Dr. Berg talks about anti aging and discusses about anti aging secrets that might make it possible to reverse the aging process. The goal is to develop a healthy eating routine and get younger as your age increases. There major causes of deaths are due to heart disease, cancer, chronic repiratory diseases, accidents, strokes, diabetes etc. A better strategy to stop aging would be to work on the inside of your body (instead of using supplements to enhance your skin care). He then talks about anti aging diet that have nutrients and other vitamins which will be useful for anti aging skin care.

Hi Dr Berg. Brain celles not being replaced is an old belief. They do, just not in the same extent/speed as other organs. Also, please stop disrespecting and talking crap about all medical doctors as a whole. It's tacky.
Wow, the same thing happened to me about a year ago when I went to my doctor! It’s really unacceptable treatment, and I was losing weight rapidly at the time and doctors response was to send me to an eating disorder clinic, instead of looking at the whole picture, I never went, I was infuriated and never went back to doctor for over a year, and I changed my diet and payed attention to everything I was having a reaction to. I managed to gain back 14 of the 18 pounds I dropped which was scary because I was down to 93 pounds, and I still have a lot of the other symptoms but I just try to pace myself every day. It seems I will probably not find out was is really going on with my health
Thank you for your webinar. Great info as usual. High nutrient foods: yes, grass fed organ meat, but things like chlorella, moringa, etc are also high nutrient foods. Highest vitamin C foods: sauerkraut (fermented red cabbage), camu camu. You mentioned tuna for vit. A but be careful because as you said it is high in heavy metals like Hg, better to stick to sardines or any smaller fish. One thing I believe it’s possible to regenerate new brains cells (neurogenesis), for example study in rats (ok those are animal studies) published in 2016 in the Journal of Physiology, physical exercise enhances neurogenesis if it’s aerobic and sustained. Fasting, flavonoids, omega-3, MCT oil may also promote neurogenesis but probably more studies have to be done.

Please don't spread disiformation. Even so called organic MEAT actually increases aging and mortality rate due to saturated fats, cholesterol and other toxins. That in fact together with alcohol and tobacco it leading cause of heart. diabetes, obesity and cancer diseases while vegetarians and vegans tend to live longer. Dieticians more and more support plant based diet. Meat industry is not only extremelly violent but also primary environment polluter and resource waste. Linseeds are very good fat source containing highest amounts of Omega 3. Plants also can provide good amount of vitamin A but since it's fat soluble oils can help. Also he didn't mention powerful antiaging agent such as NAD+, SOD, astaxanthin and as well telomere restoring astragalus membranaceous root.
I have a question.
I like eating liver.
I crave for it almost everyday.
But some say it's too nutritious to eat everyday.
One of the websites I found says:
You should eat once a week at most.
If you eat more than that, it can harm you.
It's a Japanese source and I don't know what they say in America, so l wanted to know if it was true.

Have not been to doctor since 1984, that was for multiple fractures from an accident, got broadsided by this guy on Tofrinal, sp. he only broke 3 ribs, i was a mess, he was on prescription drugs, didn't get much from all that either, my lawyer goofed up, oh well. To whom it may concern: Why go to the doctor if you know best? I think the issue is ppl expect too much from their doctor and fail to take responsibility for their own health. You will hear ppl saying they are ill because of their doctor but is that really being honest? Why were you going to the doctor in the first place? Self- neglect?

One person got more gray hair after exercise which caused stress which steals B vitamins/Zn and progesterone. B vitamins helps hair color. Thin/waxy skin maybe due to gluten which may lower nutrients absorbed in intestines as it hurts intestines. DES was used to stop a miscarriage, but being estrogen it makes progesterone lower in comparison. My mom took DES once with me. Lecithin may help defat the liver fast. No ultrasound needed. Paints/clear poison ivy lotion (has antifreeze in it)/make up/cleaners may hurt mitochondria permanently.
NO gluten may help stop acid reflux along with HCl and enzymes with meals and taking a probiobtic before a meal. Gluten issues can be due to low sunlight/Vit D3 which can cause autoimmune issues. Spider veins may also be due to the liver besides fake Vit C.
I heard about you, Dr. Berg from a friend, at my church and I started watching your videos. So I was just wondering, when are you going to have another Live Chat, for all of your followers? I really do like what your sharing and there's no one like you, who takes the time, to speaks the truth, about health care and living life to the fullest.
Dr. Berg is right when he says that brain cells do not "regenerate" in the sense that when these die, these don't "come back". Some studies are using the wrong term when they say that "brain cells regenerate". What happens is that being that we use 5% or less of our brain cells, there is plenty more that are not "active". Studies show that we CAN ACTIVATE new brain cells through learning new things. If someone starts with X number of brain cells being used, and looses/damages 1%, then the damaged 1% will not repair. That individual could potentially end up, a year later, with a larger % of active cells due to ACTIVATING new brain cells, not through repairing previously damaged neurons.

Lady, don't blame the doctor. That's how we are trained in medical school to address medical complaints. If you don't like the way we practice medicine, then do exactly what you did, and seek alternative care.
So at one minute 26 seconds you said the goal is to postpone our life. And here this whole time I thought I was already living! Thank God I haven't been born yet I'll be so smart when I finally in born.
This is soooo funny to me, this lady was surprised she was treated like this. I have been to many, many doctors since being clean an people would be shocked at alot of the things I have been told. Some things down right rude. I do NOT trust ANY doctors, dentists, therapists, etc.....anymore!! I could write a book about all of the terrible experiences I have had, along with my kids, spouse, family members, friends, etc.
