i just found out today that roasted garlic are so tasty, and easy to digest. everybody should try it. peel the cloves, wrap in aluminum foil and cook in the oven for 30 minutes.

Never cook in foil as aluminium is poisonous when it reacts with heat. Just have it raw but minced with soy sauce and chili as a topping or vinaigrette for your salads

Odiamichael Crush it up in a bowl and add honey to it,don't chew it just put it in your mouth and down it with a glass of water, take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach,no one will be able to smell it that way...

Garlic everyday has keep me off antibiotics for 3 years!!!! I was getting repeated sinus and ear infections. It’s amazing!!!!👍🏼

I also eat it every single day even when I am not sick I’ll put a couple of cloves and chop them up and add to salad’s , spaghetti or whatever meal I may prefer. I crave it. But for those of you who would not prefer to use it every day, I would recommend at the first sign of infection to start it immediately morning and night. C Blanco I have never taken the capsules. I’ve always bought fresh organic garlic cloves. You can try it if you prefer to do it that way, it may work for you. I know some people do not like to take garlic from cloves Because it is very strong but keep in mind it has wonderful antimicrobial properties and is a wonderful healing herb for infections, bacterial or viral. 🙏🏼

Amy Adams As long as I take garlic at the first sign of an infection such as a ear, nose ,throat, and sinus infection I do not start anabiotic‘s. I immediately start garlic. I crush about 2 to 3 cloves enough to where I don’t get choked and scoop it up in a spoon, and sometimes I add some Organic honey mixed in because sometimes garlic burns as we all know and then I just swallow it and chase it with a glass of water. And on some occasions, I just crush the garlic and pop it in my mouth and swallow with a big glass of water and I do this morning and night and since I have been doing this it has kept me off of antibiotics completely. It has worked wonderfully for me. 👍🏼❤️

Garlic save my vision when i was small kid shiken pops.real bead fever.mother save my vision by puting garlic crash it with teath n blu air in my eyes.now i take garlic always for everything i was only 4 them.iam 60 now still here.😎
