This is bullshit. Are you a doctor? I had 3 option from 3 doctors who have said avoid vegetable that so not keep diabetes in check and all three have said to avoid sugary fruits and bread. They had not recommended that I eat dates, avocado, tomatoes and orange because most are high in natural sugar and sugar, whether it is from canes, rapes or fruit, still spikes diabetes, including sugarless cordials and soft drinks.
