💪 The Vitamin That’s Clinically Proven To Increase Your Testosterone After Exercise
Today I’ll reveal a very common vitamin, that when used at a specific dosage, is clinically proven to increase your testosterone and libido, after you exercise.
Most people don’t know, but exercise actually DECREASES your testosterone levels. This is especially true for “endurance” exercises such as running, jogging, biking, etc.
Even though lifting weights can actually INCREASE your testosterone levels, for many people this is temporary. Afterwards, there is a big drop in testosterone.
So, why does this happen?
Well, there are lots of reasons.
Lower blood sugar due to glucose depletion in your muscles, increases your cortisol levels and can cause a decrease in testosterone.
Stress on your nervous system (CNS) due to an exhaustive or overly strenuous workout, increases your cortisol and will cause a decrease in your testosterone.
Not eating well, being depleted of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, causes stress on your body and again, raises your cortisol and decreases your testosterone.
As you see - the common problem is STRESS and the increase in your cortisol hormone.
There are 3 ways to fix this problem and reduce this from happening:
Make sure you have enough food in your body, before AND after exercise. This means have a good, light meal about an hour or two before exercise. And make sure to eat carbs and protein soon after your workout, to replenish your empty glucose and protein levels.
Keep your workouts short. No more than 30-45 minutes. No more than 3-4x weekly. Don’t kill yourself. You should leave the gym feeling GOOD and refreshed. Not as if you just got done wrestling Kingkong and you’re dead tired.
Take vitamins and herbs after your workout, that are clinically proven to reduce cortisol and increase your testosterone.
And one of the simplest ways to do this is to take Vitamin C. Recent research shows that taking about 500 mgs of Vitamin C, before AND after your workout,1 can
Decrease your stress hormone, cortisol.
Dramatically reduce the drop in testosterone levels.
Improve sperm count and the desire to have sex.
There have been many other clinical studies showing how powerful Vitamin C is at reducing stress. Combined with other ingredients that boost your testosterone, and you have a winning formula.
Personally, here’s what I’ve been doing for years.
An hour before exercise:
I have a light meal, maybe a protein shake.
I take 1000 mgs of Buffered Vitamin C
2 pills of AlphaViril to boost my testosterone.
30-60 minutes after my workout:
I have another meal, carbs + protein. More calories.
I take more Vitamin C, this time 2000 mgs
And I take another 2-3 pills of AlphaViril to decrease my negative hormones and boost my testosterone even further.
You can find out more about how AlphaViril works, by clicking the special link to a bonus video about it.
Combined with high dose Vitamin C, even 500 mgs before and after your workout, the combination makes dramatic improvements in your testosterone, muscle mass, fat loss and sex drive.
Give it a try and let me know how it works for you.

I also attest to Dr. Robbins authenticity, first I started watching his video just being curious and liked and verified some of the information he shared, some of it was so new to me I was like whoa.
Then I said what the heck, I tried his AlphaViril, I’m a satisfied customer, been using it now for approx 6 months now, cycling it as he suggested, it has changed things dramatically, I do endurance cycling and recently switched to a HIIT Bootcamp studio workout challenge and I tell this formula works and to be succinct it works even better in the bedroom.
Thank you Dr. Robbins for this video as the Bootcamp workout is killing me but this information will help to balance me out.
subscribed, thanks for mind opening advice, 30 years ago I seen a guy in the gym taking vit c after training, he told me to try vit c, I never did as I didn't know what the point of taking it was? now I do ! been through some of your other videos, first goal is cut out man made carbs, thanks for wealth of information
Hi great video. thank you. I came across your videos recently and have watched a few especially on High Blood Pressure. Great easy advise. But on this topic about increasing testosterone, where is the bonus link about how AlphaViril works ? I can't find it here :(
Thanks Dr Sam for your quick reply. I thought the 2 links under the video is about increasing the testosterone and sex drive as teh titel said instead of about how AlphaViril works which was what I was searching for or a heading something like A Bonus Video.
Anyway, thanks for the clarification although the link under your video does not actually talked much about how AlphaViril works but refers to another video. All the same, thanks for the video.
Hello Dr. Sam robins, I wanted to ask that, when cortisol and aromatase effect the body's testosterone that at 21 year old, my testosterone is base line, and loss of muscles, bones, etc is observed. My estrogen is too high. Also I doubt about prolactin as others I have lab reports bout not of this. Suggest me something that will heal my system. Also adrenals are working under their potential.
There’s a lot going on here, I can’t make a “simple suggestion” here. I’m sure you already know this. I had the SAME problem when I was 19 years old. My stupid doctor wouldn’t help me. So, I had to fix things on my own. A lot of time and money was wasted. Eat natural foods. Control your stress. Eat more fat. Sleep more. Exercise with weights, 3x weekly. Take http://drsam.co/yt/TestTheFormula
thank you, I will give it a try starting tomorrow ! Since AlphaViril is a test booster, would it be safe taking it with the current supplements I'm taking such as: multivitamin for men, protein shakes, and fish pills. When I say "with" I don't mean at the same time.
It helps to know what's in Alpha Viral. Are there any toxins from being chemically processed or heated? is it an organically grown raw living food full of enzymes? Lots of raw living foods and somes supplements based on wild grown superfoods that are not cooked to death work work fucking great!
I take the followinghttps://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-advan-c-with-quercetin-citrus-bioflavonoids-1000-mg-90-capsules-2https://www.vitacost.com/solaray-super-bio-c-buffered-100-vegetarian-capsules-3and also sometimes I take a Liposomal Vit. C I mix and match the above.
At the beginning it can increase testosterone That’s because of the extra fat intake, there’s an increase in testosterone. Unfortunately, due to lower carbs, there’s later an increase in cortisol, your stress hormone. So as that goes up, your testosterone goes down. It’s a good way to lose fat, but temporarily. Not something you should be on all the time.
Hi Dr. Sam I really enjoy your videos and appreciate you Sharing your knowledge. I just wanted to ask a quick question. I take a multivitamin every morning, is it ok to take 500mg of vitamin C before and after training also? Will I be having to much vitamin C and is there such a thing, as having to much? thank you.
All the positive comments & your wonderful take on the info, Dr Sam, I subbed!
So far, have been taking vit C 500mg post workout immediately a/w my protein shake.. Going to include it in my pre-workout too.. ✌🏼
The best form of Vitamin C is Liposomal encapsulated.
I have been using Aurora Nutrascience's Mega Liposomal Vitamin C for the past 2 years and the results I have experienced are amazing. I buy it at the Vitamin Shoppe. Not cheap but it works.
I workout twice a day and I feel good. I like to work out because it allows me to keep my focus up. I do about 25-45min of fast paced work and 15-20min streching, rolling and other maintenance stuff. I have lower back injury which is an additional motivator for working out this much. In the city I was born everyone exercises a lot. In my current city people whine about working out twice or thrice a week, which is just amazing to me.
Supplements are a faster, more concentrated solution cointaining the nutrients your body needs to improve it's functions. There's nothing wrong with consuming the foods that have the nutrients, but in every natural food, you only find a small percentage of what you need.
Yes, for sure. I take 3000 mgs or more daily. https://www.vitacost.com/vitacost-advan-c-with-quercetin-citrus-bioflavonoids-1000-mg-300-vegetarian-tablets-1?q=vit+c&ta=vit+c is my favorite. Use this link to get $5 discount http://drsam.co/yt/vitacostdiscount
thats what i taught all these years as a natural bodybuilder from closed friends who also compete to always take Vitamin C 1000IU with my post-workout shake in order to block cortisol on its tracks
