i just have to dislike this come on, frst of all butter is much worse than margarine, its true that margarine contains mostly fat, but butter does too plus butter contains more saturated fat and a ton of cholesterol, which is not found in margarine, then you say high fat beef, bacon etc., it doesnt matter if its high fat or not, the saturated fat plus the cholesterol is always in there, same with dairy products
