Workouts are not exhausting. It's awesome. I go to the gym( an affordable one at that). And I just love it. I train 3 times a week. And eat whatever I want. But thank God I'm not a lover of junk food. But I love home cooked food.

I don't drink suggary drinks or eat junk food. Don't hide unhealthy food. Just don't buy it. I'm not convincend about the laugher tough. Specially "laughter yoga". I go to bed at 9pm but wake up 2/3 times during the night. The rest of it. I already do.

I work at night and dont sleep during the day. I may get 2-3 hrs of sleep 5 days a week. I eat healthy most days and being an aerobic instructor I work out 5 days a week. Belly is still not going anywhere. What can I do?

I recently went on the Keto diet 2 months ago starting at a weight of 225 lbs. I stopped eating sweets, sugar and bread and started drinking 12 glasses of water a day as well as cutting my meal portion by half. I eat one meal a day and I've currently lost 36 lbs. The best part is I never work out or count calories.

Eating frequently small amounts is bad advice no matter whst you eat it still raises insulin. Intermitent fasting works well eith low carb.

I love your video and what you said is true. I went down two dresses this year, not by cutting out chocolate or little snacks I like once in a while...but by eating fresh foods. Cutting out as much process foods will help too whenever you can.
