Nothing can be more pathetic now, than a cold case sitting in a file yet after 20 or more years. I think the detectives, FBI, and U.S. Marshals need to pull it together. Talking about criminals reminds me of what ( don't mark my words ) , but I read an article a long time ago where I think in medieval England, the high court would prop a deceased criminal in the chair and prosecute them again, after finding said person guilty years before their incarceration.
#1 - This should really be renamed the Whitechapel Murders, not Jack the Ripper. It's not as if everyone went around saying, "Oh, no! Jack the Ripper has struck, again!" That is the name signed in one of the letters taunting police.
Ryan Vandeput I think Burke saw someone in the house that night but chose not to mention it, then his sister's murdered by this person and he wakes up the next day to later find out everything. I think that's why he seems so guilty he was a 9 year old that didn't know any better, but once old enough to realize he didn't tell someone was in the house & this person killed his sister, so he's going to always feel like it's his fault simply because he didn't say anything.
