As the video stated, you want the yolk to NOT hard. You want it runny such as sunny-side up or raw eggs or similar. Thus, scramled eggs wouldn’t be a good idea.

Problem I have found is that I purchase pasture raised eggs at the store, crack them open and they look just like the cheaper eggs that you can get for less (yellow yolk). I feel to get real pasture raised eggs you need to buy direct from a local farm. I think stores sell the less inferior eggs marketed as "pasture raised" eggs and mark up the price, because I have yet to crack one open and find a dark orange yolk.

I don’t know where the 15 is referenced from. I eat 3-5 daily. No, does nothing bad to the kidneys. But I think 6 is the max, assuming you’re in good shape, exercising, etc.
