digging what you are all about. 12:33 – Lijanas - my name is Julia and I'm 17 years old and since I was born I have a venous malformation on my face (cheek & lip), which are abnormally developed blood vessles (veins). It looks similar to the attached pictures. It occurs during fetal developement and since you are saying that acidosis is the root cause of all diseases I wonder if abnormalities in the blood vessles are also caused by it? In the last couple of weeks I've noticed that it has grown and I don't know what to do since it makes me so self conscious. I did have a sclerotherapy done, where they inject a substance into the abnormal veins of the venous malformation (i'm not exactly sure what it was, but some sort of alcohol i think). The substance irritates the wall of the vessel which results in the formation of a blot clot within the vessel. The blood clot is supposed to stop the flow of blood through the bloodvessel and if the irritation is severe enough, the blood vessel will be destroyed and replaced with scar tissue. It was better for a short period of time but it's slowly growing bigger again. I feel like all it really did was just to scarr the tissue which makes it harder for me to move my lip on one side. Do you have any ideas what i could do? Could detoxing help with it not getting bigger? I have been taking your upper circulation herbs for a few days now and it feels a bit better.. Thanks so much for your videos, they inspire me a lot :) Greetings from Poland 24:32 – A’oi – I was wondering if you could talk a bit about the different levels of consciousness, how to achieve them, and how to live in the moment and plan for the future! 42:28 – Majesty - We need your help! We have just watched one of your videos and it was perfect timing. Our friend's dad has just been diagnosed with ALL TYPES OF CANCER (Heart, Lungs, Brain, and Both Kidneys). We are desperate and want to know how we can help him. The doctors have told him that he has 6-22 months with chemo pills (whatever those are) AND WE DON'T WANT HIM TO TAKE THEM. What are our options? Should we let him take the painkillers and chemo or should we recommend changing his diet or something? He had poor eating habits and smoked for years... 55:40 – Ann - I have suffered from frequent flatulence for about 6 years. I understand that a vegan fruit based diet would be ideal. I have experimented with a raw food diet for about a month before, and my gas stayed the same but sometimes worse. Please share some information on why I experience this and any of your advice. I have had blood work done and stool sample examined, everything came back normal. I am a 21 year old female, embarrassed to be around people, my social and work life have suffered long enough. 01:01:27 – Christiane – I came across your information and wondered what info or YouTube you have curing HSV-2 01:05:04 – Facebook discussion. 01:24:05 – Erika - Can a lipoma in the corpus callosum of the brain be dissolved? I know you have seen them on the skin but what about brain? I have severe vertigo, dizziness, mood swings, and mental changes. Sometimes I feel a lot of pressure on the left side of my head and my left pupil slightly bigger than my right. Im confused sometimes and dont know why? Internal dialogue is curupt by my symptoms. I have always had a strong bond with god/myself and I can feel my true soul trying to life me and make me survive but I live in Miami and the jobs dont pay enough to support organic living. Do you know any organic farms beyond Miami but not as far as your loc? I also gave gall stones, digestive issues like bloating and strange aches in gut. And brownish toe nails. I want to be my ultimate self, amazing and full of life so I may help this world in all the ways I know I can

Insulin controls blood sugar by lowering sugar levels in the blood stream. The extra sugar will be converted to fat and cholestrol. So sugar is one of the major reasons for excess fat (obesity). Excess sugar may cause diabetes, tumors, memory problems, respiratory problems, boils, acne, high blood pressure or even cancer. Cancer cells live on sugar. Sometimes you may even need insulin injection in case the body's insulin resistance levels are not normal. Dr. Berg discusses the various health problems that occur with higher levels of insulin (insulin production) that may help you understand insulin secretion and other insulin side effects that are caused mainly due to a sudden variation in insulin production in your body. These may be cardiovascular disease, PCOD, cancer, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, belly fat, diabetes, acne and neurodegenerative diseases.
