Iam currently 60-63kgs, but mostly stay at 61 & 62. 63 being the highest in the middle of my monthly's for the most. HOW MANY CALORIES SHOULD YOU EAT? I personally eat 1200 cals a day but thats for my height, This doesn't apply to everyone as all women come in different shapes and sizes. What i can recommend is for you to find out your BMI and it will calculate everything for you depending on your height. Some people who saw my video got mistaken and assumed I've told all women to eat UNDER 1000 Cals, including men. In order to reduce the amount of assumptions i get and unnecessary notification that are rather unimportant as even me making a video falls of def ears to a few tempered humans, i thought of adding this into my description. Type into your "Google Toolbar" for a BMI calculator, and you shall be presented with one online. Also, notice how i said don't starve yourself. If i would say that, it would be so incoherent to saying to eat under 1000 cals which literally is STARVING YOURSELF. WHAT DID I SAY AT 11:20-11:25? I said "SOUP" can fill you Up. (btw soups with creams are Fattening). Foods That will help you see results in 2 weeks: Lemon / Lime Pineapples Apples Prunes (After or Before every meal {CAN ALSO BE USED FOR SNACKING). GreenTea ( For 3 - 4 months [MORNING + LATE AFTERNOON + EVENING] half an hour after every meal. Oolong Tea / Wulong Tea (After 3 - 4 months). half an hour after every meal. Honey + Lemon + Hot Water (Before Sleeping). TIPS & WARNINGS: Green Tea & Oolong is best from either a traditional Chinese market/store or Walmart. Do not add too much honey to your prior sleep drink because it can cause heartburn as normal honey does. Do not Eat over 5 - 6 Prunes a day. It might cause irritation to your bowl movement. Do not go overboard with Pineapples and Apples just because it helps burn fat. Everything should be eaten in healthy quantities. Fruits can cause uncomfortable bloating or a beautiful gassy BUM!!! hahahaha Eat frozen yogurt instead of regular Ice cream. Hope I haven't missed out any important Tips or Additional Information. So before I realised it, I had put on a lot of weight. I wasn’t happy with myself anymore and wanted to hide away. So I looked for something new to challenge me - because if it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you!! I never really did much running before - I did Freeletics bodyweight the year before but I felt too unfit to do that again. I didn’t think running would be that hard. But at the beginning I was wrong. I didn’t know how unfit I had become! I had to fight through the running workouts my app coach gave me and after the intervals I sometimes felt like I was dying... But I didn’t stop because I really wanted to get in shape again! So I kept running. Even in gross weather. The coach gave me lots of different workouts and distances to run, so I did. And after a while I got better and faster! I was really happy, but then I injured myself and couldn’t run anymore. I thought all my work was going to be for nothing and I got really demotivated..... But after a few weeks I could run again, so I kept going. And that was when I saw changes. The pounds started really dropping and I got better and faster!! It was so motivating! It’s awesome to get your confidence back and feel good at a sport after feeling bad about your body for so long!!! I ran 3 - 4 times a week. Sometimes alone and sometimes with a group. I actually made some really cool girlfriends on my journey and I’m really happy I met them because they helped me to keep going. It was tough, but for me it was worth it! I’m really proud that this time, I didn’t give up. I really love my “new” body and I didn’t think I could transform so much by running. I feel really fit, confident and happy. And I still love to run, because it clears my head and makes me feel good. So try it! Anyone can run. Even if you start slow like me - anything can happen if you keep going! I’m Mel and this is my running weight loss transformation. A few months ago, I was given the chance to be a part of the very first test group for the brand new Freeletics Running app ►►► http://www.frltcs.com/Freeletics-Running This video shows what happened in the first 3 months training with the app and the Coach. I hope I can motivate some of you to make a change if you’re not happy with yourself. :) If you want to try Freeletics Running like me, download the app or look at the website. I used to be very fit (I played handball, did gymnastics and also Crossfit) but when I started my own business I had to put my work first for a year. This meant I gained 13kg (almost 29lbs). After I realised how much I had let myself go and how self-conscious and unhappy I was, I decided to make a change. Running wasn’t my favourite sport, but I did it anyway and I got used to running the sprint workouts and longer distances. I followed the instructions my Running Coach gave me in the app and trained 3 - 4 times a week, alone and in a small group. In all weathers. The hard work was worth it. In 3 months I lost 9kg (almost 20lbs) and got my old confidence back. I even fell in love with running! I still train with the app - I would miss it if I stopped. And now I want to add bodyweight and gym training - not because I have to, but because I like the challenge :) I can safely say that it works. The hard work is worth it. Look back at yourself from 5 years ago, a year ago, a month ago, a week ago, even a day ago. What has happened? What have you been through? What have you learned? But most importantly what have YOU "gained"? I can tell you right now, looking back just a year ago til now... A year ago I couldn't look at myself in the mirror without absolutely hating what I saw, I was becoming depressed, I was faking my happiness, eating my feelings, and sitting around waiting for things to magically change. A year ago I decided to STOP sitting around and waiting, instead I got up off the couch and did something about it. I stopped wishing it would happen and made it happen. So what have I gained? I've gained strength, happiness, confidence, a genuine smile, a love for running, a better relationship with myself, food, friends, and family. I learned how to say no, count my macros, eat my veggies, love my stretch marks, wear bikinis, and love my body just as it is. I may have "lost" 55 pounds but I gained so much more. This past year I focused so much on what I was losing and didn't realize until now how much I had gained. I ask you the same question I ask myself, what have you gained? I know New Years is around the corner and I would love to extend myself to you all. For anyone who wants someone to talk to during their journey, get advice, etc. I'm here. My journey has not been a straight path, there have been plenty of bumps in the road but I've managed to move past them and keep going. I would love feedback and video requests!
