Aside from your daily dental hygiene routine and regular visits to the dentist, taking supplements and vitamins to strengthen the teeth is important as these build the foundation for a healthier mouth. As we age, our bodies are stripped of nutrients that we need to prevent mouth diseases and eventually, tooth loss. Here are some vitamins and supplements to take to give your teeth more strength as told by a Kirkland, WA dentist. http://www.cheungdds.com/

Vitamin-C is probably one of the most talked about vitamins around, yet almost one third of Americans aren’t consuming enough! A potent antioxidant, Vitamin-C known to fight free radicals in the body and plays a vital role in overall health. Concerned you might be Vitamin-C deficient? Here are some signs you should be watching for: 1.Slow Wound Healing If you notice your cuts and scrapes are slow to heal, have a closer look at your diet. As Vitamin-C is essential to the formation of collagen in the skin – a new connective tissue that binds a healing wound, a lack will lead to slow healing. Along with playing a role in collagen formation in healing wounds, Vitamin-C acts as a powerful antioxidant and immune-system booster – both of which encourage faster healing. 2.Dry or Splitting Hair and Nails A shiny head of hair and strong nails can often be a good indicator of a balanced-diet. Likewise, a lackluster mane that is dry and splitting may highlight a problem. Because hair is a non-essential tissue, nutrients such as Vitamin-C are sent to more important organs and tissues first, before making their way to the hair. So if you have less than ideal levels of the vitamin, you may find your hair is suffering. Furthermore, Vitamin-C is vital for the absorption of iron – a deficiency of which can cause chronic hair loss and slow hair growth, along with brittle and concave nails. 3.Swollen and Painful Joints Pain and swelling of the joints caused by inflammatory arthritis may be another sign you need to overhaul your diet. A 2004 study, conducted in Great-Britain, found that people who had low levels of Vitamin-C were 3-times more likely to develop rheumatoid arthritis than those whose diets included foods rich in the vitamin. 4.Swollen, Bleeding or Inflamed Gums Oral-health problems, like swollen or bleeding gums or recurrent mouth ulcers, are often linked to suboptimal levels of Vitamin-C. Again, collagen is important as it supports the gums. It’s estimated that gums turn over at least 20% of their collagen every day, meaning regular hits of Vitamin-C are vital for good teeth and gums. Low levels of the vitamin are linked with an increased risk of gum-disease which can range from simple gum inflammation to major soft tissue damage! 5.Poor Immune Function The immune-system, our body’s protection against infection and disease, is strongly influenced by the intake of nutrients, particularly Vitamin-C. Several cells in our immune-system need the vitamin to perform their tasks so naturally a deficiency leads to a reduced resistance against certain pathogens. Getting enough Vitamin-C means that our immune system will be in tip-top shape to reduce the risk, severity and duration of certain infectious diseases. The National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements recommends that men over the age of 18 get 90-mg of Vitamin-C a day from their diet, while women need 75-mg. Foods contain high levels of Vitamin-C are Sweet red pepper, Orange juice, Grapefruit juice, Kiwifruit, broccoli And strawberries. http://www.nutrusta.co/ubiquinolultra Try Nutrusta Ubiquinol Ultra brand Coenzyme Q10 supplement with better absorption, replaces 200, 300, 400, 600 mg. https://www.nutrusta.com/products/ubiquinol-coq10 https://www.amazon.com/Ubiquinol-CoQ10-VESIsorb-Kaneka-100mg/dp/B00KB2XSG0/ Today, we'll talk about the 4 Proven Benefits of CoQ10 and one BIG problem you should be aware of if you're planning to take or already take CoQ10 supplements. Coenzyme Q10 or CoQ10 is a fat-soluble compound found in virtually every cell membrane in the human body. It is most abundant in the heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas. CoQ10 exists in either Ubiquinone (the inactive form), or Ubiquinol (the active form). The body can synthesize its own CoQ10 from tyrosine or phenylalanine, aided by vitamin B6, but as we age (or take statin drugs), CoQ10 production decreases. CoQ10 has two main biochemical functions: CoQ10 is vital for energy production. It moves electrons in the mitochondria to enable life-sustaining biochemical reactions, specifically the conversion of glucose into ATP. CoQ10 as Ubiquinol is the most powerful fat-soluble antioxidant in the body. As a "reduced" compound, Ubiquinol either donates extra electrons to appease the free radicals that are trashing the body, or regenerate weakened antioxidants. Related video: ---------------------- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R0WNijKmJRs CoQ10 Could Reduce Blood Pressure CoQ10 supplementation could moderately lower systolic blood pressure by up to 17 points and diastolic blood pressure by up to 10 points in hypertensive individuals, perhaps by promoting vasodilatory actions of Nitric Oxide.1 It Supports Heart and Skeletal Muscles CoQ10 supplementation could significantly improve heart function and quality of life, as well as symptoms of heart failure like shortness of breath, fatigue and swelling, and even reduce deaths from adverse cardiac incidents.2-5 CoQ10 supplementation in heart attack survivors could improve heart function and exercise tolerance, and decrease chest pains and arrhythmias. Over the long-term CoQ10 supplementation may lower cardiac incidents and reduced rehospitalizations.6-8 In patients undergoing bypass and valve surgeries, pre-surgery CoQ10 supplementation could aid in recovery.9-11 People who are experiencing statin-related muscle weakness and pain may experience up to 50% improvement of symptoms with CoQ10 supplementation. CoQ10 May Restore Arterial Health CoQ10 supplementation may significantly improve endothelial function and restore normal blood flow in patients with atherosclerosis.12-16 Supplementation Improves Migraines CoQ10 supplementation could also significantly reduce duration, symptoms and frequency of migraine headaches.17-19 The BIG Problem Is... CoQ10 is lipophilic, insoluble in water, has limited solubility in lipids, and is a pretty large molecule. Because of its molecular structure, CoQ10 has notoriously poor absorption. When ingested as a supplement, as much as 60% of the dose will just bounce off the intestinal walls and end up in the toilet.20 THE NUTRUSTA SOLUTION Nutrusta Ubiquinol Ultra is a water-soluble formulation that combines the active, "body-ready" form of CoQ10 and the novel VESIsorb® micelle-based delivery system, clinically proven21 to ensure 6 times higher absorption and 3-fold increase in bioavailability for a maximum and sustained therapeutic levels of CoQ10 that supports heart function, energy production, and oxidant protection. All this in one 100 mg softgel capsule! Click on the link to start saving money with Nutrusta Ubiquinol Ultra today. * Individuals who are taking blood thinners are not recommended to take CoQ10 for possible drug interactions. Pregnant or lactating women are recommended to talk their doctor. **All material provided within this video is for informational and educational purposes only, and is not to be construed as medical advice or instruction. Dr. Shvartsman has incorporated vitamin K2 into his patients daily dental protocol. http://bit.ly/ERvitC Swollen Gums could benefit from one natural solution: A good swollen gum diet... Swollen gums could be an indication of of gum disease. There are several causes for a swollen gum, including: bacteria, poor brushing habits, hormones, or poor nutrition. What is the link between swollen of gums and vitamin C? The link between insufficient consumption of vitamin C and swollen gums is well known. Although vitamin C deficiency is not very common, one of the most frequent symptoms of its lack are swollen of gums. People who take less than the recommended daily dose have more chances of having a swollen gum and developing gum disease. Vitamin C can prevent swollen gums, or better, gum degeneration. Vitamin C is an antioxidant, and it helps in the repair of connective tissues and the regeneration of bones. How much daily vitamin C will prevent a swollen gum? Children ages 4-16 should have a minimum of 45mg a day, whereas adults should have 90mg a day. Many studies suggest that for optimal antioxidant protection we need as much as 500mg a day. However, it appears that most people do not even get the minimal recommended dose. Vitamin C is not only the major water-based antioxidant in your body, but can regenerate other very important antioxidants. So, poor consumption of vitamin C levels can ultimately cause decreased performance. What should you eat to prevent swollen gums? Vitamin C is abundant in many food sources. The best fruit sources of vitamin C are guava, acerola cherry, kiwifruit, orange, mango, grapefruit, and papaya. You can find vitamin C in many vegetables, the best are: green peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, .potatoes, and beans. Although whenever practical fresh fruits should be your number one choice, an always practical choice is a quality vitamin c supplement. Could a vitamin C supplement do better than food sources? Could a megadose really be the solution to prevent swollen of gums and increase performance? For the answers and more details on swollen gums and vitamin C, join us at: http://bit.ly/ERvitC

Everybody experiences bleeding gums at some point in their life. But if you’re dismissing the sight of blood in the sink when you brush your teeth, you could be putting your health at risk.Healthy gums don’t bleed, so if it’s a persistent issue, it’s a warning sign that something isn’t right. If a dentist has checked your teeth and ruled out bad dental hygiene or a rough brushing technique, a vitamin deficiency could be to blame.Vitamin C is particularly important when it comes to oral health because it helps build strong teeth and gums. Related articles Bad teeth? THIS could be why A good oral hygiene could PROTECT against cancer, study finds The antioxidant properties of vitamin C, also known as ascorbic acid, make it vital for developing and maintaining your gums.Vitamin C also plays a role in collagen synthesis, which is needed to build all our connective tissues, including bones, blood vessels and gums.Without the vitamin, our gums wouldn’t hold tight to our teeth and jawbone.Thankfully, bleeding gums and other related problems can often be easily reversed with vitamin C.Adults need 40mg of vitamin C a day, all of which you should be able to get from your diet. A-Z of vitamins and minerals Mon, September 12, 2016 Vitamins and minerals are essential nutrients that your body needs in order to work properly. Here are five signs of vitamin deficiencies that can be seen on your face: 1. Puffy Eyes. Do your eyes look extra puffy in the morning? Puffy eyes often indicate that you’re not getting enough sleep, but they can also be sign of low iodine levels in the body. Eat This: Cranberries, yogurt, kelp, potatoes, strawberries and navy beans. 2. Extremely Pale Skin. You might notice you’re looking a little pale in the dead of winter, but if your skin has become overly pale, it could be a sign that you’re lacking Vitamin B12. If your body isn’t getting enough B12, you’ll start to feel fatigued and your skin can suffer. Eat This: Salmon, red meat, fortified cereals, yogurt and Swiss cheese. 3. Dry Hair. Has your hair felt extra dry and brittle lately? Have you noticed a large amount of dandruff on your scalp? These could be signs that you’re lacking biotin or Vitamin B7. A biotin deficiency can be the result of using antibiotics. Eat This: Eggs, almonds, nuts, legumes and whole grains. 4. Pale Lips. Pale lips can be a sign that you’re lacking in iron. An iron deficiency can cause your immune system to become weak. If you’re getting sick often, it could be another sign that your body needs more iron. Eat This: Red meat, seafood, beans, dark green leafy vegetables, iron-fortified cereals and peas. 5. Bleeding Gums. If your gums have been bleeding lately, it could indicate a lack of Vitamin C in your body. Without Vitamin C, your immune system can weaken, causing muscle pain and problems with your teeth. Eat This: Oranges, red peppers, kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, strawberries and grapefruit.

According to a first of its kind double blind study done at the dental school at Loma Linda University, patients with periodontal disease were told to do exactly the same home care they have been doing - except half of the group would be taking a high absorbing supplement with ingredients specifically designed for the oral cavity and the other half would take a placebo. Nutraceuticals THE RESULTS?????? There was a significant reduction of plaque, bleeding and pocket depth in the group taking the supplement. Dental Vitamins Now, you are probably thinking…let me see some more research But we have something much better. A group of dentists have been giving their patients these exact supplements and have seen the same results as this Loma Linda study for the past 14 years! That is, they see a signification reduction of plaque, bleeding, and pocket depth in these patients. Pharmaden has even won 2 awards from Dental Town, was voted one of the top 100 products by Dentistry Today, and has been featured in Compendium (the dentistry peer reviewed magazine). Healthy Gums. Bad Breath. Vitamins For Teeth. Pharmaden is not making any claims that a supplement is going to get all of your patients healthy or cure any disease but we now realize that there are key nutrients needed to achieve and maintain oral health and healing. All dentists were taught this in school but it never occured to many of them that we should provide patients with key nutrients. But Since Americans choose to eat a average, or poor, diet and they cannot chew fresh, raw fruits and vegetables many times after treatment, a quality supplement with a double blind study would make sense for patients to take. #badbreath Your practice will come off as much more professional when you recommend a whole-food, high absorbing quality supplement specific for their oral and overall health, backed by a university study compared to telling a patient to take some over the counter, synthetic, poorly absorbed vitamin found at the store. We have collected many interview testimonials from dentists and hygienists on the home page of our website if you would like to listen to what other professionals have to say. https://pharmaden.net/testimonials/ These specific supplements can be purchased through a dental office or the patients can purchase it online from http://www.pharmaden.net. 9 Warning Signs Of Vitamin C Deficiency You Should Not Ignore ! The essential vitamin known as vitamin C is one of the most important elements in an individual's daily diet. We need Vitamin C to help contribute to good cellular growth, promote function of the circulatory system, and generally help our bodies to develop and maintain themselves. A vitamin C deficiency is a serious issue, and should be caught early and treated with natural foods or dietary supplements that contain plenty of this critical ingredient. Lots of medical experts agree that a vitamin C deficiency is fairly uncommon in most modern societies. Infant formulas and other food sources are fortified with vitamin C in order to prevent some forms of deficiency of this essential nutrient. please subscribe click the bell and watch this video until the end to know the complete information. A variety of symptoms will show that an individual is suffering from a vitamin C deficiency. Here are some of the top signs of this kind of shortage in the system. 1. Fatigue - Early on, someone with a vitamin C deficiency will tend to get tired easily and experience reduced energy. Because chronic fatigue is a symptom of so many illnesses, it can be hard to catch a specific condition based on this symptom. 2. Mood Changes - Individuals with a vitamin C deficiency may become irritable or short tempered. 3. Weight Loss - As with other "wasting conditions" someone with a vitamin C deficiency may experience sudden weight loss. 4. Joint and Muscle Aches - Chronic pain in the limbs or joints can be a symptom of a vitamin deficiency. 5. Bruising - Individuals with a vitamin C deficiency will tend to bruise easily. Excessive bruising is a sign that the body's chemistry needs to be improved. 6. Dental Conditions - Just as a healthy daily dose of vitamin C contributes to healthy teeth and gums, a deficiency can cause deterioration of the gums. Periodontal problems are a symptom of a vitamin C deficiency that has been allowed to develop to a hazardous level. This kind of deficiency was classically called "scurvy" when it happened to mariners who had no access to nutrients (or sometimes even fresh water) on long trips at sea. In today's world, it is a rare but frightening condition. 7. Dry Hair and Skin - A change in hair and skin conditions can also signal that the body is not getting enough of vitamin C and other essential vitamins and minerals. 8. Infections - When an individual does not have enough vitamin C over time, this can have a negative impact on general healing of wounds and the fighting of infections. Generally, the body's immune system will be compromised. 9. Nosebleeds. Nosebleeds are another sign of weakened blood vessels. Since collagen fortifies blood vessels in your nose, frequent nosebleeds can be a sign of weakened blood vessels and, consequently, vitamin C deficiency. A shortage of vitamin C in the system can be treated with dietary supplements. Vitamin C supplements are generally not known to have side effects, although at extremely high levels, they can cause nausea or indigestion. Those who experience any of the negative symptoms should see qualified family practice doctors to talk about what may be the issue and whether a dietary deficiency may be the root cause. Thank you for watching. please like, comment, subscribe and share with your friends and family.

Read Complete Description Below - M.S.M. stands for Methyl Sulfonyl Methane. The S in the ingredient is Sulfonyl, an Organic compound. - Sulfonyl is a naturally growing component of nature, Its largest concentrations are actually found in pine trees. (Pure gum-spirit Turpentine) To discuss the difference between Sulfur and Sulfonyl as they pertain to the human body, we need to understand Sulfur, its characteristics and origin. It is found in many different ways, and is a mineral created by years of compression in the ground. It is often dug up and processed. Although partially water-soluble, Sulfur is toxic and the body can be sensitive to large amounts of it (Liver). - On the other hand, Sulfonyl is a naturally growing component of nature found in plants, animals and in the soil. Its largest concentrations are actually found in pine trees, it's also commonly referred to as Methyl Sulfonyl Methane, or " MSM ". -- Unlike Sulfur, MSM is completely water-soluble and non-toxic. Large concentrations have not been found to do any harm to the human body. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Research the health Benefits MSM Sulfur + vitamin C or pine-tree-oil, aka, pure gum turpentine. 100% Pure Gum Spirit Pine Tree Oil is Turpentine, make sure it says 100% pure gum spirit turpentine. ---------------------------------------------------- FDA = Fraud & Deception Agency ---------------------------------------------------- MSM Supplement Uses Some of the most common uses for MSM include treating: chronic joint pain (osteoarthritis, joint inflammation, rheumatoid arthritis) leaky gut syndrome and autoimmune disorders osteoporosis and susceptibility to bone fractures bursitis, tendonitis, the development of scar tissue and other musculoskeletal pains allergies and asthma yeast infections muscle cramps constipation, ulcers, upset stomach, indigestion PMS symptoms (cramps, headaches, water retention, indigestion) stretch marks hair loss skin problems including wrinkles, sun burns (it offers some protection against UV light/wind burn), wounds, cuts, skin abrasions eye inflammation poor circulation high blood pressure fatigue oral infections, toothaches, gum disease/periodontal disease Three uses that MSM has gained the most notoriety for include: acting like an anti-atherosclerotic (preventing the hardening/thickening of arteries), chemo-preventative compound and natural anti-inflammatory. MSM seems to help the body’s natural free radical-scavenging abilities, which means it lowers oxidative stress as well as the many ailments that come along with it. It’s an effective anti-inflammatory because it blocks the release of pro-inflammatory mediators and down regulates certain harmful signals sent from the immune system that can affect the entire body.

Vitamin E is found naturally in some foods, added to others, and available as a dietary supplement. “Vitamin E” is the collective name for a group of fat-soluble compounds with distinctive antioxidant activities. It helps to protect cells from the damage, caused by free radicals. It helps to boost our immune system. It is very good for our hair, skin and heart health. 1 capsule of EVION 400 contains 400Mg of Vitamin E but our daily recommendation is just 15 Mg. It means this capsule contains 26X more Vitamin E compared to our daily recommendation, which is very dangerous for long-term usage. Does it help in bodybuilding or muscle building? Or is it all good for muscle strength? Possible Side Effects of Vitamin E – A headache & Dizziness Weakness or Tiredness Vision Changes Diarrhea or Stomach Cramps Nose Bleeding or Bleeding Gums 400 Mg dose on daily basis for several years may increase the chances of prostate cancer in males. Heart attacks are the number one cause of deaths worldwide. Atherosclerosis is hardening of the artery – it is not caused by cholesterol. Cholesterol is made by the body in large amounts. The cause is the structural weakness within the blood vessel itself. Vitamins C is a co-factor to help support the production of collagen in vascular smooth muscle. He also talks about the classic vitamin C deficiency, scurvy and on how you become deficient in vitamin C. Vitamin C Deficiency Cause (Things that can interfere your ability to absorb Vitamins C): • By developing insulin resistance • Poor eating habits or not consuming enough vegetables • Being a Smoker • Taking medications • Drinking Alcohol • Having Digestive Problems Foods High in Vitamins C • Bell Peppers • Leafy Greens • Sauerkraut • Cabbage DATA: http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/105/12/1396 https://blog.designsforhealth.com/si-42214/new-study-demonstrates-low-vitamin-c-status-in-those-with-insulin-resistance-obesity-and-in-smokers Hey guys, today we are gonna talk about vitamin C in relationship to cardiovascular health. Since heart attacks are the number 1 single cause of death worldwide, it’s a good idea just to understand all the different pieces of this puzzle so you can then minimize the damage that happen to your body and prevent the problem. We have this thing called atherosclerosis, hardening of the arteries. Sometimes people think it is caused by consuming too much cholesterol, it is not. It has been proven that it’s not caused by cholesterol, cholesterol is made by your body in large amounts, it’s gonna come in there to heal something but it is not the actual cause. The cause is the structural weakness within the blood vessel itself. The very most inner lining of the artery has something called endothelial cells and these are kind of collagen cells and you need vitamin c to keep this really really strong. Vitamin C is a co-factor to help support the production of collagen in vascular smooth muscle. You actually have muscles around the arteries that make it contract and relax. The elasticity is very important. You don’t want it to be stiff and rigid. I already done videos on how insulin could make your arteries very rigid and thick but just realize that too much insulin which causes insulin resistance can be one of the key factors of causing a vitamin c deficiency in the first place. There has been over 478 clinical trials involving supplementing with vitamin C that shows significant improvement in endothelial function. It is definitely one of the key factors involved in the cardiovascular disease because if that inner wall becomes damage, there comes the cholesterol, calcium, protein to form the clot. And vitamin C is also necessary to prevent the clot from breaking off and causing a stroke of even a heart attack so it is really important. 1. Strawberry Strawberries are powerful teeth whiteners that contain both an astringent and vitamin C. The astringent in strawberries effectively aids in the removal of surface stains while vitamin C whitens teeth by clearing away plaque. The fresh fruit contains malic acid which acts as an astringent to remove surface discoloration. Combined with baking soda, strawberries become a natural tooth-cleanser. Crush the strawberry to a pulp, then mix with the baking soda until blended. Use a soft toothbrush to spread the mixture onto your teeth. Leave on for 5 minutes, then brush thoroughly with toothpaste to remove the berry–baking soda mix. 2. Apples An apple won’t replace your toothbrush, but biting and chewing an apple stimulates the production of saliva in your mouth, reducing tooth decay by lowering the levels of bacteria. Apples also contain malic acid, a chemical used in teeth whitening products, which helps dissolve stains. Apples help to clean the plaques from the roots of the teeth naturally. 3. Bananas Packed with vitamins, minerals, potassium bananas are loaded with positive health benefits. The fruit does not stick to teeth and the inner part of the banana peel helps in whitening teeth. To whiten teeth with banana peel is very safe and healthy for teeth as banana peels are a wonderful source of minerals and vitamins. They do not have the abrasiveness that other natural whiteners have and best of all they are inexpensive. Take a piece of the inside of the banana peel and gently rub around on your teeth for about 2 minutes. 5. Oranges Eat oranges for the calcium and Vitamin C, they contain. Drinking a glass of orange juice daily would supplement the calcium in your diet and help build stronger teeth. Oranges are the perfect choice for healthy gums and teeth. The citric acid present in oranges can help control acidity levels in your mouth, especially since it encourages salivation, the body’s own mouthwash. The white inside portion of an orange peel, called the albedo, contains a number of compounds including vitamin C, limonene, glucarate, pectin and soluble fiber. Peel the orange and rub the albedo over your teeth. 6. Pineapples Pineapples can help whiten teeth. The high amount of vitamin C in pineapples is that it prevents formation of plaque and gum diseases. By eating pineapple, you are strengthening your gums to make it through the hard years later. Your gums are very important to keep healthy. The gums hold the teeth in place and your teeth would be in bad condition if you have unhealthy gums. Research shows that the enzyme bromelain in pineapples acts as a natural stain remover. Bromelain also helps break up plaque, the sticky film of bacteria that accumulates on your teeth. The bacteria in plaque produce acids that can erode the enamel of your teeth and lead to dental caries. 7. Cucumber The cucumber is a widely cultivated plant in the gourd family Cucurbitaceae. It is a creeping vine which bears cylindrical edible fruit when ripe.Cucumber juice is also beneficial for people with teeth and gums problems, especially in cases of pyorrhea. Cucumber is a good source of dietary fiber and this fiber massage in the teeth and gums. 8. Carrots Carrots contain vitamin A, which is needed for healthy tooth enamel. Eating them raw stimulates saliva, your mouth’s natural cleanser. Carrot act as natural abrasives that help in eliminating the dirt and plague from the teeth and gums. They also trigger a lot of saliva, which helps to scrub away stains on your teeth. Minerals in carrots helps to kill germs in the mouth and prevent tooth damage. 9. Celery Celery is an effective weapon against the bacteria inside your mouth. Celery is stringy, has very little color to it, and is made up of mostly water, and works well as a natural teeth cleaner. Click here to order: https://www.therawfoodworld.com/search.phtml?kw=orgono&x=0&y=0 In my previous video, we discussed how this Orgono Silica product made my hair grow faster and longer than ever before. Yes, Silica is one of the number one nutrients needed for our beauty due to the fact it is required for collagen formation. Orgono has proven through clinical studies that an increase of 19% in collagen production happens. If you bought this product, within the next 60 days you should notice an increase in your hair length. I know our beauty is important lol…. However, there are much more important things that are potentially happening when taking this product. One of the biggest misconceptions out there is that calcium is the main mineral needed for the formation and strength of our teeth and bones. However, silica is just as, or even more important… Our teeth and bones are basically made up of a matrix of protein and calcium salt deposits. The matrix components are produced first, creating a structure in which calcium salts are also deposited. The fibrous matrix is made up of collagen fibers and gives flexibility to the bone and supports tension, while calcium salt gives firmness and allows the bone to withstand pressure. Silica is the top mineral needed for this bone matrix and the calcium salt deposits into this bone matrix. There are many clinical studies proving that Silica is critical for teeth and bone health… Studies show that… Silica is needed for the accumulation of these calcium salts to be deposited into the bone. In bone issues like osteo-sarcoma, silica goes down by 50% while calcium and sulphur goes down by only 5 to 8%. Silica deficiency results in less calcium, magnesium and phosphorus concentrations. In X-rays, patients show a remineralization of the decalcified areas when Silica is taken. Silica added osteoblasts and bone marrow cells, increased bone synthesis markers, including Type I collagen. In silicon-deficient chicks and rats, the leg bones have reduced circumference, thinner cortex and reduced flexibility, and the cranial bones appeared flatter than normal. Silica accelerates the process of healing bone fractures and re-calcification. Postmenopausal women suffering from osteoporosis, not only inhibits bone resorption loss of bone mass, but also increases trabecular volume and mineral density. Rinsing silica in your mouth for a few minutes is good for treating your gums, and it was used when doing dental surgery for accelerating healing in a 5-year study. I personally swirl the Orgono Living Silica in my mouth whenever I take it. It’s a way to topically get the silica into your gums and teeth. I suppose I’m doing this for my beauty, lol…ok but regardless… I feel that silica is the most critical nutrient for building bones and teeth. So when you take Orgono Silica for your beauty like me, even more incredible things are happening internally above and beyond all this! It removes heavy metals like aluminum from your body! Studies in humans have shown an increase in urinary excretion of aluminum when taking silica. Animals fed a diet low in calcium, high in aluminum and low in silica results in accumulated aluminum in all areas of the brain. When supplemented with silica, no increase in aluminum occurred with the same diet. Silica has also been shown to reduce inflammation, has been used to alleviate eczema and psoriasis, and is incredible for the heart. Silica gives flexibility to the arteries as it’s one of the structural compounds of the vascular walls. An aorta which has suffered a stroke shows 25 times less silicon than a normal aorta. Silicon decreases arterial wall permeability and increases the intercellular mass and the thickness of elastic fibers. Silica is mainly found in fibrous plants, however, the US soils have been so depleted of minerals such as silica, and our food has way less silica than it used to. There is not even an RDA daily allowance on silica, as it is of no concern to the powers at be. Our healthy bacteria helps create silica solubility, and in todays day and age, where everyone has poor diets and are taking antibiotics, leaky gut and a lack of healthy bacteria are prevalent. So not only are we not getting enough silica, but we aren’t absorbing it either! Furthermore, silica doesn’t accumulate in the body so we need to get more each day. This Orgono Silica product is practically a miracle and one of the best things we can take for our beauty and health due to its absorption rate and how deficient we are. As we mentioned before, there is no other Silica in the world that even comes close to the absorption rate as Orgono’s (70% assimilation rate & 64x’s more absorbable than colloidal silica). It is one of the few supplements that I take daily. So be rest assured that if you got the Orgono Silica for your beauty this month at our discounted, that you are also reaping other incredible benefits.

Stress causes acid - and teeth can 'take the hit!' It happened for me. Too much going on - probably poor eating. My tooth cracked https://youtu.be/7UWICEQhcJk (two teeth) - one broke off. My gums were soft and the teeth were loose in the sockets. Scary stuff. I got the minerals and vitamins; and the cracked tooth is growing back. The other teeth are solid in the gums. The tooth cracked on April 20th - today is May 15th, and I feel my teeth are back on track. Pretty quick work. Vitamin C (heavy and frequent doses); gelatin, by way of Jello; and beef and chicken broth - for their natural gelatin. Liquid sulfur and the Vitamin K that is for bone support. Thank you God! Vitamins will heal - if they are real. It was scary finding out how bad my teeth had gotten. Very scary. This was not a case of gum disease. ~~~Nancy P.S. Cavities are a type of tooth decay that occur when certain bacteria produces an acid that destroys the tooth’s enamel. Its so powerful that it also destroys the underlying layer (the dentin). Not many people know that it's actually possible to reverse it. There are several ways to naturally reverse cavities. According to a study published in the British Medical Journal, cavities and tooth decay can potentially be reversed with a change in diet. In this study 62 children with cavities were divided into three diet groups. Group 1 ate a standard diet plus oatmeal, rich in phytic acid. Group 2 ate a normal diet and supplemented with Vitamin D, while Group 3 ate a grain-free diet and also took Vitamin D. Researchers found that Group 1, who had a diet high in grains and phytic acid, had an increase in cavities. Group 2 showed improvements in cavities, while Group 3, who followed a grain-free diet with nutrient-rich foods and a Vitamin D supplement, saw the greatest improvements. Nearly all of the cavities in Group 3’s participants were healed.kid teeth Many doctors and dentists have backed the findings of this study, suggesting that diet can in fact help those suffering with cavities to reverse their tooth decay. There are four main things that contribute to tooth decay: Lack of minerals in the diet (deficiencies of magnesium, calcium and phosphorus) Lack of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) Too much consumption of phytic acid-rich foods Too much consumption of processed sugar Natural Ways to Reverse Cavities 1. Remove Sugar For healthy, cavity-free teeth, sugar cannot be a part of your diet. Not only does it feed oral bacteria that prevents a healthy flow of dental fluids, it’s also highly acidic, allowing it to decalcify and demineralize the structural content of teeth! 2. Consume Nutrient-Rich Foods Beating tooth decay requires an increase in fat-soluable vitamins and minerals. A diet full of vegetables – especially leafy green vegetables, and foods high in healthy fats such as coconut oil and avocado, along with nuts and seeds can help create the ideal diet for battling tooth decay. 3. Eliminate Phytic Acid Phytic acid is a mineral blocker and enzyme inhibitor that’s found in grains, nuts, seeds and beans that are not organic or GMO-free. It can cause serious health problems, such as mineral deficiencies and osteoporosis. Phytic acid prevents you from absorbing the minerals in your food, while leaching minerals out of your body, bones and teeth. Avoid foods high in phytic acid by choosing organic and GMO-free. 4. Try Oil Pulling Oil pulling has been used for centuries as an oral detoxification procedure. Simply swish a tablespoon of coconut oil in your mouth for 20 minutes, then spit the oil into the trash. If 20 minutes is too long, start with 3-5 minutes. Oil pulling has been praised for its ability to treat numerous health issues, from gingivitis to headaches.shutterstock_216984226 5. Use Mineralizing Toothpaste Fluoride-free toothpaste are expensice, but there are some brands that are more affordable. You can also make your own remineralizing toothpaste at home using: 3 tablespoons of food grade diatomaceous earth clay 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda 1/4 teaspoon mint-flavored chlorophyll 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil 1 tablespoon filtered water

There are several causes for swollen gums, including: bacteria, poor brushing habits, hormones, or poor nutrition. What is the link between gum swelling and vitamin C?
