I've been drinking watermelon juice for 2 years and recently I've been adding different flavors like cherry pineapple I'm just taking my time with it it's screaming throw them flavors in there it screaming
save what you strained for smoothies. The pulp is full of fiber. BTW, straining the fiber from the juice also allows your body to absorb more nutrients because you don't have the fiber dragging it all out
I did this with my ninja blender and it worked great so ( not being rude so plz don’t attack me lol) you really don’t need an 800.00 blender....if ur on a budget like me that is...have a beautiful day and thanks for the video..
I think the straining is counter to keeping the micronutrient and water soluble fiber in the part you ingest.
I use 1/3-1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice and the chilled water melon in the blender pour lemon juice over and purée. I just stir the pulp fiber into the juice and drink it ALL down! No lime no coconut no herbs, just awesome watermelon lemonade!
Why raw vegans like you don’t show up reports of your diseases and hospital bills and reports in your name from the days when you guys were critically ill and 13-14 years ago. Here i demand for your reports please make a video on reports from those times when you claim to be critically ill.
Yes this is so I do my watermelon juice strain it and drink it just like that it is delicious and it gives you lots of energy for mowing grass that the Putting Mint sounds wonderful will have to try your recipe sounds great and simple😊💕
Juice or smoothie juice if sick and have no energy to digest fiber. Still sounds good. I wonder if we van make cakes with the pulp like carrot cake, zucini bread? With all the worries of the rind I hear you can furmint it, I have a pickled water melon rind resipe. A real thing. Never concidered furminting it tell this post. I fermint my pineapple core and peeling makes a nice fermint. Then there is vinegar made by ferminting apple cores and skins. Humh thank you for your post it gave me a new beverage and an experimint project. 🤔😁Fun
Good day. ....like ur recipe....but u threw out the best part of the watermelon....the SKIN....that has more nutrients than the actual watermelon....but I'll give u a C for trying....have a bless day..
Four years ago I am a regular visitor of a hospital always sick and I don't know what's wrong with my body until I change my diet and started juicing watermelon, apple, and squeeze a half regular size lemon on it and I'll drink it every morning and boom! never been hospitalized since then. I believe it's the high vitamin C content of those three that makes the difference. I've learned that our body doesn't produce Vitamin-C. It is something that you need to take from nature like fruits and vegetables. Just observe your body for like a week after eating just process food or fast food. You feel heavy and lacking some energy. Noticed the difference when you incorporate vegetables and fruits in your diet every meal everyday. Your mind and your body just feel great. Also, I have seasonal allergy and I can't believe it went away. I truly believe GOD provided us everything that we need to live a simple healthy life and that's from nature.

Christina, you made this in 2012 and I noticed that you’re really thin here, too thin I think. You look much healthier at the weight you are now.
One of my favorite juices is canteloupe. I juice the whole thing, seeds, rind, pulp. Add mint. Juicing the rind adds a creaminess, and it cuts the sweetness to something pleasant instead of over-the-top. Out of this world delicious!
Here's a secret mo-butter! Take the watermelon juice and make wine from it, why you ask? Because there is nothing on the planet that can help you sleep at night then a small glass of watermelon wine, it is pure liquid magic! and melatonin works but also not without side effects, where watermelon wine is healthy to your whole system.
