Every day, you lose a slight amount of heart-points with each character. And you get it back, plus a bit extra, whenever you talk to them. So talk to them everyday, if you can help it!
Any non-dateable character will give you items and recipes as your hearts go up, and once your hearts reach 10, they wont lose them anymore (unless you piss them off)
@Sjin Can we get Rule the World 2 please it’s my favorite series from you and it tops Hat Corp which was my previous favorite (which obviously was from hat films) it would be really nice to do something like it but change it up and maybe inv someone else to join you.
1. Hoe wiggly things on the ground for clay/artifacts.
2. You’ll never find a mine ladder under a big boulder, so if you don’t need the stone, don’t mine them.
3. If you do the community centre, you need to watch TV every morning so you don’t miss a recipe. Or look them up before hand so you know which days to watch.
4. The shop to the right of the mine sells swords of a level depending on your progress.
5. Leah likes salad, buy it from the saloon for easy hearts.
6. You spend twice the gold but you can do twice the work! You can’t be lazy because there’s 2 of you..
7. Use your sword to break grass/dungeon chests/dungeon barrels so you don’t waste stamina.
8. Lower levels have better chances for gem/amethyst nodes.
22:25 alright. he's on level 4, he's gonna go down the ladder grab the shortcut and leave. surely this is the only course of action that makes sense... 22:27 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!?!?!?
this is a very well known controversy, and yes it is totally subjective, it's all in what you want out of pet.
do you want something that will love you, and be compleatly loyal to you from day one? Something that you have to watch and take caare off? something you have to take care off? than dogs are for you.
do you want something you barely have to think about? something that will wash itself, walk it self, and take care of it self, but occationaly drop by for a quick cuddle, than cats are for you.
Getting mad over whether someone likes cats or dogs is like getting mad because someone doesn't have the same favorite colour as you
It's honestly one of the things I like most about Sjin's videos. How confident he is with his "facts", even though at least half of them are totally false (and yes, I understand that Sjin, like much of the Yogscast, doesn't research games before he plays them). It always amuses me.
Stone is probably the most renewable resource in the game though. It doesn’t take days to regrow back like wood or fibre and you can get it both on your own farm and in the mines. If there was a building resource you could actually afford to sell, it would be stone. It wouldn’t be worth it to me because of the price, but that doesn’t mean Sjin and Duncan absolutely shouldn’t.
No they shouldn't. Stone gives you practically nothing when you sell it, and you need hundreds in order to make buildings. Those stacks of 20 or 30 they keep throwing away really add up, especially when there's one piece of fiber in their inventory they could be throwing away instead.
And you're overestimating the amount of stone available down there. Regardless, it still takes a lot of time and effort that could be dedicated to much more efficient or fun things.
And it doesn't half the time it takes, either. Time doesn't pause during cutscenes or opening the inventory, so they actually lose more time in the long run.
