I've been drinking garlic mix with honey and warm water for three days now. The first day I took it, it kicks my stomach for some minutes. And for the second and third am experiencing sore throat. I just want to know if it's normal.
Hi are we supposed to swallow the small pieces of garlic worth the water or is the water enough? It did it this morning I grated the garlic and mixed it with a warm cup of water and drank it. Karen Tay I put watet in my mouth 1st then chew a garlic clove with the water then swallow. Today I will try cutting the garlic with a knife 1st then putting it in my mouth full of water...may be able to get more garlic in this way.
