❤️ 3 Clinically Proven Ways To Unclog & Clean Your Arteries, Naturally
I received a question from Kimberly and she asked:
“I have plaque buildup in my arteries. How can I “unclog” and clean my arteries, naturally? I heard this can’t be done unless I have surgery or take really harmful drugs. You always seem to know a natural way to heal the body, anything for this?”
Prevent & Unclog
So the first thing we must do is PREVENT future plaque build up and then, we can work on removing the current buildup.
Now, this can take 6-12 months or longer, depending on your current situation. However, at end of today’s video I’ll reveal a proven formula that can speed up this process.
By the way, this is a very important topic because plaque buildup reduces blood flow and circulation, which can cause a heart attack or stroke obviously.
However, it also causes things like
- impotence/erectile problems
- numbness to your extremities (hands and feet)
- high blood pressure
- and a host of other health problems.
How To Prevent Future Buildup
There’s no point in trying to clean your arteries, if you keep clogging it up daily. So, here are 3 simple tips in preventing future plaque build up… while at the same time, helps UNCLOG current plaque.
1 -- Eat a heart-healthy diet
Diet can play a big role in improving your heart health and reducing your risk for a buildup of plaque. It’s never too late to eat a healthier diet. Just as years of bad eating can damage your body, good eating can help heal it and it can happen quickly.
Add more “healthy” fats to your diet. These are typically mono and poly unsaturated fats. They’re found in foods like olives, raw seeds and nuts, avocados, and fish. These should be RAW and uncooked.
Eliminate “unhealthy” and artificial sources of trans fats.
Most artificial trans fats are found in processed, packaged foods like cookies and snack cakes. These have been heated and are hydrogenated. They are also high in omega 6 fats, which causes inflammation.
Increase your fiber intake. Soluble fiber helps prevent and remove plaque buildup. You can find soluble fiber in foods like vegetables, lentils, beans, and oats. I would also add in fiber supplements as well, especially if you have a hard time getting it all from food.
Cut back on sugar. The sugar found in processed foods like cookies, ice cream, and sugar-sweetened beverages has no nutritional value.
Unfortunately, sugar is hidden in almost all “man-made” foods. They increase your blood sugar levels... Which when combined with the unhealthy fats, clogs your arteries.
2 -- Exercise
First, we all need to move more. All we tend to do is sit all day long -- computer, phone, driving, eating, work, etc.
The reason exercise is important is because it helps improve your youth hormones, which then helps your body naturally get rid of toxins - this includes plaque.
And in my opinion, “resistance exercise” is more important than cardiovascular. This means lifting weights - which can be with free weights, machines, cables or simply your own bodyweight.
And if you workout quickly, it will also give you a very strong cardiovascular workout at the same time.
You only need 3x weekly and I would add in daily walking as well.
3 -- Take Specific Supplements
Taking specific herbs, vitamins and minerals that are clinically proven to help improve blood flow and circulation, will give you the biggest and fastest improvements in preventing AND removing plaque buildup.

dr sam Robbins plz make a video on varicocele and its treatments alternate to surgery .plz i am waiting for your reply becoz i am suffering from varicocele grade 3. plz make a detail video on varicocele plz thanks
Thank you. “What the health” is good, however things are never so black and white. Not everyone does well being a vegetarian. Some people lose hair for example. It can also be difficult gaining and maintaining lots of muscle size as a professional athlete. In the movie they also say how you must eat low fat, which I fully disagree.
I DO agree that we are eating way too much protein, especially bad protein. I also agree that dairy is bad. Even in Pumping Iron, 40 years ago, Arnold said “Milk is for babies… when you grow up, you drink beer!” =)
Now, a lot of my diet is carb based, but good carbs. Not processed. You also have to eat what works with your body, metabolism, goals, etc. No matter what, the goal is to eat natural foods, exercise daily, manage rest/stress and take supplements as needed. There is NO way you’re going to get all the nutrients you need, through food alone these days – unless you eat thousands of calories and/or grow all of your own foods.
Hey Dr Robbins
What do you think could cause low libido & erectile dysfunction besides any hormone issues? I've seen my GP about this & hormone specialist and all my hormones are perfectly fine and in the normal rage (testosterone, estrogen, cortisol) so what could be causing this issue besides this? My GP doesn't know what to do or where to send me next as he says 90% of the time this is a hormone issue & in my case my hormones are all fine.
And advice or suggestions would be much appreciated!
There’s a big difference between normal and OPTIMAL. When I was 19 I did a hormone test and all of my levels were “normal” as well. However, my testosterone was “normal-LOW” and my estrogen was “normal-HIGH”. I remember arguing with the stupid doctor about this. And I was 19 and that was “ as good as it was going to get”.
Well, I eventually found an intelligent doctor to help me and that’s how I got into this world. So, I guess I have that original doctor to thank =)
But, let’s just pretend your hormones are all in good ranges. Then it’s either physical (poor blood flow) or mental/emotional. If it’s mental/emotional, you have to see how it is when you’re by yourself, etc., etc. versus when you’re with someone else. You know, sometimes the person you’re with is no longer turning you on or you have resentment towards them, etc., etc.
Lastly, other medications, drugs, alcohol, smoking, etc. can all cause issues. Lots of factors…
Believe it or not, I've healed my heart problem with exercise and diet changes. I've been eating TV meals since last year and that eventually manifested the problem. As of now, I feel great! I must say, changing your diet really does play a role in reversing heart problems-- along with acupressure.
Well Joy, I've made a video about apple cider vinegar and it's best benefit is that it helps you lose weight ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQ1L5uWmMiU ) and in the process it will help unclog arteries too but there are other foods that can speed that result: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjmceCyeF1s
Almost ALL ketogenic diets, the way they’re designed now, WILL CAUSE clogged arteries over time. Why?... eating all of that animal fat, bad saturated fats, trans fats, hydrogenated fats, etc., etc.. is HORRIBLE for your health. Now, if you ate only healthy fats, then that’s different, with minimal animal proteins. And NO dairy!
for such a delicate issue, the cure isn't so exact but yes, cardio and intense exercises help. Combine them with the right foods, vitamins and supplements and with the correct lifestyle that includes enough sleep, and you're on your way
