Upset Stomach from Vitamins on an Empty Stomach While Intermittent Fasting? | Weight Loss Tips 'Breaking Away: Book One of the Rabylon Series', the debut children's book from Cory Groshek (a.k.a. Low Carb Cory), is AVAILABLE NOW as a Kindle e-book, Audible audio book, and in Paperback! Get your copy today: http://www.manifestationmachine.com/rabylon From Amazon.com: Life is hard in the poverty-stricken village of Rabylon, where rabbits work every day from sun up to sun down, earning just enough carrots to survive—except for Mayor Monty Cottonsworth III, who lives in the lap of luxury as his villagers starve. Twin bunnies Remy and Rhea, fed up with working so long and so hard with nothing to show for it, desperately desire a better life, but don’t know how to achieve it. Just when they are about to give up hope, they are inspired by the story of a mythical carrot paradise that may exist on the other side of a big, green hill outside of their village. Now they face the most difficult decision they’ve ever had to make: Do they “play it safe” by staying in Rabylon and settle for a life of lack, loss, and limitation? Or do they risk it all—up to and including their lives—on the chance that out there somewhere is a life worth dying for? Cory Groshek is an author/blogger, investor, musician/entertainer, consumer rights advocate, metaphysician, and founder/CEO of Manifestation Machine. He is also known in the music industry as Cory Crush and considered an expert on intermittent fasting in the YouTube fitness community as Low Carb Cory. How to Get the Most out of Vitamin Supplements- Thomas DeLauer: When should you take your vitamins? To learn more about how I can help you, head to http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Many factors play a role on how available vitamins and supplements are when you take them. Fat-Soluble Vitamins: Vitamins A, D, E and K- These are stored in the liver and fat stores in your body, so you do not need to consume these every day. They are easy to get from food as they are not easily broken down by heat when cooking. These are the most important vitamins to eat with food, as the name implies, they are only absorbed and used by the body in the presence of fat. These vitamins dissolve in fat and are then delivered to the bloodstream for use in the body. Not much fat is needed, but if taking a supplement, or even eating fruits and veggies, but sure to have some fat added. If you make a healthy smoothie, add some almond butter or you favorite oil, such as macadamia nut oil. When eating salads, do not use fat-free salad dressings! Olive oil and lemon juice are great options. Be careful if you supplement these vitamins and be sure to check with your doctor if you feel you may need to do so. These vitamins are only needed in small quantities and can build up to a dangerous level if too many are taken. Vitamin D is the main fat-soluble vitamin in the US where deficiencies are common. This is due to inadequate exposure to sunlight. Fortified foods and supplements can help. Try to obtain 5-15 minutes of direct sunlight twice per week to avoid a deficiency, and if this is not possible then talk to your doctor about supplementation. Water-Soluble Vitamins: Vitamin C and B-complex vitamins are water soluble vitamins that you need to be sure to include in your diet daily. Unlike fat-soluble vitamins, these vitamins are not stored in your adipose tissue or liver and are in essence washed from your body daily. Food storage and preparation are important when making sure to get sufficient quantities of these vitamins. Deficiencies are uncommon, however vegans do not have a natural source of vitamin B12 and usually need to supplement. While deficiencies are not common, it is still important to consume daily for bodily functioning. As these vitamins dissolve in water, you do not need to take these with foods, although you can if you want to. Minerals: Calcium and Magnesium (2,4) - These are best taken with food and good to take at night. Calcium is linked to improved sleep due to its muscle relaxing abilities and magnesium has calming effects on the nervous and musculoskeletal systems. Zinc (2,4) - Take with or after meals to avoid stomach upset. Do not take with dairy as calcium hampers absorption. Also avoid taking with iron as large quantities of iron can also hurt your body’s ability to absorb zinc. Avoid taking excess zinc, which can lead to anemia through suppression of copper absorption. Iron (4) - Best to take on an empty stomach. Avoid taking with zinc, calcium and vitamin E as these can decrease absorption. If you have a sensitive stomach you may not do well when taking iron on an empty stomach. If so, take with a light meal. Probiotics (4) - Best to take 30 minutes before a meal as this is when digestive enzymes, bile salts and stomach acid are at low levels. These levels peak after a meal, so this is the worst time to take a probiotic. Fiber (2) - Be sure to separate taking fiber from other nutritional supplements as fiber can hamper mineral absorption. Fish Oil (4) – Fish Oil is best to take with food and with your multivitamin, or other fat-soluble vitamins, if you take them. The fat in the food that you eat can help to aid in digestion and absorption. As fats take a long time for your body to digest, it is best not to take fish oil pills or eat a fatty meal pre-workout. This can cause digestive upset. Multivitamins: As these contain both water- and fat-soluble vitamins, take with plenty of water and some food with fat in it, but try not to take with dairy as this can reduce your absorption of zinc. Please watch: "17 Foods That Will Clean Your Arteries Naturally And Protect You From Heart Attacks" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VU-R7Ifr8pI --~-- Stay connected: Subscribe: https://goo.gl/RUzMHY Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MyHomeRemediesnow/ 16 foods to eat and avoid when on an empty stomach. Whether you've had a long day at the office or you're just heading to the kitchen after a workout, choosing the right foods to fill your empty stomach can make a big difference in how your body reacts. Eating the wrong foods can leave you feeling crummy, while the right foods give you a boost of energy without the bloaty feeling. Check out this list of foods you should and shouldn't eat on an empty stomach, and make sure to sure these tips with your friends on Facebook. Foods to Eat: 1. Oatmeal: Not only is oatmeal an excellent source of fiber and vitamins, it can help prevent an upset stomach. The grain coats the lining of the stomach and protects it against the buildup of hydrochloric acid. 2. Watermelon: Watermelon contains a lot of water so it's gentle on the stomach. As an added bonus, watermelon contains high levels of lycopene which boosts heart and eye health. 3. Nuts: Nuts are a great option for a snack in a pinch. Nuts contain lots of healthy fats and they're easy on the tummy. 4. Eggs: It might surprise you that eggs are okay (even good) to eat on an empty stomach as most dairy products are a no-no. Eggs are a good source of energy-boosting nutrients which makes them a great go-to for a quick breakfast. Plus, eating eggs for breakfast can help you cut your daily calorie intake. 5. Honey: Add some honey to your oatmeal or toast for a sweet boost of energy. Honey can increase the levels of serotonin your body produces and gives your brain more staying power. 6. Cooked vegetables: Vegetables tend to be stomach friendly foods, especially if they are cooked and soft. Veggies like carrots and lettuce are great options on an empty stomach. 7. Blueberries: Feel free to add some blueberries to your oatmeal in the morning. This tummy-friendly fruit helps increase your metabolism and boosts brain power. 8. Wheat Germ: Add wheat germ to your smoothie, toast or oatmeal for a healthy serving of vitamin E and folic acid. Plus, the wheat germ helps get your digestive rearing to go for the day. Foods to Avoid: 9. Coffee/Tea: While this caffeine-riddled drink may be what gets you up and going in the morning, you might want to eat some toast first. Coffee and tea actually encourage the production of hydrochloric acid which can cause nausea, vomiting, and constipation. Tea reduces bile in your stomach and kills your appetite (great for the afternoon munchies, not so great for the most important meal of the day.) 10. Citrus Fruit: Skip the oranges, grapefruit, and lemon until you've eaten a little something else first. While these fruits are fantastic sources of Vitamin C, they can irritate your stomach and throat when you eat them on an empty stomach. Try blueberries, watermelon or apples instead. 11. Carbonation: If you're reaching for your favorite soda to fill up your tummy: stop. Not only are carbonated drinks unhealthy, drinking sugary drinks on an empty stomach increases the risk of a sugar crash once the sweetness leaves your bloodstream. The carbonation can also increase stomach aches. 12. Puff Pastry: Put that croissant down! The yeast in a traditional danish can irritate your stomach and increase gassiness when eaten on an empty tummy. This is definitely a breakfast treat you'll want to skip before heading into an important meeting. 13. Yogurt: This popular breakfast side can contain lots of protein and healthy levels of yeast. When eaten on an empty stomach, the acid in your belly kills any healthy benefits the yeast might offer turning your healthy breakfast choice into a container of fruit-flavored sugar. 14. Pear This may seem like an odd food to avoid on an empty stomach, but the fiber in a pear can cause major stomach aches, and damage the mucus membrane in your stomach. Pair it with oatmeal or another grain to protect your stomach. 15. Tomatoes: The acidic nature of this juicy favorite can seriously irritate the stomach. While they are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, mixing the tomato with stomach acid is a bad idea, especially if you already have a sensitive stomach. 16. Banana: While bananas are a healthy fruit, as they contain lots of magnesium, eating them on an empty stomach can turn that healthy magnesium into a weapon. If eaten on an empty stomach, the excess magnesium can get into your bloodstream potentially causing heart problems later on. Eat a banana after you've had something else to eat first.

You might think drinking coffee in the morning is a great idea. You may even think it’s a great way to get yourself going in the morning. But you’d be surprised to learn that drinking coffee first thing in the morning- especially on an empty stomach- is a terrible idea. Why? Let’s take a look at a few reasons. 1. Stomach Acid Your stomach has hydrochloric acid, which, at the right level, helps your body digest food properly. When your stomach is empty, this acid doesn’t have much to work with, so it can slosh around and hurt your stomach. Drinking a cup of coffee on that empty stomach adds to the problem by putting more acid in your body. Always having too much stomach acid will harm your stomach and digestive tract, leading to problems like heartburn, irritable bowel syndrome, and stomach ulcers. 2. Bad Digestion Having caffeine on an empty stomach ruins digestion, leading to a bloated feeling and other signs of irritable bowel syndrome, like pain and irregularity. How? Caffeine acts like your adrenal glands, which create stress hormones called cortisol and adrenaline. When these hormones flood your body, they raise your heart rate and blood pressure, and your liver starts letting out blood sugar to give energy to muscles so that you can run away. Your digestive system also shuts down to send energy to where it is needed most. 3. Anxiety When you go through your morning on an empty stomach, you lower your brain’s power to properly break down serotonin. Serotonin is the “happy, calm hormone”. When your brain is unable to break down this hormone properly, it causes anxiety and depression. Throwing a cup of coffee on top of that empty stomach causes anxiety by boosting your body’s cortisol and adrenaline levels. That will leave you feeling shaky, nervous, and weak. 4. Dehydration Drinking coffee on empty stomach raises the amount of fluid that your body passes, and can cause dehydration. If you’re like most people, you’ll likely answer to that dehydration by reaching for yet another cup of coffee, making things even worse for yourself. 5. Low Levels of Serotonin Very few people know about this, but coffee will make you feel less hungry. People who drink coffee right away in the morning sometimes end up skipping breakfast. Skipping your first meal of the day can ruin your body’s power to make serotonin, a neurotransmitter in charge of making you feel happy and calm. Also, serotonin is very important for a good night’s sleep. Your body changes serotonin into melatonin at night. Low levels of melatonin usually lead to insomnia problems. If you like drinking coffee, make sure to always have it after breakfast. How to Eat Healthy. When we need to make dinner or grab a quick snack, we often combine food without thinking much about it. But some popular food combinations can seriously affect your body and even lead to health problems. Let’s see which food combos you must avoid and what to replace them with for the sake of your own health and the health of your loved ones. TIMESTAMPS Muffin and orange juice 0:40 Meat and cheese 1:29 Eggs and fish 2:23 Cellulose and spinach 3:26 Tea and yeast dough 4:15 Yogurt and kiwi 4:54 Melon and milk 5:35 Pizza and soda 6:16 Wine and cake 7:09 Fruit with vegetables 8:00 Burger and fries 8:45 Muffin and orange juice 0:40 Some breakfasts leave you with no energy instead of helping you to kickstart your day, and a muffin with orange juice is one of them. This combination contains no protein or cellulose — just a huge amount of carbohydrates. This makes your blood sugar level soar and then dramatically decrease. Moreover, your work efficiency and stamina will also decrease. So instead of putting these 2 together, try another breakfast combo: a wholegrain muffin and some natural yogurt. Meat and cheese 1:29 Cheese contains calcium, and meat contains iron and zinc. When combined, calcium slows down the absorption of both zinc and iron, so our digestive system can't get all the proper nutrients from these products. It's better to make sure that cheese and meat aren't on the list of ingredients for your meal. Instead, combine meat with Bulgarian pepper or cabbage as the vitamin C they contain aids iron absorption. Tea and yeast dough 4:15 Tasty croissants or buns with a cup of tea can easily result in an unpleasant feeling of heaviness in your stomach and even fermentation in your gut. This happens because tea contains tannins, which make it harder for certain elements and nutrients (including iron and vitamin B1) to be absorbed, and this can hurt your nervous system. The answer is to consume tannins and caffeine-rich beverages at least an hour after your meal. Pizza and soda 6:16 Most pizzas contain cheese, which, when accompanied with cold beverages, can cause indigestion. The carbs, starch, and protein in pizza don't aid digestion either. And pizza isn't the only guilty component in this combo! The sugar in soda also slows down your digestion. Consider all of these processes happening at the same time. Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY -Muffin and orange juice combination contains no protein or cellulose — just a huge amount of carbohydrates. This makes your blood sugar level soar and then dramatically decrease. -Cheese contains calcium, and meat contains iron and zinc. When combined, calcium slows down the absorption of both zinc and iron, so our digestive system can't get all the proper nutrients from these products. -If you put eggs together with fish, you can forget about any of their health benefits. -Whole grains contain cellulose, which, when put together with the oxalic acid in greens, blocks the absorption of calcium. -Tea contains tannins, which make it harder for certain elements and nutrients (including iron and vitamin B1) to be absorbed, and this can hurt your nervous system. -The enzymes in kiwis lead to the accelerated decomposition of milk proteins. That's why natural milk often tastes a little bitter with kiwi products. -In an acidic environment, milk tends to clot into a hard-to-digest mass. Worse still, a melon milkshake is one of the most effective ways to upset your stomach. -Most pizzas contain cheese, which, when accompanied with cold beverages, can cause indigestion. -Alcohol massively influences your blood sugar level and increases insulin production. That's why the sugar from your dessert quickly turns into fat on your belly and thighs. -Fruit and vegetables digest differently and thus shouldn’t be eaten together. -Burger and fries combo contains a huge amount of trans fat, which can lead to cholesterol problems and heart-related diseases. 12 Ways Your Body Tries To Tell You That Your Liver Is Being Damaged The liver is the largest solid organ in your body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen and partly protected by the ribs. You need your liver for many important bodily functions and cannot live without your liver. For this reason, you should know the early signs of liver damage and take care of your liver as much as you possibly can. There are more than a hundred different kinds of diseases of the liver. Each has its own set of symptoms. Some of these diseases include alcoholic liver disease, hepatitis, fatty liver disease, and cirrhosis of the liver. The early signs of liver disease tend to be easily overlooked and are non-specific, related to any number of different conditions. Here are some common early signs. 1. Upset Stomach You are likely to get nausea and vomiting. They can mimic other diseases, such as migraines, food poisoning, vertigo, motion sickness, early pregnancy, depression and vomiting. It can mimic kidney problems as well. Those who suffer from early liver damage often feel persistently nauseous, because the liver has a decreased ability to rid the body of toxins. The nausea can also be due to ongoing metabolism and changes in digestion. If you have these symptoms for several days and don’t know why, seek the attention of your doctor. 2. Fatigue and Overall Weakness One of the early and obvious signs of liver damage is constantly feeling tired and weak. When the liver is not in great condition, the body must work harder and you will need more rest. This is due to an increase in toxins in the bloodstream that can’t be cleared out because the liver can’t get rid of the toxins properly. If the symptoms persist, especially with other early signs of liver damage, seek medical advice as soon as you can. 3. Lack of Appetite This happens due to a lack of production of bile that helps digest fat in the diet. When food isn’t properly digested, it can lead to a lack of appetite and a severe loss of weight. See your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms for a long period of time. 4. Digestion Problems The liver is important in digestion because it makes bile that helps the nutrients be better processed and absorbed by the small intestines. If the liver is failing, you can develop an increase in indigestion and diarrhea. If the bile is not produced properly, you can also experience irritable bowel syndrome, fatty food intolerance, alcohol intolerance, abdominal bloating, constipation and gallstones. If this becomes severe, you need to seek the medical attention of a doctor. 5. Alterations in the Color of Urine If you think you are drinking enough but still have a dark color of your urine, this may be one of the early signs of liver damage. The urine may look brown, amber, or orange in color because of elevated levels of bilirubin in the bloodstream. The bilirubin is elevated because the liver cannot get rid of the bilirubin and it is excreted through the kidneys. Dark urine may also be due to dehydration, side effects of taking antibiotics, taking B vitamin supplements, urinary tract infections, enzyme deficiencies or kidney abnormalities. The doctor can help sort out the cause of dark urine. 6. Changes in Stool Coloration Because the bile is not made enough by a malfunctioning liver, the color of the stool changes. Instead of being brown, it can become pale yellow, clay colored, or gray in appearance. If this happens periodically, it is not dangerous, but if it happens often, seek the advice of your doctor to check out your liver. https://youtu.be/VOx8ikPmaos

IBS is a cluster of symptoms, including cramping, diarrhea, constipation, bloating and gas. The exact cause of IBS is not understood, leading to difficulties in treatment. ● It does appear that IBS is more common in more developed countries Likely factors that may lead to IBS include: ● Intestinal microbiota imbalance ● Inflammation ● Intestinal infections ● Serotonin imbalance One common recommendation is the low FODMAP diet, where one avoids foods that contain fermentable carbohydrates ● It is thought that these foods can lead to increased liquid in the intestine and then to diarrhea, as well as bloating and gas ● Restrictive diet where it is nearly impossible to get sufficient vitamins and minerals ● No conclusive research showing this to help Different foods may cause symptoms for different people ● Pay attention to personal triggers ● Keeping a food journal can help If there is no exact science as to what foods to avoid, is there any supporting foods to consume? Top 3 Foods for IBS 1. Turmeric Curcumin, the most active component of turmeric, displays the following health benefits: ● Anti-inflammatory properties ● Anti-bacterial properties ● Spasmolytic activities Case Study A 2004 study published in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine found that turmeric extract improved IBS symptoms; the study was not placebo controlled 207 volunteers with IBS were given either one or two tablets of turmeric extract daily for 8 weeks and then reported their symptoms. A significant reduction in reported pain and symptoms occurred, however there was no difference between the groups. Roughly ⅔ of participants reported a decrease in their symptoms following treatment. 2. Peppermint Oil Many studies exists showing the potential for improvement of IBS symptoms with peppermint oil Case Study A 2014 study published in the Journal of Clinical Gastroenterology reviewed peer reviewed published studies on peppermint oil and IBS symptoms and found peppermint oil more effective than placebo for improvement of both abdominal pain and global IBS symptoms One possible problem with peppermint oil is an increase in heartburn symptoms, although this side effect occurred less frequently than did improvement of IBS symptoms, so still good for most of those who suffer with IBS. Probiotics It is well known that the population of gut bacteria can have an impact on our health People with IBS usually have gut flora that has changed, so foods that encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut is likely to help IBS symptoms Case Study A 2000 study published in The American Journal of Gastroenterology found an improvement in IBS symptoms Recruited 60 otherwise healthy patients with IBS and split them into a control group and a test group. The test group received Lactobacillus plantarum daily for 4 weeks. The test group experienced improved flatulence during the 4 weeks and better GI function when compared to the control group 12 months after the experiment. Lactobacillus plantarum is the most prevalent bacteria found in sauerkraut, a food made from fermented cabbage. Other probiotic foods include miso, kimchi, kombucha, yogurt, and coconut kefir References 1. http://utahtexans.com/ Click on the link above for a free video guide to shopping for supplements and alternative medicine! In this video I want to share a few of the common niacin side effects of not consuming enough of it, as well as consuming too much. Niacin also goes by the name vitamin B3 and because it's a vitamin it's vital for life. One of it's roles in the human body is to take food and turn it into glucose ,which the body uses for energy. It also plays a role in the health of the nervous system, skin, hair, eyes as well as the liver. You might be wondering what happens if someone doesn't consume enough of this stuff. According to WebMd a person may feel some depression, possibly fatigue, they could experience digestive issues and some canker sores. Those are the beginning symptoms of a deficiency and then things start to get worse. Next a person could experience disorientation, head pain, memory loss and a swollen mouth and bright red tongue. Then there is one last negative side effect that can take place. Can you guess what that is? Yep, it's dieing which can happen. You might be wondering what happens if someone consumes too much niacin. According to Mayoclinic a person might experience a speedy heart rate, stomach pains, joint aches, diarrhea, vomiting and possibly some itching. The good news is that niacin is a water soluble vitamin so you can flush it out of your system through drinking water. We all know that we need vitamin B3 just to operate normally let's go over a few nifty benefits this stuff can give us. One huge advantage to this substance is that it's great for the heart. Considering that heart problems is such a huge reason for death and so many expensive drugs target it this is huge. Mayoclinic stats that it can raise the healthy HDL cholesterol that unclogs arteries by more than 30%. It also can lower triglycerides, which clog up arteries and it can decrease the unwanted LDL cholesterol. Next up another health problem is plaguing humans thanks to consuming too much sugar and do you have any idea what this is? Yep, it's diabetes. At the University of Texas Southwest Medical Center researchers tested giving niacin to 148 patients. The results was that the participates in the trial showed significant improvement in lipid levels and minimal changes in blood sugar levels. These are just 2 health problems that it can really help with and it can do so many other things. Supplements and alternative medicine can be confusing and even harmful. Make things really simple and give your body a HUGE edge by viewing a free video guide I created at http://utahtexans.com/.

Do you know how to take your vitamins and supplements? Timing is everything when it comes to taking your vitamins and supplements, so we've put together a guide to help you maximize the powerful health benefits that come from taking them at the right time. Read more about this on our blog: http://blog.professionalsupplementcenter.com/the-best-time-to-take-nutritional-supplements/ Morning: -Probiotics - Probiotics are best taken in the morning on an empty stomach. • When the stomach is empty, digestive activity is quiet and stomach acid and pH balance are relatively low, increasing the chances for the helpful microorganisms to thrive. -Iron - Iron is best absorbed in the morning on an empty stomach. • Caffeine, dairy and calcium can negatively affect absorption, so it's best to avoid these for several hours after taking iron. -Multivitamins - Take multivitamins with your first meal. In the morning! • As multivitamins contain both water and fat soluble vitamins, be sure to include some healthy fats with your meal for optimal absorption. -B-Complex vitamins - Taking B vitamins with breakfast helps to boost your metabolism and convert your food into energy, which can be used throughout the day. -Vitamin C- Vitamin C is best taken in the morning to support the immune system and boost energy levels. • Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that lasts only a few hours in the blood stream, so if your formula recommends more than 1 tablet per day, take it in divided doses with meals to get the full benefit. Noon: -CoQ10 - CoQ10 is best taken at lunch time with a meal that contains dietary fats. • Avoid taking CoQ10 late in the day so it doesn't disturb your sleep. -Vitamin D - Vitamin D is best taken with a meal that contains dietary fats. • It's possible that Vitamin D can negatively affect sleep, so lunch time is a good time to get your Vitamin D. -Iodine - Iodine is not stored in the body, so regular intake is needed. kelp tablets taken with lunch may boost midday energy levels. -Vitamin K - Vitamin K is best absorbed along with dietary fats and ideally should be taken during the middle of the day. • Avoid taking vitamin K if you are taking Coumadin or any anticoagulant prescription drug, as Vitamin K can interfere with the effects of the medication. Night: - Fish oil - Important to support many aspects of health, fish oil is best taken with a main meal like dinner to aid absorption. -Calcium - Calcium aids nerve transmission and muscle function. To get the full benefit, take calcium in the evening along with magnesium. -Magnesium - Magnesium has a calming effect on the muscles and nervous system and may aid restful sleep. • Magnesium works synergistically with calcium, so take these together either as individual supplements or in a combined formula. In addition: -Digestive Enzymes - Digestive enzymes can be taken with any meal or within 30 minutes of your meal. Unless you have serious digestive issues, they don't necessarily need to be taken with light meals or snacks, but can be very beneficial for optimal breakdown and absorption of nutrients when taken with main meals. -Fiber - Fiber supplements may be taken either first thing in the morning or before bed. Be sure to take fiber with a full glass of water and get plenty of water during the day. Fiber can delay or reduce the absorption of certain medications so always check with your healthcare provider before taking. http://www.WildCashBack.com Why Does My Stomach Constantly Hurt? What to Do If your stomach constantly hurts, I completely feel for you! I was there for 2 years, and every day was miserable. Of course, go to the doctor first! You could have an ulcer or a gallbladder problem. Unfortunately I went to doctors for 2 years who all told me that nothing was wrong! Then I found a nutrition-oriented doctor, a DABCI or Board Certified Chiropractic Internist. He did blood work, had me keep a food diary listing everything I ate, put me on a rotation diet, and prescribed numerous vitamins and supplements according to what the blood work showed that I needed. Amazingly, in just a few weeks, I felt fine! Relief at last! Keeping the food diary and being on the rotation diet showed me how to eat. On the rotation diet, I could only have certain foods and certains spices on certain days. Therefore, I found myself eating real, all natural food. It had been processed food that was making my stomach hurt, and my nutrition was sadly lacking, even though I thought I was eating relatively healthy! Hope this has helped you! Here's another tip: go to http://www.WildCashBack.com and start saving money on all your vitamins and supplements! (And a lot of other things you're already buying!)

When this occurs, swelling, and possibly pain, will result In other words, dehydration causes a buildup of fluid in the tissues and causes blood vessels to enlarge, which gives the face a “puffy” look Dehydration - Sodium High sodium intake is the number one culprit for fluid retention - the typical american diet is plagued with excessive sodium levels The job of the kidneys is to filter the excess sodium into the urine so that the body can get rid of it - Sodium attracts water to it and is known as being osmotic. Water follows the sodium and is drawn into the bloodstream. Excessive salt keeps the circulatory volume higher than it should be, creating and increased pressure in the blood stream and pressing on the blood vessel walls (5) One way to flush sodium out of the body is by getting more potassium - We average 2,500 mg a day, about half of the 4,700 mg minimum recommended for adults Potassium blunts the effects of sodium by helping relax the walls of blood vessels - The more potassium we eat, the more sodium we pass out of the body through urine. Cream of Tartar: Cream of tartar, also called potassium hydrogen tartrate, provides a bioavailable form of potassium rather than taking a potassium supplement One teaspoon of cream of tartar = 495 mg of potassium Note: Most people don’t realize that fresh and frozen poultry is sometimes injected with a sodium solution - so check the label Stomach Bloating Stomach bloating is the result of gas or fluid accumulating in your GI tract, or when bacteria in your large intestine have a hard time breaking down certain foods The most common type of foods that cause stomach bloating are high FODMAP foods. FODMAP is an acronym that stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides And Polyols Since your body is unable to completely digest these sugar molecules, they travel through your GI tract and reach your colon undigested, where the bacteria that live in your colon begin to ferment them. The fermentation can produce gas and bloating Raw Cruciferous Vegetables (Kale, Broccoli, Cabbage) Cruciferous veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, etc.) cause bloating and gas when eaten in their raw form - extremely high in insoluble fiber, which can be difficult for your body to break down. Cooking vegetables helps break down the fibers they contain, which makes them easier on the digestive system because they’re already partly broken down. Cruciferous veggies also contain raffinose, a sugar molecule - Raffinose cannot be broken down in the small intestine as humans lack the alpha-galactosidase enzyme required to break it down. It passes through your GI tract completely undigested. Once it reaches the large intestine though, the bacteria there thrive on it and ferment raffinose into large volumes of hydrogen, methane and other gases. Fermented Veggies: Sauerkraut, kim chi, sauerruben and curtido are excellent alternatives for people with gut issues. First, the fermentation process “pre-digests” the vegetables and makes them easier to absorb. Second, fermented veggies contain probiotic microorganisms that help heal the gut References 1) Bloating and functional gastro-intestinal disorders: where are we and where are we going? - PubMed - NCBI. There are many home remedies for indigestion. Learn how to avoid and calm upset stomach bouts through smart food choices and home remedy treatments. Stomach aches, also broadly called “abdominal pain,” are tricky things to find remedies for unless you know the cause. Ranging from indigestion and irritable bowel syndrome to gastritis and GERD, an aching tummy can stem from many things. Assuming you are dealing with an uncomplicated stomach ache, these remedies can help bring relief from the pain and discomfort that’s making you miserable. Lemon water, if your issue is indigestion, helps a stomachache. The high acidity level stimulates the production of hydrochloric acid, which breaks down our food. By upping the amount of HCL being produced, you help move digestion along at healthy pace. You get the added bonus of the hydration too, which keeps the system flushed and running smoothly. Ginger contains naturally occurring chemicals called gingerols and shogaols. These chemicals can help relax smooth muscle, such as the muscle that lines the intestinal track, and therefore relieve stomach cramps or a colicky stomach ache. Ginger root is also great for relieving nausea, which may accompany a stomachache. Sipping on some warm tea can prove very useful as a home remedy for stomach aches and is, in my opinion, more effective than ginger ale. 😍😍😍😍😍 Like, Share and Subscribe Our Channel if you think these video is informative and helpful. Alcohol by its nature is an acidic substance, it is ethyl alcohol which we all drink. This alcohol is supposed to create an acidic reaction in the stomach, there is a condition by the name called as Mallory B syndrome, which happens because of the overuse of alcohol. Hardly do you see stomach ache in somebody who has taken alcohol for the first or the second time or in small quantities. If you have taken alcohol in small quantities. if you have taken alcohol repeatedly and in smaller quantities, the stomach is not able to control the acidity and the inner lining of the stomach becomes swollen, which causes the stomach ache. In homeopathy there is a particular medicine by the name acetic acid, which is responsible for looking after this disorder. Obviously you must consult the doctor and the best thing to do with alcohol as everybody knows is having lemon after you have had alcohol. The ache will go down and also the symptoms will also become better. Also lemon has got Vitamin C which helps your liver to become better to support your alcohol enjoyment.
If you are gassy or constipated, nauseous or have indigestion, here are some home remedies to make an upset stomach feel much better the natural way. Carrot and Mint This mixture is very helpful if you are suffering from the flu. The carrot provides nourishment and the peppermint calms your upset stomach. Slice 4 carrots and mix 4 cups of water, and 1 teaspoon of dried peppermint or one peppermint teabag together. Then boil the mixture. Cook about 15 minutes until the carrots are soft. Remove the tea bag and then blend the mixture until smooth. You can also add a little ground ginger to soothe your stomach even more and a little lemon juice for flavor. Rice Tea To help an upset stomach or to stop diarrhea, make a rice tea. Boil 1/2 cup of rice in about six cups of water for 15 minutes. Take out the rice and add a dash of honey or sugar and drink it warm. Burnt Toast Toast is very good for an upset stomach. However, burnt toast is even better because the burnt parts absorb the toxins that are making you feel sick. You can add a little jelly to make it more tasty. Apple Cider Vinegar If it is easing the hiccups or helping a sore throat, apple cider vinegar can do it all. This common home remedy will also calm an upset stomach. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of warm water, and 1 tablespoon of honey. This will ease indigestion and will help cramping and excess gas in your upset stomach. It can also get rid of the discomfort caused by heartburn. CRAP Diet Is Good If you feel constipated, try the CRAP diet. CRAP stands for "cherries, raisins, apricots, and prunes." These fiber-friendly fruits will get your system moving again and ease your upset stomach. Yogurt The live bacteria qualities of yogurt make it a great cure for an upset stomach. It eases your digestive discomfort and strengthens your immune system. Choose a non-fat plain yogurt without added sugar or flavors if you have an upset stomach. Caraway Seeds Caraway seeds are filled with vitamins and minerals. This stops the growth of bad bacteria that causes indigestion, gas, or bloating. Eat a handful after eating your meal or when you feel gassy. Heat Put a hot water bottle or a heating pad directly on your upset stomach. The heat increases blood flow to the skin surface. It also transfers the thinking of pain from inside your stomach to the outside. Acupuncture and Acupressure Many doctors have been using pressure points throughout the body to address physical symptoms for thousands of years. Acupuncture needles stimulate certain nerves in the body. This then sends signals to the brain to release hormones that lower the feelings of pain and nausea. Acupressure is very similar. Instead of using needles, physical pressure is applied to certain points of the body. Both acupuncture and acupressure can help ease an upset stomach very well. Aromatherapy Controlling the smells in your environment is another way to ease an upset stomach. Aromatherapy involves taking away scents that may contribute to your nausea. Then adding smells that can give you relief, such as peppermint oil or lemon. Thank you for watching. Please give a thumbs up and Subscribe and dont forget to leave a comment. What to eat on an empty stomach? What should you avoid eating on an empty stomach? Only a few people are aware that some foods are not very good for us if eaten on an empty stomach. Yogurt, a cup of coffee, and fresh orange juice — this is what most people probably picture when they think of a perfect breakfast. However, we at Bright Side have created a simple infographic that will guide you through what we should eat and what we should avoid in the morning. TIMESTAMPS Shortcrust and puff pastries 0:33 Any sweets 0:58 Yogurt and other fermented milk products 1:29 Pears 1:56 Tomatoes 2:24 Cucumbers and other green vegetables 3:00 Bananas 3:34 Spicy foods 4:08 Cold carbonated drinks 4:43 Citrus fruits 5:11 SUMMARY - No more orange juice in the morning! Citrus fruits are rich in fruit acids. When eaten on an empty stomach, they can cause heartburn and increase the risks of gastritis and even gastric ulcers. - Also, shortcrust and puff pastries aren’t the best solution for your morning meal. This food contains yeast, so it irritates the lining of your stomach and may cause flatulence. - What else to avoid? It may sound strange to you, but eating yogurt and other fermented milk products for breakfast has little benefit for your body. If you eat them on an empty stomach, then hydrochloric acid, formed in the stomach, kills the lactic acid bacteria. - Finally, if you eat bananas when your stomach is empty, this will lead to a sharp increase in the amount of magnesium in the blood which may harm your heart. If You Drink Every Morning A Glass Of Hot Water On An Empty Stomach This Is What Happens To Your Body We all have our morning habits, how we start the day and what we do first thing after we get out of bed. Some drink a cup of tea, others a cup of coffee, some first have breakfast and others just storm out of the house leaving these things for work. Or maybe you’re one of those who start their day with a glass of water to jumpstart your metabolism? Whatever your morning rituals are we’re here to tell you what the best way to start your day is. Every morning you should first drink a glass of hot water, at least that’s what the Ayurveda medicine advises its supporters and they give an excellent explanation for this. A glass of warm water on an empty stomach will boost your digestion, improve your metabolism and help your body flush out the toxins. Here are some of the biggest advantages of drinking warm water in the morning which will convince you to start doing it as well. Six reasons why you should consume warm water: 1. Detoxifies your body Drinking a glass of warm water every morning will help your body eliminate all the harmful toxins we store as a result of our unhealthy lifestyle. Water promotes the decomposition of food in the stomach and improves the digestive tract’s function. Instead of drinking a glass of cold water drink a glass of warm water, it will do wonders for your digestion. 2. Boosts your metabolism Drinking a glass of warm water in the morning will boost your metabolism and help your body to function properly. It will also help you eliminate stomachaches which are usually caused by slow metabolic function and improper digestion! 3. Eases pain Many people find relief in drinking warm water when in pain, especially in the case of menstrual cramps. The heat from the water will relax your stomach muscles and ease the pain. But it can also be beneficial with other types of cramps, not just menstrual, because it improves capillary circulation and it relaxes the muscles. 4. Helps weight loss Warm water can be an excellent weight loss booster, in combination with a healthy diet and some light exercise. Warm water increases your body temperature, speeds up your metabolism and helps you burn calories faster. It also has a beneficial effect on your kidneys and all the excretory organs. 5. Improves circulation We already mentioned earlier that drinking warm water on an empty stomach can help you flush the toxins and eliminate the accumulated waste out of your body. This in turn, will speed up circulation and promote your overall health. 6. Slows down the aging process We all want to be young and beautiful forever and we try to do our best to preserve our youth and slow down the aging process as much as we can. Water can help you achieve this goal and prevent premature aging. When our body is flooded with toxins this affects our overall appearance and makes us look much older. However, if we drink a glass of warm water every morning, our body will eliminate the toxins faster, slow down the aging process and improve our skin’s elasticity. https://youtu.be/KrckDb8PZEE

If you consistently have stomach issues when taking a protein supplement, it's likely due to whey protein concentrate. https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/jym/pro-jym.html Whey protein comes from cow's milk. There are two major kinds of protein in milk, whether it be human, cow, goat, etc: Those two proteins are whey and casein. In cows milk, casein makes up the majority of the protein – about 80%. Whey makes up the remaining 20%. Whey protein is the soluble portion of milk protein. To visualize this, think of the liquid that sits on top of yogurt when you open a container of yogurt... that's whey protein! Whey protein concentrate goes through the least amount of processing of the whey proteins. The filtration processes involved to create whey protein concentrate are usually gentle forms of filtration, known as microfiltration and ultrafiltration. This leaves a protein powder that is around 70-80% protein, with the rest being carbs and fat. Whey protein isolate is a purer form of whey protein than whey protein concentrate due to additional processing that involves either longer filtration times or additional steps in the manufacturing process, such as cross-flow microfiltration or ion-exchange chromatography. The further processing can create a whey protein powder with a protein concentration higher than 95%. Due to the lower carb and fat content, it's a great whey protein to use when dieting and is also great around workouts because it is digested and absorbed quickly to help build muscle. For more info: https://draxe.com/coffee-nutrition-facts/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Jan-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=coffee One of the most common questions I’ve been getting recently is, “Is coffee bad for you?” The answer is, yes … and no. Coffee is beneficial because it contains massive amounts of antioxidants, which help slow the aging process and protect you from free radical damage. Coffee also helps stimulate the liver and increases circulation, helping blood flow to the brain. Coffee can be harmful in some ways because of the amount of caffeine it contains. The caffeine in coffee can overstimulate the body, burn out your adrenal glands, and overtax your body. About 80% of people in the world will struggle with thyroid problems or fatigue issues. For this group, I wouldn’t recommend coffee because it will burn out your adrenal glands. However, if you’re generally healthy, then drinking coffee in moderate amounts can be fine, and even good for your health. I wouldn’t recommend drinking coffee past lunch time because it can affect your sleep cycle that night. Depending on the condition of your body, if you’re suffering from an autoimmune disease, coffee can make your disease worse. If you’re pretty healthy, looking for a pick-me-up, or looking for more antioxidants, then coffee can provide you these benefits. When picking out your coffee beans, I would recommend choosing all natural, organic coffee because it’s one of the most highly sprayed plants in the world. Lastly, if you’re looking for a great substitute for coffee, I would suggest drinking matcha green tea because it has great benefits and one-third the amount of caffeine. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. After Eating Garlic on Empty Stomach, This Is What Happens With Your Body Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SUxKlAVpt5s Please subscribe our channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/livehealthylifeofficial Like us on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Live-Healthy-Life-1645151002425115 Follow us on Twitter : https://twitter.com/livehealthylif1 Follow us on Google+ : https://plus.google.com/+LiveHealthyLifeofficial After Eating Garlic on Empty Stomach, This Is What Happens With Your Body Garlic is not only the perfect choice to add flavor to a tasty recipe, but it also provides a long list of health benefits thanks to its powerful antioxidant properties. Garlic contains a compound known as allicin, which has been shown to help reduce cholesterol levels, prevents blood clotting and has been shown to have anticancer and antimicrobial properties. Do you know what garlic does on an empty stomach? Actually it is quite impressive. Eating a garlic head (usually cooked garlic, never raw unless you can handle the flavor) in the morning before breakfast has numerous benefits: Your respiratory problems are reduced Garlic is a great healer if you have acute or chronic respiratory problems. Some women said it helps them treat and prevent pneumonia, chronic bronchial colds, chronic bronchitis, lung congestion, whooping cough and more. Active compounds in garlic can reduce blood pressure Cardiovascular diseases, such as heart attacks and strokes, are the leading causes of death in the world. High blood pressure or hypertension is one of the most important factors of these diseases. Studies in humans have found that garlic supplementation has a significant impact on reducing blood pressure in people with high blood pressure. For skin and hair The invigorating properties of garlic protect the skin from the effect of free radicals and slow down the depletion of collagen, which leads to the loss of elasticity in aged skin. Applied topically, garlic works wonders on skin infected with fungal infections and provides relief from skin ailments such as eczema. It is also an effective remedy for fungal infections, such as athlete's foot and ringworm. Garlic can help you live longer The effects on longevity are basically impossible to prove in humans. But given the beneficial effects on important risk factors such as blood pressure, it makes sense that garlic can help you live longer. The fact that it can fight infectious diseases is also an important factor, since these are common causes of death, especially in elderly people or people with dysfunctional immune systems. Cold and flu Garlic will relieve you of that cold and the flu . Take 2-3 cloves of raw or cooked garlic a day or drink a little garlic tea not only will it alleviate a stuffy nose and cure the cold, but also strengthen your immunity against these frequent visitors over time. Eating garlic can help detoxify heavy metals in the body In high doses, it has been shown that the sulfur compounds in garlic protect against organ damage caused by the toxicity of heavy metals. A four-week study of employees at a car battery plant (excessive exposure to lead) found that garlic reduced lead levels in the blood by 19%. It also reduced many clinical signs of toxicity, including headaches and blood pressure

The colon is a very important organ in the digestive system. Its job is to take the water, salt, vitamins, and nutrients out of food that cannot be digested, break down food that was not digested in the small intestine, and remove solid waste from the body. Before starting any colon cleansing treatment, ask your doctor for instructions, especially if you are taking any medications or suffering from any health condition. 1. Water The best thing you can do for colon cleansing is drink a lot of water. It is important to drink at least 10 to 12 glasses of water a day. This will help your body flush out the harmful toxins and waste in a natural way. Drinking a lot of water will also help the natural peristaltic action, helping the food move through the digestive system. Also, water is important to keep your body well hydrated. Together with water you can drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices. 2. Apple Juice Another great thing for colon cleansing is fresh apple juice. If you drink apple juice all the time, it can help bowel movements, break down toxins, and boost the health of the liver and the digestive system. 3. Lemon Juice Lemons are good for the digestive system because they have antioxidant properties and are full of vitamin C. For this reason, lemon juice is great for colon cleansing. Mix the juice of one lemon, a pinch of sea salt, and a little honey in a glass of lukewarm water. Drink this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach. This will give you more energy, better bowel movement, and better skin condition. 4. Raw Vegetable Juice For colon cleansing, it is important to keep away from processed and cooked foods for one or two days. Instead of eating solid foods, drink fresh vegetable juice a few times a day. Green vegetables are good because they have chlorophyll, which helps force toxins out of the body. They also have vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes which will keep your body healthy, and give you energy. You can also drink herbal teas. 5. Fiber-rich Foods Eating foods that are full of fiber will also help cleanse the colon of bad toxins. Fiber will keep the stool soft and help bowel movement, which helps the body force out waste products. Foods that are full of fiber will also get rid of any kind of intestinal problem. You can add a lot of fiber to your diet by eating fresh fruits like raspberries, pears, and apples, and fresh vegetables like artichokes, peas, and broccoli. There is also a lot of fiber in cereals, whole grains, nuts, beans and seeds. 6. Yogurt Eating fresh yogurt all the time is a good way to keep the colon healthy. Because yogurt is a probiotic food, it can bring good bacteria into the gut and help digestion. It can also fight inflammatory bowel disease. This is especially true of yogurts that have live and active cultures. 7. Flaxseed Because flaxseed is full of omega- 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and natural fibers, adding it to your diet is a great way to cleanse your colon. Flaxseed will take in the water and then swell in the colon, and help force out toxins and mucus as the waste passes through. It can also block cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. 8. Aloe Vera Aloe vera is known for killing toxins and acts as a laxative. This makes it a great colon cleanser. Aloe vera gel can also treat other health problems, like headaches, skin infection, diarrhea, gastric pain, and constipation. Add the juice of one lemon to fresh aloe vera gel and put the mixture in the blender to make a few ounces of smooth juice. Drink it a few times a day for a few days. 9. Ginger Ginger is a common ingredient that can lessen bloating, help the colon work properly, and keep it free from waste and bad toxins. It helps digestion by making the digestive juices flow. You can use ginger in any form, such as grated, as a juice, or as cut up pieces for colon cleansing. The many benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar, by Markus Rothkranz Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing. It contains over 90 different healthy substances like lots of potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, calcium, B vitamins and even bioflavonoids. Potassium is one of the most important minerals because it promotes cell growth and replaces dead cells. It keeps fluid in our cells. Bacteria need moisture to love, so they suck fluids from our cells, especially when we are stressed because resistance is low then. That’s one of the reasons small problems can turn into full blown illness and disease. When there’s enough potassium in our cells, it will draw moisture from the harmful bacteria instead of the harmful bacteria taking moisture from us. Where do you get potassium? Fresh fruits and vegetables, berries, sprouts, leaves, roots and apple cider vinegar. But the the part most of you will want to hear is that apple cider vinegar burns fat. …and it cleans a fatty liver (which most people have) with its main ingredient, acetic acid. Acid is also needed to absorb protein, minerals, calcium, iron, B vitamins and pretty much all of out nutrients. To help lose weight, take apple cider vinegar before each meal (like 2 teaspoons in half a glass of water) because it stimulates the thyroid and helps stomach acid. Maybe add a bit of ginger and lemon too. Wheat products on the other hand SOAK up stomach acid thus lowering it, creates potassium deficiency, high blood pressure, high blood sugar and wheat products are high glycemic. Apple cider vinegar is one of the best things you can take for cramps, eye twitching, nerve pain, arthritis, high blood pressure, constipation, stiffness- if you feel stiff or have pain, drink ACV- it helps absorb and dissolve calcium. High protein diets create waste product called GUANIDINE, which creates twitching, nerve pain, arthritis, and apple cider vinegar helps flush out that nasty guanidine. Research performed at Tokyo University in Japan, discovered that the acetic acid found in vinegars inhibits the activity of carbohydrate-digesting enzymes, including sucrase, mastase, lactase and amalase. This inhibition results in select sugars and starches passing through the digestive system without being digested, having less impact on blood sugar levels. Researchers at Arizona State University surveyed people afflicted with type 2 diabetes. They found that taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar right before bed lowered the blood sugar levels by 4 to 6 percent by the next morning. Another study led by Dr. Johnston at ASU gave subjects, some with insulin resistance and some without, 20 grams of apple cider vinegar and 40 grams of water. Results showed that the after-meal blood sugar levels of the subjects with insulin resistance was 34 percent lower when they drank apple cider vinegar. Of course not eating meat and dairy anymore and cutting out refined carbs and sugars would actually get rid of diabetes, but who wants to do that, right? People just want to take some magic stuff to make their problems go away. But apple cider vinegar is an amazing health helper for those people who really want some help cleaning up the mess they created in their bodies. You can wash your hair with it- its both shampoo and conditioner in one. That’s what I do a lot. Who needs shampoo and conditioner when you have this. It helps remove sun spots and age spots. Its great for digestive issue, allergies, sinus infections, acne, cholesterol, chronic fatigue, sore throats, memory, dermatitis and other skin problems, ear infections, dandruff, athletes foot, insect bites, weight loss, blood pressure, heart pain, it helps remove poisons, heck you can even feed it to your pets to help control fleas, ticks and give a beautiful shine to their coats! Its great for candida because acid shuts off the Candida growth gene. Of course you still have to stop eating the bread, bagels, pasta, chips and sugar! Take apple cider vinegar with water or make salad dressings with it. Drizzle it over your food. Put a spoonful in your smoothies. Try not to drink it straight because acid melts teeth, so always drink water afterwards. All kinds of books have been written about the healing powers of apple cider vinegar. I put it on everything. So… Your mission , should you choose to accept it, … is stop eating crap and start replacing it with healthy stuff. Tell your friends, share the video, thumbs up if you like this kind of stuff, leave a comment Till next time, Ciao! http://www.markusnews.com http://www.healanything.com

► 10 Foods to Eat and Avoid on an Empty Stomach Breaking the fast is a ritual that humans perform every morning, and most people think they know what constitutes an app ropriate breakfast. Believe it or not, there are some foods that seem healthy, that we really shouldn’t be eating on an empty stomach. Here are some the foods to avoid, and some alternatives to ensure your start to the day is healthy and satisfying. Don’t: High sugar fruit juices. Classic fruit juices are full of refined sugar leading to a sharp spike in your blood sugar levels leaving you less satisfied and vulnerable to energy dips and cravings throughout the day. Do: Oatmeal. Oatmeal creates a protective coating around the lining of the stomach. This prevents hydrochloric acid from damaging stomach walls. It also contains soluble fiber, which lowers cholesterol levels and improves digestion and the metabolizing of vital minerals, proteins, and carbohydrates. Oatmeal will also keep you full longer than yogurt. Don’t: Tomatoes. If you suffer from acid reflux or stomach ulcers currently, avoiding (or largely reducing) tomatoes is a must. Tomatoes may taste great in our omelets or grilled on the side of a Sunday fry-up, but they contain very high levels of tannic acid, also increasing acidity in the stomach and worsening your reflux symptoms. Do: Eggs. Eggs are a very filling and healthy breakfast item. Whether you like your eggs scrambled, poached or boiled, they have been shown to significantly cut your daily calorie intake. Do: Blueberries. Blueberries are one of the healthiest fruits on the planet; they are low in calories, but they improve memory, improve blood pressure and circulation and improve metabolism. Their benefits are augmented when consumed for breakfast! You can put them on oatmeal, eat them in a fruit salad, or just pick at them on your own. Do: Watermelon. Watermelon is an excellent option for those who crave their fruit fix in the morning. It provides you with a good amount of fluid when consumed on an empty stomach, and improves the health of your eyes and heart, due to its high le vels of lycopene. Don’t: Coffee or Tea. Although it might be part of your morning ritual, make sure you’re pairing your morning caffeine fix with something else! Consuming tea on an empty stomach can sometimes cause nausea and stomach discomfort. Coffee on an empty stomach can further increase stomach acidity and worsen symptoms of reflux or gastritis. Do: Nuts. Nuts are not typically thought of as a breakfast food item, but they are rich in healthy fats and protein. If eaten for breakfast, they can improve your digestive health by normalizing the pH levels of your stomach, decreasing the risk of ulcers and excess stomach acid. Don’t: Citrus Fruits. Although this may not apply to everyone, citrus fruits such as grapefruits and oranges can irritate an already inflamed lower esophagus and may need to be limited or avoided, especially when having them on an empty stomach. Do: Papaya. Papaya releases a powerful enzyme called papain, which is thought to aid digestion and reduce the risk of colon cancer by clearing free radicals from the digestive tract. Papaya is also very high in fiber, vitamin E, and vitamin C, all very necessary for healthy food digestion. Conclusion. Ensuring our stomach’s acid levels are normal and healthy, protecting our stomach and getting the proper nutrients can significantly influence the rest of our day, as well as our long-term health. Knowing what foods protect your stomach, and what foods may harm them will help to shape your future health. 👉🏿 Please leave a like if you enjoyed and tell me what you think in the comments! 👉🏿 Don't forget to subscribe my channel to help us reach to 10.000 Subscribers : https://goo.gl/29sHF2 Hi, I hope you like this video on my channel - Healthy2Life, if you did, please leave a Like and Subscribe to my channel ❤ Thank you all ;)

What Will Happen to Your Body If You Eat Avocado Every Day. The avocado is a unique fruit with multiple nutritional and health benefits. How would your body respond if you ate just one avocado a day? In fact, it would transform your life as you’d get amazing results: your breath will be fresh at all times, your kidneys and liver will work more efficiently, your blood pressure will become lower, just to name a few. There's a miraculous mineral to be found in avocados: potassium. It helps your system keep a healthy fluid balance through chemical channels for cells and organs. Avocados are also a great source of vitamins C and E. Vitamin C is known for its involvement in the creation of collagen and elastin, which help to maintain the skin's elasticity and firmness. Vitamin E takes it to a whole new level, reducing the damage of excessive sun exposure and counteracting aging. The liver desperately craves this antioxidant to filter out harmful substances and protect its cells from damage. -Potassium in avocados helps regulate the fluid balance benefits your blood pressure too. In this case, potassium prevents osteoporosis and, most importantly, lowers your blood pressure. -Avocados are high in antioxidants, especially carotenoids called lutein and zeaxanthin, which protect our eyes against harmful blue light. -The ability of avocados to give that extra bit of protection from cancer comes from the carotenoids and monounsaturated fat they contain, both of which make their own contribution to the impressive reduction of cancer. -Avocados are rich in fiber, which is essential for making those unwanted pounds disappear. Fiber is incredibly filling and digests slowly. -Thanks to vitamins C and E avocados help to maintain the skin's elasticity and firmness.
