The FDA has approved bovine growth hormone injection into cows to increase their milk supply. What do these injections consist of and how does it effect the milk supply and consumers? Expert Panel with Brian Clement, Ph.D., L.N, Jeffrey M. Smith, and Dr. Richard A. Oppenlander Connect with The Real Truth About Health http://www.therealtruthabouthealth.com/ https://www.facebook.com/The-Real-Truth-About-Health-467500836655781/ https://twitter.com/RTAHealth Jeffrey M. Smith, the most well-known researcher of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and foods, speaks about the grave risks and dangers of GMOs. This lecture has potential to awake the general public to grave risks and dangers of GMOs. It is both a fascinating and very well documented lecture. Dr. Richard A. Oppenlander - What we choose to eat is killing our planet and us, yet use of the word ‘sustainable’ is ubiquitous. Explanation of this incongruity lies in the fact that sustainability efforts are rarely positioned to include food choice in an accurate or adequate manner. This is due to a number of influencing cultural, social, and political factors that disable our food production systems and limit our base of knowledge—falsely guiding us on a path of pseudo sustainability, while we devastate the ecosystems that support us, cause mass extinctions, and generate narrowing time lines because of our global footprint that will ultimately jeopardize our very survival as a civilization. Dr. Oppenlander’s goal is to increase awareness in order to effect positive change—before it is too late. Brian Clement, Ph.D., L.N. - When land is used to raise animals instead of crops, precious water and soil are lost, trees are cut down to make land for grazing or factory-farm sheds, and untreated animal waste pollutes rivers and streams. In fact, it has such a devastating effect on all aspects of our environment that the Union of Concerned Scientists lists meat-eating as the second-biggest environmental hazard facing the Earth. (Number one is fossil-fuel vehicles.) And according to a report published by the Worldwatch Institute, a staggering 51 percent or more of global greenhouse-gas emissions are caused by animal agriculture. Passionate believers in whole food plant based diets, no chemicals, minimal pharmaceutical drugs, no GMO's. Fighting to stop climate change and extinction.

Dairy products are food produced from the milk of mammals Butter, cheese, yogurt, sour cream, ice cream, milk, and whey protein are the most common examples of dairy products. EGGS ARE NOT DAIRY Eggs come from chickens and are a bird– therefore are not dairy. Now let’s look at 6 facts and studies about dairy for your health. Fact #1. 65-75% of People in the World Are Lactose Intolerant. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lactose_intolerance We’ve only been consuming diary for around 7,500 years starting in Northern Europe. Since modern humans have been around for roughly 200,000 years, we can see that dairy consumption is a relatively new thing to our species. This is why certain parts of Africa and East Asia are up to 95% lactose intolerant. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0002822300001620 Some of you may develop severe acne while others may just feel a little gassey after consuming dairy. Fact #2. There’s Lots of Nutrition in Dairy Products A single cup of milk contains 30% of your RDA in Calcium 24% of your RDA in Vitamin D 26% of you RDA in Riboflavin And has plenty of potassium, protein, vitamin B12, and various other nutrients your body needs. http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/dairy-and-egg-products/69/2 There’s no denying that dairy provides a unique source of nutrients important to our body. Fact #3. Dairy is Associated with Acne Dairy increases the production mTORC1. This increases the bodies sebum production and sizes of sebaceous glands which increases your risk of acne. https://nutritionandmetabolism.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/1743-7075-9-74 http://www.karger.com/Article/FullText/325580 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3141390/ Fact #4. Not All Dairy Seems to Be Equal Fermented dairy products like yogurt and keifer contain probiotics which are excellent for your gut microbiome. Also, the quality of the cow’s life and what it’s fed effects the nutrition of the dairy product produced. Pasture raised grass fed cows have more Omega 3s and have up to 500% more CLA in their products. http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0082429 http://www.csuchico.edu/grassfedbeef/research/health-benefits.shtml Not shockingly happy cows leading happy lives produce better dairy products. Fact #5. There’s A Lot of Sugar Content in Dairy Products Dairy contains a naturally occurring sugar called lactose that is in EVERY dairy product you consume. Fact #6. Dairy’s increases IGF-1 IGF-1 (or Insulin-like Growth Factor), is statistically increased from the consumption of dairy. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2715202/ IGF-1 production increases your risk of acne and developing cancer. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15562834 That being said, not all IGF-1 is bad. For instance, it has clear benefits to those of you trying to build muscle and gain strength. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2439518/ Why are there lots of recent studies out there praising dairy? Dalla dolla bill yall The diary industry alone spent 6.4 million dollars lobbying last year. Food for thought. Is Dairy Bad for You? It depends on the person. If you’re lactose intolerant, suffer with acne, or have any reason you think your body doesn’t process dairy perfectly - I would avoid it. However, it if you really enjoy it as a source of nutrition in your diet, and don’t suffer from the side effects. It’s ok to have. Which leads to the next question… Do you need dairy in your diet? Absolutely not. While diary does have lots of important nutrition like calcium, protein, and Vitamin B12, you can easily get those from other sources. Leafy greens, lean meats, and whole foods have all those nutrients WITHOUT all the sugar or hormone increases dairy. I personally don’t consume dairy for this reason. Does Dairy Help You Lose Weight? No. Weight loss is about having two things working correctly. Eating the Right Amount of Calories AND Having Properly Functioning Hormones. Dairy provides no advantage to losing weight and if you have an intolerance could impede some weight loss progress. What are the best kinds of dairy to consume? If you’re going to get your dairy on, Low-fat unflavored greek yogurt, keifer, and grass fed whey protein are the best. If you’re going to drink milk, make sure it’s organic. What kind of dairy should you never consume? Anything non-organic I’d avoid. Because dairy is already shown to raise IGF-1, avoiding any extra chemicals pumped into cows is a good idea.

More info on corporations risking our health for their profits. Mark Achbar, Jennifer Abbott and Joel Bakan released their film The Corporation in 2003 to great acclaim. In the 6 years since then, it has won 26 International Awards, 10 international Audience Choice Awards, the Genie for Best Documentary, and has become one of the most-downloaded non-fiction films on the internet. For More Information about Milk go to: http://www.notmilk.com/ Read Robert Cohen's book Milk The Deadly Poison Available at Amazon.com or other major bookstores. Direct Link: http://www.amazon.com/MILK-Deadly-Poison-Robert-Cohen/dp/0965919617/ref=ed_oe_p About the Author Robert Cohen performed research in the 1970's on the hormonal effects on the brain and behavior. Twenty-five years later, this father of three became concerned about the most controversial drug approval in FDA history, the genetically engineered hormone that is now in our milk supply. Along the way, Cohen discovered that milk is implicated in causing breast cancer, osteoporosis, heart disease, and chronic childhood illnesses. Cohen's skills as a researcher, and his passion for the safety of his family, led to his single-minded pursuit to expose the truth about milk. Based on his exhaustive and comprehensive research over the past six years, Cohen predicted the Mad Cow Disease outbreak. His dogged determination has set the American dairy industry on its ear. To insure that all citizens of the world learn the truth, Cohen founded and is executive director of America's Dairy Education Board, a group of nationally prominent doctors dedicated to dispelling the myth that milk is nature's perfect food. === This is a 1998 Hard Copy Special on MILK. What the government doesn't want you to know about milk. Don't drink milk, we know it contains fat and cholesterol but did you know it contains the protein CASEIN (which is basically a glue which leads to a lot of mucous build up and other health problems like asthma and congestion), milk also contains.. powerful growth hormones, viruses, a host of deadly chemical and biological bacterial agents, bovine proteins that cause allergies, insecticides, antibiotics, all this can trigger the growth of cancer and contributes to today's problem of obese children (ever notice why young girls breasts develop faster?). Cow's milk is the number one allergic food in this country. It has been well documented as a cause in diarrhea, cramps, bloating, gas, gastrointestinal bleeding, iron-deficiency anemia, skin rashes, atherosclerosis, and acne. It is the primary cause of recurrent ear infections in children. It has also been linked to insulin dependent diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, infertility, and leukemia. Milk and refined sugar make two of the largest contributions to food induced ill health in our country.

Doctors and nutritionists highly recommend making oatmeal a part of your diet and having it as your healthy morning meal. The secret is simple: good-quality environmentally-friendly oats help you feel and look better on the inside and out. Oats have some unique properties thanks to the wide variety of vitamins and minerals they contain. Zinc helps cleanse the skin and remove toxins and other harmful compounds. Iron is one of the most important elements for the nutrition and saturation of moisture in skin cells. Magnesium promotes blood circulation and noticeable skin cell renewal. While protein is extremely important, your body also demands carbohydrates and fats, both of which you can find in oatmeal. Oats are also rich in antioxidants that help alleviate itching, inflammation, and high blood pressure. The slow carbohydrates found in oatmeal help curb your appetite and maintain normal blood sugar levels. All those nutrients in oats not only boost your metabolism but also prevent the accumulation of fat and toxins in the body. Thanks to the antioxidants present in oatmeal, the probability of damage to the walls of blood vessels by free radicals is reduced significantly. Most liquids on this list are expensive because of how rare they are but human blood isn't really that rare. The cost is driven up because of how expensive the whole process is, you need people, equipment, storage and it also costs rather a lot to test the blood to make sure its free from any diseases. And no don't worry, I'm not going to crack any vampire jokes BLACK PRINTER INK – $2,700 Unbelievably black printer ink is one of the 10 most expensive liquids in the world It costs a crazy 2700 dollars per gallon and drop for drop its more expensive than Dom Perignon champagne. Manufacturing the ink isn't really that expensive, your actually paying for the high costs of the research and development of inkjet technology. Printers themselves are often pretty cheap. That's because they're mostly sold at a loss, The manufacturer will make most of its money from the printer ink you buy later that's the reason the always recommended you use official branded inks. MERCURY – $3,400 Mercury, 3400 dollars per gallon Mercury is commonly known as quicksilver and it mostly used in things like fluorescent lamps, electronics and it used to be used in medicine. Is the only metal in the world that stays in a liquid state at room temperature but why is it so expensive? Well its simply because its not that easy to locate deposits and then its a lengthy process to extract and process it. INSULIN – $9,400 Insulin - $9400 dollars per gallon. Insulin is produced in our bodies, its a hormone made by the pancreas that's responsible for delivering glucose into our blood so it can be used as fuel. Diabetics don't produce enough insulin so their body has a tougher time controlling their blood sugar levels. Insulin is expensive because of the process involved in manufacturing it. Doctors used to prescribe insulin extracted from cows and pigs but the new bio-synthetic version is much more effective and much more expensive. Because of its super high costs their are countless diabetics around that world that simply cannot afford to buy it. CHANNEL NO.5 – $26,000 Channel No.5, $26000 per gallon. Pretty much everyone has heard of this luxurious perfume. The prestigious brand has been around since the early 1920's since that time the brand and the perfume have built up a reputation to be one of the best in the world and like most things in the fashion world, you pay for the name and the image. KING COBRA VENOM– $153,000 King Cobra Venom - $153000 dollars per gallon. The snakes venom is considered to be one of the most potent venom's in the world. It can easily kill a full size elephant so just imagine the havoc it would wreak on us humans if bitten. That being said, why would anyone want to pay such a high price for it, I'd want to stay as far away from it as possible. Well it used in a special type of painkillers, painkillers that are 20 times more powerful than morphine. SCORPION VENOM – $39,000,000 Scorpion Venom, the most expensive liquid in the world. Scorpion venom costs a staggering 39 million dollars per gallon, Scorpions use their venom to kill or paralyze their prey, and as a defense against predators. Us humans well we like to use it to treat things like arthritis and to make anti-venom's. but why is it so absurdly expensive? Well it just incredibly hard to obtain, its extracted by electrical stimulation and one yield only produces on average 0.5mgs of venom. Basically if you could somehow extract that much in a day you would have to extract it from way more than a quarter of a million Scorpions.

in this video i will talk about Which Is Better In The Morning. there are to gorgeous drink, Milk or Orange Juice. https://tinyurl.com/y7sflygf APK Download Which Is Better In The Morning - Milk or Orange Juice ! Which Is Better For You In The Morning: Orange Juice Or Milk? For your teeth, your health, and the good of the planet, one drink stands out. If you're a juice drinker, chances are you're part of the ¾ of American households that start the day with orange juice, the most popular juice in this country. However, in your sleepy haze, you might not realize that the sunny OJ in your hand may have traveled thousands of miles to get there, and contain a lot of sugar. So what should you really be drinking in the morning? 1st option: Orange Juice ! Pros: A single eight-ounce glass of OJ has a mere 110 calories. And it provides you with an entire day's worth of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that can protect your skin from sun damage and your brain from air pollution and environmental pollutants like lead. Cons: Too much orange juice might do serious damage to your tooth enamel. A recent study by Yanfeng Ren, DDS, PhD, associate professor at the University or Rochester Eastman Institute for Oral Health, found that orange juice reduced tooth-enamel hardness by 84% after people drank it every day for five days. Other fruit juices could have similar effects. "We picked orange juice because it's the most popular juice," says Ren. "But most fruit juices have a pH below 4 (which is very acidic), to prevent bacterial growth." He added that cranberry juice is slightly more acidic than OJ. Even worse are energy drinks and sodas, which often have pH levels of 2.6 ! From an environmental perspective, orange juice isn't very green, either. The largest producer of orange-juice oranges is Brazil, so the fruit has a long way to travel to get to your door. But it's not the transporting of orange juice that has the greatest impact; it's the growing of oranges with synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, and the energy required to process oranges from whole fruits into bricks of frozen concentrate or cartons of juice. According to one estimate from a juice producer in Florida (the country's second-largest source of orange-juice oranges), producing orange juice emits the same amount of carbon dioxide every year as 1,700 cars. 2nd Option : Milk ! Pros: A glass of 2% milk has 20% of your daily protein needs, and ⅓ of your recommended calcium intake. Plus, a recent study found that people who drink milk in the morning are less likely to overeat at lunch, due in part to the satisfying nature of protein, and the fact that calcium helps regulate hormones that control weight. Environmentally speaking, milk is a slightly more local product, since it would be difficult to bottle milk in South America without it going sour by the time it reaches the US East Coast. But it can still travel up to 1,000 miles from a dairy farm to a grocery store. nonorganic milk comes from concentrated animal-feeding operations that pollute waterways with animal waste and overdose cattle with antibiotics and growth hormones (which also wind up in waterways). Pesticide residues showed up in the milk of up to 92% of chemically farmed cows in a 2005 test conducted by the US Department of Agriculture. Finally, animal agriculture is the leading consumer of water in the US, according to Cornell University environmental scientists. As the global climate heats up, water is likely to become an increasingly rare resource. Which is better? Go with milk. It's easy on your teeth because it has more calcium, says Ren, which actually rebuilds tooth enamel. But make it organic, which will not only keep pesticides, fertilizers, antibiotics, and growth hormones out of waterways, but will also provide you with beneficial antioxidants the way orange juice does. Organic milk contains 75% more of the antioxidant beta-carotene, 50% more vitamin E. Sign up for the Bulletproof Diet book list, and receive a free preview of the 1st chapter of the Bulletproof Diet Book as soon as it's ready! http://bulletproofdietbook.com/ Dairy is one of the most controversial and confusing food groups, but the simple truth is that the vast majority of dairy is not healthy for you. Many people have allergies or sensitivities to dairy proteins (whey, casein) and sugars (lactose), and they can be a very inflammatory food that causes cravings and a decrease in performance. Most dairy is produced from unhealthy grain-fed cows that are given antibiotics and hormones, and then the dairy products are pasteurized, homogenized and loaded with additives. Organic farming doesn't solve many of these issues, and while raw milk might be fine for most people, it is hard to find. Cheese is also very inflammatory due to the toxins created in the fermentation process, and it can cause all sorts of issues with poor skin quality and contribute to fat storage. Butter, particularly from healthier grass-fed cows, is low in milk proteins and sugars so that most people can tolerate it, and contains a ton of beneficial nutrients that help you perform better, and is the best form of dairy most people can eat. This video examines the truth about our Nation's food supply. The food we buy today is the product of a business who's more concerned about their own profits than their customers health and the government regulators are looking out for the interests of the businesses rather than the American people's well being. ------------- The Miami Herald wrote on June 23rd 2011, chemically treated produce, highly processed foods, and refined ingredients like white flour and sugar cause sickness and disease as well as a host of minor ailments such as digestive issues and lack of energy. The Herald Sun wrote on June 24th 2011, The New England Journal of Medicine published research that advised weight-watchers to cut out sugar-sweetened drinks, potatoes and refined grain foods such as white bread, white rice and low-fibre cereals. They urged people to eat more "natural" foods, such as On June 19, 1999 The Center for Science in the Public Interest petitioned the Food and Drug Administration (the FDA) to prohibit the use of potassium bromate, which is used to strengthen bread dough. They charged that the FDA has known for years that bromate causes cancers in laboratory animals, but has failed to ban it. The most common pesticide found in flour, 49% of all flour tested, is Malathion, believed to be a possible carcinogen, Neurotoxin and Hormone disruptor. On January 28th, 2009 the Washington Post reported, "Study Finds High-Fructose Corn Syrup Contains Mercury." The articles reports that "Almost half of tested samples of commercial high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) contained mercury, which was also found in nearly a third of 55 popular brand-name food and beverage products where HFCS is the first- or second-highest labeled ingredient, according to two new U.S. studies. " On July 27th, 1989 the Los Angeles Times reported, "FDA allows Genetically-Modified rBGH to Endanger Milk: FDA Ignores Evidence on Cancer Risks" On December 7th, 2006 the Harvard University Gazette reported, "Hormones in milk can be dangerous." The article states, "The milk we drink today is quite unlike the milk our ancestors were drinking" without apparent harm for 2,000 years, she said. "The milk we drink today may not be nature's perfect food. Butter, meat, eggs, milk, and cheese are implicated in higher rates of hormone-dependent cancers in general, she said. Breast cancer has been linked particularly to consumption of milk and cheese." On Feb 11th, 2009, CBS News reported, "Link Eyed Between Beef And Cancer." In feed lots across the country, beef cattle are given growth hormones to make them fatter faster, to save money. Now questions are being raised about one of the most widely-used hormones, Zeranol, a synthetic estrogen implanted in cattle. A series of tests done for the Pentagon show a possible link between breast cancer and Zeranol. On March 30th, 2011 Discovery News reported, "Food Packaging Harbors Harmful Chemicals" Plastic wrappers, food cans and storage tubs deposit at least two potentially harmful chemicals into our food, confirmed a new study. By cutting out containers, people can dramatically reduce their exposures to these toxins. The chemicals -- bisphenol A, or BPA, and a phthalate called DEHP -- are known to disrupt hormonal systems in the bodies of both animals and people, leading to developmental and reproductive problems, as well as cancers, heart disease and brain disorders. And both appear in a wide variety of food packaging materials. Because the manufacturers and the government ignore our concerns, it is going to be up to us to take charge of our nutrition and well-being.There are a few alternatives to the chemically laden foods available at your local supermarket. You can buy organic, which unfortunately because of the current economics of food production, is more expense. Or you can grow and raise your own food, which is time consuming and hard work. But you have to ask yourself, "Is it worth improving the health of my family?" If your diet and health is important to you, you will want to these eye-opening and heart-stopping documentaries on the truth about the foods we buy and eat every day. Food Inc. For more info: https://draxe.com/coffee-nutrition-facts/?utm_campaign=Youtube-Jan-2015&utm_medium=social&utm_source=youtube&utm_term=coffee One of the most common questions I’ve been getting recently is, “Is coffee bad for you?” The answer is, yes … and no. Coffee is beneficial because it contains massive amounts of antioxidants, which help slow the aging process and protect you from free radical damage. Coffee also helps stimulate the liver and increases circulation, helping blood flow to the brain. Coffee can be harmful in some ways because of the amount of caffeine it contains. The caffeine in coffee can overstimulate the body, burn out your adrenal glands, and overtax your body. About 80% of people in the world will struggle with thyroid problems or fatigue issues. For this group, I wouldn’t recommend coffee because it will burn out your adrenal glands. However, if you’re generally healthy, then drinking coffee in moderate amounts can be fine, and even good for your health. I wouldn’t recommend drinking coffee past lunch time because it can affect your sleep cycle that night. Depending on the condition of your body, if you’re suffering from an autoimmune disease, coffee can make your disease worse. If you’re pretty healthy, looking for a pick-me-up, or looking for more antioxidants, then coffee can provide you these benefits. When picking out your coffee beans, I would recommend choosing all natural, organic coffee because it’s one of the most highly sprayed plants in the world. Lastly, if you’re looking for a great substitute for coffee, I would suggest drinking matcha green tea because it has great benefits and one-third the amount of caffeine. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only. Coconut oil has many health benefits that are well-documented. However, one recently discovered benefit is that coconut oil can help treat symptoms of hypothyroidism, or an under-active thyroid. Hypothyroidism occurs when the body’s thyroid gland does not make enough hormones to allow the body to function appropriately. Coconut oil contains a fatty acid called lauric acid, which has anti-inflammatory properties. Coconut oil also contains capric acid, which has antimicrobial and antiviral properties. It is recommended that you use extra virgin coconut oil for the best health benefits. One tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil should be consumed daily. It can be added to hot beverages, such as tea or coffee, and added to daily cooking, drizzled over a salad or added to a smoothie. Today’s video will discuss health issues that coconut oil can help treat. 1. Metabolism When the body’s thyroid is under-active, it can cause the body to feel fatigued and without energy. The fatty acids in coconut oil help the fats in the body convert to energy. This, in turn, boosts the body’s metabolic rate. 2. Weight Loss One of the most major symptoms of an under-active thyroid is unexplained weight gain. The weight is very hard to lose and the thyroid hormones directly slow down the body’s metabolism. The Journal of Nutrition published a study that showed the fatty acids in coconut oil help to keep the body feeling fuller, longer. Thus, assisting the body in shedding excess weight. 3. Constipation When hormones from the thyroid are low, the body’s organs run slower as well, causing the digestive tract and intestines to lag. The fatty acids in coconut oil provide the body with energy and boost organ function. Coconut oil also works as a natural laxative and is effective in fighting constipation. 4. Inflammation An under-active thyroid causes muscle and joint pain, largely from unbalanced hormone levels. Coconut oil can naturally calm any inflammation and relieve any pain. 5. Hair Loss The thyroid can affect the health of your hair and may even cause it to begin to fall out. However, adding coconut oil to your regime will prevent this from occurring and repair hair follicles. 6. Dry Skin The imbalance of hormones caused by an under-active thyroid can cause the body’s skin to become dry and flaky. Coconut oil can be added directly to the affected skin to restore its moisture and healthy skin. Have you experienced an under-active thyroid? Have you tried any of these remedies? Learn the 3 Safest fish to eat! I'll teach you more at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com We are going to go over the top 3 fish to eat and the fish that you may want to avoid. Fish can become contaminated in a number of ways - size, species, age and location determine contamination levels. Heavy Metals: Mercury and Lead- Mercury is known to cause many health problems and is especially dangerous for children and women who are or may become pregnant. It can take 12-18 months for mercury to pass through the body, so women who may become pregnant should also work hard to avoid mercury. The nervous system and kidneys are the main targets of mercury. Children exposed to mercury may cause mental development problems, including coordination and learning handicaps. Anyone can experience mercury health effects, including: fatigue, dizziness, numbness or tingling, memory and coordination problems, irritability. If enough mercury is consumed, permanent brain and kidney damage can occur. Large, older, or predatory fish have more time and eat more contaminated foods, allowing heavy metals to bioaccumulate. Industrial Chemicals- PCBs, dioxins, DDT and other chemicals can leach from factories or garbage into our waters. These chemicals are related to cancer risk. Bottom dwelling fish are the most susceptible to these toxins, including the American eel, sea trout and wild striped bass. Radiation- The Fukushima nuclear disaster is one of the most widely discussed radiation events that has an impact on what we eat. Radiation is known to cause cancer, so avoiding foods high in radioactive compounds is important. Researching your fish choices online is the best way to avoid consuming fish that come from an area high in radiation. Choosing Fish for Your Family- The Environmental Defense Fund Seafood Selector is a great benefit when deciding what fish to avoid and what fish to load up on. Given the above concerns while also weighing in health and deliciousness, here is the list of the top three fish: (1) Pacific Sardines (US and Canada): -Low in mercury -Sustainably fished -High in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins B12, B2, B3, D, selenium, phosphorus, calcium, copper and more -They are inexpensive and easy to find canned. (2) Wild Alaskan Salmon: -Salmon is one of the most delicious fish, rich in healthy fats. -Low in mercury and sustainably fished -Contains bioactive peptides that may support for cartilage, insulin and inflammation. -High in vitamins B12, B3, D, selenium, omega-3 fatty acids, phosphorus, B6 and many others. (3) Muscles: -Low in mercury and one of the most sustainably fished seafood sources out there -High in selenium, omega-3s, B12, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and many others. Seafood to Avoid: Due to toxins and sustainability, it is best to stay away from these types of seafood. (1) Shark: -Anything this high up on the food chain is going to be a red flag when it comes to toxins.Predators consume other fish and their toxins. The higher up on the food chain, the higher the levels of mercury and toxins in the fish. Adding to the health dangers is the unsustainable fishing practices. Sharks have long gestation periods, taking a long time to mature and have offspring. This makes overfishing or depleting their numbers easy to do. Most shark species are experiencing a large decline due to fishing, being caught as bycatch and for fins in Asia. (2) Tuna: A favorite among many sushi goers is unfortunately very high in mercury and horrible for sustainability. Some tuna is much better for you and the environment than others. If you do consume tuna, US yellowfin is the best option. Canned albacore tuna is high in mercury and should be avoided. Bluefin and imported albacore are the worst tuna options for health and sustainability - do your best to avoid these. Canned light tuna is better for you than canned white tuna when it comes to mercury, with about ⅓ the mercury content of canned white tuna. (3) Farmed Tilapia: Farmed tilapia in the US is often imported from China and Taiwan where the conditions and chemicals used are very troublesome. (4) Swordfish: All swordfish, being large hunters, are high in mercury. They are also fished very unsustainably, with large bycatch of sea turtles, sharks and seabirds. References 1. One of the most common, and frustrating, questions for U.S. poultry producers is why hormones are used to produce today's poultry products. Of course, the actual answer is NO HORMONES are used. To address this continuing misinformation, U.S. Poultry & Egg Association has prepared a new video to explain the scientific, economic and legal reasons hormones are not needed or used by the U.S. poultry industry. There are two versions of the video (long & short). The short version is precise and gets to the gist of the video's message quickly. The long version provides more detail for those who are interested. This is the long version.

20-Year proven formula for increasing testosterone, building more muscle and losing body fat: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/MassEfficiency Or discover the only 4 ways to build muscle: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/GetThoseGains =============================================== 💪 Eat NO Protein To Gain MORE Muscle =============================================== Today I want to talk about NOT EATING protein so you can build more muscle or preserve muscle, while also losing body fat. This very important topic obviously affects anyone who is trying build muscle,... whether you’re man or women. But it also affects older people, 50+ who want to preserve muscle size as they age, which is ironically, a major cause of aging and death - muscle loss! In fact, this is why they give AIDs patients lots of steroids and testosterone, to help bulk up in muscle, so when or IF they do get sick due to an infection or illness and quickly lose a ton of muscle, there is a “safety net”. Eat More Protein To Gain More Muscle!?!? The reason for the increase in protein consumption is because when you increase protein intake, there’s an increase in protein synthesis, leading to higher “nitrogen retention”, which will ultimately lead to MORE muscle and LESS body fat. At one point, at a body weight of 200 lbs, I was eating 600 GRAMS of protein! A lot of it was with protein supplements, powders and shakes, since I just couldn’t chew that much real food. End Result = NO Extra Muscle! How Much Protein Do You REALLY Need? Just keep in mind that the time you’re growing the most is when you’re a baby, right?... and mother’s milk is only 5% protein. It’s mainly carbs (sugars) and fat. In fact, I’d say the most you’d ever really need is about 1 gram per pound of body weight. Sometimes I eat much less and as you can see in my pictures, I have NOT lost any muscle size or gotten fatter. And I still weigh around 200 lbs and I actually have MORE muscle now, than I did when I was eating more protein and I’ll tell you how and why in a minute. IF you’re working out really hard 2-3 hours daily, taking LOTS of steroids and are in your 20’s when you CAN absorb more protein correctly, then you can do about 1.5 grams at the MAXIMUM and thus, if 200 lbs, you can eat about 300 grams of protein. Why You Should Eat NO Protein! Now, there are lots of problems with eating so much protein, but the one main topic I want to discuss today is that the more protein you eat, the faster is also oxidizes and thus, BREAKS DOWN faster. So, the “experts” will say “more protein increases protein synthesis” and yes it does, but for about 48-72 hours, before your body ADAPTS and it increases protein oxidation, which means it BREAKS DOWN faster and thus, protein synthesis DECREASES!!! Hence, the OPPOSITE happens! You start to LOSE muscle. So what’s the solution? “Protein Cycling/Fasting” You need to protein cycle by actually having one day a week with NO protein. You can call it “protein fasting” And trust me, you are NOT going to “lose” muscle. In fact, you’ll GAIN muscle… IF you do it correctly. So, how do you protein cycle, not eat any protein for 24 hours and actually INCREASE muscle and burn more fat and most importantly, improve your hormones? Here’s What You Should Do Sundays, I eat no protein. You can pick any ONE day out of the week, I just pick Sundays. Monday, my body is now super sensitive to protein since it’s gone without for 24 hours. So Monday and Tuesday, I have 150 grams of protein. Thus, your weight (200 lbs for me) x 0.75 = 150 grams. Then Wednesday and Thursday, I increase it by 25% to 200 grams. Finally, Friday and Saturday I again increase it by 25% since body has adapted again and this time I take in 250 grams. Every time my body adapted in about 48 hours, I again increased it to continue the additional protein synthesis. Then as my body adapts again, Sunday I trick it and do no protein…. A “protein fast” The Benefits Your body continually increases protein synthesis every 48 hours, which leads to more muscle. This prevents your body from adapting and increasing protein oxidation, which can lead to muscle loss. And MOST importantly, all of this works because it helps optimize your hormones by lowering cortisol and other stress hormones … and by increasing muscle building hormones such as testosterone, IGF, Gh, Insulin, thyroid and so forth. Of course, this “protein fasting” also has many health benefits such as a reduction in inflammation, which means more muscle, less joint pain and faster fat loss. #muscle #weightlifting #proteinsandmusclegrowth ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. Are You Overtraining? | The Effects of Overtraining on Hormones- Thomas DeLauer: Balancing Workouts, Diet, Career, and Family is all a balancing act, and that's why I specialize in it at http://www.thomasdelauer.com So you found the inner fire inside of yourself and it is go time - time to eat healthy and workout hard! But you have heard that it is good to start slowly and work your way up. It may surprise you that this is not only for the purpose of not injuring your body. Working out is one of the quickest ways to affect your hormone production. Working out is a stress on your body. When you have healthy amounts of stress your body has time to heal and recover, leaving it stronger than it was before. When you do not give yourself that time to recover from stress, this can lead to a whole bunch of issues. We all know that too much stress is a bad thing; chronic stress has been linked to headaches, overeating and obesity, restlessness, illness, and digestive problems. Our body’s stress response is similar when we exercise as when we experience a life stress, such as traffic or losing a job. Signals are sent that queue the release of stress hormones, such as cortisol and adrenaline, into our blood from our adrenal glands. Elevated cortisol levels can signal that your body is undergoing chronic stress, which could be caused by life situations or by over exertion during workouts. One study from the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research found that cortisol levels in saliva were higher for those who underwent long duration, high intensity exercise (over 59 minutes of high intensity cardio.) Studies have also found that a similar increase in cortisol is experienced during heavy weight training workouts. Another study looked at cortisol levels in those performing the same workout under two conditions: no additional emotional stress and additional emotional stress. Those that were exposed to emotional stress at the same time as working out had higher cortisol levels. This signifies the importance of both our wellbeing and our workout load on our hormone levels. Alright, so we see that high intensity exercise can lead to raised cortisol levels. How does this impact us? Overtraining Syndrome: If you work out too hard and do not allow adequate recovery time, you may suffer from OTS. Symptoms include: -Problems sleeping -Disrupted mood and behavior -Fatigue -Hindered athletic performance -Sexual dysfunction - reduced sexual desire, even infertility -Bone loss -Weakened immune system -Difficulty losing weight -Amenorrhea (absence of menstrual bleeding) -Physical injuries What causes these symptoms? One of the large factors is an imbalance in your hormones. Hormones: Chronically high cortisol levels can lead to your body being in a catabolic state, where your body is not breaking down fat but rather muscle for fuel. It can also lead to a weakened immune system. If you have one hormone that is out of whack, it is likely to impact your other hormones. Chronically elevated cortisol levels lead to a decrease in the level of testosterone, estrogen and progesterone. These are the sex hormones, and are very important to our daily wellbeing. These changes reflect a change in the balance of catabolic hormones and anabolic hormones. This danger is particularly of concern for women. When your sex hormones are imbalanced you can experience amenorrhea, when your body enters a state where it no longer is able to menstruate. Eventually the adrenal glands go into a state of exhaustion, known as adrenal fatigue, where hormone production overall is slowed. In this state your body is not as capable of dealing with stress. At this state even your cortisol levels are low, leading to many of the down feelings associated. Tips: If you think you may be experiencing OTS, it may be time to take a step back and do what is best for your body. Give yourself time to recover. If you are experiencing high stress at home or work, do a more relaxing exercise, such as yoga. This can help to reduce your cortisol rather than raise it, which will happen if you run hard for a long time or lift heavy weights. References: 1. The galactose in milk may explain why milk consumption is associated with significantly higher risk of hip fractures, cancer, and premature death. Weight-bearing exercise such as jumping, weight-lifting, and walking with a weighted vest or backpack may help, along with getting enough calcium (Alkaline Diets, Animal Protein, & Calcium Loss http://nutritionfacts.org/video/alkaline-diets-animal-protein-and-calcium-loss/) and vitamin D (Resolving the Vitamin D-Bate http://nutritionfacts.org/video/resolving-the-vitamin-d-bate/). Eating beans (Phytates for the Prevention of Osteoporosis http://nutritionfacts.org/video/phytates-for-the-prevention-of-osteoporosis/) and avoiding phosphate additives (Phosphate Additives in Meat Purge and Cola http://nutritionfacts.org/video/phosphate-additives-in-meat-purge-and-cola/) may also help. Maybe the galactose angle can help explain the findings on prostate cancer (Prostate Cancer and Organic Milk vs. Almond Milk http://nutritionfacts.org/video/prostate-cancer-and-organic-milk-vs-almond-milk/) and Parkinson’s disease (Preventing Parkinson’s Disease With Diet http://nutritionfacts.org/video/preventing-parkinsons-disease-with-diet/). How my parents lowered their cholesterol by 30 pts in 30 days - no diets or drugs: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Normal-Cholesterol Or you can see the most powerful fruit for lowering cholesterol: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYFY4Vl19Fo ======================================= 🥛 NEVER Eat These 5 Foods If You Want To Lower High Cholesterol ======================================= Heart disease is the #1 killer in the world and has been for decades. Many people think that high cholesterol is the cause - but it’s not. It’s just ONE of many factors. Sadly, doctors immediately try to prescribe you cholesterol lowering statin drugs when there’s no need. High AND low cholesterol are both bad for your health. Cholesterol is needed for hormone production and every single cell in your body needs cholesterol - including brain cells. Unfortunately, many people eat what they think are “healthy foods”, but are actually not good for them and are causing high cholesterol levels. So today I’m going to reveal 5 foods you should avoid, especially if you want to have HEALTHY cholesterol levels: 1 - Baked Foods/Carbs Stay away from baked foods like muffins, cakes, breads, donuts, croissants, rolls, cookies, danishes, scones, pie, etc… As well as “packaged” foods such as chips, pretzels, crackers and similar items These are all bad because they contain hydrogenated and saturated fats, as well as dairy. Not to mention, they’re high in simple carbohydrates and sugars. The combination of fats and sugars in these foods increases cholesterol and plaque buildup even more, in addition to higher triglycerides, inflammation, high blood sugar and blood pressure. ALL of these combined is what causes heart disease. 2 - DAIRY I’m a firm believe that regardless of anything you read, you should stay away from dairy or at least limit it. This is because milk is for babies and cow milk is for baby cows. We are the only animals who continue to consume milk products after the initial “baby” stage. It’s NOT natural. Besides, 99% of dairy products are pasteurized, which kills any benefits milk could have. Not to mention, the toxins, hormones and drugs these animals are given are highly concentrated in the milk - which goes inside of YOU! These toxins stress your liver and cause an increase in cholesterol. Remember, 80% of your cholesterol is made IN YOUR LIVER. 3 - Animal Protein The saturated fats and “marble fat” found in meat, pork, poultry and shellfish is horrible for your health and cholesterol levels. I’ve noticed even grass-fed meat and free-range poultry can still cause high cholesterol in some of my patients, especially the “sensitive” ones. Limit your intake and focus more on vegetable proteins and fish - especially wild-caught salmon. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/food-and-nutrition/NU00202 4 - Fast Foods It doesn’t matter if it’s a burger, tacos, french fries, pizza or anything else - they’re all high in carbohydrates, hydrogenated, saturated and omega 6 fats, using unhealthy and toxic proteins. It may be easy and good for your wallet because they’re cheap foods -- but it’s bad for your health and cholesterol levels and you’ll pay a higher price later in life. http://www.heart.org/HEARTORG/Conditions/Cholesterol/PreventionTreatmentofHighCholesterol/Cooking-for-Lower-Cholesterol_UCM_305630_Article.jsp#.WCd_XySlGFU 5 - Eggs Eggs can be good or bad. All the cholesterol and fat is located in the egg YOLK, which is why most “experts” say you should only consume egg whites. However, most of the nutrients, antioxidants and half the essential amino acids (protein) are also found in the yolk. The problem is when you COOK the yolk - such as hard-boiled, scrambled and fried eggs. The heat oxidizes the egg and damages the structure of the fat. However, the egg yolk can actually increase your “good” HDL cholesterol and this is done when you eat the yolk that’s still soft and runny. Raw eggs are great or soft boiled. Make sure it’s organic, pastured, free-range eggs. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends. Expert Panel Host: Joseph Keon (A podcast version of this video is available on iTunes.) • North Americans are some of the least healthy people on Earth. Despite advanced medical care and one of the highest standards of living in the world, one in three Americans will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, and 50 percent of US children are overweight. This crisis in personal health is largely the result of chronically poor dietary and lifestyle choices. Nutritionist Dr. Joseph Keon unveils how North Americans unwittingly sabotage their health every day by drinking milk, and he shows that our obsession with calcium is unwarranted. Citing scientific literature, Dr. Joseph Keon builds an unassailable case that not only is milk unnecessary for human health, its inclusion in the diet may increase the risk of serious diseases including: • Prostate, breast, and ovarian cancers • Osteoporosis • Diabetes • Vascular disease • Crohn's disease Many of America's dairy herds contain sick and immunocompromised animals whose tainted milk regularly makes it to market. Cow's milk is also a sink for environmental contaminants and has been found to contain traces of pesticides, dioxins, PCBs, and rocket fuel. The Real Truth about Health Conference - 2014

My name is Christopher Walker. I’ve never been the biggest guy or the most ripped. I was never the strongest or the fastest. But one thing I can finally rest assured about, is my masculinity is intact because I learned how to boost testosterone naturally. I am a man and there’s nothing artificial about it. But if we wind the clocks back a second, you’ll see that things weren’t always like this. When I was a teenager I was diagnosed with a brain tumor that blocked key male hormone production in my pituitary gland - the master gland for communicating between the brain and the body to produce masculine hormones like testosterone. At just 19 years old, my T levels were almost zero! 11 ng/dL to be precise. I was 6’2” and only 150lbs of skin. Unable to gain any muscle, I was weak, low in energy and performance in the bedroom was ZILCH. No drive, no desire. In the prime of my youth I didn’t even feel like a man. I had no strength and no power. I felt nothing. Doctors gave me synthetic prescriptions, but it was clear even then, that pumping my body with synthetic compounds for the rest of my life was not the solution! So instead of relying on a broken medical system, I got to work! I began searching for a better and more natural solution. Within just 18 months, my testosterone levels went from almost zero to 1192 ng.dL. I was above the recommended medical standard and found that the answer wasn’t with synthetic supplements and drugs, it was in nature! Finding ways to naturally restore the health of the human body and to increase testosterone naturally became my passion. After earning my neuroscience degree from Duke University, I went on to write multiple men’s health books on the subject of natural testosterone production. My articles and videos are seen by an average of 100M men every year. I became an expert, not by choice, but by necessity. The biggest secret I discovered in my journey to heal myself was this: Nature has provided us with everything we need to heal ourselves. For men’s health, three key pillars are of paramount importance: #1. Micronutrients are needed for the production of our testosterone. To correct this you need the exact amount of zinc and magnesium. Research shows that hormonal levels can be completely restored within a few weeks of implementing this! #2. Specific herbs regulate the Testosterone-killing stress hormone cortisol & feminizing hormone estrogen, while raising levels of your important masculine androgen hormones. Natural herbs like ashwagandha have been used for thousands of years and have large amounts of human scientific research to back them up to increase testosterone naturally. #3. You need to naturally stimulate production of the trigger hormone LH in the pituitary. LH signals to your body to produce Testosterone naturally. Specific natural compounds such as glycine, and L-theanine are proven to stimulate your pituitary’s production of the important trigger hormone LH. It’s very simple and effective. When you solve all three, you’ll rebalance your natural biology and notice endless energy, no more performance problems, greater strength and better overall health! Since my life changed over 10 years ago, I’ve wanted other men to experience the exact same amazing benefits I’ve felt. That’s why I made the all-natural formula Testro-X. Testro-X contains each of these extremely important natural compounds to address these three areas: 1. micronutrient deficiencies 2. cortisol and estrogen regulation 3. triggering LH production to increase testosterone naturally. It’s a simple, but precise formula, based off nature’s innate wisdom, and certified effective by 88 modern medical research studies. And it’s been massively effective and life-changing for those who have found used it. If you’re ready to restore your biological roots of masculinity, to experience the benefits of amazing sleep, endless energy, incredible performance in the gym, relationships, and at work, and a leaner more muscular physique, then it’s time to choose the high leverage, backed by science, inspired by nature: Testro-X. now when you have problems with your male health. You start to experience issues like Low T and E. And these issues can be extremely embarrassing that can be extremely frustrating and a lot of times you don't even know where to go and look for for help with these with these uh problems. So a lot of people go to their doctor their prescribed some sort of pharmaceutical and uh, what they don't realize is that that pharmaceutical is actually a Band-Aid. It's not something that's going to actually solve the problem now today in this video. I'm going to talk to you about how to actually solve that. If you want to increase testosterone naturally, you can find Testro-X and try it for yourself for 60 days with no risk (money back guarantee) at - https://www.truthnutra.com/testro-x-yt Gym location: Front Range Boxing Academy Boulder, CO

Nowadays infertility is becoming very common issue in many women’s due to bad lifestyle, poor diet, hormonal imbalance, lack of physical exercise and many other unknown factors. Therefore to boost fertility women should be very cautious towards their diet plan & life style. Food and fertility are inherently linked. An effective diet helps regulate the body’s hormones and improve a woman’s health, growing her likelihood of conceiving a child. Here we have listed top 10 fertility-boosting foods packed with the most important vitamins and minerals for a healthy reproductive system. Eggs are a good source of high-quality protein, vitamin D, vitamin B12, carotenoids, omega-3 fats, phosphorus and riboflavin. Vitamin D content in eggs plays a vital role in boosting fertility. Whole milk products are rich in calcium which is essential for bones and reproductive health. Eating whole-milk products instead of skim or low-fat ones may decrease the risk for a certain type of infertility. Salmon is high in omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, vitamin B12, vitamin D, vitamin B6 and phosphorus. All these nutrients are essential for boosting fertility. Omega 3 fatty acids help in reducing stress, increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs and also control inflammation which may interfere with getting and staying pregnant. Broccoli is a great source of Vitamin C that plays a vital role in boosting fertility. According to a study published in Fertility and Sterility, vitamin C-enriched foods are highly essential for those who are planning to conceive. Olive oil works great in boosting women's fertility. It contain high percentage of monounsaturated fat which help in improving the body’s sensitivity to insulin, prevent from depression and reduce inflammation. Almonds are rich in many fertility boosting nutrients such as vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Zinc, Copper and monounsaturated fats. Vitamin E in almonds is a powerful antioxidant that increases sperm health and motility, prevent egg defects and improves overall egg health in women. Zinc help in proper development of ova and sperm, hormonal balance, prevention of chromosomal defects, and prevention of recurrent miscarriage. So if you want to increase fertility then it is best to include almonds in your daily diet plan. Bananas are rich in vitamin B6, which is particularly important to reproductive health because it helps regulate the hormones. An imbalance of hormones has direct effects on both male and female reproduction, particularly on the health of the egg and sperm produced by the parents. Folate is another nutrient bananas provide for women who are trying to conceive. Bananas are also a good source of Potassium, Vitamin C, Dietary Fiber, Protein, Magnesium, Riboflavin, Niacin, vitamin A and iron. All these nutrients and vitamins are essential for increasing fertility. Asparagus are rich in folates that prevent neural tube defects such as spina bifida in an unborn child. Scientific studies have shown that adequate consumption of folates in the diet during pre-conception period and early pregnancy helps prevent neural tube defects in the newborn baby. Asparagus are also rich in the B-complex group of vitamins such as thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6, and pantothenic acid. Cashew nuts are a good source of Zinc, Magnesium, copper, iron and selenium. All these minerals are essential for boosting fertility especially Zinc which is known to be one of the best minerals for fertility in both men and women. Deficiency in zinc can affect the testosterone levels and it decrease the sperm count. So, include handful of cashew nuts in your daily diet. Avocados are very rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals and packed with numerous health benefiting plant nutrients. The most abundant nutrients in an avocado are Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Potassium and Folic acid. They are also an excellent sources of minerals like iron, copper, magnesium, and manganese. All these nutrients works great in boosting fertility in both men and women. Folic acid prevents birth defects and neural tube defects.

Good Foods For Thyroid Cure | Thyroid Free | PlayEven English The thyroid gland, or simply the thyroid, is an endocrine gland in the neck, consisting of two lobes connected by an isthmus. It is found at the front of the neck, below the Adam's apple. The thyroid gland secretes thyroid hormones, which primarily influence the metabolic rate and protein synthesis. The hormones also have many other effects including those on development. The thyroid hormones triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) are created from iodine and tyrosine. The thyroid also produces the hormonecalcitonin, which plays a role in calcium homeostasis. Hormonal output from the thyroid is regulated by thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) secreted from the anterior pituitary gland, which itself is regulated by thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) produced by the hypothalamus. The thyroid may be affected by several diseases. Hyperthyroidism occurs when the gland produces excessive amounts of thyroid hormones, the most common cause being Graves' disease, an autoimmune disorder. In contrast, hypothyroidism is a state of insufficient thyroid hormone production. Worldwide, the most common cause is iodine deficiency. Thyroid hormones are important for development, and hypothyroidism secondary to iodine deficiency remains the leading cause of preventable intellectual disability. In iodine-sufficient regions, the most common cause of hypothyroidism is Hashimoto's thyroiditis, also an autoimmune disorder. In addition, the thyroid gland may also develop several types of nodules and cancer. #PlayEvenEnglish : https://goo.gl/5RkVnn #ThyroidFree Follow Us On Facebook : https://www.facebook.com/playevenenglish Web Page : https://womenscaretips.blogspot.in ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ थायराइड इलाज के लिए अच्छे भोजन thaayaraid ilaaj ke lie achchhe bhojan magandang pagkain para sa thyroid lunas الأطعمة الجيدة لعلاج الغدة الدرقية al'ateimat aljayidat lieilaj alghudat aldaraqia ਥਾਈਰੋਇਡ ਇਲਾਜ ਲਈ ਚੰਗੇ ਭੋਜਨ Thā'īrō'iḍa ilāja la'ī cagē bhōjana 甲状腺治疗的好食物 Jiǎzhuàngxiàn zhìliáo de hǎo shíwù 甲狀腺治療的好食物 Jiǎzhuàngxiàn zhìliáo de hǎo shíwù de bons aliments pour guérir la thyroïde gutes Essen für die Schilddrüsenkur goed voedsel voor de genezing van de schildklier buenos alimentos para curar la tiroides buoni cibi per la cura della tiroide լավ կերակուրներ thyroid բուժման համար lav kerakurner thyroid buzhman hamar 甲状腺の治癒に良い食べ物 Kōjōsen no chiyu ni yoi tabemono καλά τρόφιμα για τη θεραπεία του θυρεοειδούς kalá trófima gia ti therapeía tou thyreoeidoús goiter goiter symptoms goiter treatment growth on thyroid hashimoto hashimoto's hypothyroidism heal thyroid naturally healing hypothyroidism naturally how to treat thyroid hypothyroidism hypothyroidism blood test hypothyroidism causes hypothyroidism causes symptoms t4 thyroid tablets for thyroid problems tests for hypothyroidism the thyroid the thyroid cure the thyroid solution thyroid thyroid adenoma thyroid and hair loss thyroid and weight gain thyroid biopsy thyroid blood test thyroid booster thyroid cancer thyroid cancer surgery thyroid cancer symptoms thyroid cancer treatment thyroid carcinoma thyroid care thyroid causes thyroid causes and cure thyroid causes and symptoms thyroid clinic thyroid condition symptoms thyroid conditions thyroid cure thyroid cure medicine thyroid cyst thyroid deficiency thyroid deficiency symptoms thyroid deficiency treatment thyroid depression thyroid diagnosis thyroid diet thyroid disease thyroid hormone thyroid hormone levels thyroid hormone treatment thyroid hypo thyroid meds for hypothyroidism thyroid metabolism thyroid natural thyroid nodule treatment thyroid nodules thyroid nodules symptoms thyroid normal range thyroid numbers thyroid pain thyroid pills thyroid prescription thyroid problem solution thyroid problem treatment thyroid problems thyroid problems and symptoms thyroid problems and weight gain thyroid problems diet thyroid problems in children thyroid problems in men thyroid problems in women thyroid problems symptoms female thyroid range thyroid remedies thyroid removal thyroid replacement thyroid scan thyroid side effects thyroid signs and symptoms thyroid solution thyroid specialist thyroid stimulating hormone thyroid stimulating hormone levels thyroid storm thyroid supplements thyroid support thyroid treatment for women treating hypothyroidism with diet Thanks For Watching Our Video like and Subscribe For More Videos ================================================ Disclaimer : This video is only intended for informational purpose.Any information associated with this video should not be considered as a substitute for prescription suggested by beauty, diet and health care professionals.Readers are subjected to use these information on their own risk. This channel doesn’t take any responsibility for any harm, side-effects, illness or any health or skin care problems caused due to the use of our content or anything related to this..

A simple, yet scientifically proven way of boosting your testosterone and increasing your sex drive naturally... ►►► http://drsam.co/yt/BoostYourTestosteroneNaturally =============================================== The #1 Type of Food For Increasing Your Libido, Sex Drive & Testosterone Levels =============================================== Today I’m going to simplify the topic of increasing your “sex drive & libido”. I’m going to clarify all the silly misunderstandings about this important subject. I would say that 95% of the information you hear about this topic -- online, articles, blogs, youtube and so forth --- it's ALL WRONG! These so called ‘experts’ list foods such as “special” fruits or vegetables that have lots of good vitamins. Or spicy foods or alcohol because they may increase your blood flow. Or beans or meat because they have healthy protein. Or whole grains because they have fiber and help with weight loss. It’s a lot of “stuff” that *may* help a LITTLE… but they NEVER address the REAL problem and CAUSE of low libido, which is a HORMONAL IMBALANCE! That’s it! If your sex drive and libido isn’t where you’d like it to be or where it used to be. If you have a hard time getting or maintaining an erection. If you’re just not “driven” -- mentally, physically or emotionally -- when it comes to sex or just life in general. Then the problem is hormonal imbalance which typically means: LESS “pro-sexual” hormones - such as testosterone. MORE “anti-sexual” hormones - such as estrogen, prolactin and cortisol So let’s increase the good and decrease the bad. EAT FAT! The best type of food that increases testosterone is FAT and more specifically, saturated fats and cholesterol. Now, you might be freaking out and think “okay Dr. Sam -- you’re insane!!! My cholesterol is going to go through the roof and I’m going to have a heart attack!” Nope, not true. First of all, over 80% of the cholesterol found in your blood and arteries is NOT from foods you eat -- but produced from your LIVER! (1) Cholesterol and saturated fats help produce most of your sex hormones - especially testosterone. Cholesterol helps lower your stress hormone, cortisol -- which does the OPPOSITE of testosterone. In fact, without cholesterol you’d die eventually. And for those of you are are really concerned about having high cholesterol -- the PRIMARY cause of high cholesterol is AGING and the change in your hormones!!! This is why the older you get, the worse your cholesterol levels. This is why women who go through menopause start having high cholesterol. Again, it all comes down to a hormonal imbalance!!! What MATTERS is WHERE you get your fats. Don’t go fry up some bacon and think this is healthy. Most animal and dairy fats are the problem. Heating oils, processed vegetable fats, hydrogenated and trans fats are the problem. Instead, have HEALTHY fats. Have free range eggs WITH the yolk. The BEST way to eat eggs are RAW --- but if you can’t do that, at least keep the yolk runny and soft, which will increase your “good” HDL cholesterol.(2) If you want to have some free range, grass fed meat or bison/buffalo 2-3x a week, that’s fine too. Grass fed red meat has higher levels of CLA fats, which boost testosterone, reduce cortisol, are anti-inflammatory and help reduce many forms of cancer (4) Other than that, I would stay away from most other meats because they’re processed and full of negative hormones such as ESTROGEN, which will LOWER your testosterone and libido. Lastly, have some HEALTHY saturated fats and one of the best is raw, extra virgin coconut oil. Not only does raw coconut oil improve your testosterone and fat-burning hormones, it also helps increase blood flow and circulation -- both of which are important for your sex drive and erections.(3) Click here for a proven, 100% natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/BoostYourTestosteroneNaturally Or you can watch other videos related to erectile dysfunction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_z5fqph5YU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGfazrFHi70 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT8_UoaqTC4 (1) http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/body-cholesterol.shtml (2) http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/03/10/the-sunny-side-of-eggs.aspx (3) Journal of the American College of Cardiology, 2006; 48(4): 715-720, "Consumption of Saturated Fat Impairs the Anti-Inflammatory Properties of High-Density Lipoproteins and Endothelial Function" (4) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC201014/ ========= Thank you for watching. And with the people that tell us that milk is great and with the celebrities making money and trying to sell you the "white stuff". You know the argument in favor of dairy: is good for your bones; you need calcium. I'm here to tell you that it isn't. WHY? Check out the video to find out! This video is inspired by the lessons learned in books like "The China Study". ***Below For More of the Transcript*** ♥ FREE WEIGHT LOSS AND DETOX START-UP GUIDE: http://bit.ly/jcSignUp ♥ SUBSCRIBE FOR NEW VIDEOS: http://bit.ly/JovaSubscribe ------- GET MORE KEWL STUFF BELOW ------- ✔ CHECK OUT: http://jovankaciares.com ✔ FOLLOW: http://twitter.com/JovankaCiares ✔ LIKE: http://facebook.com/JovankaCiares ✔ SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/wellnessjolt WARNING: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THESE VIDEOS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND AS OPINIONS ONLY. ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE TRYING ANY NEW DIET, WELLNESS OR EXERCISE PROGRAM. SOME OF THE ADVICE HERE MAY NOT BE SUITABLE. __________________________________________________ Because it is highly acidic to the body. It causes inflammation. Best known acid blocker known is calcium. Calcium lives in your bones and your body takes calcium from your bones to fight the acidity and return your body’s pH levels to normal levels, leading to calcium loss that can create bone density loss, osteoporosis, etc. So therefore, dairy actually takes calcium from your body rather than introduces it. Shocking, right! A Harvard study followed 78,000 women over 12 years and tracked their consumption of dairy. Results showed that the women who consumed more dairy also broke more bones than those who did not drink much milk. Calcium? Where do the COWS get calcium for their big bones? Yes... from plants! The calcium they consume from plants has a large amount of magnesium... necessary for the body to absorb and USE the calcium. Then there are all these other facts: *ALL* cow's milk (regular and 'organic') has 59 active hormones, scores of allergens, fat and cholesterol. Most cow's milk herbicides, pesticides, and up to 52 powerful antibiotics, blood, pus, feces, bacteria and viruses. Wait! Did I say PUS? Yep, pus. According to research by the USDA, the average content of pus in milk is 316 million pus cells! Yes... milk is Mother Nature's "perfect food" ...for a calf... until it is weaned. Then, there’s the fact that pasteurization destroys nutrients. It kills potentially dangerous pathogens but also any of milk's healthy enzymes. Then there is the cancer-promoting protein in milk: Casein. In the China Study, Dr. T Colin Campbell discusses the results of years of studies that shows who the main animal protein in milk, casein can promote cancerous cell growth when exposed to toxicity. And guess what?! We are all overly toxic, there’s no escaping all the toxicity but you can stay away from casein! And speaking of cancer, did you know that the growth hormone they give cows so they can produce double the amount of milk (because you know these cows cannot produce enough milk to create a profit so we have to stuff them with man-made growth hormones) can stimulate and accelerate cancer cell growth in us humans!?!? So please, don’t’ believe me if you don’t want to but PLEASE do your homework. Don’t put that stuff in your body before knowing .

What's the best protein source to lose weight, build musle, get lean and ripped. Find out what foods are best. 🔥 FREE 6 Week Challenge: https://gravitytransformation.com Fat Loss Calculator: http://gravitytransformation.com/macro-calculator/ In an effort to find the best source of protein for losing weight, burning fat, and losing some inches off of that belly I compared sources of protein on three different levels. I learned a lot through these comparisons so I'm pretty sure you're going to learn something new in this video. For the first comparison I compared the bioavailability of various different protein sources. Bioavailability is a representation of the percentage of just how much our bodies can make use of certain protein sources. Basically our bodies can use and absorb certain protein sources better than others. According to the bioavailability index we got whey protein at the top, followed by whole eggs, cows milk, egg whites, and fish. Now just because our bodies can absorb a lot of the protein from milk, assuming your not lactose intolerant that is, doesn't mean that milk is the solution to fat loss. This is just one very important comparison that has to be drawn because the best sources of protein for fat loss should also help you maintain muscle mass. Obviously it's going to be tough getting enough protein from peanuts because it's so low on the bioavailability scale. For the next comparison I wanted to see which protein sources spike insulin the highest. Yes protein can spike insulin levels in your body just like carbohydrates can. Most people don't know that protein is insulinogenic, but it is and some protein like whey protein can really spike your insulin pretty high. You may be wondering why is this important. Well it's important because the most significant factor in fat storage is the level of insulin in the blood. Insulin increases the storage of fat in fat cells and prevents fat cells from releasing fat for energy. There was a study done by David Mendosa, in which they tested 38 foods and found that glycemic and insulin scores were highly correlated. However whats interesting is that protein-rich foods and bakery products elicited insulin responses that were disproportionately higher than their glycemic responses. In case you don't know the glycemic index is a number associated with a particular type of food that indicates the food's effect on a person's blood glucose. So it makes sense that these two numbers would correlate because if something spikes your blood sugar you need a spike in insulin to bring the blood sugar levels back down. But certain protein sources seem to not have this correlation. This study found some foods such as meat, fish, and eggs that contain no carbohydrates, just protein and fat (and essentially have a Glycemic Index value of zero), still stimulate significant rises in blood insulin. The insulin index is a new area of study so this is not one that I have a direct answer to, but it's interesting to note that whey protein can spike your insulin levels very high. The insulin will funnel the blood sugar to the liver where it can be stored as fat. This doesn't mean that whey protein is awful for you when trying to lose weight, it just depends when you have it. If you have a random whey protein shake in the middle of the day or for breakfast it may not help you with weight loss, especially if you have it with fruit or milk. However, if you have that directly after a workout the insulin spike can help you funnel the glycogen to your muscles rather than ultimately ending up in your fat cells. For the last comparison, I compared the macronutrient splits in different sources of protein. This will help us see how much protein we are getting for a given amount of calories. Remember that insulin is what stores fat not fat. So just because we have fat that comes with a protein source doesn't mean that it's bad for fat loss. In fact fat is necessary to produce many of the important hormones that we need for optimal fat loss. I want to just compare a couple different sources of protein starting with chicken breast and cod fish. Chicken breast, cod, and other low fat fish is made up of 93% protein, 0% carbs, and 7% fat. Beans are made up of 25% Protein 72% carbs and 3% fat. Eggs are 29% Protein 2% carbs and 69% Fat. As you can see each of these sources that I picked leans more heavily toward one macronutrient than the rest. Cod and Chicken breast leans heavily toward the protein macro. Whole eggs are mostly made up of fat and beans are mostly made up of carbs. When looking at protein sources in this way you can say that beans are a good source of carbohydrates that are high in protein, but they mainly provide carbohydrates.

This is a video about how I lost 30 pounds in 60 days and kept it off for 4 months doing Intermittent Fasting (IF) and eating One Meal A Day (OMAD) combined with a healthy diet and intense excercise. I get tons of questions from people who think they will lose muscle or get weaker doing Intermittent Fasting or eating only one meal a day. There are a lot of myths that fasting will put your body into "starvation mode" and you will lose all your muscle. In this video I wanted to explain how IF and OMAD helps your body lose fat. I explain why IF and OMAD doesnt make you weaker and doesnt cause your body to lose muscle. I wanted to post some footage of me doing some yoga poses that require tons of strength to prove that IF or OMAD doesnt make you weaker. I posted a video in September 2017 about my 60 day journey with Intermittent Fasting and eating One Meal A Day (OMAD). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yHDG2665sIQ&t=1s I got tons of messages asking me what I eat so I posted a 2nd video in October to help people understand how much food is required in order to eat only meal a day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JbHmmeImLvs&t=401s Most people think that the reason why I lost weight is due to lowering my calorie intake but that is far from the truth. The reason why I have lost so much weight is because I fast for 23 hours a day. When you fast, your insulin glucose drops and your body will burn its stored fat as energy. I eat my one and only meal every day at 2pm. 5 of those days are at my restaurant, Monarch 9 Café in Yorba Linda, CA where I eat the same thing; a bowl of filet mignon pho (with cabbage instead of noodles), a salad with either grilled lemon grass pork, shaken beef or steamed ginger chicken. I also always have a bowl of oatmeal (with almond milk) and fruits and 1 cup of nuts. I used to take tons of supplements (protein powder, glucosamine, chondroitin, creatine, glutamine, zink, magnesium, fish oil, etc) I no longer take and supplements. I now get all my nutrients in my food. I get all my carbs from vegetables, my protein from my meats and my fats from nuts. I started Intermittent Fasting on July 15, 2017 at 176 pounds. I had a goal to get and STAY under 160 pounds. I have tried every diet out there and always lost weight initially but I was never able to sustain my weight. I was expecting it would take me 2-3 months to get under 160 pounds but I was actually able to get to 159 pounds on the 30th day. For those that know me, when I do something I dont do it half assed, I always go all in, so after hitting my goal weight in 30 days I decided to push myself even harder and start eating only One Meal A Day (OMAD). I have been on OMAD for 6 months now and I feel amazing. I am steady between 146-148 pounds, I was trying to get above 150 pounds but now I am comfortable at this weight. I have found out that while fasting my body will produce more HGH (Human Growth Hormone). The longer the periods of fasting, the more HGH is produced. This made sense since I had way more energy and felt way stronger when I was only eating One Meal A Day. I hope this video helps you out in any way. If you are struggling with trying to lose fat I highly recommend you try Intermittent Fasting. Hormones are secreted by various glands and organs including your thyroid, adrenals, pituitary, ovaries, testicles and pancreas. The entire endocrine system works together to control the level of hormones circulating throughout your body, and if one or more is even slightly imbalanced it can cause widespread, major health problems. In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, Jordan Rubin and I share foods, essential oils, herbs, spices, nutrients and supplements to help naturally balance hormones and manage menopause. Download my 100% free testosterone foods grocery list here - https://www.truthnutra.com/30foods Flax Seeds and Testosterone: Flax seeds have become strangely popular in the mainstream lately, mostly due to their omega-3 content. However, literally everyone overlooks hormonal health, in general, and therefore has missed the boat on the negative impact a specific compound in flaxseeds has on human endocrine balance. Let's talk about one of the side effects of flax seeds. This compound has an extremely powerful ability to lower human testosterone levels, and flax seeds contain them in an 800-fold amount over most other foods. Keep watching to find out what this compound is… Flaxseeds are incredibly dense in a compound known as lignans. They contain roughly 800x the amount of lignans as most other foods. Why is this a problem? Well, most people don’t realize this, but lignans are highly estrogenic. They’ve been shown to lower both free and total testosterone levels, as well as suppress the 5 alpha reductase enzyme activity. They increase production of SHBG, which is the protein that binds free testosterone, rendering it inactive. The studies done on flaxseeds make the overwhelming conclusion that flaxseeds and hormonal health are not exactly a match made in heaven. In fact, unless you’re a woman with excessive body hair growth, you’re going to want to stay far away from these pesky little estrogen-bombs. Flaxseeds have historically been used by medical researchers specifically to lower excess testosterone levels in women with a condition known as hirsutism, which is characterized by excessive facial hair growth. For example, this study demonstrated that daily consumption of flax seeds for 4 months annihilated total testosterone levels by 70% and free testosterone levels by 89%. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2752973/ In a similar study done on men, the subjects exhibited a not-as-extreme but still significant drop in total testosterone of 15% and free testosterone by 20%. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11445478 Unless you’re specifically looking to biologically castrate yourself, flax seeds should probably not be a staple food. Once again, mainstream nutrition advice has failed to properly inspect the important, and potentially damaging effects a food can have on the human endocrine system before touting it as a “superfood” and if anything, this just highlights our need to remain vigilant before trusting surface-level advice from mass media outlets or traditionally-educated nutritionists who all learn from the same sources. With that in mind, I have a gift for you… All this conflicting advice around nutrition can be confusing for people, so I want to make things simple and straightforward. I put together a 100% free grocery list for you, called 30 Man Foods and you can get it over at 30manfoods.com right now. There will be a link near this video. Take Dr. Berg's Free Keto Mini-Course: http://pxlme.me/-i717vtY or go here: https://www.drberg.com/how-to-do-ketosis Dr. Berg talks about the 5th Body Type. You have the adrenal type, the thyroid type, the ovary type and the liver type. But there is one more, it's the pancreas type, which is pumping out too much insulin because this person has insulin resistance. The best way to look at this is to look at what TRIGGERED your body type before you developed your body shape or type. Lets take the liver body type - this could come from alcohol, medications, and even a virus. But you can also have a liver body type that is triggered from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease triggered from insulin resistance, so the pancreas can cause the liver body type. The pancreas type can also cause the adrenal body type, if the trigger is sugar or freq. eating, however, if it's stress as a trigger, then the high cortisol can release insulin and create belly fat that make its impossible to determine from the outside if the person has the pancreas or adrenal body type until you talk to the person and dig into their history. If they have the ovary type, and you find out from their history that they were exposed to higher levels of estrogen - birth control pills or even pregnancy, then we know the trigger is estrogen. The thyroid is usually secondary to either high estrogen or liver problems. The big question is WHAT happens before you ended up with your shape. You need a clue: -stress -sugar -medication -virus -pregnancy -alcohol Cortisol, estrogen and insulin are fat making hormones and they dominate other hormones. This is why the thyroid and liver are usually secondary to other body types. BUT out of all body type, I believe the pancreas is probably the most common today due to how insulin is being triggered by so many things we are exposed to: -sugar -refined carbs -vegetable oils -msg -frequent eating -etc. etc. Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, 52 years of age is a chiropractor who specializes in weight loss through nutritional and natural methods. Your favorite “health” foods might actually be biologically castrating you. And if this is the case, you should turn back now. Stop consuming these foods! Right the ship as soon as possible, or risk sailing straight into the estrogenic glacier of low testosterone misery. Are you consuming any of these foods? I guarantee you, these will surprise you... “Health” Foods That Lower Testosterone Flax Seeds Protein Mint Licorice Vegetable Oils Soy Wine Nuts Flax Seeds Lower Testosterone Flax seeds are terrible for you. Stop eating them. Why? Because they’re extremely rich in lignans. Lignans are highly estrogenic. They also have evidence of reducing testosterone and DHT activity, which is not surprising. In one study, researchers actually used lignans to drive estrogen higher and to purposefully lower testosterone levels - and they showed how brutally effective it really is, by lowering testosterone levels by 70% and free testosterone levels by 89%!! Protein Intake Is Inversely Correlated With Lower Testosterone In studying the manipulation of macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats) in relation to androgen levels, researchers have found some disturbing - yet logical - correlations, the most important being the inverse correlation between protein consumption and serum testosterone levels. The higher percentage of protein a subject consumed as part of his daily caloric intake, the lower his testosterone levels were. Mint Lowers Testosterone In Men This one always comes as a major shock to people: mint, specifically spearmint and peppermint (the two most common types) have been found to completely obliterate testosterone levels, even in rather normal dosages. One study found that in groups of rats, the subjects that had consumed: 20g/L peppermint tea decreased testosterone by 23% 20g/L spearmint tea decreased testosterone by 51% Massive decreases.
