There's so much misinformation out there on how to build muscle as a natural and even if you were to find the right information there's so much of it that it's easy to get overwhelmed and not take action. I felt that first hand as ive gone through phases where my goal was to strictly be as bulky as possible and other phases where the goal was to get as lean as possible. Over the years of going through dirty bulks, clean bulks, cutting phases, trying different supplements, as well as constantly modifying my workout plan I went through a lot of trial and error. And I want you to avoid making the same mistakes that I did so you can see results as fast as possible by focusing on the things that truly matter when it comes to building muscle while ignoring the rest. So today I want to go over the 5 biggest muscle building mistakes that you're probably making that are preventing you from seeing the gains you deserve. Let's jump right In and start with the biggest workout related mistake that beginners and advanced people make. Always sticking to the same rep range. There is a rep range that is believed to better for building muscle and even though there's a lot of debate about what the best rep range is most people will agree that it falls somewhere between 6 to 12 reps. The best results that I noticed were always within a narrower rep range of 5 or 6 to 8 reps. However by constantly sticking to this same rep range you're going to have a lot of trouble making progress especially after you're no longer a beginner and results start slowing down. This is why you want to spend time with three different rep ranges low moderate and high. Your moderate rep range could be 6 to 8 reps. Your low rep range wlcould be roughly 3 to 4 reps and your high rep range could be 12 to 15 reps. You would spend two to three weeks working on each rep range and you would do this because each rep range has benefits that will transfer over to the other rep ranges helping you get stronger and build muscle faster. The three to four rep range allows you to lift a much heavier weight which will then make the weight that you were using for your moderate and higher rep ranges a lot easier allowing you to lift heavier weights for those rep ranges as well. With a high rep range of 12 15 or even 20 reps you'll be increasing your endurance and your body will adapt to an increased production of lactic acid. This will help you squeeze out extra reps at the moderate rep range and even the low rep range with the very heavyweight. Breaking up your work out into periods of low moderate and high rep ranges is known as periodization and this will allow you to continuously increase the intensity of your workouts in the shortest amount of time possible ultimately leading to some very impressive results. Your body is very good at adapting and periodization is a great way to constantly keep it guessing which is a big plus when it comes to building muscle. The next mistake is undervaluing the importance of food. If you happen to be a hardgainer you have to eat a lot of food to build muscle. if you're not a hardgainer you still have to eat a lot of food to just not as much. Muscle is metabolically active tissue and due to our biology and the way that we've evolved our bodies try to conserve energy whenever they can to ensure that we don't starve. So from an energy conservation standpoint your body doesn't want to build muscle and you're going to have to force it into growth.

They each represent many other projects awaiting approval and funding in cities and towns across America. Texas Bullet Train Cost: $10 billion A bullet train in Texas would help ease traffic in Houston and Dallas that will only get worse as the Lonestar state continues to grow. A road trip from one city to the other will take up to 6.5 hours in the next twenty years. Modeled after Japan’s Shinkansen train, the Texas Central High-Speed Rail will cut that journey to just over three hours thanks to max speeds of 250 miles per hour. South Carolina Dams Cost: $700 million Heavy rains in 2015 breached more than 50 dams in South Carolina, causing flooding throughout the state. It’s an emergency that will keep happening if the more than 600 dams rated as high-hazard aren’t modernized. Dams are aging nationwide and need more than $20 billion in repairs and upgrades. Maryland Purple Line Cost: $5.6 billion The Washington DC area has some of the worst traffic in the country. Extending the existing metro system to the suburbs by adding another metro line with 21 new stations will make everyone’s commute shorter, and will take an estimated 17,000 cars off the road. Denver I-70 East Cost: $1.7 billion Denver has an ambitious plan to take back land from the interstate by plunging part of the I-70 East underground to create a large park with sports fields and performance spaces. The project will also modernize and widen the 60-plus-year-old road to ensure its structural integrity and ease congestion within the sprawling Denver area. Miami Sea Wall Cost: $20 billion Miami is already dealing with the effects of climate change with the installation of 80 pumping stations. But when sea levels rise just 5 more feet, 96% of the city will be underwater, making it America’s most vulnerable urban area to a changing climate. To survive, it will need to significantly expand its levee system and build a multi-billion dollar seawall. Northeast Corridor Maglev Cost: $100 billion The highly populated northeast corridor of the U.S. desperately needs to expand its high-speed rail network to keep pace with the best cities in the world. Right now, the fastest train is the Acela, whose top speed is just 125 miles per hour. A maglev train connecting New York to DC could hit 300 mph and cut the commute from four hours to one. Project Clean Lake Cost: $3 billion Old sewer lines aren’t properly functioning, resulting in raw sewage streaming into Lake Erie from Cleveland during storms. Project clean lake is a 25-year renewal plan that uses a variety of green methods, including the construction of seven tunnels, to solve the problem. The Gordie Howe International Bridge Cost: $2.1 billion To allow for more people and goods to pass through the Detroit-Windsor, Canada section of the border, the Gordie Howe International Bridge will provide uninterrupted traffic flow. When complete, the project will increase daily vehicle crossings by 30%. California High-Speed Rail Cost: $65 billion Phase 1 of California’s high-speed rail project should open by 2030. It aims to connect Los Angeles to San Francisco in just three hours, compared to the nearly six hours it now takes to drive the route. It will be the first high-speed rail project on the U.S. west coast and will eventually extend to San Diego and Sacramento, the state’s capitol. Hudson River Rail Tunnel Cost: $100 billion 200,000 daily passenger trips are made through the only rail tunnel connecting Manhattan and New Jersey. 100 years old and severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy, it badly needs an upgrade. The proposed Hudson River Rail Tunnel megaproject would modernize the existing tunnel and add a second one in order to ease congestion and wait time for commuters.

POV - FLYING - Watch in HD! This is by far the hardest flying video I've had to make. It was a very difficult story to tell about a pivotal flight from my more than 15 years of VFR flying experience. Luckily I had 2 GoPros along for the ride. I tried to tell the story in a thorough yet engaging way; thus, it was the most work I've put into editing one of these; (~20 hours!) so I hope you enjoy it! I am sharing so that others can learn from my close call, and avoid falling into the trap of "get-home-itis". How did a safe and conscientious pilot such as myself get into this situation? This "should have" been a routine flight, but the lesson here is that there is no such thing as a "routine flight". Many variables contributed to the chain of events that lead to this flight going the way it did. I try to explore them all and share the lessons I learned in doing so. Thankfully, the outcome was good. This flight inspired me to finally start IFR training which I'd been considering doing for years. I still plan to fly privately for fun, and don't intend to do much "actual" IFR flying... (I'll do my best to maintain IFR currency and practice, but I won't be shooting approaches to minimums on a regular basis). DISCLAIMER: I am a "weekend warrior" private pilot, I fly for fun with no intentions of going commercial. I have had my PPL for over 15 years, but still consider each flight a learning experience - I generally take detailed notes after each flight to remind myself what went well or what I could do to improve.... Having the GoPro cameras to record flights like this is invaluable. Well, my generic answer to “best time” to do anything is always going to be, when YOU can get to it. Some of us can maybe only go to the gym before work or after work or we’re so busy, it can only be on the weekends. So, whenever YOU can get to it, then do it. Don’t overthink it. Plan it, schedule it and then DO IT consistently and you’ll get results. However, in an ideal world, there IS a best time to exercise for building muscle. Now, the first rule for building muscle is to optimize your hormones. This is extremely important and I’ll get to that in a minute, so make sure you watch to the end of the video. The second rule for building muscle is you need to FEED it and thus, you have to eat a good amount of extra food. There’s NO way around it. Food is your most anabolic substance. You can exercise all you want. You can sleep all day long. You can take lots of steroids. But if you don’t eat enough food, gaining muscle is going to be very difficult. So you want to make sure you eat at least ONE good meal and preferably, 2 or 3, BEFORE you go to the gym. You need to fill up your muscles with enough fuel - protein, carbs and fats - so you can have a good workout, be strong and have stamina to lift heavy weights, for enough sets and reps. The more VOLUME (sets x reps) you can do and still RECOVER, the more muscle you’ll grow. And recovery starts with food. So, don’t even think about going to the gym first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach. You’ll just burn away your muscles. You’ll have no fuel and your body will readily burn MUSCLE before fat for energy - especially because you’re lifting weights, which uses muscle (protein). It’s different than doing cardiovascular exercise, which CAN be done on an empty stomach and I’ll do an entire video about that later. Additionally, you want to feed the muscle at least 2 good meals after your workout. Which means, don’t workout last thing at night and then go to sleep on an empty stomach. #1 Best Case Scenario Thus, in an ideal scenario, you’d eat 3 meals, go to the gym and then eat 3 more meals. Of course, not everyone can do this - especially if they have a job. Unless they workout during their lunch hour, which a lot of my clients do. Or your in school and you can take off an hour and go to the gym. Anyway, IF you can do this, great. This is the best option. Three meals before and after your workout. #2 Second Option Second best option would be a morning workout -- You’d eat one good meal (breakfast) and then go the gym and then eat the rest of your meals during the day. Morning are better because you’ll get energized and burn more calories the rest of the day. #3 Last Option Third best option would be a night workout -- You’d come home after work for example, go to the gym, eat a good solid meal and then go to sleep an hour or two later. This is the last option because exercise increases body temperature and cortisol levels, which stimulates the nervous system (CNS) and thus - makes sleeping more difficult. But, this is better than no workout. BOTTOM LINE: You need to get at least ONE meal before and after your workout. Intermittent Fasting If you’re doing some kind of intermittent fasting, I would suggest the same thing. Break your fast with at least one meal, then go to the gym and eat again after. This of course depends on how long you’re fasting for. But if you’re going to eat for 8 hours, that gives you plenty of time to feed the muscle before and after the workout. It’s All About Your Hormones As I stated earlier, (genetics aside) muscle growth is ALWAYS dependant on your hormones. This is why women can never get as big as men. This is why a guy in his 50’s and older, will never look as good as he did in his 20’s -- all having to do with your hormones. Now, the great part is you can always optimize and maximize your hormones naturally, at any age. ======================================== Thank you for watching. In this video, I cover this and many other muscle gaining mistakes that could be holding you back from building the mass you should be from your workouts. You don’t even have to be a beginner to benefit from this video, as many advanced lifters can still be making many of these mistakes. The first big workout or muscle gaining mistake is to overtrain. Now despite what you may have been told, overtraining is a very real thing that befalls many lifters during their attempts to build muscle mass fast. They fall for the concept of more is better not realizing that if they are going to attempt to lift without the assistance of ped’s then their capacity to recover will be limited. With a healthy respect for one’s ability to recover from hard workouts, you can carefully walk the line between overtraining and not overtraining and use that to build as much muscle as you can naturally. That said, the next mistake is even more rampant than the first and that is under training. Simply attending a gym does not grant you the right to build muscle. You actually have to put in the work when you are there if you want to see appreciable muscle gains. Many people will hit the gym and never bring enough intensity to their training to see their muscles grow and grow quickly. In fact, once you master the balance between over and under training you will see that it is actually not that difficult to tip in your favor. By trading in workout length for intensity you will be able to build muscle mass while working out less. Your increased exercise and workout intensity will lead to faster muscle growth and more time to allow your body to recover and grow back strong. Speaking of strong, no solid physique is built without becoming strong on your foundation exercises like the bench press, deadlift and squat. That said, many people who struggle to gain muscle are often the same people who skip out on doing these exercises. There is a valid reason for it. These exercises can be intimidating to those who lack the strength and technique to perform them. Opting for easier versions however like concentration curls and pushups is not the answer long term. Start performing these exercises and build your confidence with them and you will see your muscles build and grow as well. Nutritionally, eating either too few calories or not enough nutrient dense calories will derail your pursuit of more muscle. Nutrition is and always will be a very important part of the equation. If you want to gain muscle you need to have your diet plan and meal plans in place to support your new muscle growth. Stop thinking that just because you are getting in enough calories that you have the goods to grow muscle. You may not. If you don’t have enough quality, nutrient dense calories coming in you will find it almost impossible to gain muscle fast or at all. What a tool! Elon Musk shows off what SpaceX will use to build BFR spaceship Elon Musk just unveiled a giant tool SpaceX will use to build the biggest and most powerful spaceship in history Introductions Elon Musk, the founder of SpaceX, just showed off a huge development in his quest to build the largest and most powerful spaceship in history. SpaceX is designing the launch system with two fully-reusable parts: a 191-foot-tall rocket booster and a 157-foot-tall spaceship, which sits on top. Once assembled, a BFR would stand about 15% taller than the Statue of Liberty and be able to launch 100 people and 150 tons of cargo into orbit around Earth. After a refueling in space, a ship could reach Mars in about 6 months. According to Musk, most of SpaceX's engineering resources are now focused on BFR — and the spaceship in particular. Keeping that in mind in this video, Engineering Today will analyze Elon Musk posted photo of a giant cylinder to Instagram. What Musk's new photo reveals? Could SpaceX Mars’s mission happen sooner than we think? So, Let’s start. WHAT MUSK'S NEW PHOTO REVEALS Musk's image is small and grainy, and SpaceX did not immediately respond to a request for more details; yet the image nonetheless reveals quite a bit. A Tesla Model 3 is about 15.5 feet long, which means the tool next to it is about 30 feet in diameter and 40 feet long. The internal supports and central spindle also hint that the whole thing can rotate. The dimensions match Musk's latest description of the BFR spaceship. Likewise, the spinning backs up SpaceX's plan to build the spaceship almost entirely out of carbon-fiber: a super-lightweight, ultra-strong material. This is why many rocket manufacturers now weave carbon-fiber thread into fuel tanks and other parts. If a rocket's weight can be reduced, heavier payloads can reach space; for larger vessels, this can translate to thousands of pounds of cargo. Safety is also improved, since carbon-fiber holds up better against the punishing forces of launch. The company uses some of the material in its Falcon Heavy rocket system, for example. And in October 2017, Musk revealed a nearly 40-foot-wide cryogenic fuel tank made out of the stuff. Spacex developed a new carbon-fiber matrix that's much stronger and more capable than anything before, and it holds 1,200 tons of liquid oxygen. HOW THE CARBON-FIBER SPACESHIP TOOL MIGHT WORK Carbon-fiber thread on its own isn't of too much use to aerospace engineers. But when the material is woven, impregnated with glues, and cured with heat, it takes on otherworldly properties. The most precise way to create it is with robots. A robot weaves a carbon-fiber filament around a spinning tank in a diamond pattern. Afterward, it winds a coating of adhesives around the tank, and then workers cure the whole thing in an oven to create the final carbon-fiber composite material. For now, as Musk's photo shows, the tool is being kept in a tent — most likely the 20,000-square-foot tent that SpaceX recently put up at a nearby site at the port. Eventually, SpaceX will need some very large robots decked out with weaving, adhesives, and heat-curing tools. To get a sense of how SpaceX's super-size carbon-fiber molding operation might work, the picture shows, how a robot at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in 2014 worked on a fuel tank that stretched 18 feet in diameter: SPACEX MARS MISSION COULD HAPPEN SOONER Once a BFR spaceship body is formed into a leak-proof shell, it will likely be removed from its mold. SpaceX engineers will then have to attach four room-size Raptor rocket engines and two other engines, plus all of the other internal propellant tanks, plumbing, and electronics that a rocket requires. The first enormous BFR spaceship — about 35 feet longer than NASA's space shuttle orbiters — could be built, shipped to SpaceX's testing facility in McGregor, Texas, and start "short hopper flights" by early 2019. Conclusions Assuming the spaceship doesn't blow up during its testing, SpaceX will move on to the BFR booster. Musk said late last year that his "aspirational" timeline for a first BFR launch to Mars will happen 2022, followed by the first crewed mission in 2024. He hopes to eventually colonize Mars with BFR spaceships as a backup plan for humanity. Musk said at the South by Southwest festival in March, that - "It will start off building just the most elementary infrastructure, just a base to create some propellant, a power station, blast domes in which to grow crops — all of the sort of fundamentals without which you cannot survive". "And then really there's gonna be an explosion of entrepreneurial opportunity, because Mars will need everything from iron foundries to pizza joints. I think Mars should really have great bars: the Mars Bar."

Embattled by the controversy over the procurement of 36 Rafale fighters from France, the defence ministry is initiating a slew of defence acquisitions, worth almost Rs 4 trillion. These would take years to fructify but would allow the Bharatiya Janata Party to claim while campaigning for elections that it was safeguarding India’s defence. These include the procurement of 110 fighter aircraft worth about Rs 1.25 trillion, 57 naval fighters worth Rs 750 billion, S-400 air defence systems worth Rs 400 billion, artillery guns worth Rs 150 billion, rifles worth Rs 100 billion, warships worth Rs 350 billion and two naval helicopter purchases for an estimated Rs 250 billion. All these are, while urgently needed, potentially controversial. But there is a low-hanging fruit: Project 75-I — a Rs 400-billion purchase that is operationally vital, relatively non-controversial and which includes a sizeable component of “Make in India”. This involves building six submarines in the country, with an Indian vendor taking essential technology from a foreign original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The tendering process has already begun. Global submarine OEMs were issued a “request for information (RFI)” in June 2017 and responses received in October. The navy chief has revealed that four global vendors had responded: Rosoboronexport from Russia, ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (TKMS) from Germany, Kockums from Sweden, and Naval Group from France — which is already partnering Mazagon Dock Ltd (MDL), Mumbai, in building six Scorpene submarines in India. Japan’s Mitsubishi Heavy Industries was asked whether it would offer its vaunted Soryu-class submarine but, surprisingly, given Tokyo was willing to supply submarines to the Australian navy, declined to participate. To partner the four OEMs in the fray, the Navy has launched the process to select an Indian “strategic partner (SP)”, which would, under the new SP model of procurement, receive technology from the OEMs to build the submarine in India. The procurement process involves selecting the right combination of OEM and SP, evaluating technical capability, technology on offer and the price quoted. While Admiral Lanba breezily stated he was hopeful “we’ll be able to make progress on this case by the end of 2018”, he did not define “progress” and the complexity of this procurement seems likely to delay it interminably. Given India’s need to counter China’s growing presence in the Indian Ocean, many more submarines are urgently needed. China will soon operate 60 submarines and, with the Indian Navy down to barely 15 submarines, even the neglected Pakistan Navy poses a daunting submarine threat. India’s 30-year plan, made out in 1999, to build 24 submarines has so far yielded just one boat (submariners quaintly refer to their lethal vessels as “boats”) with five more in the pipeline. It is essential, therefore, to kick-start Project 75-I.Instead of wasting another five years toing-and-froing on the procurement (a conservative time-frame, given the defence ministry’s contracting record), Indian interests demand that Project 75-I must be awarded immediately on “nomination” basis. The winners select themselves: Larsen & Toubro with Russia’s Rosoboronexport as the technology partner. The two must work together to build six Amur-class boats, driven by air independent propulsion (AIP) developed recently by the Defence R&D Organisation (DRDO). The defence ministry must mandate indigenous content of 50 per cent for the first boat and 60 per cent for subsequent vessels. Tight timelines must be laid down, with financial penalties for infringements. It is essential to spell out the logic for this bold recommendation. First, the selection of a Russian partner would conform to India’s 30-year submarine plan, in which the Union cabinet has mandated that if the first six boats are of western origin, the second six be of eastern origin, with the last 12 of Indian design, incorporating the best of east and west. China has published four outer space probe plans for the near future on Tuesday, and made public a plan for developing heavy lift carrier rockets, said Wu Yanhua, deputy director of China National Space Administration. He made the statement at a press conference on Tuesday on the occasion of the release of a white paper on China space activities in 2016 and major tasks for the next five years, titled "China's Space Activities in 2016." "Our future deep space probe projects consist of four major tasks. First, we will launch our first Mars probe around 2020. Based on that, we will plan for a second probe mission on Mars, bringing back samples from Mars, and carrying out scientific analysis and researches on the structure, material content, the environment on Mars. And, for the other two tasks, we will carry out an asteroid exploration and an exploration to Jupiter and another planet," said Wu. And there really is no better solution for doing just that, when you simply don't eat your bodies insulin levels are naturally at their lowest. However, what most people don't realize is that even if you fast perfectly, once you break your fast you can spike your blood sugar and insulin levels high enough to cause your body to actually store fat rather than burn it. So if you want to burn fat at the fastest rate the goal has to be to keep your insulin levels low even after breaking your fast. We can do that by understanding some basic principles and then making a decision on what to eat during your feeding window around those key concepts. First let's get the obvious out of the way.... sweets, processed foods, and junk food will spike your insulin levels the highest while providing the lowest amount of nutrients. So if you want to burn fat faster after breaking your fast stick only to real wholesome single ingredient foods. Most of these foods you'll find by sticking to the outside aisles of your local grocery store or supermarket while avoiding the inner aisles. Next you have to know that carbohydrates have the biggest impact on your insulin levels, certain types of dairy have equally as big of an impact, other sources of protein have a moderate impact, and fat has the smallest impact. By not overindulging in carbohydrates and dairy after breaking your fast you'll already be miles ahead of most people. Since fasting is supposed to be a flexible dieting structure, I don't want you to restrict your carbs or dairy to nothing. In fact by doing that it'll probably make you want to have them even more. Instead I want you to break your fast with a large serving of vegetables in order to fill your stomach up and take the edge off your hunger. Then move on to your protein & fat sources, and then if you're still hungry you can move on to some low glycemic carbohydrates & dairy. This will allow you to limit your insulin spikes during your feeding window without actually thinking about it & without restrictions. Let's move on to the second way to burn fat faster that goes hand in hand with the first tip we just went over. I'm talking about keto fasting. Keto fasting is a combination of the ketogenic diet & fasting. This will make your diet a little less flexible because you will have to adhere to a certrain macronutrient split, but it's an incredibly effective way to speed up the amount of fat lost from fasting. Here you would start by setting up a regular intermittent fasting & feeding window. An common example would be to break your fast at 1 o clock & then switch back to fasting at 9 o clock. But during that 8 hour feeding window, with this method you'll actually want to keep your carbohydrate consumption under only 5 to 10 percent of your total daily caloric intake. This means no grains, no starchy veggies, & only berries for your fruit. You'll also want to keep your protein intake right around 15 to 20 percent of your daily intake because remember protein is also insulinogenic, & your fat should be around 75 percent of your total calories. Florence may evolve into a serious direct threat. Florence is a relatively small tropical system, and small tropical systems are very vulnerable to both ideal and poor environmental conditions. After forming near the Cabo Verde Islands last weekend, Florence became the first Category 4 hurricane of the 2018 Atlantic season as it entered a zone of low wind shear and sufficiently warm waters last week. Wind shear is the increase in wind speed and change in wind direction with either increasing altitude or over a horizontal distance. High wind shear can prevent a tropical storm from forming and cause a well-developed hurricane to weaken. A zone of strong wind shear has caused Florence to weaken to a tropical storm. Additional fluctuations in strength are anticipated. Over the next few days, wind shear is forecast to diminish, while at the same time Florence moves over much warmer water. As a result, AccuWeather meteorologists expect Florence to gain strength. The movement of Florence is likely to remain steady in the short term, but a deviation in the path may develop this week. "An area of high pressure over the central Atlantic will bridge westward and join with an existing high pressure near the U.S. East coast over the next several days," according to AccuWeather Hurricane Expert Dan Kottlowski. "This setup will guide Florence on a west to northwesterly course this week," Kottlowski said. If the high pressure area weakens, then Florence may be able to curve northward then northeastward out to sea with impacts in the U.S. limited to an indirect nature with rough surf and heavy seas. However, if the high pressure area remains strong, then Florence may complete a 3,500-mile-long journey over the Atlantic and be guided right into the U.S. East Coast somewhere from the Carolinas to southern New England sometime during the second half of the week. AccuWeather meteorologists are favoring this latter solution, which will bring more severe impacts to the U.S. East Coast. Depending on the strength of Florence at that time, such a landfall could have severe consequences in terms of wind damage, coastal storm surge and inland flooding from torrential rainfall. The flood risk would be even higher for areas in the eastern U.S. that have seen rounds of heavy rain in recent weeks. There is the potential for Florence to regain Category 4 hurricane status this week. States of emergency have already been declared in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia due to the possible impacts from Florence. Prior to the chance of Florence reaching the U.S. East Coast, Bermuda will face rough surf and an increase in rip currents as the storm likely passes to the south of the island. Swells propagating outward will build northwestward a thousand miles ahead of Florence this week. The swells will make for rough seas along and well off the U.S. coast, Bermuda, the northern shores of the Caribbean islands and the south- and southeast-facing shores of the Canada Maritimes. The surf may be especially hazardous, since most lifeguards are not on duty past Labor Day. There is the potential for significant beach erosion in lieu of a direct strike. "While it is too early to change plans, all interests along the East Coast of the U.S. should closely monitor the movement of Florence," Kottlowski said. If property owners in these areas have not yet prepared for hurricane season and formulated a plan of action, now may be the time. There is the potential that cruise lines may have to alter their itinerary and freighters may have to delay or alter their routes.

AB trains like an athlete with a push, pull, legs workout composed of strength, body control and explosiveness circuits. Watch as Jeff takes Antonio through each and even joins him at the end for a little head to head action. Some of the key takeaways from this workout are first and foremost the work ethic that Antonio Brown displays even far away from the field. The story is well known how AB was overlooked on Draft Day and has had to let his hard work get him to the top of his position and in the NFL history books. He is intent on being the best and from watching his workout it is clear to see why he is confident he can. It starts with a push circuit consisting of an incline dumbbell bench press. The weights should be kept heavier here (with AB working up to one hundred pound dumbbells for lower reps) and then immediately proceeding to a pushup. The difference in how Antonio does his pushups is that he focuses not on pushing into the ground to move his body but rather squeezing his body off the ground. The hands obviously cannot be brought together since they are grounded to the floor however the act of pushing inward to drive the body up has the ability to more heavily activate the chest. As always, it is important for athletes that slow down the pace of movement with heavier weights to once again speed up and be explosive. That can be seen in the last two exercises of the giant circuit. The first of which is the speed dumbbell overhead press. Here the goal is to not just explosively push the dumbbells up overhead but also pull them down. Fatigue sets in quickly but the goal is to become more resilient to the burn and keep pushing for the specified time. The last and most athletic of the circuit is the burpee ball pass. Here you are looking for total body quickness and agility. Can he be quick enough to throw the ball against the wall, pop back up and be in position ready to catch the ball on the rebound. He has to be fast and powerful in order to do it correctly. The workout continues with an additional push circuit centered around the use of a sled. The sled allows for explosiveness that is unable to be achieved when using weights. The reason is, you get to push the sled away from the body rather than having to decelerate weight that remains in your hand. Here, Antonio Brown drives the sled away with every individual rep and does so as powerfully as possible. From here, leg workout circuits and pull workout circuits are completed as well. In the final pull circuit, Antonio challenges ATHLEAN-X trainer Jeff Cavaliere to join him in the workout. The head to head motivation that comes from a trainer training along with his client is something that cannot be duplicated any other way and is often the impetus for hard, strong workouts. The key to getting jacked from any workout is effort. That is something that Antonio Brown is never lacking. His ability to outwork, outhustle, and simply outperform the rest is what has gotten him to the top of the NFL and will keep him there until the Pittsburgh Steelers win a championship. Great White Shark If you’ve been on a boat out on the ocean, a Jaws attack has probably crossed your mind. Even if it’s just barely!! Then of course you rationalize that the chances of that happening are practically 0. Practically. That’s what Terry Selwood, a 73-year-old Australian fisherman learned in 2017, when a great white shark leapt out of the water, into his boat!! 9. An Eagle Ray Rays seem like beautiful, serene creatures - but they can be extremely dangerous, even if you’re on the relative safety of a large tourist boat. In 2011, Jenny Hausch had rented a 26-foot catamaran for her family to take a trip in Florida. Sounds really nice right? 8. Swordfish In 2017, Alan Pope, a British tourist, was on a boat trip getting ready to go snorkeling in Indonesia when everything went horribly wrong. Without any warning, a swordfish jumped out of the water and into the boat, and impaled his neck with its bill. The end snapped off, and left six inches of the sword still jabbed inside his neck, just millimeters from instantly killing him. 7. Sperm Whales The Gulf of Alaska is a prime fishing location, especially for those trying to catch black cod. In these waters, though, there is a much larger creature that also likes eating the fish- sperm whales. They are the ocean’s largest toothed predators, and while they are quite capable of catching food for themselves, they much prefer taking the easy route. 6. Giant Squid Mostly creatures of legend, giant squids are mentioned in many old mariners tales of dangers at sea. But they are rarely seen, let alone involved in attacking boats. So when a team of French sailors came face to face with one in 2003, they almost didn’t believe it!! 5. Bull Shark You might think that a great white shark would be the most problematic shark species to boats, but there’s another type that can be more aggressive, and more likely to risk an encounter. 4. Jellyfish Sometimes it’s the smallest things that can have the biggest effect, something that became ever so apparent in 2017 when Chinese scientists were investigating why their aircraft carriers were experiencing difficulties. They found that large swarms of Jellyfish were getting caught up in the propulsion systems! This would stop the ships dead in their tracks, or cause the engines to overheat and cause extreme damage. 3. Mako Shark This next story took place just last year, 2017 in Long Island, New York. A fishing charter boat was taking guests to the location where they find the widest variety of fish, when suddenly a Mako shark jumped onto the side of the boat. Unfortunately for the fish, it managed to get itself stuck in the handrail of the boat and, despite thrashing about, it couldn’t free itself. 2. Black Marlin Game fishing is a popular pastime for many enthusiasts, but when you’re chasing after some of the largest and most powerful marine creatures on earth, you have to be ready for the unpredictable. Again last year, things went very wrong indeed for a fishing boat off the coast of Panama. They had caught a black marlin, a species that can weight up to 1500 pounds and reach speeds of up to 50 miles per hour. 1. Killer Whale If you’ve ever watched a nature documentary that’s featured Killer Whales, you’ll be all too familiar how organised and clever they can be. Pods work together to catch prey, and even tilt ice flows to trap seals. When they turn these skills towards human activity, the results can be frightening. In order to have your abs to show, you need to reduce your body fat (have a decent diet that facilitates your body fat reduction) and perform cardio the 1st thing in the morning. Now that you have the body fat reduced, you need to develop the abs and create separations. Here's how... Alpha's Go To Ab Routine Basic bench crunch - after getting into position, keep legs slightly bent, come up and pause. Alpha gives alternates for less and more intense options. 15 reps with dumbbell then 15 reps without the weight. Do three (3) sets of 30 reps. Hanging Leg Raises - Alpha gives options to perform this exercise with pros and cons. It's about control, that little squeeze, and that little pause. He gives options to make the exercises less and more challenging. He also gives an option to hit the obliques. Go for three (3) sets. Cable Crunch - it's a personal favorite of Alpha but is more difficult to feel. Your butt doesn't move. Only the upper body moves with a pause. Go for 15 - 20, three (3) sets. The Ball Crunch - not the most masculine looking but one of the most effective. Chin to ceiling with the ball in the small of your back, go up, pause, and down. If you quiver, all of your muscles are engaged. You don't need to go super fast. Go 10 slow with a pause. Then go for 10 pulses. It's a great way to finish off those abs! String of two of these together for a superset. Alternate back and forth for 3 sets. Perform twice a week with a few days in between. If you squeeze, go slow, and contract, you'll feel it for days. That one rocket, which is still the Tallest, heaviest and most powerful ever built, was the Saturn V, which was designed to take men to the moon and later launched the first American Space station, Skylab. But if things had been a little different back in the 60’s we might have had a different rocket to hang on the bedroom walls of the space fans of the 70’s and 80’s. In the early 1960’s, a rocket was designed which made the Saturn V look small comparison. This was the Sea Dragon, a super heavy lift rocket that would have been 10 times more powerful with 80 Million lb’s of thrust compared to the Saturn’s 7.8 million and that was from just one massive engine. It was designed to lift a payload of 1,100,000 lbs into orbit, compared to the 310,000 lbs of the Saturn V. This meant it could have lifted an entire space station into Low Earth Orbit in one mission. The rocket bell of this single engine would be so large at 75 feet in diameter, that you could fit the entire first stage of a Saturn V with all 5 of its F1 engines inside with room to spare. So what happened to the Sea Dragon and why didn’t it get built ?. At the time of the design in 1962, it was thought that by the 1970’s, 80’s and beyond, thousands of people would be working in space and on the moon, even on Mars and as such, rockets with huge lifting capabilities would have been in great demand as they would dramatically lower the cost of getting materials into space. The sea dragon was designed by Robert Truax, a US Navy Captain and Rocket engineer. He was one of the pioneers of American rocketry and worked on the Thor and Polaris missiles amongst others. His team debriefed the German Rocket engineers at the end of World War 2 including Werner Von Braun who went on to design the Saturn V. Traux believed it was complexity that drove up the cost of rockets and not their size. His designs for the Sea Dragon were very simple but very big.
